Edgewater is a nice surprise. Our unit was beautiful and it is kept up 💯. We will definitely stay there again. The only upgrade needed is the bathroom. Everything else is amazing. The actual dealing with the rental company could use a little more customer friendly service. I did deal with Robert a few days after our trip and he was awesome! Overall it was a great trip and a nice surprise staying somewhere new for us!

Condo was big, clean and comfortable bed. Both bathrooms were very nice and well organized. Also the kitchen had nice cooking necessities (like pots, sharp knives, cutting boards and storage containers) so we really appreciated that. Seating in the living area was very limited (OK for 2 but not enough if you had more people). The only real negatives for us was that the picture had shown a stacked washer and dryer which we required for our 14-days stay, yet when we arrived there was a sign indicating that the washer cannot be used and we were then told that it would not be repaired prior to our departure. Also you may want to note that since this unit is in the corner where building 3 & 4 meet, it doesnt get any sun at any point in the day (at least in February)

First time visit to South Padre Island. We stayed in unit 302 the week of Christmas 2024. The unit was clean and the ocean view was awesome. The AC was quiet when it ran. We turned it on when the unit got a little stuffy after closing the patio door. The information to check-in/out, parking, rules & regs were clear. The Welcome Center staff were helpful and easy to reach for questions. Overall great stay.

The condo was absolutely wonderful. We had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings watching people playing tennis, swimming and watching the ocean. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was nice and clean.The beds were very comfortable. Very close to everything and the beach couldn’t get any closer ❤️. Great that you could see both sunrise and sunset at the condo. Staff was easily available and were awesome during our stay. Definitely, will stay here again!

The condo itself was pretty nice. Upon check in, we were suppose to receive coffee filters and coffee, but we didnt get it until day 4 of our stay. The front entry door frame was in bad shape, and the door leading out to the balcony was difficult to close shut. Other than those minor issues, the condo was really quite lovely. A suggestion for some improvement would be to have a garbage chute on the floor, and laundry appliances inside the unit. Again, the unit itself was very very nice!

We stayed in the Saida III Room 3042 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. The checkin process was easy and convenient. When we arrived at the condo we found that it was roomy, nicely decorated and has beautiful flooring. However, the door, fridge door, microwave door, walls, and kitchen cabinets were dirty. They had not been cleaned and had dirt and dried food, etc on them. There was a dirty pizza slicer in the dishwasher as well. I had to clean those things when we arrived.The beds and floors were nice and clean though. The bathrooms were small and the master bathroom toilet paper holder was ready to fall off the wall. The master bedroom blinds were missing pieces and needed replaced. The master bedroom faces the large pool area and the condo is on the 3rd floor so people can see right inside since blinds missing. The master bathroom shower handle is broken and would take sometimes almost 15 minutes to get the water on the right temperature. You had to push in and turn just right to get it to turn on. The shower holds water and leaks. There is a mold problem in the walls and needs repairs. My husband has a chronic lung disease and he coughed a lot while there due to the mold. I had previously asked the gentleman prior to booking about this since I read some about this on a previous post. He stated, that if there were issues back in January then they were addressed. Clearly they have not been addressed!I feel the unit has been neglected and that is sad because it is a beautiful place otherwise.I feel we paid a little over price for having to clean and with the mold issue.The resort does have 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, tennis courts and shuffle boards. It has a couple tiki huts but had limited hours to get food or drinks. The staff are friendly. You have a short walk to the beach and it is all on a deck path which is nice. We had cute little creatures visit us each day at the pool & beach.The kitchen was fully stocked and that was nice. They have a stackable washer and dryer in the unit which was very convenient. There were no TV in the bedrooms. The balcony was very nice and large but unfortunately couldnt enjoy it because they did not have any furniture but one couch like furniture and it was older and very wet.The large pool was too cold so we and most guests swam in the 2 smaller pools daily.Its close to attractions. They stock it for the essentials first supplies. They you have to restock.I would stay again in a different condo unless they fix the issues in this one.We unfortunately had people above us staying that threw trash over the balcony and then was using roller blades all hours of the day and night. Some nights until 1am.Enjoyed our stay otherwise.Thank you,Heather

