Comfortable stay! Very clean home, and very comfy beds. Those are really the two basic things people seem to look for, but also had all of the creature comforts, and it was very cute! Its behind another building (a bed and breakfast), and it was far enough back that the bed and breakfast does not intrude upon your property, and it also blocks you from the view and the noise of any of the very-light residential traffic. It was a great stay and we hope to return next year!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! Everything was great and very comfortable for a nice relaxing getaway. We took advantage of the wonderful pool area and had several putting contests. Nice outdoor furniture and a comfortable main suite. Quiet neighborhood area perfect for walks and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Would definitely recommend to future guests.

Beautiful home and incredible property. So peaceful and quiet. We have been evacuated from pacific palisades from the fires and came here to be with family. We really enjoyed our stay. Wish we could stay longer bit booked up quickly! The host really worked with is we needed late checkout. Definitely will come back again.

This place is a magical getaway for my family’s annual get together. So much fun staying under one roof! The reservation was easy, the home was cozy and welcoming and my favorite part was the beds were so comfy! We encountered zero issues or problems and the management company was great to work with.

We had a great time this past weekend at Casalina. We were in Scottsdale to celebrate a wedding and our choice of staying here couldn’t have been a better decision. With 6 adults and four children, there was plenty of room and lots of things to do. We utilized the pool and the kids played on the new swing set and slide. Communication with the kind folks at Porter couldn’t have been better. Any questions were answered within minutes. We will definitely return to Porter managed properties. Thank you for making it a great weekend!

We rented this house to celebrate my husbands birthday, and it was perfect. Very private, great views and a beautiful home. There were 4 couples there and plenty of room and close to mountain bike riding and restaurants. Had a fabulous time.

Fantastic stay and centrally located! Highly recommended as it was perfect for 3 of us. Great kitchen to prepare our own food and loved lounging in the main room. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend to anyone.

This property in Sedona is terrific! We were 7 members of our family staying there for 5 nights. Location is perfect for early morning hiking. Sedona area is breathtaking and this home fit right into the ‘red rock backdrop’.We had a couple of requests which got managed very quickly & satisfactorily which we really appreciated. In the future I think we’d return in the warmer weather so we could also enjoy the pool and golfing.

We stayed at a home in Sedona that was fabulous!! The home was more spacious than the pictures show! Kitchen was well stocked with high quality utensils and appliances, comfortable beds, and spacious rooms! The game room was so much fun! Outstanding property! The management property was responsive and gave us some wonderful suggestions!

We live in the neighborhood and like to rent this home whenever we have more out of town guests than we can handle in our home. We cannot say enough about how nice this home is. It is perfect for large family gatherings. The host is fantastic and the house is spotlessly clean and loaded with amenities. We will definitely be using the home again.

Take it breezy was so beautiful and had absolutely everything we needed! From our morning coffee in the rocking chairs on the balcony, to all of our cooking needs, an outside fridge and games for both adults and kids! The beach buggy at the additional cost was 100% worth it! The house is also beautifully decorated and organized! 10/10 recommend!

This property is as one of the cleanest and well managed properties we have ever stayed at in Galveston. The location and the view was absolutely perfect. Just far enough outta the crowds, but close enough to everything needed. We could walk to put put golf, batting cages and go carts. We will definitely stay here again and would even be interested in owning our ne of these condos. Can not say enough good things about this property.

We had a long weekend stay at The Good Life. This house is absolutely beautiful, more comfortable than my own home, and the perfect location - only a couple minutes walk to the beach but not on the beach directly, so you dont have to feel like youre in the middle of all the commotion. After a year of COVID, this was the perfect getaway - we felt completely renewed and really didnt want to leave. Great amenities in the house, and lots of space, for living and sleeping! The area has a great selection of local as well as chain restaurants, depending on your preference. Highly recommend, definitely every bit of a 5-star experience and wish I could give it another star. WILL BE BACK!! Thank you for lending us your fabulous home, and a long weekend of The Good Life!!

We had a GREAT stay at the Take it Breezy beach house in Galveston. Wow, the house is REALLY beautiful - I mean, the pictures dont do it justice. Its equally as comfortable. Every little detail is thought of, and the decor is just fab. Its so beach housey but in an upscale way thats still comfy and family friendly. With 3 bedrooms we had plenty of room, and sitting in the rockers on the deck with views and sounds of the ocean was my favorite part. Were sad we didnt get a chance to use the awesome grill and firepit in the great downstairs area, but will definitely be back. Dont hesitate to book here! Management and response/communication is top notch as well. My favorite rental in Galveston (and Ive been many, many times)!

Victory Vacations and Sea Bird are awesome! The house is a short 2 minute walk from the beach, it is the only house on the road and feels secluded in the middle of Sea Isle. The views from the deck are amazing. It is so quiet and peaceful that you almost forget where you are! We will definitely be back!

Initial requests for so much information to qualify as acceptable to rent a property seemed really drastic especially for a senior citizen not all that computer literate or comfortable sharing that much information. In the past 10 rentals on Galveston Island and surrounding areas it was much simpler.We enjoyed our stay at the property we rented which was even nicer than the online photos. There were a few hiccups when we arrived and couldn’t get the passcode to work on the front door code reader. After it rained overnight the driveway potholes were filled with inches of water making it nearly impassable to reach the highway on a motorcycle.Now that I have jumped all the hurdles to be approved for renting from this company I’m hoping my next visit will go more smoothly..!

Lastly, they are also great place to list your property and use them manage your property. They think of everything and are great communicators. they really stepped up during the Winter storm for us. Lynn, Holly and Dianna are like family at this point! Dont hesitate to call them!
