It is great! It was easy check in, the living quarters were magnificent. They have everything you could need in the kitchen! There is a grill for cooking outside, too. The swing downstairs is my favorite spot! The upstairs patio is amazing with the view of the waterways! My husband caught a flounder right in the backyard! We definitely will be coming back!

Had a great time fishing there but needed lawn mowed, had to buy alot of stuff for our stay that I thought was going to be provided like toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, etc. Stove was dirty, shower curtain was a little moldy, oven was not clean so I had to buy cleaning supply to clean oven to cook in it. But on a positive note its a very good place to fish and to get away for a family vacation if they fix the small little problems I mention because everything else was perfectly fine. I absolutely loved the top porch deck, family and children had a very great time, it was very peaceful and quiet. Great neighbor, awesome place to catch a ton of crabs. I can not complain to much because it was a great and much needed mini vacation and the purpose of renting the house was a suggest. So yes I would recommend this location to anyone who loves to fish and crab and have a good weekend get away. Thanks for letting us rent your house this weekend we really enjoyed ourselves....