This was a nice 2 bedroom 2 bath condo right on the beach. It is in good condition and could sleep 5 easily. The lock on the door was cranky, so you had to be super careful that the door locked. Also, staff at the Guest Lobby was hard to find if you needed to get or return your FOB or anything else you might need help with. All in all, this is a great condo and I would recommend

We had a wonderful stay, even though we had the unfortunate luck of being there when Tropical Depression Francine came through. Our first 3 days were very windy and very rainy. We had water leak in through the 2 sliding glass doors, but we were able to clean it up with towels and keep it maintained by placing towels in front of the doors. SPI Rentals came by to take a look and brought us lots of extra towels. We felt this was a rare situation and didnt think it should affect our rating.We had 3 wonderful days on the beach. I also used the pool. We went to the South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center and to Turtle Inc. We enjoyed both of these and they were very close to Inverness.The kitchen had everything we needed. Two beach umbrellas were in the room for us to use. We loved the shower! The huge balcony was very nice! We had 6 chairs, a large table to eat at and 2 loungers. The view was AMAZING, especially being at the end of the building and being able to see the Bay as well.

The entire process from beginning to end was very easy with Padre Island Rentals. There was a last minute property change due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control, but the replacement unit was every bit as nice as the initial unit. The condo unit was clean and well stocked. Our family enjoyed our week on SPI.

We just stayed at Aquarius 001 the pictures do not do it justice the views are breathtaking the staff is very friendly and keep the place immaculate. The owners have thought of everything from kitchen utensils to games and beach toys for the kids. From 1st check in to check out everyone is truly friendly.

We stayed in Edgewater 402 the week of Sept 9, 2024. The condo was immaculate! Everything was spotless and beautifully decorated. Beds were super comfy and the pillows were perfect! Even though there was a tropical storm on top of us for 3 out of our 4 days, we still had a great time. The condo provided the perfect place to hunker down and watch mother nature do her thing. The RO system was an unexpected and welcome bonus as it meant we didnt have to buy bottled water.The only suggestion I would have would be for the HOA to work on the walking paths that lead to the beach. Because of the storm, both of the paths were significantly under water (like up to our thighs). We braved it anyway to get our beach time in, but we werent entirely sure it was safe to go wading through there....Thank you for sharing your home with us!

I had no issues with the company. They had great communication and the property was clean and as advertised. After cross referencing the same places with other travel sites, they were cheaper and had an on-island presence. The condo itself was nice, but definitely dated and could use a remodel. The condo location was nice and a short walk to the beach. My only real complaint was some of the pools had people blasting their personal music, but my guess is that happens everywhere.

This was the ideal spot! Right on the beach with a trail that leads you from the condo straight to the sand. Amazing! The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus, as well as the grills and cabanas that so many people used. The place was busy all day long.The only reason I rated 4 stars rather than 5 is because the inside of the condo needs some love. The furniture could definitely be updated. We were a family of four staying there, and could have definitely used a towel hook or two on the back of the bathroom door as there was only one rod for two towels to hang. We also could have benefited from a couple of luggage stands as we had to take the bar stools to hold them, leaving less seating.All in all, an incredible place to stay and would absolutely come back! It was the perfect location.

We have rented from PI Rentals for 8 years and they never disappoint. Check in/out is easy. They were very helpful and attentive this past week when the AC went out in our condo! They found us a comparable condo the next day to finish out our week on the island and gave us a free night! Robert and Matthew were very professional especially during my rant! We will always book thru Padre Island Rentals.

We had a stay at their property for 5 days. It was very good and pleasant stay. They upgraded our apartment to suite without even additional charges. All staff were very friendly. We strongly recommend this property to all our friends and other family members.Hope to visit soon.

