    Mermaid Cove PA #28 is a joy to stay in and relax. There’s 4 bedrooms with comfortable king size mattresses in 3 if the rooms and bunk room for the kids. 3 1/2 bath handles a crowd. A full kitchen with an island to hang out while preparing meals. Very nice open concept for living, dining and sitting room. Stacked full size washer/dryer unit, downstairs patio, and upstairs deck are some of the amenities. For the fishing folks the backyard has a walkout catch & release pond stocked with catfish currently. Beach access is less than 1/2 mile easy walk. It’s a great place to hang out with a family or friends. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.

    Nice very close spot to the beach. Clean house and kitchen full of appliances and dishes for cooking. Loved the outdoor tiki area. Really needed a 4 bedroom but we made it work. #34 has good space for both car and golf cart parking.

    Brand new units and they thought of everything, even board games if your Beach vacation turns rainy. Beautiful decor and roomy. Personal golf carts for transport to beach. Two parking stall per unit and front and back balconies. Very nice, well-done facilities.

    Beautiful, lots of space, great location. But was disappointed in the cleanliness. There was food found in multiple places around (goldfish and oreo cookies) and a pair of reading glasses was in the midst of pillows on one of the beds and just general dirt and dust. Overall we loved the place but just disappointed that it wasnt cleaner

    Ocean Village was a great place to stay. We rented #29, which had a private pool and we loved it. All the appliances were new, worked great, we had everything we needed.

    Great place wonderful condos to choose from. I wish the pool and pool area were kept cleaner. Also the pond has trash around it.

    This was a great place. Their was room for every one. Being 15 people under one roof. Nice rooms and a wide area for everyone to move around. And a nice little bed of water in the back to fish

    Great location. Close to the beach but far enough away from the noise. The pool is nice and there’s even fish in the pond to catch for the kiddos.

    Nice, simple rental beach house and cute little pond view and clean community pool. 15 mins walk to the beach and 2 mins drive

    Seahorse Shanty #32 is the best house to rent in Ocean Village. The owner is awesome and house is super clean.

    Covid cleaning takes a while and we had to wait until 5:15pm to get into the room but it was pretty and spacious
