    Surfer Girl is a perfect little beach house...literally steps down to the beach! Weve stayed there several years now and it is so comfy, quiet, and well outfitted for me, my hubby and our little pup. You might want an extra wash cloth or two, and there are some floor tiles that need an update (but those are tiny little things). Sand & Sea takes good care of the property and their customers. I recommend!

    Third time we stayed at The Shrimp.Perfect layout and location for us. Our dog loves the endless beach, too.The management company provides excellent service, has a great website and portal for the Loyalty Program.

    Our vacation rental was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked through the door the view was breathtaking. The condo (Diamond Beach) was very clean and well stocked with towels, kitchen utensils and pots/pans. We loved the pool, lazy river and game room. Our five year old not once said she was bored and that was a huge plus. Oh and the 75 year old has already asked me to start planning the next trip😂. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to visit again.

    This place was totally awesome. Pictures dont do it justice. We had the best ladies get together weve had in a long time. If we could have put the kitchen in our bags it would be missing. The Sand n Sea staff provided the best customer service even after our visit was over. Highly recommend using them to plan a Galveston getaway.

    This is a very spacious, private home with great setup and amenities. We had a very comfortable 9 day stay and would definitely recommend to others. Sand n Sea provides wonderful service whenever there is a concern and hands on with a very convenient local office.Fantastic Local Support when unavoidable items need attention by the property management company.     Im from Houston and so have used Sand N Sea all my life for rentals. They just cant be beat. So many properties to choose from, great website thats easy to use, prompt responses when researching properties and when youve already rented and are in a property. Courteous team members that are easy to work with. I think most importantly, theyre local, have been doing this for years and know more about Galveston than any other company and that helps so much. I wouldnt use anyone else.

    This home is spectacular! Such a beautiful and convenient place. Our family really enjoyed our vacation and all did not want to leave. A note to the owners - the dryer is running hot so the air vent might be plugged.Weve been renting for over 30 years from them.

    We have been renting from Sand N Sea for several years and have always been happy with their selection, quality, and prices of their vacation homes! We also usually look for pet friendly so that we can take our fur babies with us and their weight limits are more accommodating to dogs of all sizes. The process from start to finish is easy and earning points towards a reward program for 2 free nights after so many rentals is something you cant get when renting with VRBO, so that is definitely a plus for us :) Pics from our most recent stay at Stilted Pleasure show a great location.

    They streamline your whole experience so checking in and out becomes a stressless event. But then they take it up to another level with excellent customer service if you do have something go wrong. I had lost my mothers earrings and a couple of necklaces and Joanie came to my rescue. We had already checked out before I had noticed and one phone call, and she got them back for me. The value of that one action will make me and my family life-long repeat customers.     This home is located very close to the beach, about a one minute walk. The house was very clean upon arrival and very nicely organized. The kitchen is nicely stocked with pots, pans, bowls, baking trays, utensils, mugs, cups. It has a nice layout that fit my family of 5. We had a great time staying here.Weve rented through them before on a couple of other nice properties.

    I loved working with SNS. They are so nice and very on the spot with their patrons. The house was amazing and we hope to use it again. WE have been renting houses/condos in Galveston for about 10 years and this house is by far the nicest we have ever rented. It was so extremely clean with great beds and balconies outside every bedroom. I highly recommend this house/condo.We have worked with them before, and they are wonderful people. Vicki Hobbs

    Sunnyside Up is a beautiful front row beach home which is very roomy with a large living room, dining room, wet bar and a huge sunny kitchen with lots of counter tops and drawers to accommodate a larger group of guests. The home has 5 bedrooms with 3 of them having king sized beds. All of the bedrooms have an ocean view and there are covered decks for both levels. The best part is that there is no vehicular traffic allowed on this part of the beach so the kids can play lots of out door games without fear of cars. We had no issues with the home during our stay and it is a wonderful place to spend some time. Sand N Sea did email and text with us during the stay to see if everything was going well. This is our 3rd time to rent this particular beach house.We have been renting different beach homes from Sand N Sea for over 10 years and we have never been disappointed with any of the homes. They are an easy and efficient rental company to work with and the homes are lovely. We would not think of renting from any other rental company in Galveston.

