Very happy with the rental agency and home. We loved the private pool, outdoor set up, accommodating and resourceful house appliances in the home referred to us. Definitely recommend using this company.

I travel to the Corpus Christi area quite frequently for work & when I do, I make sure to book a condo with NPIV. I love the perks/discounts I receive after I book my stay. Their website is very direct & easy to use (i recommend booking through their website vs airbnb/vrbo to avoid additional fees!). Since I travel so often, it’s important for me to stay in a place that feels like home. I’ve stayed in several different condos & each one has exceeded my expectations. The homes are VERY clean & give a nice coastal feel. I love how each one is different & unique in their own way. All are in close proximity to near by beaches, bars & restaurants!And you can’t forgot Laura, the property manager! She is awesome!!! She is very friendly & great at communication. If you’re struggling to figure out something to do or where to eat she can definitely point you in the right direction.

Awesome ServiceThe vacation property we rented was exactly as the pictures shown! Very clean and was ready for us when we arrived! Laura the PM, was quick to respond to all our questions and what she promised us didn’t not disappoint… 🙌Excellent service & accommodations!!!Definitely recommend using this vacation rental service! 🤙
