We stayed at The Anchor House and absolutely loved our stay. We even extended our stay because we enjoyed it so much! The fishing was great and took up most of our time. Night fishing was peaceful and very good! We are already planning our next trip to return! Truly didnt want to leave! Beautiful area and an adorable home! Bonus points for pier having amazing sunset views!

Hook, Wine & Sinker was a great house for my family! It was spacious, comfortable and a lot of fun! The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were really comfortable! We spent a lot of time in the backyard barbecuing, hanging in the pool, jamming music, and fishing! It was very relaxing and just so fun! The upstairs deck was really nice with beautiful views! We will definitely be back! Dont forget your mosquito spray. ❤️

Its been about 6 years since we last visited Rockport and chose miss kittys based on our previous experiences. I want to thank the staff for being so helpful with rescheduling our stay due to requirements with work. We stayed at the bay cottage which is in a quiet nice area. It has a fishing pier and a nice deck out back. Good place to get away and relax for a few days. The place is clean and all of the appliances were well maintained. Would recommend to those who want to unwind at a bay front home for a few days.

I had the best 51st Birthday trip to Rockport, ever! We rented a 1bdrom condo on Fulton Beach #222. Great bay views. Clean space. Awesome place! Would definitely return soon and will recommend to everyone I know!

This is our 3rd time staying at the Redfish Cottage (Little Bay Resort) and as always, it was an incredible vacation! Its an absolutely cute little house that has everything you would need. Being located right on Little Bay and having your own fishing pier is a plus! You are centrally located to any and everywhere you would want to go. Already planning our next trip in the fall!

We just spent a 3 night getaway on Copano Bay. Our experience was very good. The condo was just as described, very clean, and the view was spectacular! The sunsets and sunrises were absolutely stunning. Reservations, chech-in, and check-out were very easy. Close to town, grocery stores, and restaurants, but far enough away that it was a very relaxing stay.

Great fishing and lots of memories made. My whole family loved it. My kids didnt want to leave. I have to give big praise to Miss kittys. When the ac went out in the house we were staying in they VERY promptly moved us to another house with out any hesitation. Melissa was so pleasant and nice to talk to. We will definitely be back. We loved our stay in the Bay House in Rockport, Texas. Our rooms were gorgeous and very clean. The pools were big and clean. Used them everyday. We have 2 11 year old boys who loved their room. Had gamer chairs that turned into beds. They loved that room. Definitely will return.

Nice home for a large family. The 2 shared bathrooms makes it good for larger groups. The place is nice and secure, offers great bay views (the dolphins come cruzing by several times a day). Perfect lighted fishing pier with fish cleaning tables and fresh running water and ample rod holders. The kitchen is well furnished and cabinets and drawers are labeled.

We had an awesome time at the Trout Tank house. So many great memories made! House was great, private fishing pier was even better! We caught keeper speckled trout, flounder, blue crabs, and even stone crabs! We also caught redfish, black drum, sting ray, gafftop, and jack crevalle. Easy booking, check in, and check out. Can’t wait to go back!

The condo was very nice and close to the pier and pool. Very clean and I loved they provided a box fan in each room 😁 I had trouble with cable in our bedroom but was able to access Netflix at least. I would definitely go back but would like to be a little closer to the pier this time. Even though I did like our setup it was roommate style which is perfect considering it was 2 couples.🥰

We stayed in 105 allegro north. Right on a water inlet from the bay. Enjoyed dolphins swimming there each day. Gorgeous sunrise and no hot sun in afternoon just cool breezes. Beautiful condo with all amenities. Comfortable beds and seating . Plenty of space. Only change would be a grill in the pool area or an electric one on patio if allowed.

The most relaxing vacation! We stayed at the Crab 🦀 House. 2 beautiful clean houses, great for a friends trip! The boat ramp was so convenient! Easy check in and out just wished we could have stayed longer!

The house was awesome and mostly clean (just some leaves and debris in the porch/first floor, a broken chair and blinds in the closet, and some items left behind from previous guests in the restroom cupboard of the master bedroom). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with the lighting for the fish cleaning station and the spotlight, but their customer service was great and their response was fast that we were able to resolve the issue in no time. The house is well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen as well as sufficient amount of towels, pillows, and blankets.The only thing we wished was different was a way to access the second floor and first floor from inside the house instead of having to go outside and down the spiral staircase to access the first floor. But this was listed on the houses info so you are made aware of this before booking. It was more of an issue of convenience for us since we had our elderly grandma with us and those stairs were hard for her to climb.Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. Fishing right outside the house was a lot of fun, and my brothers and dad really enjoyed it. Were definitely looking to stay again in future.

