We stayed at Cora Lee #306 and it was clean. It looks just like the picture as well. The only thing you need to bring is your clothes, food and other personal care items. It had everything you need to for the beach, kitchen, etc. and 2 parking space. We enjoyed our stay.

What a amazing vacation. My family really enjoyed this trip. The Location was awesome. Beach on one side and the bay on the other. Beautiful place, great people. We felt safe. The apartment was Great they had everything you need, tv in each room and washer/dryer. Loved it now I also love Turtles. Everything was in walking distance, no need to drive. The staff was great check in and out was very simple. We will be coming back. Thanks to everyone involved to make our trip so special.

Our stay was wonderful. We had a beautiful, clean condo with comfortable beds and all the things we needed. It was quiet and there were lots of families staying and enjoying themselves. Customer service was also absolutely wonderful. Will go again and will recommend.

I know most of the reviews here are from guests, however, I am writing a review as a condo owner who has Padre Getaways manage our rental, and we couldnt be happier with Wally and Elena. It is such a relief to know that our guest are taken care of so well from the time they arrive to the time that they check out. Additionally, if there is any issue, someone at Padre Getaways is always available to help. The owner portal is very convenient and communications is outstanding. Additionally, Elena has gone above and beyond for us, and that has meant the world to us. Supporting local business has always been important to us, and this company exemplifies the friendliness and spirit of South Padre Island. If you are deciding which rental management agency to use, you wont go wrong with Wally and Elena at Padre Getaways.

This condo was a very nice place to stay and everything we needed to have a great family time. Very clean lots of room it’s like having your own house at the island. The pool was a little small but my grandson enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this condo if you’re looking to stay in South Padre Island.

Awesome place to stay at had so much fun with the family. The staff was so helpful and friendly they’d pick up calls immediately and answer any questions or concerns I might have had. This was our first time booking an Airbnb type of location and everything went smoothly all information line up with what was posted online. Check in and check out were so easy took about 5 minutes.

Oh my goodness, never enough wonderful things to say about Cora Lee 104. It is the perfect location for us, and has everything we need for our week stay each year. Love the feel of this condo, super comfortable from the living area to the beds. We also love the new renovations in the bathrooms and kitchen. This is our go to place each year for our annual visit to SPI. And not to forget to give kudos to Padre Getaways, who are always quick and helpful with any issues we may have (we didnt have any this trip to mention). Love this management company! Book any condo / rental with them, you wont be disappointed.

The condo we rented exceeded expectations. It was spacious, well-located, and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Service at Padre Getaways was clear and friendly. We were able to check in and out easily, and we were pleased to find a well-stocked and clean place to stay. Only tip to travelers is to bring ALL your own food, a few spare rolls of toilet paper, and your own ice. (Padre Getaways tells travelers that beforehand, but reinforcing since your stay will be better if you have everything you need!) Otherwise, kitchen has plates, glasses, utensils, etc., so you can cook a few of your own meals, which we appreciated.

Location was good. Unit and property were both clean and decently maintained. Would prefer if check in and out process could be handled through emailing a door code. Dont see the need to drive to another location before and after stay to pick up a set of keys that we dont need. Also the necessity to check in at Padre Getaways office limits arrival time to a 2 hour window, which is inconvenient.

We has so much fun!!! The place was clean and spacious. The elevator was helpful to get everything moved in and out for our stay. The only bad thing I can say is the outdoor set may need some update it is rusty and leaves a mess and kinda rough on the skin. But the interior was Great!!!! Thank you!!!

We stayed at one of Padre Getaways 2/2 one-story townhome with a fenced in back yard during Labor Day week 2022. We found the accommodations very comfortable, located in a safe area, and so close to the beach -- less than a block! What a great location! We found the staff to be very friendly, helpful, responsive, and very kindly flexible when it came to making allowances for my small dogs! We look forward to staying with Padre Getaways again, and we highly recommend them to others looking for a safe and comfortable getaway!Thank you! Carole & Jose

Super cute condo with plenty of room and close to the beach.Stocked with only the bare minimums-family of 5 staying 4 days given only 1 roll of toilet paper and paper towels.No coffee. No dishwasher-but also no dish sponge left and no cleaning supplies.

Condo is beautifully renovated and furnished. Beds are super comfy. Kitchen is very well equipped. The grounds of the Saida are nice and well kept. Only complaint is that the condo smelled like cigarette smoke and we are not smokers.