We were booked for Beach House 502 and were informed the morning of our arrival that the elevator was out and would be out the entire stay. You offered 2 “upgrades” and we chose Seville 406 due to a lower elevation preference.While we appreciate the upgrade there were negatives. On a positive note the unit was larger, the layout nice and mostly comfortable. The negatives, however, are numerous:• All walls and woodwork needed painting; bathroom molding needed replacing; multiple holes in bedroom walls needed drywall fix• The kitchen cabinet doors were dirty and we had to wipe them down• We found many dishes in cupboards that were washed inadequately – much within cupboards we rewashed• The kitchen water filter does not work; we bought bottled water• The door to the furnace and broom storage had 2 of three hinges not attached; unit didn’t have a broom- we picked up at officeWe raised our concerns about the quality of the unit and pricing disconnect within the first 2 days via email and 2 phone calls. We feel victims of bait and switch, having paid for a well-maintained unit. The phone calls always promised a manager would get back to us. This never happened. The lack of customer service is very disappointing and will be a factor when we return to the island in the future.

Our Padre Island experience in this awesome condo was great. We got to spend a lot of time in the condo due to Tropical Storm Alberto. The condo had incredible patio space and it was clean, comfortable and made us feel at home. We would definitely stay in this unit again and will look for its availability in the future.

Great location on the beach, lovely pools. The unit I rented needs some love—lots of small things, none of which required repair during my stay, but all of which need attention before I could give this unit a 5-star rating. I sent a list to management, who seem quite responsive. I suspect all will be remedied shortly. One thing I didn’t mention—guest room Queen mattress were great, but the master king is either worn out or started out way, way too soft.

We loved staying in this condo and always enjoy our time at the Saida complex. The unit itself was a large 2-bedroom, 2 bath that has been nicely updated. It was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals. The view from the balcony overlooks the ocean from one direction and the pool in the other. All in all, this is one of the nicest places we have stayed in SPI. Highly recommend.

I have to admit that I loved this condo especially for the beautiful ocean view. I have stayed at the Florence 1 condominium at least 7 times over the years. The condo building is desperately in need of upgrading. However, the owners of this condo have gone above and beyond. The bed was actually the most comfortable bed that weve stayed in the Florence I. Again, we have stayed in this condomium complex 7 times. This was our first time in this condo. All of the condos that we have stayed look alike but this owner has been the best. Great price and incredible view. I dont care about the condition of the condominum bulding. However, I do love an ocean view. You cant go wrong with this view and the amenities offered by this owner. We had a beautiful stay. Thank you everyone involved in making our stay incredible. Mark Markgraf

We had a nice stay at our condo. The deck was spacious and gave a great view of the ocean. Disappointed that the weather was overcast most days with foggy haze, maybe it always is this time of year? The beds and linens were very comfortable. The bathrooms were rather outdated. The bathroom sink counters were too low and the tub/shower enclosure was old but the showerhead gave a good wash. A bit inconvenient as well to drive to get fresh linens during the week, a washer and dryer would have been nice to have available for wet beach towels and clothing. The pools and hot tubs were nice but not maintained well, one hot tub nearest to us was not functioning. Another one had only two jets working, and another was ice cold. We thought one of the pools was heated, but none of them were warm. The patio furniture and lounge chairs were nice and plentiful. We had a fun time, but some things could have been a bit better!

Great location. Condo very clean with high-end bedding and towels. The few issues that arose--toaster was broken, no potholders--were quickly rectified by PIR. Shout out to Alonso in guest services who was not only welcoming and cordial but also helped me manage receipt of an important Fedex. We hope to return Thanksgiving!

Padre Island Rentals were very easy to work with and very thorough. The gentleman that greeted us at the office was very nice and was a font of knowledge about the island. Suntide II 204 was in a perfect spot , right on the beach. The heated pool and hot tub were very nice. There were stores and restaurants within easy walking distance. Our unit could use a little sprucing up but was lovely and exactly what we needed. A great addition would be a cutting board in the kitchen. Overall it was an excellent experience and would definitely recommend!