Last minute beach trip for the kiddos. Customer service from Laguna Reef was very professional and greatly appreciated. I was running late coming in and Laguna Reef staff and i had great communication for my family to get in our room. They staff and workers are very accommodating. The facility very clean and welcoming. The view of the bay is amazing. The 1,000 LF of the pier is extraordinary. Ill be staying here again when Im back in Rockport

This is a great place to stay, and the host was available and very helpful. The unit is very updated and has a wonderful screened in front porch. We enjoyed walking to the shoreline, and walking to the Connie Hager birding sanctuary and riding our bicycles in the neighborhood. We used the NEMA 14-50 outlet to plug in our EV.

This was one of the easiest rental process I have had. I would highly recommend renting from this company. The whole process was painless. The staff I spoke to were extremely helpful. The property was clean and did not have a smell like some others I have rented. We had a wonderful time and will use Miss Kittys for all out rental needs. We stayed at El Flamingo cottage. The whole experience 5 star! Cottage had everything we needed to complete our stay. Clean! Nice backyard for our dogs to enjoy. Short walk to fishing pier. Convenient to all attractions. Community and property very friendly and safe. We will be back for sure!

My Sister in Law gave us the recommendation for the rental we stayed at. It did not disappoint. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. You can also control your own temps since it’s not central. There’s a bedroom on the bottom that is on its own. The bar/grill area was nicely done. Equipped with a working gas grill, extra fridge, and ice maker all downstairs. There’s a TV in the area as well with sitting areas. House was clean and had all the kitchen stuff you could have in your own home. Just bring your own food, drinks, extra paper towels, shampoo and etc. the pool is gated and also heading down towards the dock is child safety locks. Cute quiet spot to relax. Neighbors are elderly and seem pretty nice.

LOVED this place! Beautiful view of the bay and centrally located so you are close to everything you want to do. One of my favorite things was the balcony overlooking the bay. No afternoon sun, so it was pleasant to sit out in the late afternoon and evening time...breeze was constant. The 3 different pools allowed for options, which was nice. It was really nice that the 2nd bedroom had 2 queen sized beds. The king in the master was roomy and I loved how there was a 2nd sliding door out to the balcony. Kitchen was well stocked with all I needed to cook nice breakfasts in the mornings. We also not only had a coffee maker, but also a K Cup brewer, which was refreshing! I was thrilled not to have to pack my own. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay at the Blue Pearl was perfect! The home was clean, beautifully furnished, and the covered fishing deck was so nice and relaxing. We had an absolutely amazing time and highly recommend staying at one of these homes.

Our stay at Blessing on the Bay through Miss Kittys Fishing Getaway was fabulous. Miss Kittys helped us switch to this place after finding out another place we rented had a 20 lb max weight restriction on pets. This lovely home sits right on the channel. The upstairs deck is shaded all day and there is generally a good breeze. The home was clean and well stocked, and the yard was well maintained. It is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We will definitely use Miss Kittys again.

Laguna Reef in Rock Port Texas. We go at least twice a year sometimes three. Rooms are nice, pier fishing is the best. Swimming pool is great for sitting and standing in the water while enjoying a beverage in the middle of the day. Head to the fishing pier as soon as it starts to get dark, even if you don’t fish. Everyone is friendly. Stay on the second through fourth floor and enjoy your balcony then wake up to the most amazing sunrise and enjoy your coffee or enjoy a mimosa.

Trout Tank is such an amazing little beach house with a private pier and great set up for fishing! The house was perfect for our family of 5 (3 little kids). The listing pictures did not do this place justice, it was better! The owner left a guest book and photos from previous guests with fish records and it was so awesome. Loved our stay and hope to stay again in the future.Also, booking directly through Miss Kitty is SO MUCH CHEAPER than booking through Airbnb/Vrbo! I appreciated that so much, I had no idea using a vacation booking app jacked up cost so much.Super easy booking, minimal checkout procedures, 24/7 help line (we got locked out of the house due to my daughter entering code wrong a few times)… it was just such a good experience. Thank you!