The entire experience was great, starting from the communication prior to arrival with Jolene at SandNSea, who provided us with some local insight and advice. The condo itself gives you the best view Ive seen in Galveston after going there on vacation for many years. From the balcony you have an amazing view of the giant pool at Diamond Beach, the edge of the Lazy River surrounded by Palm Trees, the end of the Sea Wall, and the beach looking southwest with awesome sunsets. Prior to arrival I was concerned the sun would be a problem on the patio in the afternoon but the building blocked it so you could really sit on the patio most of the day and be comfortable. The condo itself is very nice and furnished with everything you need for a normal stay. The large pool and lazy river was the highlight for me and most of the folks in our party. This was probably one of the most relaxing vacations Ive taken in quite some time and would highly recommend.

    After renting homes over several years through Sand N Sea this was one of the best! We love being out away from the crowds but still right on the beach. The house was clean and stocked with several needed amenities. Large under house patio, deck for lounging and private deck off master suite. We had 6 adults and one large dog and the house was perfect size. Nice and roomy. This house delivered in every way, inside and out!!We have rented several homes over the years and we always use Sand N Sea. The homes are always clean and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and easy to work with on the booking and any problems that may arise.

    Sand N Sea handled the Hurricane beryl fallout quickly and professionally - our initial rental was damaged and they found another and salvaged half of our vacation ! I have been a sand n sea customer for almost 15 years. They continue to provide excellent service - Year after year.

    We like Sand N Sea and always check there first when looking for a beach rental. The reservation process is easy, the pricing is straightforward, and the website is easy to navigate. And the Beach Club loyalty program occasionally surprises us with a free weekend rental.Our most recent rental was Waterfront Cottage which is a small house but makes good use of the space - 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. (Theres no tub, just a shower). You wont find a lot of games, books or clutter, and you wont find any beach toys or chairs in a downstairs storage room - because there isnt one. What you do get is close up, unobstructed beachfront views and easy access to the beach at a reasonable price.Pet Friendly, too!

    We had a previous reservation with Gary Greene Vacation Rentals and were informed that our rental was no longer available. There was nothing else available in our price range that was dog friendly, so we found Sand N Sea! They were so accommodating and helpful with a new reservation.     Sand N Sea makes the check in process super easy. They give you all the information you need for your trip in a convenient text message. Theyre available for anything you need during your stay and have always been helpful and accommodating. We always check their properties first when planning a beach vacation!Our rental house was the perfect home for a couple or small family. Conveniently located to the beach, comfortable furnishings, and all the amenities. Open concept makes the house feel much bigger and you can hear the waves and see the ocean from the spacious deck!

    Location, location, location! You cant any closer to the beach and there was no dune to contend with. The house was comfortable and in great condition.     Due to an unsatisfactory booking with another company, we were scrambling at the last minute to find a home large enough for 10 people. We specifically worked with Jolene. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the property. She walked through the booking process, which was very easy. The photos on the website are very clear and updated and representative of the property. We will definitely recommend this property management company to friends and family. We have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future . The Diamond Beach Resort is a fantastic resort with many amenities. Greg, the Director of Operations is the ultimate professional. He sincerely cares about his residents and renters and is willing to go above and beyond to accommodate everyones needs.Specifically, we stayed in Diamond Beach unit 218.Great condo. Clean. Well equipped. Lovely. Pretty.Good location. Beautiful. It was a terrific unit at the end with an awesome balcony and great views.Sand N Sea is A very good company!Overall, we had a wonderful family getaway and will be back for sure!!

    WOW!! This was our 3rd stay at Island Breeze and we were very surprised when we arrived to see all the updates done to property!! Love this house even more now. The kitchen is always very well stocked with just about anything you would need to prepare a meal for the family. Great beds and a beautiful shower now in the main bedroom. Pictures of property updated during our stay so check them out and get to the beach!! I would add that the freshly painted deck is great on the bare feet now as well. To the owners - Thank You!!

