    Stayed at ElConstante #208. We have been going to this property for many years and stayed in various condos here. I really liked the cleanliness and style of 208. My only recommendations would be to make the sliding glass door in the living room easier to open and the beds were terribly firm. Perhaps some mattress toppers. The beds were the only reason I didnt take advantage of another night discount. Also I think salt and pepper should be a staple in each condo. I left the ones I brought for the next guest.The pool and jacuzzi were amazing. I love how no one bugs you if youre in it a little after pool hours.

    Room 110 • All I can say is that this stay was absolutely great. Our room, bedding, sheets, the sofa, kitchen & restroom area... just the overall stay was Very clean. It had a popcorn machine, margarita machine, a keurig coffee maker, everything needed for cooking and game system for the kids 👌🏼 Just a perfect stay for your vacation. Im definitely booking this room again.

    This was a lovely getaway! Near the beach and good restaurants! The home was spotless and comfortable. Nicely appointed porch which was a relaxing spot. Great price for a roomy place. I will be recommending this townhouse to family and friends! Steps away from the sparkling pool. What a great place to come in from the beach, shower, and relax! Can’t wait to come back!

    My family and I stayed at Padre beach view 210k & we loved everything about it. This is are second year coming to this place and probably will always use Padre escapes again. Our only issue was that the AC was not working properly since the moment we arrived the temp. Was at 75, which was okay but the second day it went up to 78 degrees. My babies were hot in the house and everyone pretty much dealt with it. We tried adjusting the thermostat and it wouldnt let us. We wont let this problem not get in the way of renting again but my gosh it was hot, wish it was much cooler.

    My wife and I take a month long trip to North Padre Island and we are going on four years with Padre Escapes. We prefer a local vacation company versus a national so that we have someone local we can call on if need be. When we first booked with them we went to their office and found the entire staff to be kind and helpful. It makes it so much better for us to have them local and they have always responded to our needs as soon as we contact them. They have so many beautiful rentals to choose from and we have stayed in several of them and all are well equipped with everything we need. Since we had a entire month we decide to look at various ones and they were all so helpful in allowing us to go in and see them. We highly recommend Padre Escapes for a fun and worry free vacation!

    Our family of 5 staying at the Anchor #231. Beautiful inside and newly remodeled. Upstairs loft w/2 twins and xbox was perfect for my 2 boys. A little warm in the heat of the day but the 3 spare fans helped. Beds are comfy,tvs in all rooms is a plus. Pools were great and the views,awesome.Only thing we didnt like was all the stairs. We will be coming back,just gonna look for a bigger place on the bottom floor.

    The experience was great, this has been our 3rd time using this site/company to rent one of the condos. The reps that answered are so friendly, and very helpful.     Stay was nice , beach walking distance. Condo was decent and very homie only thing that the kitchen had really small house roaches everytime i moved the coffee maker they came out, yikes!. Maybe a good pest control appointment before it gets way out of control . But over all definitely recommend.

    Our family has used Padre Escapes for many years with great success. They always give us great service with a wonderful attitude. We usually rent a couple times a year and often more than one unit. They will continue to be our go to to escape into family fun!

    Rented #108 @ 14521 E Cabana. Padre Escapes is the management company in this case, and their service was outstanding. Everything was cleaned well, they provided a minimal set of towels/washcloths, soap, trashbags to get you started. Code lock to get in the door, were fine with a super late checkin. Plenty of little notices stickered all around, such as getting a beach pass at Stripes/HEB. Checkout link in text... Oh, they also notified us via text about a sea turtle release - that was fun.They are Family/Locally owned as well - didnt have to use after hours numbers for anything but I bet theyve got a good set of connections if needed. I did call prior to booking in reference to a review on that unit saying that the hottub was busted, went straight to a live person who pulled up the maintenance records in 10 seconds flat and told me the whole story - hottub was fine.

    Excellent experience- condo #112 steps from beach, clean, well stocked & property well kept. Great customer service & flawless communication. Only thing needs to be replaced is sofa bed mattress. Not much of a mattress but thankfully we took an air mattress. Other than that-El Constante managed by Padre Escapes was a wonderful experience!

    Great experience! We stayed at El Constante in Corpus. Location was wonderful, right on the beach. ALSO the day after we checked out I realized I left my wedding rings! I called and they had people immediately check the room, my rings were still there! They shipped them to my home and Im so grateful!!

