Awesome home! Ive stayed at several places on the Llano in Kingsland and this home by far is the best!Neighbors were very friendly and solid people. The home is open, very clean, bright, and slept all 5 adults and 5 children very comfortably. Modern appliances throughout the home, covered parking, fenced in backyard for our little dog California. The deck is covered with a picnic table, chairs and gas grill. The bulkhead area is clean, covered and brand new. I absolutely recommend this vacation getaway Home when on your next trip to the area.

Stayed Summer 2020 and this place was amazing for the price. Kids spent hours on playing in the sandbox and the sand was white like Destin. Lake was quiet, kids love to explore the island a short walk away. Kayaks&lilly pad was a hit. Sunset and sunrise was AMAZING. Owners were great!!!!!!House was modern and renovated throughout. Plenty of kitchen supplies for 12 people. Large rooms, Bright, clean. AC kept the house at 70 even when it was 100 outside. Mattress was comfortable and everyone slept like babies. Bathrooms clean and updated. We love the open family room and vaulted ceiling.

Beautiful beautiful beautiful house. We loved our stay here.Only suggestion for the owners is that they need to fill the sandbox and clean it time to time.. otherwise everything about this house is just awesome.