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach Therapy. It was beautifully decorated and in exactly the right spot for beach viewing and access. I loved sitting on the deck in the afternoon and watching the Pelicans return from work. The house was beautifully decorated and we really enjoyed our stay and in fact didnt want to go home:) We have always rented from Sand n Sea and frequently recommend them to others.     Triton’s TreasureGreat location. Loved the pool underneath house, always refreshing & no sunscreen necessary. Living room has very comfortable seating for large family gathering. Decks are comfortable with gulf views. Dishwasher is persnickety even with directions. Refrigerator requires attention to make sure doors are closed. Overall this house checks the boxes.We’ve been using Sand N Sea for 12+ years. If we have a question or problem we are able to talk to someone & get a prompt resolution. That’s why we come back.

    The condo was perfect down to every little detail. We used the cart to bring our items up to the condo and take them back down when we sadly were leaving at the end of the week. The inside of the condo has every amenity that you could need and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. We are already planning a return trip.We chose Sand n Sea for the overall professionalism of the website and the ease to book a reservation. We were kept in the loop leading up to the vacation as well as during our stay. We will definitely be back for a return vacation.

    The place was gorgeous. The view surreal. This place is the perfect getaway without the flight. There was so much space with this nautical/marine life themed gem. It was so refreshing and laid back. My guest thought it was just ‘the cat’s meow’. It was definitely all the rave. Checking in was super easy.     This beach house was so comfortable and decorated nicely, we felt right at home. The view of the beach was perfect! Beds were comfortable, we had dressers and closet space, the kitchen had everything we needed.     The Sweet LifeWe really enjoyed our time at The Sweet Life. This 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo had a spacious deck with beautiful views of the Gulf. We were just steps away from a boardwalk leading directly onto the beach. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked.

    This was our first time to stay in a beach house with our family. No Agenda was the perfect house for us. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The views of the beach were amazing and access to the beach was very convenient. Sand And Sea Properties definitely focuses on their customers and they have superior customer service! We will definitely be back!We were looking for a beach in Galveston that was not crowded. The beach was perfect for our family and the location of the house gave us the privacy we needed to get away and rest and relax.

    The layout of house was perfect for our 8 adults. Everything was extremely clean. Not one bug seen outside or inside. The freight lift was a life saver. Access to the beach was so easy. We did not care for people driving their vehicles right on the beach and parking all along the water front. Would be nice if that was eliminated. We also would have liked more amenities such as paper towels, dish soap, towels and some beach towels offered, but note to self for next time, will bring our own. Would be nice to have a large frying pan to cook for a large group of people. Overall though, this was the best house we have rented in Galveston to date.I am tired of VRBO homes and so believe they charge more and are not as clean and up-kept as the Sand n Sea.

    We stayed at the Shrimp house with 5 adults and 3 kids and it was absolutely perfect for us. Almost everything about our experience was awesome. The only issue we had was with washing machine which would not stay locked in spin cycle even with the weight on it. Also needs new can opener. Other than that the Shrimp house and Sand & Sea were marvelous! Best check in and check out experience we have ever had renting a beach house and we and we have rented a lot of beach houses.

    We really enjoyed this home. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and clean. Lots of amenities offered and close proximity to the beach. We love this location, it’s not right in the middle of the busy areas. We’ll be back!!

    Rented Beachwater for 4 nights. The home is beautiful, clean, well appointed and very comfortable. For the most part it is well maintained. It worked perfectly for the 4 couples and 3 kids on our trip. The fenced in yard was wonderful for our fur family. We are a cooking family and found the kitchen very well equipped. We really appreciated the 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. Location could only be better if it was beachfront but beach access was only a few steps away. The elevator worked well for us in that we had 1 member of our group who is mobility impaired. Suggest taking eye masks for night in that the bedrooms on the front of the house are quite bright at night due to porch lights on houses across the street. Would definitely choose this house again.

    Great for families and excellent beach location. Decks are great but upstairs deck plug didnt work properly. Home needs a little upgrading but overall we enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. Has an elevator that takes a little grit to use but it was helpful once we figured out how to get it to work. :) The home has everything you need for cooking too! Pots, pans, plates, silverware, even an air fryer and crockpot!