    We stayed at Mystic Harbor - Island Dreams CMH101K Labor Day Weekend. The one bedroom condo was great for us. We did bring our own Kuerig coffee maker since this condo has a 12 cup drip and we didnt want to buy filters and coffee just for the weekend. We also brought our own bath towels, kitchen towels, paper towels, etc. We just put the items the condo provided to the side and when we cleaned/checked out put them back out where they were. We enjoyed the location since we go to the beach at the National Seashore. Having the pool available was also great. We loved the unit was an end unit and on first floor. Easy access to the pool area and having the water view from balcony was very nice. We went to grocery store before checking in so we made most of our meals vs. going out to eat. We just wanted to relax. We brought our firestick to hookup to the TV/internet and were able to watch all our programs (college football .. LOL). The only complaint we had was the mattress. It is definitely in need to be replaced. Hoping the owners take that feedback and purchase a new one. If they had that OMG it would be five stars all around. We did not fish but there were definitely people fishing off the dock there. I dont know if they got anything but they were enjoying their time. Last which was great .. the condo has the luggage trolly things to help you carry items to your condo.

    Great location, across the street from the sandy beach. Great communication. Room was very spacious and open. Pool was nice and warm, plenty of bath towels and if you needed more, just ask. Only downfall we had is we had to give back the wrist bands (which I can understand). Our kids wanted to keep them as a keepsake. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay we are definitely going to book again very soon.

    UPDATE: 5/2023 - this place never fails. Another week, renovations are awesome and the customer service is outstanding. We stayed in the same unit and love it. This is our go to place.Love the property! It is well kept and right on the beach. From reservations to on property staff we received great customer service. There was an issue with the door lock and the office and maintenance were quick to respond and take care of us. We have booked next years vacation already and can’t wait to get back.

    Let me first start off by saying the customer service was impeccable! Amber specifically went above and beyond when helping me to book my weekend stay and Padre Escapes was very accommodating when changes needed to be made. We booked a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and the unit was clean, with the exception of a few dishes in the cabinets that we had to rewash. No big deal. We loved being so close to the beach and the view was nice. One huge concern I did have was that the rails on the balcony were in poor condition. One piece was detached, and any small child could easily fall through and down 6 floors to the ground. Luckily our 4 year old wasn’t with us for this stay. If you are hot natured, this probably isn’t the unit for you. There is a sign on the wall that states you can only keep it on 72 degrees or above or the AC unit will freeze and stop working. Sleeping was uncomfortable most of the stay because of this and my husband and I woke up sweating a few times because of this.. The grounds keepers and office employees were very nice, however the grounds and landscaping need some help.. A simple clean up of the landscaping inside of the courtyard would make all the difference! The exterior of the complex is “rough” and outdated, but the room was nicely renovated. I would probably not stay at this specific unit again, but it was ok for a short weekend stay! We will be returning in the future and hopefully will be able to choose a 1st floor unit.     5 week rental at Mustang Is Beach Club #208. Recently renovated condo done very nicely. We only have 2 minor complaints so far, new cupboards but they didn’t finish adding the pull knobs and coffee maker is small so you need to make a second pot….or single pod keurig if you like those. Neither a deal breaker and barely worth noting. Bring your own towels,soaps,toilet paper and food and this is a great place to stay. Two king beds and 1 even adjusts firmness on either side with remote. Pool heated to 88 and hot tub 102 at least in Jan. Short walk or bike ride to beach on private walkway. Quiet location 5 min drive to towns north or south of you. Padres Escapes (Sarah) was a pleasure to deal with during booking and pre-arrival. No regrets thus far into our stay. Highly recommend.

    Were Winter Texans. We always rely on Padre Escapes for a place to stay. Never disappointed. If we have a problem or question they are always quick to respond. This year we requested to add cable TV to the master bedroom. The owner agreed, had the cable box shipped and Destiny with Padre Escapes came to install it. Destiny accomplished the task efficiently and in a friendly way. Thanks Destiny for helping us.

    Check in and out are extremely easy! They text you a code and you don’t have to deal with keys.There were 9 of us—7 were teenagers—and we had a great time! The house was extremely clean. Nothing was dirty at all. There were a lot of things provided that I didn’t expect it to have, like great cooking pans, etc. Bedrooms are good size and there are closets in all of them, along with dressers in the rooms with king beds.The full size washer and dryer were fantastic to wash towels and swim gear every day. The pool was right out our back door. It is clean and nice and all of the people swimming were fun and polite.The A/C works great, tv in every room, big refrigerator and a good sized pantry for all the food we brought.The beach is extremely easy to access, and having a beach permit to drive right onto the beach made it so easy!We are already planning to book this same house at least once a year from now on. It is fantastic!

