Check in was so easy. We met in our condo which was very clean. Jim was very nice and helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed. We rented a pontoon boat there on site Andy with DNS Water Sports was also very nice and helpful. Andy even gave us food after a long day out in the water and followed up with us the next day. Definitely recommend to anyone for a great get away. Were already looking to book again.

We spent Easter weekend...at the condo...at the far end...near the pier. We had a great weekend. Mr. Jim was very nice.....our check in and check out was so easy. We made arrangements to rent out jet skis for both days our stay....hassle free. The condo was clean....and to be able to fish right off the balcony was definitely a first. The kitchen was great too....we were ate breakfast and dinner and was able to fish.....as early....and as late.....right off our balcony. I highly recommend...this resort....we will definitely come back.....Although.....we didnt have time to use....the resort has two swimming pools, exercise facility....basketball courts...and tennis courts.

Large rooms, clean & well kept, kitchen has everything you would need. Beautiful view of the lake! My favorite part was the patio facing the lake. Technically it hangs over the lake. Really great view! The host Rob was very helpful. Made it easy checking in and out.

This place had everything we needed it was fully equipped with all your essential needs, the view overseeing the lake was beautiful, during the entire stay it was peaceful & quiet, Jim was very nice & accommodating he made checking in & out a breeze!! I had such an amazing weekend here! 😌 We look forward to coming back soon!

The place was clean and quiet. That was refreshing. There were two pools, one chill and the other hype. There was a nice play space for kids. Renting water equipment needed to be done in advance. Perhaps thats because its summer time. I was in 153 which sits right on the lake. The two things I wish were different: I wish that the criteria and and times for the pool were in the space and that the internet quality was better. Besides those two things, all was great!

The condo was very comfortable, clean and well decorated with a beautiful view of Lake Conroe. The patio balcony overhung the lake which made it even more relaxing and convenient for casual fishing & bird watching. We were very pleased with the owner/manager, Jim, from whom we also rented a nice pontoon boat. We will definitely return here.

Beautiful view of Lake Conroe. Condo was clean, fully stocked with cookware, and bathroom needs. James was an excellent host. Went well above and beyond to make our experience an unforgettable one. The jet tub in bathroom is huge. My husband and myself were able to fit in it. The king size bed was so comfy and loved the flat screen tv.

It was awesome! Definitely a staycation for us. We take a weekend or so a month for just us, no kids! We definitely are coming back: the view is to die for. The sunrise is on the balcony side. The balcony is literally over the water. The lake is under you!!! We fished directly off the balcony: so HE WAS IN HEAVEN while I did girl stuff like getting ready! The bathtub is a jacuzzi tub also, so I relaxed and soaked forever. There is a a great restaurant and bar literally outside our condo door!! We had no need to leave the property once we arrived. The kitchen and cabinets was fully stocked woth all the things we’d need so we brought food to eat!! We were told by Rob, management head, to check out the Southern Empress... it’s a Mississippi style paddle boat, we did dinner and a cruise around Lake Conroe for 4 hours at sunset... we strongly urge anyone to go! All in all we will be back!!

Last minute same day rental. Guys came out and opened the doors, swiped my card, and we settled in. Great location. Rubber ducky bar right around the corner was nice too. Boat rentals within walking distance. We liked it so much we are looking into buying a unit.

Place has the best sunrise views on the Lake, the waterfront balcony is an awesome place to spend the day or night, the waves churning below, the stars and breeze at night are intoxicating. Fishing from our condo and 4th of July fireworks were the best from our balcony, close to everything and just a short drive from Houston. Will keep coming back for years to come!

We had a great time here. Had 2 units. The man next door asked us to turn down the music at 7pm bcuz his baby was sleeping. That kinda sucked but overall we enjoyed the property & the beautiful views

Its Beautiful very elegant and experience Ill always remember..They make u feel like your on an island theres so much to do or theres nothing to do...I love laying by the pool watching the sky mesmerized that Im in Texas.