    This place is beautifully decorated, beautifully maintained, everything we could have wanted and more. The pillows/ mattress in the master bedroom were very comfortable! The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. It was a very short walk to the beach and a very quite neighborhood. Exactly what we needed.     The home is decorated nicely, has a great beach feeling with the colors and decorations. Nice deck to relax and take in the ocean breeze. It has a roomy pantry for storing your dry goods and the kitchen is well supplied with pots, pans and all utensils needed for your stay. Sand N Sea stays is contact with you if anything is needed.     Sand N Sea was excellent in their communication. Bee Happy was a wonderful, well-maintained house. They had plenty of extras like a beach cart, beach chairs, and kids toys. Inside there were lots of dishes and kitchenware.     This was the 2nd time that weve rented Call Me the Breeze with Sand N Sea and we have enjoyed the home both times. A covered deck is important to us and this house has a sizable one, which allows us to sit outside and take in the ocean and breeze. The kitchen is well stocked and the living room has enough room for all the family. The rooms are spacious enough for us, and we like that the house has 2 stairways to the bottom floor. Its not a relatively new house but its been taken care of, mostly, and it has a homey feel. Ive been renting from Sand n Sea for over 15 years and enjoy what the company offers, very professional.

    We have used sand n sea for several years to provide us with a memorable weeks worth of family fun! We stay at Call Me the Breeze which is an amazing house. Everything about the house is comfortable and roomy. The layout has become very familiar to us and everybody knows their space to stay. The house is always clean and ready for us to occupy. I receive several phone calls during the week just checking to see that all is good. Planning with sand n sea is so easy and they are always professional.

    We have been renting through Sand n Sea for years, and I honestly have never had a bad experience. Our latest vacation at Coastal Retreat for spring break was perfect (well, minus the somehwat unpredictable Galveston weather!) The house was exactly as advertised on the website, immaculately clean, and perfect for our group. A very nice downstairs living space as well as plenty of room upstairs for the teenagers to spread out, spacious master room and bath, and we LOVE that we can bring our dog with us! Also, Sand n Sea were crazy busy trying to repair damages from the recent freeze, and they were able to have the house ready for us on time and were very communicative before our arrival. I was impressed, considering how many properties they were having to manage and repair before spring break crowds hit! We will definitely continue to do business with them (our next trip is planned for June!)

    This is a lovely beach house (Beach House Paradise) with seaside decor. Each bedroom has their own en-suite (double sinks) bathroom, comfy bed & huge tv. The double covered decks are perfect for relaxing & enjoying the beach front view.     Sand N Sea Galveston Vacation Rentals is a perfect fit for our family. They provide Dog friendly houses with complete fenced in yard with no sticker burs. Absolutely love sitting in the captain chairs at the house we rented on San Luis Beach watching the surf across the dunes.     I had the best experience here. Normally when I go on vacation, I take everything with me because I don’t trust they way that the cleaning crew will clean the rooms.     The Sea La Vie home is beautiful and was perfect for our family. It is a very short walk to the beach and the view is amazing. The house is the cleanest rental weve ever been in. Check in and out is so simple. I was thrilled by how little we had to do to check out. So many rentals ask you to do dozens of tasks to clean the house. The staff was amazing! We come every year and will never use another company. We had a perfect stay!

    H2O is a beautiful and comfortable home to accommodate large families. The pool was wonderful…we bounced between the beach and the pool, so we had the best of both worlds. The house allowed the adults to have their own bedroom while the kids had their own room. The porches were perfect for gathering and just sitting. The kitchen was great, just needs some attention to the cookware but we made do and had fun cooking together. A nice extra touch was the additional refrigerator; never knew we needed one but it was so welcome and utilized. By far one of our favorite homes and vacations.Love the rental options with Sand n Sea and the ease in finding what you need to fit a large family. Team there is always professional and the homes are always ready and lovely when you walk in.

    Beautiful home for multiple families to split. We stayed a couple hundred yards from the beach, definitely walking distance over the wooden bridge. Pointe West Beach Club was the nearby neighborhood. They had multiple pools, lazy river, and kiddie pool. There was a very good restaurant on site. A nice bar on site. The home we stayed in was very nice. It did lack some essential needs that usually come with a “hotel” stay, such as paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Other than that, the stay was very well worth it.

