I have rented with My New Braunfels Vacation for several years. I have ALWAYS had great customer service. They truly do care about creating the best experience. They will work with you on last minute changes and it s always a very clear process. The facilities are great and always clean. I will rent again and again from them!

I am an property owner. I chose My New Braunfels Vacation to manage my property based on a recommendation from another owner and they have done a fantastic job, I couldnt be happier! Jessica is great, she is professional and attentive, very knowledgeable, experienced and proactive in managing my unit. MNBV understands the importance of happy guest and repeat business. They make every effort to assure that guests have a great experience on their vacation and react quickly to any questions or issues.Thanks to My New Braunfels Vacations management, I made more money in the first 6 weeks of the 2022 summer season than I did in the previous 3 summer rental seasons all together managing it myself.As an Owner, I would definitely recommend My New Braunfels Vacation as a management company!

After waiting until the week before our trip to check for availability, the staff at My New Braunfels Vacations and Texas River Rentals we’re so accommodating and flexible to work with. The property we stayed at was set up for us when we arrived. The loft itself and the common areas were clean and the part of the river that the property is located was pretty quiet and private. We loved our stay and are definitely planning a trip back! I would highly recommend if you’re interested in staying right on the river and getting away from the city.

This condo was perfect for our stay in town for a wedding. We had 4 separate small families and there was plenty of room to spread out, but the large common area allowed us to hang out together too. The large balconies had amazing views with plenty of deer watching and my kiddos enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Everyone was happy with the space and we appreciated that the common area/kitchen and one of the bedrooms and bathrooms were on the main floor so my grandfather didnt have to climb any stairs to enjoy the space. I would highly recommend staying here!

The houses were amazing. It was an awesome place to stay. Honestly, at first I was a little concerned of it being a scam and I think Jeddia could tell, but it was not a scam at all. The stay there was amazing and we had our wedding there. They all helped out we had all four houses the whole weekend because one of the ladies Tiffany, I think, made other accommodations for the couple who was supposed to stay in one of the houses. Then we left my grandmother cooking pot and they didnt even mind us going back to get it, thanks again Greg. The whole stay there was amazing and would highly recommend this place and these group of people anytime. Thanks again, Tiffany, Jeddia, Greg, and everyone else and all the way down to the cleanliness of the houses.Amazing!!

So happy with My New Braunfels Vacation homes!!! Ive been to 3 of their properties so far and have been so very pleased with all of them! The homes are so nice and all the locations were absolutely perfect! They were close to everything we needed from fun for kids, good food, or date night with hubs to Grune Hall! Not to mention Jess and Kara are two of the sweetest girls and are so helpful with all our needs! I highly recommend booking with them!!!

Our family spent 5 wonderful days at the Rio Lodge on the Guad. Very comfortable home with plenty of space to spread out, 2 dining room table and chairs to accommodate large parties for eating or playing games. Plenty of seating in the main room with the TV and the guys enjoyed the pool table. Plenty of sleeping options too. Backyard faces the river with plenty of yard space and seating out back, a party grill and a fire pit. We tubed the river one day the spent the rest of our trip playing in the river behind the house, chatting with the tubers. This home was perfect for our family and thank you for the fun memories.Mary

I can not recommend My New Braunfels Vacation enough! Kara and Jessica are dream to work with. They are professional,friendly and always available. Great communication! We have rented several times from them and have never been disappointed. All properties have been exactly as described. Well equipped and CLEAN! We can’t wait for our next family vacation! The place is awesome! As an annual river goer I have booked this same location for at least 4 times and have never experienced any issues. This year it accommodated the 6 of us perfectly. The condo is always supplied with everything we need. Ive found it more convenient and less expensive throughout the years to buy groceries and cook our meals in the condo instead of eating out. We never lack any cooking utensils and have always been able to bbq just steps away. The pools are at a walking distance and both the Comal and Guadalupe are within a 7 minute or less drive. Its conveniently located to Canyon lake as well. I will continue booking with Kara and her associates since this condo comes with all the amenities you will need for a river getaway.

Kara has managed my vacation condo in New Braunfels for many years and has done, and continues to do, an excellent job!! She takes the time to become personally involved and makes sure that if any problems arise, they are quickly solved. I live in California so its difficult for me to personally check on the condo. Last November, Kara personally updated the condo and got great deals on new furnishings, bedding and a new refrigerator!! My New Braunfels Vacation and Kara are the best!!