We stayed at the Castaway in Rockport. The house was beautiful, the pier was great. Overall this house had everything our large group needed. However, when we arrived with a full party both trash cans provided were completely full. The property manager reposted quickly and curtiously to our concerns of not having anywhere to place trash for our large group and had maintenance remove some trash. My biggest complaint is there was no hand soap, a very, very small dish soap, only 2 pods for the dishwasher and no additional cleaning supplies to wipe down counter tops ect. I have never had to go purchase cleaning supplies and hand soap for any other rental I have ever stayed at. If those basic things were included this hands down would be a 5 star review.

During my booking online the third party vrbo messed up and charged me twice for two different rentals at the same time. They were so kind throughout the hiccup and really helped us get our refund. Our stay recently at Salt Lake Flats was everything we hoped for and then some. House set up was wonderful, pristine clean and well furnished. A fly swatter and hair dryer would have been nice, however everything else you would want was there. Enjoyed fishing from the private pier, unfortunately the fish had taken vacation as well. Quite, friendly neighborhood. We will definitely rent again.

Three weeks before arrival we were informed our rental was no longer available. We needed room to accommodate 11 people. The staff quickly supplied 5 choices. We chose The Reel McCoys. This was a family vacation celebration of our 50th anniversary. Very happy with the choice. Fishing was great from the pier even though the water is so shallow. Quite a variety of fish caught. Including trout, croaker, drum, red fish, and flounder. Saw dolphins everyday. Of course a lot of different water birds. The kids loved spending time in the pool and the Rockport beach was within 15 minutes. Saw 2 alligators at the park down the road.Only complaint was they list a blender. However, it didnt work. I was informed theyd try to get us one the next day but never received it the 8 days we were there. There was an occasional strong sewer smell outside.Suggested improvements: It should be made clear there are 24 steps to reach main level of house. Would be nice to have a mini fridge on ground level by pool or poolside bedroom. Also need a pizza pan and pizza cutter added to kitchen utensils. Maybe have a guest book to write.With 11 people we had plenty help carrying all those groceries up the steps. Place is clean and roomy. Loved the view and shade from the main floor deck. Was an enjoyable relaxing vacation.

Captain Steve is a great place to be, especially if you enjoy fishing and swimming, since it has a private pier and pool however, during our experience, we found out that the pool light wasn’t working and we had guest who enjoyed swimming at night. The first night was the warmest, and the most pleasant night for swimming, but the pool light wasn’t working. Miss Kitty’s staff placed a heavy duty light with extension cord to light the entire area, which was wonderful. However, on the second night it was much cooler and windier to go swimming. I would suggest you call ahead if you are especially interested in Nightswimming or fishing to insure that all the equipment that you rely upon to enjoy is in good working condition.

Our family absolutely loves Laguna Reefs condos. Despite the storms that have come through, the employees maintain the grounds extremely well and the owners keep their condos updated very well - at least the ones we have stayed in. (Although the elevator needs a little TLC) We have been coming here for over 15 years and we will continue our family tradition for many more. Its quiet and sits in a beautiful spot, and its perfect for my elderly parents and my disabled sister.

My family had a wonderful stay at Bay Bliss! The home is absolutely beautiful and convenient to everything. The views of the bay are phenomenal ! The sunsets were amazing. We Stayed at Sea La Vie at the RRAYC. Great quality Stay& would stay again. Could be better by installing hand rails or grab bars for getting out of the high walled bathtub. Our 75 yr old grandfather fell coming out of the shower and hurt his shoulder not how we wanted our vacation to go. The tubs were very slippery and dangerous my 3yr old was even slipping around.The condo states it sleeps 6 but only had a dining table to seat 4. A couple of us had to eat in the living room on the Ottoman where you rest your feet.Which wasnt pleasant. Also the pots and pans could use an upgrade to non-stick pans. Everything else was fantastic. We loved and enjoyed the property.

There were 3 bedrooms up in the main house. It was very nice . The master was very comfortable. It was open and very clean. There was a small bag of dirtylinen by the door . We just left it there. One of the beds mattress was very sunk in the middle. That is why our daughter and her family went downstairs.We had our children with us and one set stayed in the bedroom downstairs because the mattress in corner bedroom was so sunken that they kept rolling towards the middle.The downstairs had a a separate entry and code. It was in need of some upgrades as far as air conditioning etc. our children complained of giant cockroaches in the room. They kept smashing them. Not good.We called and someone was to come and spray. Never showed up called again did not come . They said they would be there the day we left. We stayed 6 days. I believe they were coming from the door that led to the garage. One of the garage doors was broken when we arrived. We noted and shared with Miss kitty about this.The main house was very nice and clean . We loved itThe dock was nice and well made. It had nice lighting for night fishing. We spen most of our fishing. One of the legs to the picnic table was broken. We propped it up with a concrete block.We caught lots of fish. Thanks for the guide on sizes and types on one of the beams downstairs.Upstairs was great. Dock was great.