    Everyone that works for Padre Escapes are Top Notch in Customer Service! The ladies in the office are always so wonderful to work with. C.J. their Tech/Maintenance person works quickly and efficiently! Miss Bonnie was at our condo for two hours while the cable service was trying to get things straightened out.     My family and I have stayed in a Padre Escapes managed condo every year for the past 8 or 9 years. We have never had an issue - our condo is always clean and ready for us (usually early so we can go ahead and get to the beach on the first day!) and we have always had phenomenal support before, during and after our stay. This time, we left a pillow behind (which might not seem like a big deal, but when its your favorite pillow and you cant sleep without it, it becomes a HUGE deal) - the whole team, from guest services to housekeeping to the front office - worked together to locate the pillow for us. I was able to go back to the office the next day where it was waiting for me. Thank you so much to all who are involved in this company! We appreciate it so much.

    Special thanks goes out to Bonnie for helping us with the cable and WiFi. She was so patient. CJ responded to our call and fixed our garbage disposal, clogged bathroom sink and measured the sliding glass doors for drapes. In the office we met with Emily, who was very helpful and accommodating. We also met with Charlie and Peter who were very helpful. We feel very comfortable with Padre Escapes and we’re glad we chose them as our Management Company.

Padre Escapes and their employees, like C.J., are to be commended for taking care of requests so quickly and efficiently.     We stayed at El CONSTANTE #132 for the week. Location was perfect on the beach. Office was right in front of us pool side. Laundry room was steps away from our doorstep. King size bed was comfortable. Plenty of extras: fresh covers and pillows. Office personnel were real friendly.I would have given our stay a perfect 5 Stars except the kitchen: stove burners only the front 2 worked, I had 2 small sauce pans, a large cooking pot and 2 small egg pans to work with. O and 🙅‍♀️🚫 Forget About Cooking Utensils With That Said, KITCHEN DEFINITELY COULD USE SOME TLC.May 30th- June 3rd 2022

    Perfect location!!! 😃 💯 🐚🦐🏖🌊🦀🐠🦈🐟🎣This location was absolutely perfect...!!! It felt like home & we didnt want to leave! The unit was right across from the pool/ hottub & faced South, so it received good light. It was only a few steps from the Canal & dock, great for fishing! And only 2 blocks from White Cap beach (8-10 minute walk or 1 minute by vehicle)! There were 2 strong storms while there & pool maintainance came the next morning to clean the pool & hottub, both days.The neighborhood is quiet & safe; and the live-in tenets were friendly, talkative & respectful! We found many fishing buddies while there. They were pet friendly & other vacationers/tenets had dogs as well.The internet was very fast & TV had built in apps. The couch/bed was comfey. The other mattresses could have been better because they were springs. They could be replaced with a mattress like purple, Temperpedic, or Avocado.I did have to do some cleaning, especially of dust on surfaces & behind TV and the stove top/knobs, when arriving. The fabric seats were very dingey & need a professional cleaning. The furniture/decorations were very beachy & cute. The spring chair was a little dangerous, as it tipped over when we leaned back in it!The kitchen accommodations were good. They provided lots of cooking items, but could have been of better quality. *The dishwasher didnt work & was not fixed during our visit, so we had to hand wash everything. The property company was made aware.Linens were nice & fresh & we were given ample towels. The washer & dryer worked, but it was very loud (think it needs a tune up), but happy to have one!We left a ring behind & the cleaning crew was honest & let the property know they had found it & they shipped it back to us.We will definitely come back to this location!     We have such a great time when we stay here and this year was no exception. The units are always neat and clean. There is a great assortment of pots & pans for cooking in the kitchen. The beach is about a 5 minute drive away. This year my grandson forgot something in the room & we didnt realize it was missing until we got home. I called Padre Escapes office (Emily Wilson) and she found his bag and made sure he got it back. We will stay here every time we are in Padre. Thank you, Emily!

    I stayed at the Waterfront hideaway CAR167Kand it was amazing!I entered the building which has some weathering to it.But when I opened the door and saw the getaway it was spectacular!This is a sweet getaway bungalow that was sooo glad I booked for me and the wife.It has everything you need!Needless to say we had the most amazing time at the coast and had the best place to come back to after a long day at the beach.I have already told everyone I have talked to about how amazing it was.I will be back and thats a FACT!Thanks guys!!!!

