Carol is a life saver! After our Airbnb was cancelled she found the perfect spot for our group of 11! She’s so accommodating and great at keeping in touch and making you feel welcome. I won’t book a stay again in the Shreveport area unless it’s through Carol and Res River. She genuinely cares and wants the best for her clients.

My wife and I recently visited Shreveport during Christmas and I had booked a small cottage through Carols company. While we were in-route from the Dallas-Ft. Worth area, we received a phone call from Carol informing us that the property we had expected to stay in was not available due to some unforeseen minor repairs that had not been completed. Carol, unperturbed, calmly informed that she had another property she would make available to us so as not to upset our travel plans. In turned out that she placed us in a much nicer property at the same agreed price and was very cordial to us during our stay. When our travel plans again bring us to the Shreveport-Bossier area, we will not hesitate to contact Carol and Red River Corporate Housing.Dan Emory

Carol is amazing! I would recommend her, hands down, over anyone and anywhere else in the area! I came to town for a 3 week business trip and cannot thank her enough for her help. I found Carol after a place I had originally planned to stay (not one of hers) ended up not working out and left me in a bind. She not only got me in a place that night, she got me into a SAFE, clean, comfortable, well-cared for property. If you are going to be in the area for an extended amount of time, I highly recommend contacting Carol. She is originally from the area and was such a tremendous help to me that I really cannot thank her enough. She even told me that even if I didnt book with her, she would make sure that I didnt end up in the situation that I was in prior to contacting her. That spoke worlds to me, and I highly recommend contacting Carol for your or your companys corporate housing needs.

Connies Cottage is the perfect place for a couple, a small family of 4 or just me! Great location close to shopping, church & park for the kids. The cottage was comfortable, safe & pretty quiet. I could have just moved in & stayed. Connie is awesome & very easy to work with. I would gladly stay there again.

I have had the best experience. I had an emergency, a death in the family, and I was all confused and booked hotel rooms for the wrong night, but of course all the hotels were booked for the night I needed. I found this number and on the other end at 6:30 pm was the most amazing person Carol. She mostly does corporate rentals and her vacation rentals were booked, but she had a house that a family had just moved out of and she was willing to try to get the place cleaned and ready for us in a little more than 24 hours. We ended up not booking because we decided to just drive home after the funeral, but her kindness and commitment to helping my family were amazing.

Very spacious an laid out. Mrs Carol was very helpful in accomidating me an 2 more. The place was very clean when arrived. Check in was very easy an its close to many restraunts. If ever in the area again will fpr sure contact Mrs Carol.

I could not say enough good things about working with Carol. It took her one day to get in touch with me and my company, find and show me a great place, and had it ready for me to move in 3 days. Wish I could give her an extra star for buying me some groceries and leaving them in my apt, since she knew I would be arriving late on Sunday night. :)

I worked with Carol who was very diligent in finding me a place to stay for a few months. She had plenty of options, with a variety of styles which were all all fully furnished. I requested a place that was close to my work with covered parking and she found it for me.The place was pretty nice. I could tell the owners were in the middle of upgrading it, but what was in place was still good for me. I didn’t have any issues which required me to call for maintenance during the time I was there, which I was worried about beforehand.If you need temporary housing, I would highly recommend calling Red River to see what they have for you. I think they work pretty hard to find what you need.

Without a doubt the best and most responsive housing specialists Ive ever encountered. All of the business transactions were seamless and effortless as we traveled to Shreveport for a long term stay. The description of the recommended unit I rented exceeded our expectations in decor, cleanliness, size, and location. The accommodations provided quality furniture, kitchen equipment, and bedding. Every aspect of our stay was comfortable and safe, therefore my overall guest experience would cause me to come back again and again. Thanks to Carol Cotten for her responsiveness and ability to make things happen! Her tenacity and advice made the difference in helping us select the best accommodation for our stay.

Mrs. Carol is one of the most sweetest souls I had ever met! I called asking for a quote on one of the properties that was listed on their website & she was so helpful! I thought I was just calling for a quick quote but she literally helped me with everything I needed to know about different properties that fit my needs. I would totally recommend everyone to her. I am a government contractor and work all over, I was transferred to work in Shreveport to work at Barksdale AFB. Miss Carol went above and beyond to help me find a place long term, and decorated the place so beautifully for me, so that I would feel at home. She made sure I wasnt far from the base and that I would be in a safe area. I can not express how much she helped me in the moving process. She is a SAINT pun intended (The Saints were robbed yall) If you are a traveling professional, and want somewhere to stay/live that feels like home and not a hotel, please call Miss Carol Cotten, shes the answer to your problems! We loved our stay in Shreveport, it was wonderful! We were walking distance to several parks for our little one to play at and very centrally located to everything we needed!! Carol was great!!

I had the opportunity to stay in one of the houses and it was a great experience. Everything was very clean, comfortable, spacious and with a lot of privacy. Carol gave us all the assistance possible, I have nothing to complain about. I highly recommend it!