We had a great trip to SPI, spending the week prior to Memorial Day weekend. Great weather without the crowds. This is our second year in this unit. Glad to see the internet log in info and gate pass info have now been printed out so that it is easy to share with my guests (and easier to read!). Our only issue is that the dedicated parking space for #202 is between two other spaces. We did not get to use it because we were boxed out by giant SUVs parking on either side and parking right up to the line. No way for us to open our doors. You really need to just re-stripe this for only two vehicles. We were able to park outside in a non-assigned space. See you next year!

Our family has made SPI our annual vacation destination, and we love the Saida resort - first stayed there in 2020 and theres nowhere else on the island wed rather stay. PI Rentals makes check-in and checkout fairly seamless, and they seem to have the best selection of units in Saida. Rates are going up, sadly, but thats true almost everywhere. No hesitations renting from PI Rentals...

We recently returned from South Padre. Island and it was a very enjoyable trip. The condo was spacious for all 6 of us. It had an open style, the furniture was adequate, and the number of towels was very good. The Master Bedroom, and bath were very well equipped. One of the sofas appeared to be broken, so we did not use it as a hide a bed. The view from the balcony was super. The price for the space we had was competitive. The quality was good as was the value. The staff was very professional and courteous. Check in was a breeze. Until next time.

This was our second stay in the Aquarius condos. The room was beautiful, well maintained and spacious. The condos are in a great location, with food, drink and beach within walking distance and the Padre Island bus/shuttle right outside the gate. Last time we stayed in a room overlooking the gulf, this time we saw Laguna Madre and beautiful sunsets. While not any fault of the owner, noise outside of the unit was awful, well into the night. Earplugs would be highly recommended.

We rented sanctuary 1. We had 1 issue with a broken toilet handle, was fixed within 2 hours. Staff at check in were amazing! Nice folks. Photos are accurate. Nice place for 4 people. 6 would be crowded. Its a good deal for the price. The pool is clean and well maintained. The unit was very clean. Sand gets everywhere, so we bought some dollar store towels to put at each door to help keep the sand in check. ( This is not a criticism, just an fyi). All the drink wear is glass, so buy solo cups. Plenty of dish wear. Blenders top is missing. Quiet neighborhood.if you are in the lower unit you hear stomping from the upper unit all day and night.. Basicallywhen anyone walks up there. . The couches are very worn, stained and sandy ( see picture) We put bedsheets over them. The coffee table and other tables are very chipped, stained etc. The sheets and towels were clean, beds very comfortable. The bed spreads are badly in need of replacement. Bed pillows a bit flat, but pretty much the norm for a rental.All in all, for the price its a good deal. If I were to return to the island I would stay here, but in an upper unit!

This is a lovely condo, and the views to east, south and west are spectacular. Everything was clean and up to date. My only complaint was that there were no instructions as to how to use the electric blinds (took a while to figure those out) and the televisions. Also, as we lost electricity on the last night, a working flashlight and some candles would have been helpful.

We had an amazing time at this condo. PIR does a fantastic job making sure it is clean and stocked with basic necessities. The condo itself was very clean - I’m super picky and it met my standards. We had lots of room for all our kids and they even had beach toys set out for each of our kids which was a special touch. We booked this condo last minute (literally the day of) due to our original rental not being clean and having other issues. We loved the pool here. It was small, but immaculate and again, very clean. Phillip maintains the property and was friendly and always seen taking care of the grounds. We felt safe as this condo is gated and in a nice area. The Beach was very nice and felt private. It took us about 2 minutes to walk to the beach with 3 toddlers so it’s very close and convenient. The walk was actually shorter than it was staying at a resort in the beach. We will stay here again!!

