    Love this place. 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, 4 tennis courts, poolside Tiki bars that offer a variety of food and drinks. Private beach access with rinse off stations. Private gated parking and 24/7 security! Laundry facilities located on certain floors. Love the trash shoots located on each floor, which saves trips down to the trash cans. 2 elevators. So many plus points. We love condo 3406 when we visit. Its a large 1 bed 2 bath condo beautifully decorated in costal colors. Large fully equipped kitchen and plenty of pantry space.

    The building is under renovation. The photographs show a 1/2 inch gap going down 2feet from the top of a sliding balcony door, short-sheeted bed, and outlet loose form wall. Appliances were rusty. BUT look at the view! The suite was HUGE (over 1,000 square feet) with a nice balcony and ocean views from each room. The grounds, pools, tennis courts, and hot tubs were excellent. It is directly beach front.Rudy at the front desk was very helpful.

    The place was really nice and comfortable. The picture if rainbow was clicked right outside the entrance to our apartment.The other two pictures were taken at night in front of the beach for Saida Condo rentals. There were fireworks at night and the beach was very clean. Definitely recommend staying there.

    Some of the rooms are a bit dated but that’s any Texas beach condo. We had plumbing issues in all 3 bathrooms but they were serviced promptly. Easy access to beach, a few pools, and overall well-kept. Would definitely stay here again

    Lovely location and good amenities.I wish rental service had given alerts regarding power, water, and outages and been available for status inquiries. During polar blast, we had no power for 60+ hrs and no contact, just voice mailboxes full. Emergency numbers are needed. I called police for info, sadly.The power is on. Water is on. The view is spectacular. Now we hope for sun and expected beach walks.

    We rented a condo here & the view was fab! The condo was low on supplies like kitchen equipment. But the staff was great & brought more towels & toilet paper. The grounds are lovely but the grass is covered in sticker & ants. Not good when u take your dogs. The pools were so hot! Boiling actually! They say no smoking but there were cigarette butts all over the property. We had a great time! The condo is pretty old & beds & furniture need updating, but it is a beach place & sand gets everywhere. Security was top notch & location is great. The grounds just need to be cleaned & they need to treat the grassy areas to remove the stickers & the ants. My feet got eaten alive when I accidentally stepped in a huge ant bed.

    Our stay was amazing!!! Had everything we needed and were super nice and helpful when questions were asked! The view and room decor were super cute!! Our family loved the location and the room was absolutely perfect and very accommodating! This will be our go to from now on!

    The location next to the beach is what made our stay so great. The pools were a plus for our kids and the private beach access. The only down side was the elevators broke on our last day there. Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay.

    Great place. We stayed for our summer getaway and our view was awesome. It was all great. Access to the beach and pools. We will definitely stay here next time we visit.

    Overall we enjoyed our stay on the 9th floor of the Saida III. The view of the ocean was spectacular, would have been even better without the tennis courts and pools in the way. The windows in the master bedroom and the living room were large enough to see everything, even from the kitchen. The condo was so large and had enough space for a couple more furniture. The condo was a bit outdated.. A few days into our trip, the fridge went completely out on us but maintenance responded fast enough and it was repaired within a few hours. There is a garbage shoot on the south end of the building on each floor and a laundry mat on 2nd, 5th and 8th floor. Be warned, its $2.25 per wash and $2 per dry. There is security in the building and they are pretty strict. We had a Uhaul trailer and they normally dont allow trailers but they made an exception since it was off season. One of the guards (supervisor) was extremely rude and tried to call me a liar when I told him that I already confirmed with the management company that it was allowed. The best part was that they accepted our large dogs, which is great because most condos dont allow them. There was plenty of space on the grounds to walk them and even a gate to take them out to the beach. The condo does have WiFi and cable for the TV. The patio is very large and we enjoyed sitting out watching the waves, even when it rained. We really enjoyed our stay and would even consider returning for our next trip to SPI.

    The Saida condos are positively fantastic. Well secured, and staffed. I met the owner while peeing in a trashcan waiting by the elevators. He wasnt exactly pleased but we got along afterwards.

    Love coming to this place been coming here for 20 years its a great experience and time every time I come its always nice. Customer service is great . I highly recommend it its a nice place to go for a family vacation

    I woke up this morning to find that there was no water. Apparently they had a pipe burst. I had an 11 appointment in Brownsville so i had to return home to bathe and get ready for my appointment. I hope the water is on when i her back in about 30 minutes