    Unfortunately, we had to cancel our reservation (hoping to reschedule soon). Padre Escapes lived up to their Covid cancellation policy of allowing a 72-hour cancellation for full refund, no questions asked. They responded and refunded within minutes of my contacting them. Ill definitely book with them again and looking forward to actually getting to stay in one of their properties.

    Wonderful place for a larger family! With three teenagers and two adults, we have always been cramped for space, but here we had plenty of room to spread out. The Beach Haven condo could potentially sleep 10.Communication was excellent from start to finish. The company emailed and texted us to remind us that the final payment was going to be automatically drafted. On the day of our vacation, they sent us the door code and other necessary instructions; and on the day of checkout, they simply sent a link for us to say all checked out.House was spacious and roomy; appliances were modern; everything was ABSOLUTELY clean and ready for us to move in. Everything that we needed was provided, from toilet paper to dish soap to hand soap -- the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes to eat from and also to cook with. My daughter especially enjoyed the Keurig while we were there!The location was fantastic -- centrally located about 20 minutes from Corpus Christi (great dining and shopping) and about 20 minutes from our favorite beaches in Port Aransas.We will absolutely use Padre Escapes again. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful one!

    We made a reservation for a months stay at the Beach Club on North Padre but because of the uncertainty of Covids vaccine distribution decided to cancel our much anticipated stay. Padre Escapes were very understanding, pleasant and accommodating about our cancellation. They are an excellent company to deal with. Highly impressed.

    We just left Beachclub after a two month stay and while not our first, it was our first booking with Padre Escapes. I could easily note a few of the good or disappointing things in regards to the Beachclub complex itself or the particular rental unit we stayed in, but this review is about our experience with Padre Escapes and I can honestly say that ours was almost completely positive in every respect but one. Ill get to that, but from a strictly professional sense this office and its staff are spot-on. Questions prior to booking were immediately answered and resulting online documentation was straightforward and easily understood. We had a couple of minor concerns shortly after arrival and these were addressed almost instantly. Every representative we met was polite, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely concerned about our needs. Follow-through, if necessary, was always given priority - we could not have been more pleased. So why only four stars? Simply put, its their insistence on a minimum two month stay for Winter Texan bookings. In the past weve booked one month and six week stays, from both individual owners and third party managers, and neither required a minimum stay. Some rent by the night, some by the week, but you have to book at least a full month to avoid hospitality taxes. Frankly we found one month to be too short and two months a bit too long. For us six weeks seems just right, but thats our opinion alone. Obviously weve accepted this because weve already rebooked for next year, but wed be happier with six weeks instead. If two months or more works for you dear reader, then simply imagine a fifth star above this review. And again, this is not about Beachclub or any rental condo unit. Thats another story, this concerns Padre Escapes and only Padre Escapes.

    We stayed in unit 408, we have stayed at this particular unit on several occasions. The kitchen is well stocked on appliances, pots, pans, etc. comfortable beds, linen and always clean. The decor is a light and refreshing beach theme. Great access to the pools and outdoor grilling.

    We had to cancel our trip at the last minute due to a county-wide COVID lockdown, but Padre Escapes was SO helpful, gave us a full refund, and offered a discount off our next stay. We are so impressed and grateful for their professionalism and will definitely be rebooking at a later time.Edit to add/ we rebooked and our stay was MARVELOUS! Highly recommend! We booked another trip for January!

    Ive used Padre Escapes vacation rentals for about a couple of years and have loved the condos Ive rented. Great for a family getaway, couples vacation or with a great group of friends. The condos are close to the beach, clean and affordable. And the Staff at check in are very helpful! 2 thumbs up in my book. Cant wait to book our next getaway!

    We have always been treated very well each year we have stayed with Padre Escapes. Their staff are willing to go beyond what would be expected to assist.     I have utilized the services of Padre Escapes for years now. I have stayed in several of their condos and each one has been clean and fulfilled my needs for the trip. They have always been professional, and willing to go out of their way to ensure our stay is the best that it can be. From booking the trip, to the check in, the stay, and the departure is all stream lined and easy to do. I have booked stays on the website, and I have booked them via phone, and both are easy to do. They have been doing this for a long time now, and their skill shines brightly as professionals that want you to feel at home on your stay.We like to stay in Seascape units, it is located on Lake Padre which is off of the Packery Channel. This gives us easy access to the Gulf or the Bay when we go fishing in our boat. They have some boat slips that are well protected from the wind. This last trip people were pulling red fish and tarpon out of the lake.All the units are clean and fully stocked with everything that we needed to make us feel at home. The beds are comfortable and it can be easy to oversleep due to it. Island time is the best time. No worries while we are visiting the island. We have never had an issue with a rental from Padre Escapes.I highly recommend Padre Escapes to anyone who wants to book a stay in a condo or home in the Corpus Christi area. If you choose them, you will not regret it. I am sure they will treat you with the same professionalism that they have treated us over the years. We just finished another great vacation and are already planning for our next weekend get away. We miss it already and it has only been two days. Can not wait to come back again.