Access to the beach was easy. The grounds and the pools were well kept. The front desk staff was very helpful. The only concern was that the interior was not cleaned very well. The guest bathroom tub/shower had sand and hair in it. The master bedroom bed spread/top sheet had hair on them.We would definitely stay here again and would recommend the resort to our friends.

Condo was very clean, staff were helpful and kind, and facilities clean. Feel condo could benefit from some minor bathroom updates (faucets and grout in need of some attention) but all shown accurately in pictures and location is perfect. Also, maybe add some more plastic/plexiglass cups for kids and to protect against dropping on tile/breaking. Travel coffee cups would also be helpful for pool/walks/beach drinks! Overall will likely return!

The services of padre island rentals were incredible. However, the unit, 210 Beach view, was inadequate. The drapes in guest bed room looked like third country discontinued. Okay for a Super 8, but a 3500 a month condo! One of the chairs on the balcony had a broken back that appeared to be an old break, leaving chair non useable. The lamp shades in master bedroom had bad water stains and need to be replaced. Hooks were missing in the master bedroom drapes and the mirror in the master bath, though not broken, had large places where mercury backing was missing. The owner obviously never visits the unit. Although the building itself was average, the stairs and front balconies are very much in need of repainting. Large areas all over showed scaling paint. Very much disappointed. Finally, because owner advertises on vrbo and I paid them over six hundred dollars plus rental fees. Had it bern only advertised on padre rentals I would have not had the extra charge.

We enjoyed our visit very much. It was a great get-away from wintery Minnesota. Your condo was everything we were hoping it would be. The view of the beach off the balcony wonderful! It was windy and a little chilly but we enjoyed sitting on your beach chairs to watch the people there.

We had a great time at our rented condo for 2 weeks. It was our first trip to South Padre Island. I am sure it wont be our last. The next trip is likely to be for a month to save on the local tax assessment. The unit we rented was on the 6th floor and offered a great view of the gulf. The unit was very functional, although outdated and in need of some repairs and updates. All in all, it was highly acceptable to us.

I booked this condo for the balcony. It did not disappoint. Although on the whole the place could use a good cleaning and minor maintenance. We were having trouble with the tv controls so we called maintenance and they were there within 5 minutes. He fixed the control problem and while he was there we told him about a couple other things. He said if hes not told he doesnt know about them. He changed some light bulbs fixed a leak in the bathroom faucet. Then on his way out he changed the door knob (guess he didnt like how it was working). All in all it was a good stay.

This was a spectacular place to stay! We walked out our condo, which was 3 bedroom, 3bath! Perfect for three couples to enjoy the water and waves! Security was a priority for this rental…always someone to ask a question or get some help with the area! I would give it 10 stars if possible!

Great Check in. Condo was clean and had what we needed. Thankful for towel exchange. Elevator broke. Had to walk 6 flights of stairs multiple times in Saida 1. They did keep us updated and had it fixed in 4 hours. Called multiple time on the 24 hour phone line for after hours issues.. Nobody every answered. Never got a call back. Could not leave a message the second night we called as it was full. Great balcony view. Nice heated pool. Chairs to rent on beach only $10. Needed an all adult pool as they had 3 pools. Nice to have a local place to rent from but if you are going to have 24 hour phone line you should actually answer and call back when someone leaves a message.

Just returned from staying at Aquarius on South Padre Island, Was more than we expected! The condo was the perfect size for 4 of us; location was spectacular! From the beachfront to the location to all the restaurants and bars...a lot within walking distance was a plus! Cristine at the front desk was amazing! Seems like she never left and was so helpful. The only downside was the pool...it was so hot that we would not use it along with the hot tub. Probably from getting off the Winter season. Would and have recommended Aquarius and will return in the future!