The condo is located near restaurants, stores and other types of amenities that may come in handy to have close by. The condo had a great view of Little Bay and has palm trees that when the wind blows through them they make a relaxing sound. The condo was clean and had all amenities that are useful for your stay. Both bedrooms have a bathroom. Booking with Miss Kitty’s is always a great experience. Communications with them is awesome. They will check in with you via email and text during your stay to make sure everything is good with your stay. All in all we had a great experience.

Miss Kittys is a great place to rent vacation home from! We rented from them for our first time in Rockport. We had some issues at the home that we werent sure how to work the TV or the ceiling fan remote and they were immediately responsive to helping us - plus this was on a Sunday when I dont think they were even open! I loved that I could just text them about the issue and they really cared about fixing it! Will definitely rent again from them in the future!

We really enjoyed our two night stay. The condo was well furnished with everything we needed. The balcony overlooking the water was really nice for just relaxing or eating a meal. The location is a little ways from town but it’s quiet. My only suggestion is to bring your own toilet paper because there was only a quarter of a roll in the condo. We would stay here again.

We had a lovely time staying at the Coastal Cutie! Perfect location literally steps from the water and pier, quick drive to beach, and loads of great local restaurants. Host was exceptionally responsive, accommodating and clearly put extensive thought into the details of her guests’ experience. Very dog friendly space, inside and outside. Plenty of elbow room for a young couple and a very large dog. Kitchen was well-appointed, linens were nice and clean, bed was comfy, and AC was powerful. We will certainly be returning and staying here again!

My teenage boys and I made a trip to Rockport and loved our stay. The check-in and check-out instructions were sent in an email and were easy to understand. The private beach and pier areas were fantastic! Sunrise was gorgeous looking over the ocean from the beach and pier. The owner of the main house was very nice and greeted us when we arrived. He offered any assistance we needed. The house is very cute and suited us for what we needed. We didnt use much of the kitchen, mainly the fridge/freezer and both worked as it should. We didnt have any issues with hot/cold water or water pressure. The living room had a TV with Roku, Hulu, and a few others. The beds were comfortable and the fans in each room were a welcome amenity. We are looking forward to another vacation and will definitely book at The Crows Nest!

Red tail Get Away is an Awesome house! Neat, tidy, and comfortable!!! Located literally half way between Rockport and Port Aransas. You get the best of both towns. It was located on a canal in a quiet neighborhood toward the end of a dead end street so it was very quiet and peaceful.My husband loved fishing off the canal and even caught an alligator gar... something we didnt know would live in saltwater. The kids enjoyed catching fish after fish...they never got bored...even the 3-year old.The living area was laid out so different activities could be going on at the same time. We played dominoes and games while the kids watched TV. The bedrooms were very spacious and even had room to put a portable crib for the baby.The beach was just a short drive away. Very nice condominiums, excellent staff at the front desk, & nice area with plenty of wonderful restaurants. The balcony of unit 409 was not private. There was a hip height rail that separated our balcony from next door Which gave the guest next door a full view of our living room and kitchen. We noticed other Condos had privacy Wells between balconies and strongly encourage 409 to do the same. Otherwise, a great stay!

Love, love, love this rental. Really wonderful unit and prime location. We are bummed that we had to depart earlier than we planned because of the winter snow and ice storm. Communication between Miss Kitty’s was prompt and clear, unit was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a much needed family get away. Too cold to sit outside and enjoy the pool, pier, or view, but the view itself was lovely and relaxing. We enjoyed just hanging out, playing games, and watching Netflix. This is my 1st experience of Rockport and the surrounding area. I chose this camp because of the observation deck offered on a 3rd level. You can see a beautiful 360 view from deck and it didn’t matter how hot it was, there was a constant breeze! Camp is new, and very nice. Unfortunately, the Canal is maybe 3 to 4 ft deep, so fishing wasn’t very successful! We caught many little fish, which kept my kids entertained, but don’t expect a meal!

