This was our first time reserving a trailer for a camp site in New Braunfels. Reserved our trailer with New Braunfels Outdoor Adventures with Amy. Amy communicated well by phone, text message, emails for information/organization concerned with renting a trailer at River Camp Road. Information on payments, what was in the trailer, what to bring. We were so happy, when we got to River Camp, all we had to do was relax and have a good time with our friends who were already there. The trailer was set up, AC was cold, water and sewer hooked up. The trailer was very clean, a sheet of information where various things like chairs, outside floor mat, bbq pit were. Directions on how to run the shower, toilet, stove, awning, and more. At night time, we slept well on the queen bed. My wife and I had a great week staying in this trailer. We did have a lot of cleaning to do when checking out, spent most of our time outside with friends who were too. Departed, waiting with friends to reserve again next year, and actually met the NBOA who were leaving with our trailer. Our experience with NBOA and Amy was A+, we were so happy with our experience, we are booking again next year, was so easy when working with All-Stars ***** Five Stars

I needed to make a last minute reservation for a RV and the process was not only very quick and easy, but I was able to rent the perfect size amd layout for our needs. Everything was set up and AC was turned on when we arrived at our campsite. All we needed to do was unload the car and put sheets on the beds. We did not have any issues our entire stay and only had to do a quick cleanup and reload our car at checkout. Deposit was released back to our credit card the next day! Loved the experience and will be using them again in the future! Thank you!

These people were terrific; they went out of their way to help us with a crisis. We traveled 3-1/2 hrs to get here, set up camp, and discovered our AC had gone out. We didn’t get their names, but first, the lady I spoke with on the phone tried to save us money by telling us what and how to check it out ourself. But we were hot (108 degrees), tired, hungry, and miserable, so she sent a young man out after hours to help us. After it was determined that our AC had died, she again offered to save us money by telling us a new one wouldn’t be terribly difficult to install ourselves if we wanted to do that. We chose to spend the money and let them do it. (We were miserable.). The young man that worked on it was very nice, polite, and well mannered, and he gave up his evening for us. And the price for the new AC and installation after hours was extremely reasonable for regular working hours. But this young man worked in the evening for us. We appreciate this business more than we can say. Thank you NB Outdoor Adventures!

We rented an RV to be delivered for the Old Settlers Music Festival this year. Its the first time I had done this and so I had lots of questions about how the delivery would work. I dont usually consider myself high maintenance but in this instance I might have been. NBOA answered all of my questions though, and everything went smoothly. The RV was great and everyone had a great time. Would definitely rent from them again in the future.

We have rented from them a few times! Always timely, clean, easy to communicate with and responsive. We really appreciate using them and love the experience is gives. Had a great experience with these folks. Theres more to renting an RV than you might expect, but the folks at New Braunfels Outdoor Adventures makes it easy. Their communication is superb and leaves nothing to chance. I will be using them again in the future for sure.

We have used New Brunsville Outdoor Adventures for several years and are so thankful they provide the drop off and set up service. It makes our vacation so much less stressful!
