Spent Mother’s Day weekend with my wife in the Hickory Ridge Cabin.Cleanest weekend getaway I have ever stayed in.Accommodating, and nothing shy of amazing. Views for miles with wild flowers and rolling hills. Close to Llano and Fredericksburg.Will be going back for sure 👍Mike and Jen

We love this house. We meet up with friends from Nebraska for a long weekend jeeping. The house is designed that they have their bedroom/bath on one end and our bedroom/bath on the other. Great location and plenty of parking. This is the second year renting the Birmingham. We plan on next year as well!

I heard about this place from a very dear friend and I decided to check it out. I took my husband and his parents and all of us thoroughly enjoyed every minute we were here! We got to see donkeys, horses, cows and deer. The view is just breathtaking during the day and the stars at night were just beautiful, our camera phones was not able to capture the beauty of it. The cabin is adorable and had everything I needed to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. We will definitely be returning again. Llano is a great place to visit and you can also go down to Fredericksburg. I cannot recommend this place enough! It is a great place to for a beautiful quiet getaway. Kristie was an amazing host and came down to meet us and give us great information about the area and great restaurants, treats to try!

We recently stayed at The Sunday House for a family gathering in Llano. The property was completely immaculate and so adorable. The hotels in the area are not nice so we were just so happy to find a nice place to stay when we visit family. We will definitely book again at any of the Phoenix Nest properties!

Beautiful, well maintained properties around the hill country/Llano and Kristie and the management team make every effort to accommodate and provide a great housing experience. I took my son over the weekend for his first hunting experience and we had a great stay at roomy Birmingham house. Would highly recommend for any hunter/group looking to visit the area. They have properties of various sizes to fit your needs with full amenities and the pricing is extremely reasonable.

The experience proved spectacular at every time of day: watching the sunrise from the front porch, petting the horse and donkeys during the day and exploring the property, grilling in the evening, stargazing at night. It is also well positioned to afford easy access to Fredericksburg, Llano, and Enchanted Rock. The house is very clean and comfortably furnished; it is next door to wonderful hosts who went out of their ways to welcome us and show us their home. I’m anxious to stay here again.

This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Texas Hill Country! The owners are generous and kind, the home well appointed, and the setting quiet and serene. Close to Llano and Enchanted Rock this is a perfect location to explore the countryside. The only drawback is that the 3rd bedroom where the bunkbeds are located is actually in the laundry room and it has no door. Not much privacy as it is adjacent to the kitchen.

Our group of friends had an amazing time at the Mountain View Guest House! Super clean, amazing views, wonderful hosts. There are lots of things to do in the area, but the house was also great to spend downtime at. The sky at night is incredible.

The home was meticulously clean. No detail missed with the amenities. Perfect size for my wife and I. Loved sitting on the porch at night. Close location for day trips. We went hiking at Enchanted Rock State Park and visited Fredericksburg. Plenty of good restaurants in Llano.

This is a great place to stay for reunions, especially for first-timers in Llano! We enjoyed star gazing, petting and feeding Zu the horse and donkeys, as well as the large outdoor space. It is also a convenient location for local attractions including Robinson City Park, Enchanted Rock, South Llano River State Park, and Fredericksburg Downtown. I highly recommend and would stay again!

The house is very clean and has more than enough beddings. You can see the stars at night at the Mountain View house (very little light pollution). The hosts are very nice. They introduced to us local restaurants and different places to visit. They also have an amazing beautiful horse and some donkeys

Nicely renovated and very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could need. The large, breezy front porch with the comfortable sitting area was my favorite. Kristie also offers great local tips - loved the new ice cream parlor!

Really nice, comfortable place with cute decorations and antique stuff. It makes you feel like you time traveled! I liked that there’s no WiFi so you can really relax and unwind and enjoy your stay with family and friends! Also the place is super clean and has everything you need to cook 👩‍🍳 👍

We had an incredible time here. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous, the animals come right up to the cabin, and the owner was incredibly nice and accommodating as well. We will definitely be coming back.