We were looking for a last minute spring break and stumbled upon this rental! It was beautiful and roomy! We all loved it. The house has everything you need to cook just about any meal. Everything was clean and put away. Rooms where nice and comfy. The Master bedroom is very spacious with a double sink in the restroom. Living area was also big with a nice tv, DVDs games and comfortable couches. The view was phenomenal especially the in the morning!!! HEB is just around the corner and Walmart is just a couple of minutes away. My wife and I stayed at “Coastal Cutie” on Broadway St in Rockport. This studio size vacation rental is perfect for two people. But they have a pull out couch if you have kids. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. The bathroom is clean and bright with a fairly large shower. There is even fishing gear in a closet if you want to to fish off the pier that is right across the road. This pier is the nicest and most sturdy of all the piers on the bay. The rental has a shaded patio that you can look at the bay from or watch hummingbirds on the feeder. Seriously, you cannot go wrong with this rental unit.If you are looking for a very fine meal. We recommend Bellino’s Italian restaurant right up the road about half a mile. The food and atmosphere are fantastic.

Plenty of room for everyone and a beautiful pool that was so dreamy, we struggled on whether we wanted to stay there all day or head to the beach which is three minutes away! We cooked all of our meals at home throughout our entire stay and had all of the necessary cookware to do so. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. There are tvs and rokus if you are feeling like a relaxing movie and/or lots of family board games. I highly recommend staying here for your next beach getaway. It was perfection.

Everything was great at Laguna Reef. Just wish my stay was longer than just a weekend. I would recommend anyone looking for a great getaway to try this establishment. Friendly atmosphere..great fishing pier..great pool & hottub and perfect location!! The only thing about our last stay was that my family and I are night fishermen and the lights were only working at the end of the pier. Otherwise everything was fantastic.

Had a lot of fun with family, clean house, Miss Kitty’s is a great place to find your next vacation rental house. Caught a 35-40lb Black Drum and overall we enjoyed our stay. Definitely gonna come back later this year for another trip!

We just return from the week we booked down in Rockport, and I would highly recommend this place. So relaxing and well furnished for a peaceful getaway. Everything was just as viewed on the site, and very easy to booked. The booking staff and the instructions given to access the property where nice neat and easy. We will return again for sure.

Very friendly and professional company to work with. Condo is nicely equipped and decorated. Beautiful location. LR and MBR look out on Little Bay. You can see boats, birds and even a dolphin or two.Kitchen has all the appliances, pots and pans, utensils and a good set of kitchen knives. A great experience

We have stayed at a few of Miss Kittys properties and we never leave disappointed. This time we stayed at Attitude Adjustment and it was perfect for our group of retirees. We sat on the porch and watched dolphins in the bay. We saw some deer at the property next door as well. It is close to Rockport Beach and Folton Pier. Best of both worlds. Plan on returning to this lil gem bi annually.

Wow, just wow! The Bay Bliss Rockport rental didnt disappoint. The photos in the description are spot on!House is well stocked, had plenty of room and seating to accommodate our adult party of 13.We enjoyed fishing off the 1st floor deck during the day and karaoke on the 2nd floor deck at night.The ice machine was a big hit with the guys! Rockport beach is a scenic 15-20 minute drive away. We can hardly wait to return.

I didnt get the opportunity to stay in one of the rentals, however I can without any doubts say the customer service is absolutely amazing! I needed a pier for about 30 minutes for a sunset proposal (that the rain promptly had us running under a covered patio for), and everywhere else wanted to make me rent one for the entire day. I didnt want to inconvenience anyone for a mere 30 minutes and Dawn at Miss Kittys Fishing Getaways was more than accommodating in letting me borrow one of the piers of an unrented location.The view before the rains hit was breathtaking and you would have a great view of both the sunrise and sunset. The little bay area between piers is quite nice for swimming and I will be looking to book one of these rentals the next time I return to Rockport!Thanks again Dawn!

We had a wonderful stay in condo 213 that was pet friendly. Beautifully decorated with a wonderful view of the water and private pier. Majority of the balcony condos have fencing all around the rails for pet and child safety which is a bonus. The location is literally walking distance to the district with quaint boutiques, restaurants, veterans memorial, the beach and fíeld for the monthly Market Days held on the 3rd weekend of the month. Front office staff are awesome and helpful. Highly recommend. It was our first visit and won’t be our last. We absolutely LOVED it and was a short drive from San Antonio. If you want a much calmer and relaxing visit to fish this is the place to come. Shops and restaurants close early here. We overheard a local say ‘You come to Rockport to fish, not so much for vacation, that’s Port A’. My husband and I would agree. It’s also much different than visiting SPI which is getting ridiculous with traffic on the main road to get in and out on weekends and the summer, plus it takes forever to get there.You can’t go wrong with staying here. If your military discounts are given at the Boil House and Boiling Pot restaurants. If you have DV plates entry to the beach is free, and the fishing pier over in Fulton is free with proof of VA letter. Which you need anyway to get your free fishing license going forward at Walmart. They changed the rules. BTW Walmart had plenty of licenses and we got one at 10pm since in San Antonio they were all sold out.Don’t hesitate, book it!!

