    I don’t want to give a great review, because then more people will stay here and make it more difficult to book… but it’s so great here! Well updated, nice bathroom, comfy bed, and great environment overall! It’s quiet, feels secluded, and has great sense of privacy (which is a priority for me). Easy to unpack and settle in, and use amenities as much or as little as desired. I really appreciate a nice place to stay that’s affordable, has easy booking and entry, and is more updated. This place is a steal and I would definitely book here again! Enjoy sitting outside with your beverage listening to the wind blow through the palm trees.

    This place is outstanding. Everything you need is provided for you but clothing and groceries. Super clean and well kept. The entire 8 cabin resort is surrounded on three sides with an 8-9 privacy fence. Our accommodations were great. Perfectly located between the beach and the commerce part of town. I think I like the patio area of the pool best. Two very nice grills are provided for guests. Fresh local seafood was a must for one of our evening meals. We enjoyed buying it from one of the several markets and our cabana supplied all the utensils I needed. You will have to supply your own spices, rubs, and etc. but I brought those with us. Whether you are looking for a couples vacation or a nice family outing, Shadow Palms is the place to book.

    If I could give it six stars, I would! Of all the many years we have visited Port Aransas, this is by far been the best stay! The location is perfect, the villas are clean and well stocked, and I love the landscaping and the pool! It seems like it’s the largest pool on the island, but I wouldn’t know. It’s seriously like home away from home except we are at the beach! Highly recommend for families, couples, or girls trip!

    Clean and great location. We stayed in Shadow Palm Villa 1 and had the best time. We enjoyed the large pool and it even had covered cabanas for shade. We enjoyed the covered grill area The landscaping was relaxing with plenty. of palm trees. The owners Chris and Jacenda were nice and helpful. We enjoyed driving a golf cart to the beach and all around town. We will definitely be back.

    This is our 4th time staying here at Shadow Palm. We came for our honeymoon in 2019 and we have been lucky enough to take our anniversary trip back here every year. We love it here the little villas give you that privacy you want on a special trip but they are also close to everything we may need which is perfect. The pool is great and all the villas we have stayed in the last 4 years have been clean and well kept. Communication with the owners is always good and they are very helpful/friendly which just makes it that much easier for us to want to come back. I hope we get to spend many more anniversaries here in the years to come.

    I was with them for 5 days during my stay in the Maldives and they made my trip incredible. They are a super professional team and do everything possible to give you unique experiences at sea. No matter how many difficulties they encounter, they do everything possible to keep you having a good time.We were lucky enough to see the whale shark thanks to them, who have top equipment. Thank you very much again to the entire team for making us enjoy it and especially to baby (Eeshaan), Ahmed, Bistri… :)

    What a great great place to stay. I will definitely be staying here again but next time with more family!! It was clean so comfortable so peaceful took all my stress away the beds are very comfortable! They have everything you need when your wanting to cook on vacation. Saw the owners a couple times they were the sweetest made us feel right at home. Stayed in Villa 1 it’s beautiful inside and out wow 🤩

    This is one of those reviews that I hesitate to write because it will become more popular and I want to keep it a secret. However, this place deserves a great review. We toured these Villas when they were being remodeled a few years ago. Extremely friendly owners. This trip, we decided to try them out. We were not disappointed. The villas are private and SPACIOUS. GREAT location. Big full size kitchen, large rooms, comfy beds, beautiful pool. We were there for SandFest (which also means you could potentially have some rowdy guests), but even fully booked, it was a quiet, relaxing complex. Thank you for a perfect birthday weekend. We hope to be back in the Fall.

    I gotta say... This is such a great place to stay. We stayed in Villa #8 and it was extremely nice and comfortable. The pool is fantastic, the Villas seemed like they were just built or, recently updated. The staff, I cannot say enough. SUPER friendly and, they make you feel like youre part of their family. If youre coming to Port A..... This is the place to stay!!!! Book your stay here... You wont be disappointed!

    We stayed for 3 nights on Labor Day weekend. We liked that there are only the 8 villas and even though all were occupied, it was still very quite, pool never crowded, etc. The villa was spacious and clean. We did have some small ants in the kitchen and a big water bug scared me in the shower, but the maintenance person Pam came out on Labor Day itself and treated the ants and was going to alert the pest company about them as well. Pam was very friendly and answered some questions we had on the Internet connection as well. Overall a very good place, close to the ocean, we rented a golf cart to get there. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

    Absolutely loved our stay last week!! We stayed in Villa # 8. Spacious, beautiful, clean and will all the extras we had forgotten to pack. Extremely friendly ladies work here!! They treated my furangels like princesses. We are already planning a return trip! So excited!

    This place is so cute and very modern from furniture to the appliances and all the necessities! We wanted to stay an extra night because it felt so clean and welcoming..That us very unusual for us being as my husband is a germ freak and hates staying in hotels. The management, Jacenda, was on top of whatever we needed. She was so friendly and helpful..even at 10:00p.m. at night when we had a small emergency due to my own fault. We will be back! Our new home away from home!.. And the pool was lovely! Just cant say enough good stuff!