Stayed in Saida Tower IV unit 703. The location was perfect, and the view of the beach was wonderful. The grounds were very well kept, loved the 3 pools, tennis courts, and access to food and drinks if needed. The unit itself was very comfortable for the 7 of us (4 adults & 3 kids). It was very clean, however, the blinds in both rooms NEED to be replaced. Some parts on the blinds were missing, where people can see into your rooms. Also the closet door in the master bedroom was off the track and needs to be fixed(couldnt open it). If these things werent a problem, I wouldve easily given this place a 5 star rating. This wasnt anything that ruined our vacation, but its definitely something that needs attention.

We stayed at Edgewater Condos unit 207 April 2021. A 3 bdrm. Gated. Nicely decorated and convenient to get to everything. Located about the middle of the island. We met some people that return every year for many years and some people that own condos there. Everyone was so nice and they said this was the best place to stay. Very family friendly. Pool and hot tub clean and inviting. Short walk to the beach. We took our morning walk on the beach. Just beautiful. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Easy to check in and out. We will be renting this place again when we return. We talked to the man taking care of the pool a few times and he was very nice and helpful with the code to the gate to the beach.

We stayed at Inverness 703, Thanksgiving week. This condo was very nice, updated well appointed condo. Wonderful view. However the Inverness building needs major updates. My sister uses a walker, therefore needed elevator access. One elevator was down for schedule repair which we found out about when we checked in. On Wednesday, the only elevator was out if order. No communication to us, found out when we went to leave for breakfast and found out of order on the only elevator. Called Padre rental & they were not aware of this. After 3 days of rain, finally partly sunny day and we were stuck on the 7th floor until 3 pm. No compensation was offered.

We just finished a one week stay and it was fantastic. The staff was very professional and easy to deal with to check in and out. We loved the condo and it was exactly as advertised. When we arrived everything was clean and in place and ready for our stay. My wife and I, and our two kids enjoyed the balcony and the pools and it was just a short walk down to the beach to play in the gulf. Additionally, we found lots of good food nearby as well as entertaining activities to do with the kids. This was our first visit to South Padre so we weren’t sure what to expect. Ive been renting beach houses from Padre Island Rentals for 7 years now and Ive only had the best experiences. I take a group on a leadership retreat each May. Weve stayed at Acapulco Villa and Malibu Beach Villa and the beach houses are impeccable, as is the service I receive at Padre Island Rentals. From the moment I call the reservations department, Im greeted by friendly agents. Making a reservation is quick and easy, especially if you go online ahead of time and check out all they have to offer. Upon arrival, the front desk agents are friendly and thorough and I love that theyre open 24 hrs - sometimes we arrive at odd times and its never a problem. Malibu Beach Villa is beautiful and very upscale. Acapulco Villa is very nice and homey -both are great for leadership retreats, but would also be perfect for a large family vacation as well. We generally choose Acapulco Villa because it has a private pool, whereas Malibu Beach Villa shares a large (very beautiful) pool with other beach houses. I can only think of one occasion over the last seven years where weve had to call Padre Island Rentals to send out a maintenance person to fix a minor issue - it was for a stopped up toilet and the maintenance guy arrived within minutes and completely fixed the problem. During our stay, Ive called their front desk folks for various other reasons - directions, restaurant suggestions, etc. and theyre always very knowledgeable and helpful. Our stay is always so pleasant - we love the condo/beach house experience because we have our own freedom to basically live in a place for a few days to a week. Checkout is very quick and easy - you just go and drop off the keys at Padre Island Rentals on your way out. Ive never had a problem and I look forward to booking again real soon! My team has an awesome time every year!!

We used Padre Island Rentals to book 5 nights at the Saida IV 703 in October. It was easy to get keys and clean towels if needed. We were pleasantly surprised at all the updates that had been done to this unit. Having stayed at Saida before, I know someone the units show signs of wear. The whole unit had a fresh clean feel to it. The kitchen and bathrooms felt new and the new tile floors looked good. TV and internet were better than expected.Only complaints was that there was grinding on some porches on a scaffolding around the pool that was a bit annoying. I realize that things are always needing some repair next to the Gulf. We definitely would stay here again and use Padre Island Rentals.