There was hair in the master shower before anyone took a shower, but other than that we cant say enough good things about our stay. We were warned that the refrigerator was not in the best of shape. And after having to discard some perishable food, we reached out and that same day a technician arrived and did what he could, he must have reached to P.G. staff because we had an associate who I believe is Elana and she measured the opening for the fridge and we had a new fridge the next day. Then we had a microwave issue and again Elana went above and beyond the call of duty and brought us a countertop unit to use for the rest of the stay. The entire staff was so supportive in everything we encountered and my wife and I simply loved our experience.God bless you all, and know that our next trip to S.P.I. will be thru you guys

I had an amazing experience with Padre Getaways. I booked a room at Sunchase IV to propose to my girlfriend on our trip. Upon realizing I accidentally booked the wrong room, I spoke with them and they were able to upgrade me to a significantly nicer room for an excellent price. My parents also booked through Padre Getaways and said their room was the nicest place they have ever stayed! The staff went above and beyond to give me advice about where to go and what to do on SPI. They were dedicated to making sure we had the perfect trip, and even dropped off complementary champagne and chocolates after the engagement. Their local expertise, hospitality and exceptional service was instrumental for making this trip better than I could have imagined. I will definitely book with them again in the future, and I recommend you do the same!P.S. She said yes!

The weather was the best in 10 years real Island South Padre humidity Sun warm weather no rain the whole week it was awesome the view from my unit second floor was nice the unit was a little skimpy on the paper towels and toilet tissue and bath towels that beginners package doesnt work when you stay that long plus the guy that brought his dog tied him up barking at everybody going directly in the walkway to the pool that dog barks all day so rude all day in 2106 unit

We had booked through air bnb for a condo. Somehow air bnb cancelled our reservations but we were never notified. Padre getaways had us in an absolutely astonishing condo within minutes and we enjoyed our Christmas vacation. Check in and check out was quick and simple. I booked through VRBO with Padre Getaways and then PG called to confirm the booking. They have bad reviews, but I had NO issues with payment, booking, getting questions answered, getting checked in or out and no issues with the rental itself, which was exactly what was advertised. Id gladly book with them again if we ever come back to SPI.

Great experience and location. Beds and pillows were not very comfortable but lovely overall space.The only suggestions I have is on housekeeping - just to have some extra towels on hand, a dish scrub brush, extra trash bags and extra toilet paper!

Our experience with Padre Getaways was completely opposite of some of the other reviews. Three years ago we were misled by another rental company and Padre Getaways worked with us to find the perfect rental. The transaction was stress free and a delight. They recommended excellent places to eat on the island and were always available when we needed them. We received our deposit back in full after check out. All the rentals we have seen were spotless and in good locations. We are using Padre Getaways once again this year and every e-mail has been promptly answered and I feel they went out of their way to accommodate us, our boat and help make our summer vacation memorable. I wont book with anyone else on SPI. The owners will go above and beyond to find the right rental.

The place was beautiful stayed in the second floor and it even had an elevator which was awesome the grills by the pool were especially nice my family and I enjoyed every second. Only bad thing was that time flew by quickly and we wish we could have had more time there.

On my recent visit to South Padre Island I used the vacation rental company called *Padre Getaways*. The staff is fantastic. Check in seamless. They anticipate all your needs and prepare us for a stay that exceeded our expectations. In the future, we now only use Padre Getaways when we plan trips to SPI.We stayed in unit 924 at *Sunchase IV*. This has magnificent views with multiple balconies off each bedroom, living room and breakfast room. My favorites, the living room balcony to view the gulf and sunrise and the breakfast room balcony to enjoy the sun set over Laguna Madre, Port Isabel and causeway. The views are also specular from the inside of all rooms with glass windows from floor to ceiling.

My family and I have had a tradition of all coming together for a summer vacation for more 22 years and two years ago, we found the team at Padre Getaways. This team has talen phenomenal care of us, helping us to find the perfect rental for our standards and needs, answering the million questions we have leading up to the vacation and during, have the best response time and team to any of our needs (regular and after hours) and handle it all with the utmost professionalism, courtesy and with a smile on their face. We have not yet even checked out from this years vacation and have alreay booked next years!!If you want a team that considers your familys time together just as important as their own, this team is all you need.

Padre Getaways was very easy to book through. Anytime we called the office, the staff were always very cheerful and helpful to deal with. The unit we rented was just like the pictures and description on the website. I would NOT hesitate to book with them in the future.