    We loved the house. Overall it is a great property with an awesome location. A few items that would make this a better - We were told one set of pots and pans at the house. In reality there were far more pots and pans than we knew what to do with. We didnt need to bring BBQ tools, pots, or any pans due to the well stocked nature of the house. This would have saved us some packing time and effort. Hand soap (as opposed to bars of soap) would be welcome. As would some paper goods. We only used 1 roll of toilet paper each and a few rolls of paper towels. We could have used a few more kitchen towels to save on the paper towels we used. Downstairs it would have been useful to have a few mosquito traps to keep them from getting into the house. On the doors, there were missing locks/dowels for keeping the doors closed. We were able to use the hurricane shutters in this way to keep the doors secured Overall we loved the place and would definitely rent again.Availability outside of AirBNB, VRBO, EVOLVE etc. We liked that it was not on several sites and had a simple, direct price (no extraneous fees and requirements). Also, after booking, the check in from Sand and sea and the online portal were amazing and very cool, especially the countdown timer. Overall, Sand and Sea seemed more organized and had far better customer service, even though we didnt need or utilize most of it.

    Kat’s Korner was everything we expected it to be based on prior reviews.     This house was the perfect location, right on the beach. They had plenty of outside chairs and tables for the whole family. The house inside was very spacious, the number of restrooms was a plus as well. I only give it 4 stars because all the downstairs beds had very hard uncomfortable mattresses. The blankets, sheets pillow very nice, but the mattress were horrible. they definitely need to be upgraded. The loft upstairs had a great mattress. None of the less, I do recommend this place to others. Maybe its the old age, lol but I just couldnt deal with the mattress.

    Moonstruck was a great place to host our extended family vaca. Kids loved the stairs and all the extra beds. Being right on the seemingly private beach was a huge perk. Beach wasn’t crowded and don’t have to worry about cars and kids.Heads up…access to beach is on north side…gate most visible isn’t usable. Not a big deal once we figured it out.Ice maker in the bar was a huge bonus. Would stay here again. Very nice and clean.

    Nice and cozy away from the crowds and just a short walk from the beach. If we didnt have kids, we would have only stayed at the beach house the whole time. Very comfortable home.Hasnt failed me since I started renting well over 10 years ago. The clothes washer went out during our visit but if this has been the first time something went wrong in over 10 years, we are still in pretty good shape.

    Weve used the folks at Sand N Sea for our Galveston vacation rentals for many years. Their professionalism and the ease of using their website is unmatched in my view. For example, after their housekeeping department (yes, they have their own) is through, a supervisor inspects the property before the incoming guests are allowed to check-in.When leaving, guests are asked to take out the garbage and start the dishwasher. Thats it! One rental company we used in Surfside Beach required departing guests to sweep the floors, strip the beds, wash and return all dishware to the cabinets. AND, we were provided with a list of fines that would be deducted from our deposit if we failed to comply with their check-out rules.Sand N Sea is the closest thing weve found to a Five Star hotel in terms of first class customer service!

    We rented a house, Tropical Waters, from Sand N Sea in September 2016. It was clean and fairly well-maintained. We did have an issue with the AC and with one of the power shutters which got stuck, but someone was out to fix both problems quickly.Sand N Sea has a great selection of vacation homes and condos with reasonable prices. Their website is easy to search by desired amenities, including homes that work well together, should you be planning for several groups who want to be close to each other. We are looking forward to our next stay in September 2018.

    Ive stayed at Sand N Sea properties several times and each has been excellent. Their office staff is extremely helpful and prompt if you have questions when booking or requests during your stay. This year we stayed at the Seaside Bungalow and it was outstanding. The house was in perfect order, had a very well equipt kitchen, and an incredible view of the gulf. It was a very close to a community boardwalk so the walk from the house to standing on the beach took no more than about 5 minutes. Staying in this property also gave you access to the Pointe West Beach Club so you had access to two pools, a workout room, and other facilities. The house was well laid out with the five bedrooms to accommodate more than one family. Its all the way at the west end of the island so its not nearly as crowded as the beaches as you get closer in to Galveston. We went after labor day and just about had the beaches to ourselves every day. VERY peaceful. I would definitely rent this property again and will work with Sand N Sea for our next trip to the Galveston beaches.