It was a short walk to the beach access. Wish the weather was a little warmer to enjoy the pool, but we will have to come back during a warmer month.

We booked 406 Seville pretty last minute and had a beautiful week on the beach.Pros at this rental: location is great, pool area nice, wrap around deck thoroughly enjoyed, air -condioning cranks, showers were awesome, beds were comfortable, elevators and luggage carts appreciated. Pretty quiet also. Towels and supplies were sufficient for us.Cons: TV in main room AND Master -cable/Direct TV was out all week. Issue never resolved. We quit calling after day 3. Furniture is old, bedding comforters also very old, was not comfortable using them but the linens were fresh, so that was ok. No coffee pot-thank goodness we brought ours, and the iron did not heat up at all. Floors were dirty when we went in but the rest of the place looked clean.

Suntide II 505 was the perfect condo for our family trip in October. Top floor of the building and perfectly centered for the best view! Keyless entry is great for beach and pool goers! The condo was very clean (during Covid it gave us a great level of comfort). We woke up to the sun rising on the water out of the master bedroom and living room. The kitchen was roomy and had all necessary and new utensils for us to cook meals in. The bedrooms were very roomy for luggage and storage. The beds and couch were really comfortable, the two full/queen beds in the second room were a nice touch. The primary closet was large with sliding doors and the updated steamer shower was great and roomy! The large dining table accommodated everyone in our party comfortably. One of our favorite part of the condo were the tall balcony chairs and table that allowed us to enjoy the beach view (over the railing)! Suntide II 505 is highly recommended, I cant think of anything that could have made it better and we will definitely stay again!

We have been to a few wonderful places on vacation and our South Padre Island booking in the Suntide II condominiums on the beach rates among the best. The property management Padre Island Rentals were so nice and helpful available 24 hours to answer questions and help make your stay comfortable. The condo was very clean and the kitchen bedrooms, and bathrooms were made up smartly with all the amenities you would need. We found the island to be beautiful and clean with water and sand that without a doubt is “The Best in Texas”. There is plenty to do and if you are lucky; you can even see a rocket launch. For nourishment, there is plenty of great restaurants and bars that you will find delicious and unique food to satisfy most individuals.If I could ask for more; I might request easier to watch streaming services with info on the use of the many remotes controlling all the devices.So overall we found our trip to be all that we had hoped for and the accommodations were key to the success.

Great location! Nice condo in every way: nice size kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. The second bedroom had a window on the walkway which I thought might be loud, but it wasnt at all. The only downside was that although the internet worked, the phone service did not. Had to go outside to use the phone which was odd. I would definitely rent this place again!

SPI Property..............The property itself is very nice. My family had a great time at Marlin 7. Its close to everything, the view is great at night. Its in viewing distance to see fire works. I received a call from maintenance, but no one was able to get to the problem until and next day. (Which was the day we checked out). I was supposed to receive a call from management on 9/4/18 which is the day after labor day, still havent received a call. We really enjoyed our stay, but I wish the ant problem shouldve been handle before we checked in the room.

We have used Padre Island Rentals twice, and have stayed at SAIDA IV 502. The condo was clean, and fit our family of six comfortably. Each room had dressers and hangers for us to use; they allow you to switch out your towels although you have to drive up to their offices to do so. The kitchen was a decent size; they had cups, mugs and pans for you to use. The bar area and dinning seating were roomy for all of us to enjoy our meals. The living area was a lovely size, and the views from the Gulf of Mexico were breathtaking. The grounds of the Saida are gorgeous and clean. Whenever we had an issue such as a light bulb going out the company sent someone over in a timely manner to replace it. We have been coming to South Padre Island for a number of a years, and had been using hotels which were hard to accommodate our family size. Using Padre Island Rentals has made planning a trip stress free, and we will be using them for all of our vacation rentals to South Padre Island, Texas.

