My boyfriend rented this house for his birthday weekend and it was incredible!!! Jacob is a fantastic host but I do have to say, his dog Pepper was even better. The bunk room was perfect for all of the people we wanted to have there but I also love that there is some separation and privacy with other bedrooms in the house (the beds are also SO comfortable, unlike most hotels/rentals). We never got bored with all the activities he has set up there and we didnt have to bring any of our own stuff to cook/grill because the kitchen has quite literally anything you could ever need! We decided to rent one of Jacobs boats for a day, which he captained. I wont lie, Lake Travis makes me a little nervous, but Jacob completely eased those nerves. He is extremely knowledgeable of the lake and the risks/dangers inherent in boating on it, very skilled in captaining the boat, and awesome at teaching people how to wake surf if they want to learn. Ive stayed in quite a lot of airbnbs but this one takes the cake. We will definitely be making this an annual tradition! Thanks Jacob!!!

I love everything about this place!!! The home, and the views of the lake from the home are absolutely beautiful. The home is spotless, has high end furnishing, designer bedding and has a very modern décor throughout. The sand volleyball court, and cornhole pit is adjacent to the lake which gives the property a resort feeling. At night it was nice to sit by the lake while enjoying the full moon, with my friends. The separate patios accommodated several people, and having 2 different living spaces gave us all the privacy, and space we needed to all spread out. The downstairs also had a pool table and bar which was also very convenient. Awesome, Awesome place

Incredible house and service! From the minute we walked in throughout the stay 5 star service. Having a vacation home myself I picked up on the little details that went into this property including nice bedding, towels, kitchen supplies Bluetooth surround sound speakers, ext. The location was unbelievable with outdoor area to relax. Vollyball set up was impressive and great way to celebrate with some close friends. Jacob was a great host being available if needed and all around was a great experience

Awesome airbnb on the lake! Can’t miss the sunsets and playing volleyball in the Sand pit with your friends.
