Had the luck to stay at this location in the Casita house, for a few days. The house is fantastic, equipped with everything it needs for a very comfortable stay. We were a party of 13. Fully stocked, large kitchen, sheets and towels (which is a rarity these days), super clean and modern. The backyard has a pool, games and gorgeous oak trees offering soothing shade on a hot day. In the evening the tree lights provide a warm and whimsical glow. I know people visit these parts for Garner State Park and to swim in the Frio River but I was most content with just staying at this house. Perfection. Thank you, Bill for an unforgettable stay.

This place is so beautiful, they have absolutely everything you can think of. Fully stocked kitchen with everything double. The view is gorgeous. The man is so nice.If you need a large home to vacation in, this is perfect!!

This house is amazing. We rented the house for a family vacation. We had 22 adults, 4 teens, and 6 children. We were not crowded at all. There are plenty of amenities; outside there is a gorgeous pool, chairs galore to sit on or to lounge on and read or suntan, a mini golf green, a ping pong table, a foosball table, washers and bean bag green, a big T. V., a comfy sectional, two porch swings, a great stereo system, a fire pit and grill. Inside had board games, a TV in every room, and a pool table. There were fans and lights throughout the covered patio and ambience lighting in the trees on a timer with the pool lights. The views were amazing, every room had sliding doors or huge windows to take advantage of the views. Bill is very nice and hospitiable. He welcomed us, showed us around and then didnt bother us again unless we needed to ask a question or have him show us how to operate a couple of things. Anytime we called or sent a text, he answered right away. He even brought over some baby goats, which was the highlight of the trip for everyone. The beds, bedding, and pillows were comfortable, the bunk beds were just as comfortable as the other beds. The sheets were 5 star hotel quality. Utopia park and Garner state park are not far and have fun things to do also. If you want to have a fantastic vacation, rent this house!

Awesome place to social distance! So much to do here no need to leave!! Pool has an awesome view and so many games, even has a mini golf section!!
