Great location! Very peaceful with million dollar sunset views! Pier was great and the specks were hungry for sure! The barn was a great place to take a little break and continue enjoying the gorgeous views! Will definitely be returning soon! And the owner was extremely responsive to all my questions. -

Like fresh air, sea breezes, and fishing for speckled trout? Pancamo Point near Port Lavaca may be just the getaway for you. Stay in a large nicely-appointed and comfortable RV, spend the day kayaking or canoeing or just enjoying the gorgeous property and wildlife (seagulls, herons, ibis, pelicans, hawks, fish, crabs), and just wait for sunset. When the lights come on (automatically) on the pier, grab a pole, dip it in the water, and catch your limit of speckled trout within minutes. I kid you not. You dont need to spend the day in the sun unless you just want to. Bring large shiny spoon lures to catch the larger fish. And bring a tape measure along with your valid fishing license. The local game warden is active and observant:)We are so glad we found this place, and we do plan to return. We came to celebrate our birthdays and anniversary, which occur within a 3-day span. Its the perfect place to relax and forget about everything else going on. It was grand! Thanks Dan for hosting our celebration. -

This was a beautiful place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about this place. The RV was clean and nicely outfitted for us to just show up and start relaxing. The barn was amazing with a fish cleaning station, kitchen and outdoor bathroom. The pier and fishing were great with us catching trout, catfish and reds. Dan is a great host! -