    We enjoyed our week stay at Better at the Beach. Wanted a place that you could just walk out your door and into the surf. This was it. Plus / minus is that it is at the end of the street. People turn around about 10 times a day. Others believe that since it is a dead end that they can park on the beach there, even with all the NO PARKING AT ANYTIME signs. Would be nice to have an umbrella upstairs due to no shade, but you can just stay downstairs. Love the tall beach chairs. Very comfortable and heavy. We would book this place again next year.

    Best vacation, EVER! My family held its reunion over Columbus Day weekend at Pirates Beach. We rented 5 beach houses with Sand N Sea properties. Each house was perfectly appointed with everything you might want or expect in an up-scale rental. They thought of everything, including my favorites, Cutco knives in the kitchen, polycarbonate wine glasses to prevent beach breakage, and motion sensor lights at the stairs and entryways to prevent accidents in the dark. Beds were comfortable and not over-used. Hospitality was gracious and accommodating. We will absolutely be back!

    Hello the house we stayed in was called H2O this year 9-24-2022 thru 9-30-2022. The house was beautiful and everything was up to date. The pool was nice the first two days we were there but by the third day the pool was freezing so we did not swim the last 3 days of our vacation. The pool is a heated pool and the pool guy came by to add chemicals and we asked him to see if he could adjust the heat and he did but for some reason the heat option was not working. One other issue was the internet and cable reception. We kept loosing reception on tv programs and with 3 small children this was hard to keep them occupied. It could be that there is alot of construction in the area and the cable line is laying across the road where heavy trucks are constantly running over it. My son took a look at the line and he said that it was getting a little frayed looking. Other than that we have always enjoyed out stay at Galveston.

We ate breakfast and dinner in the screened porch and the boys (ages 4 and 9) loved sitting on the deck in the morning and watching all the birds and boaters.     This was our sixth year of renting a beach house from Sand and Sea, and our fifth staying at “No Agenda”. We love the location, the fact that the property is very well kept, and the excellent customer focus consistently shown by the Sand and Sea professional staff. Our four little grandchildren, our three grown up children, daughter in law and son in law, and my wife and I, our kids so look forward to going back to “No Agenda” in July 2019, and we have already secured we’ll do so by contracting and paying 50% of the rental cost for next year

    There’s just something relaxing about the beach with the wind in your hair, sand on your toes, and the sound of the waves that is therapeutic. And even better when you get to go to a home were you are able to relax, take a shower, etc. My family has been doing this for years, and sand n sea never fails to provide the relaxation we need after a very stressful year.

    We recently stayed at Aside the Sea. The location is great with super easy access to the beach, a great view, dog friendly AND close to a small grocery store so you dont have to drive all the way in. The house is small - so its perfect for a small family to stay, but has a big open living space that is easy to host people in! There is also a great wrap around porch and area under the house to hang out and cook. Our other family members stayed at Casa de playa right down the road which also had an awesome porch to hang out on and was a cute little house! If you got a group, you can book the two together!

    As a West Galveston homeowner, I’m always disappointed to read a post like Jenny’s. Thanks to Mother Nature, the Island has indeed received a record amount of seaweed this year. The extensive news coverage has reported its ecological benefits, local efforts to manage the influx, and how visitors are enjoying their vacations both in the middle of and in spite of it! Why not grab a plastic rake and make a spot of clean beach to build your sand castle on like so many others are doing? If that’s not an option for you and you’re looking for water, how about visiting some of our fabulous water attractions, like Palm Beach at Moody Gardens, or Schlitterbahn? Sand ‘N Sea is a strong community advocate for positive beach-related improvements, and they are known for closely monitoring beach conditions. Advising incoming guests of the seaweed influx via email is a conscientious, customer-service-oriented thing to do, and I applaud them. Give Galveston a try again, Jenny - I hope you and your family will come back to enjoy ALL that we have to offer!

    This is our second visit to Reel Paradise. We love the location, tiki bar, covered areas, screened in porch, and the ability to fish in the morning and have fishing lights at night. We were a little disappointed that the ice maker and mini fridge in the tiki hut did not work this year because those were great added amenities last year. The new outdoor tv at the tiki hut was nice.