We stayed in Suntide II room 201 from Feb.23 to Mar 2 with family of 4 adults & 3 adult children. Very spacious, large balcony, fully stocked kitchen w/ nice pans & 3 charcoal grills down below. Cooked/grilled all of our meals & met very nice neighbor Stuart room 101 who loaned us his outdoor chairs. Our daily beach walk was 5 minutes away. Suggest replacing the very thin pillows in the near future & bring a blow dryer but perfect condo for awesome sunrises & safe, fun location. The Blue Marlin is a nearby grocery store & only place to get a fishing license on the island. Family Dollar is also within walking distance. The pool was perfectly warm, would have liked the hot tub a bit cooler but still felt amazing after a long day of playing. Bring water shoes to avoid the beached jellyfish which crews cleared daily. Would definatly stay here again.

Only negative was internet, never knew when it was going to work, on off for three weeks.Seemed to work better on cellphone then tablet or laptop.

I booked for 5 days. It was a very nice location. Our place looked out directly at the ocean, and the balcony was nice and wide so we could all sit and watch the sunrise in the morning. The place was well decorated and clean too.There were a few minor down sides. If youre planning to use the freezer for your stay, its all rusted inside. I wouldnt feel comfortable putting food items inside there. One of the bathrooms was so small you had to kind of sit sideways on the toilet lol. I guess it would be fine for kids. The final downside was that there were no pans to cook. We brought food with us, but were hoping they would atleast provide a frying pan for eggs.

This review is only for the reservation process and not the condo itself.We rented Suntide II unit 501 which had issues. See my review for that here on Google under Suntide II.The process for reserving the condo was great. Paid half to reserve and then the rest a few weeks before check in. When we checked in, the process could not have been any better. They guy was great and had all of the paperwork prepared, He just went over it with me and that was it.The only negative is that they charged some extra fees that, in my view, shouldnt be charged. They should be baked into the rental fee in the first place. I know they do this to make the cost look lower than it really is, and they all do it. Still doesnt make it right.

This is our 2nd year booking a rental beach house thru Padre Island Rentals and they did not disappoint us! Whether it was at 9 am or 11 at night someone was there to answer our questions. The Dreamcatcher beach house was amazing, the furnishings were elegent yet very homey and inviting. The home had everything we needed, the private pool/hot tub and outside shower were perfect! Overall gorgeous home to have stayed at. We look forward to booking our annual beach vacation again with PI Rentals!

Stay was may 19 - may 23 2019 mon - Thurs at Florence 1 202. Very clean. Doing maintenance that involved painting pool deck. So from Mon - Wed no direct access to beach no pool no hot tub. Understand need to do maintenance but heads up would have been better than being blind slides by it. When I called pi rentals, Dave gave me access to Florence II. Building next door to pool hot tub n beach access. Problem solved. Very important as have breathing issues n short walk to beach important. Thank u for your care!

Very good to deal with based on our 5 years of experience. They have a 24 hrs Front desk help line, your stay had maintenance covered, additional cleanings can be scheduled since they have a Housekeeping be Dept., Linens can be exchanged. Their communications to customer about scheduling maintenance required seems to have deteriorated this year, but keep trying.

We stayed at the Retama 4. It was comfortable, clean, quiet, located close to the beach, and fully stocked with kitchen equipment. We stayed for a week. This place has two private bedrooms and a fold out couch. There is parking for two cars, but they have to be parked nose to tail. If you want a place for an extended stay then I would choose this condo. It has high speed internet, cable, TVs in the bedrooms and living room, and DVD players. This is a definite stay.

We rented S4803 for my daughters birthday weekend through Padre Island rentals. The staff that was there during check in was very nice and helpful. Even went above and beyond to provide us with brochures for attractions and suggested some great restaurants around SPI. The Saida Towers were such a great complex with 24/7 security team. Matthew was the agent that made the reservation for us and the description / pictures he showed us were exactly what the condo was like. Had a great time!