My New Braunfels Vacation has managed my property on the Comal River for the past nine years. Kara and Jessica are extremely professional and proactive to ensure that I maintain a high occupancy rate. They handle any and all items relating to the property, including but not limited to, maintenance, repair, housekeeping and managing local vendors. My only role is cashing the rental income check every month.I highly recommend My New Braunfels Vacation to anyone seeking a professional property management organization.

My family rents a property on Tiki on the Guad at least 3-4 times a year, we have been vacationing there for 4 years now and it has never, ever, disappointed. Kara and Jessica are awesome at assuring your needs are met. The property is beautiful, right on the river with amazing views. The rooms are comfortable, everything you need is provided. I highly recommend this property! It may not be my little secret for long but its worth sharing this amazing property!

Would give them 10 stars if I could! We had our wedding at one of their properties “Tiki on the Guad” and it was fabulous! Jessica was so responsive to all of my questions during the entire planning process and even provided me with vendor recommendations! They were extremely accommodating and the property is very well maintained and absolutely gorgeous! Over all I would highly recommend using my New Braunfels Vacation!

The Meusebach Depot house is great! Clean, stocked, relaxing. We loved the back yard. General store and tube rental right across the street or another rental area right down the hill on the river. Deer roaming the neighborhood in the evening were fun to watch. Everything in town is close.Kara responded to all inquiries promptly and her attention made our stay even better!

We cant say enough about Kara and Jessica. We have been Snow Birds at The Waterwheel in New Braunfels the past two years. They have been a joy to deal with! They have responded quickly to the many questions that we have had, especially the first year while we were learning the lay of the land. You couldnt have asked for a faster response on dealing with any issues that may have occurred during our stay (two months last year and one month this year). We have enjoyed our accommodations, especially this year. We are looking forward to returning to New Braunfels and we will definitely deal with mynewbraunfelsvacation! Thanks Kara and Jessica!

“Great location, VERY clean. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of utensils and cooking pots/pans, mixing bowls, etc. Only 2 miles from groceries and conveniences. Surprisingly quiet (we took pets, one is new and a barker, could barely hear barking from outside and didnt get noise from outside causing the dog to bark) Great view of the beautiful grounds from balcony, very peaceful. Family atmosphere over the July 4th holiday (surprised). Again, took our pets, great space outdoors for walking and exploring. Convenient potty station with waste bags. Right on the Guadalupe, a short 15 min. walk to jump in and float for about 30-ish min. and exit back at the property, plus a bus service stopped by for further distance float trips. Bought and stored our own tubes on balcony and went any time we wanted. Lots of picnic tables and grills set up under huge shady trees. Two swimming pools with plenty of chairs, tables and loungers. The hot tub was actually HOT! Saw maintenance/grounds/security people (in marked shirts) on several occasions, even watched the security guy & girl kick around a soccer ball with some kids for a bit. Would definitely stay again. Fun time, VERY CLEAN condo.”

“Great place to stay if you want to be on the river! The house was super spacious! Across the street there is a local bar that has live bands at night. Super convenient! If you want to rent tubes, there is a spot next door to rent them. Basically, the house was amazing and location was great!”

Stayed at Meusebach Depot in New Braunfels June26-29,2014 and loved it! There are trains that come by at night but it didnt bother us any! My family of 8 will definitely be staying here from now on! Clean and comfortable place so close to everything! I couldnt have asked for a better experience. The rep that helped us, Jessica, was so prompt at answering all my questions prior to our stay! Thanks for making my family vacation stress free!

After the COVID numbers were starting to increase again in the San Antonio region we ended up canceling our reservation even though it was short notice. Kara was especially understanding and worked us through this process. As soon as things return to normal I will definitely be going back to New Braunfels rentals!

Stayed at Tiki on the rio, the little two bedroom cabin up high looking over the guadeloupe. Very nicely furnished. Well kept grounds. Parking was very tight, but I was in a big van.One thing to remember is that this is a big time party destination. Expect people to keep the music and noise going well after midnight. Something I didnt realize, but had nothing to do with the cabins themselves.