    I totally recommend El Constante #106 for a couple. We had a wonderful view right on the beach. Our condo was so clean and the staff were so nice. We took our small dog and he had a great time as well. The moon was full and was just beautiful from our porch as it rose up. So many birds. We know a family would have fun as well. I thank these guys for a lovely stay.

    We are staying for 2 nights, checked in on Friday the ladies in the office super friendly and professional. The minute we walked in the unit you smell clean and fresh, the condo is everything we need to have fun, big comfortable good decor, and great selection on the kitchen utensils..     We stayed at Padre Escapes Vacation Rentals the last week of February into the first week of March. The accomendations were fantastic. New and very clean condos. Being a vacation rental management company takes knowing the market and being able to offer the best property at the best price to fit the customers needs~ and the Padre Escapes team does this exceptionally well!!

    This was a wonderful rental for my husband and I. We recently retired and decided to go somewhere warmer for 30 days (were from Illinois). We found this wonderful 2 bedroom rental (1 king size bed downstairs and a Queen bed and a full size bed upstairs in 1 room). We originally were only looking for a 1 bedroom rental, that took pets. Bonus was since there were 2 bedrooms, we invited some friends to come and visit while we were there and had a great time with them. It had everything we needed for our 30 day stay. It was roomy, clean, and decorated beautifully. One item that we found lacking was the skillets - they were not Teflon coated, so everything we cooked stuck to the bottom and was then hard to clean. We ended up going to Walmart (a short drive away) and bought a Teflon coated skillet. Theres not a lot of space in the kitchen cabinets for storage for an extended stay since they have them jam packed with everything you could possible need - which we solved by rearranging and stacking items we didnt use within the cabinets. Appliances were great. Plenty of closet space (may need to bring your own hangers if youre staying for a longer period of time - they have about 10-12 in each closet). Big flat screen TV in living room and smaller flat screen Tvs in bedrooms. There were 2 spaces allotted to us for parking, which was right next to the unit, which is an end unit (so only 1 neighbor to deal with). We never heard our neighbors and they said they never heard us - great insulation between the units. It was within walking distance to the beach and the pool area was great. Well lit at night. Very pet friendly (although they do charge an extra fee for pets). This complex was built in 2016, as Phase 1. They are currently building Phase 2 to be completed in May 2017 (which is even closer to the beach). A phase 3 is also planned. They have a number of 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units. They rent by the day, the week, or the month. Overall - a great place to stay, especially if you live in colder weather. We experienced mostly 70-80 degrees on average, with a few days a little colder and a few days a little hotter from January 21 to February 20, 2017. Be prepared for the wind - seems like every other day was windy, but thats a small price to pay for the location and the price. Downtown Corpus Christie (and the airport) is about 30 minutes away and they have a lot to offer. We ate out at several restaurants on North Padre Island and never had a bad meal or experience.

    I recently rented through Padre escapes and well after the end of my rental I discovered that I had left a a hook up for transferring netflix, etc from my tablet onto the television in the main room. I was willing to accept the consequences of leaving the device behind costing originally $100. But in trying to purchase a new one found that there was nothing available nor a facsimile causing me to ask Ashley from Padre Escapes to attempt to retrieve the device, She did this immediately and made arrangements to send it to me which I am grateful for. Always a great experience and a nice place to go with everything provided.. it’s like being at home just at the beach .. free WiFi. Good selection of kitchen stuff for cooking.     We stayed at the sugar shack during the week of the 4th of July. It was super clean and very cozy. There were 3 adults and 1 kiddo in our party. They had absolutely everything that you needed for the house. We were just a short drive to the beach and any food places we wanted. Right next door to Schlitterbon waterpark(sp?) I highly recommend this place. The pool was just a quick walk away so not to bad. The pool is PERFECT for those with little kids that dont know how to swim. Only thing from giving it a 5 was that the waterfall was broken. That was one of the biggest reasons we chose the place but other than that it was great. Didnt really need to deal with the people to much. Love the app they have an actually got a text that we xould check in at 1 instead of 4! Enjoy your time in Padre. You have to try Docs Seafood and go swimming in the national park and Maliquest (sp?) Beach.
