    Unit 903Well located in a walkable area with restaurants and shopping nearby.The high floor offers an excellent ocean view from the living room and master bedroom. The balcony is clean and has nice seating.It worked well for our family of 3. The beds are overly soft and the pillows low quality.Would stay again if maintenance issues addressed.The dehumidifier was a surprise and definitely not in any photos. The place smelled very damp upon arriving and despite the host saying we could turn it off because it was very noisy I was loathe to do so given the damp smell came back whenever it wasn’t running. It could be placed in a more thoughtful location.There were other maintenance issues such as slow running sinks, noisy toilets, low water pressure in the second bathroom.The living room furniture is worn to end of life and sorely needs replacing with rips, stains and loss of seating support.I would have preferred enough dishwasher soap and garbage bags for the stay instead of popcorn and candy.

    Great location, nice room, quick response time, ocean front. Would stay here again...only thing that it needs is taller chairs on balcony so your not looking through the railing at the sunrise or ocean...unit #706.

    Always stay here when in South Padre. Great views, nice pool, condos are nice. Views and beach access are great as well.

    Everything about this place was awesome except for the door lock situation in 102. Had the hardest time trying to unlock then lock it back.

    Being that our rental was a Vasca Rental I can only comment on the actual property here. Pros - Clean, nice grounds with great views and passage to beach. Close to grocery, restaurants and shops, fast elevators, all permanentresidents were very friendly. Heated Pool was cold all 7 days. Kids pool was heated nicely. Hot tub was same temp as kids pool a couple of days. If we come back to South Padre would stay here again.

    Great place to rent. Staff is friendly and courteous. Excellent job in maintaining the facility, grounds and pool area. Very relaxing with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Less than 300 steps to the beach. Grocery store located 2 blocks away and restaurants and bars as close as a block.

    I just like this because I go every Thanksgiving and its hot their and its very fun the beach is nice this hotel rental is the best we always stay on the 11th floor and its at the very last one its really big 3 bedrooms 3full bathrooms my favorite part.

    It was beautiful!!! Ocean view..our bedroom sliding door was straight to the patio with a perfect view. It was quiet even for it being summer and a weekend. Its closed to everything..the shops, clubs, restaurants and THE BEACH.

    Nice accommodations and centrally located on Padre. Short walk to several restaurants and grocery store. Nice pool area, place for pets to go the bathroom, private beach entrance.

    Rented a condo at Ocean Vista Towers thru SPI rentals. SPI rentals were excellent to work with. But the staff at Ocean Vista were a bit rude, especially about the parking. We had three vehicles with us in our party. Only have one designated spot for the three bedroom condo. So we parked in one of the onsite parking lots. Was asked to move our vehicles to outside of the gated resort. The resort was by no means busy. Every day there were at least twenty open parking spots inside the gated condo. The staff could have said, that we could park inside gated area until they were at fully booked. Overall, beautiful clean condo and resort. Would recommend.

    Stayed here for a family vacation. Will definitely be coming back! Great condo, with a great atmosphere. Location was awesome, as well as the private beach access.

    You cant beat the view. Ocean view from the balcony. Bay view from the front. I love the island and Ocean Vista Towers is a well kept property. A home away from home