My husband and I needed a get away from our busy schedules and wanted somewhere peaceful and quiet, the Salt Lake Lodge downstairs was perfect!! Beautiful view and everything we could need except a freezer.lol. So, no midnight ice cream snacks. My favorite part was the water view and sitting on the dock at night watching the fish swim around the underwater lights ❤🐟 All in all just after our first night here I knew without doubt we will be using Miss Kittys rentals more in the future rather than our regular place we have stayed for 15 years! Excited to see other places in the future!! My bestfriend and I will ne making a trip in October and Miss Kitty is who we will be using then too.

We had a wonderful time in Rockport. Big Tree Cottages were super clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved walking in the neighborhood, the pier was fantastic, boat ramp right there or just fish from the bank. Very quiet and beautiful sunrises.

Once again Miss Kitty delivers a great vacation rental. We are in love with Laguna Reef Condos. Laguna Reef has it all for us. A fishing pier, pool, hot tub, a beach area to look for shells. We hardly have to go anywhere because its all right here. We also appreciated the level of cleaning and sanitizing of the room. This really made it even more relaxing to us. The view from room 211 as nothing short of spectacular every day we were there. My wife, myself, and our 2 children did not want to leave. We will definitely return to Laguna Reef Condos. We loved our stay at Moon Mirror Bay. It is a beautiful place and stocked better than any place we have stayed. We love being on Water St. We walked alot and being able to wade fish right out the front door was wonderful for the guys. We will definitely want to return and stay here again.

We stayed in the Happy Harbor home and had a great time for my sons 21st birthday. All he wanted to do was fish for his birthday! Fishing we did and this house was well equipped and a fantastic layout. Our experience was superb until one of the neighbors across the channel decided to ruin our time with his ignorance. Because we had our light on at the light post near the water he started yelling g at us to turn it off. When we told him we were still using it (some little children in our party) he said something about being renters (as if that somehow made him better than us) and shouted an obscene remark. We visit all areas of Rockport and have never been treated like this before. Rockport, Texas is always full of friendly people. I will not hold this against thehome owners, renters, or city as a whole. I think we just got a cocky neighbor (maybe drunk and showing off for some friends) who somehow thinks hes better than everyone else others because he owns a home on the channel. Mrs. Kittys did a great job of accommodating us and keeping us informed all along the way. If the light on the back of the house interferes with the neighbors house (nobodys on the other side interfered with our view) I cant say thats the renters fault. If any of your neighbors are prejudice against renters or maybe, Hispanics, well I cant be sorry to you but I can feel sorry for you!

A very tranquil place to relax and enjoy the water. Just wanted to relax and fish and it was the right place to do it at with the lake being at your back door and the balcony making it a cool shady place to spend the evening or morning drinking coffee.There were some deficiencies like a cracked glass stove top. Although the stove works its not safe. The steps (the top last two steps)going up to the living space are slanted down making it dangerous causing you to loose your balance. Some dining table chair bolts are loose. Could use some shades in the living room/dining room area to block the heat from coming in. Bbq grill still had ashes.Be careful with the nice fishing deck as it is offset at both ends (watch your step, dont run forget about the offset). As far as fishing, they have a canoe and a aluminum boat with paddles and flotation device. Caught alot of small drummies but no keepers. Its just a nice place to relax and enjoy the waterfront.We hope they can repair some of these things because this is a very great place.

When we arrived at our rental house with Miss Kittys, the house was full of huge mosquitos. This is an infestation and should have been treated!! There were hundreds and hundreds of them and some bit us. I called Miss Kittys and were given two Foggers to help ourselves. Its understandable that therere mosquitos outside but hundreds of huge mosquitos inside the house to make the house almost unlivable is really no excuse. Most likely, previous renters or house cleaning crew had left the doors open to let mosquitos in. Miss Kittys should have treated the mosquitos inside the house before our arrival.We had also asked for mosquitos treatment outside the house before our arrival. Miss Kittys website mentioned that this helps to reduce >90% of the mosquitos population. But therere swarms of mosquitos when we stepped outside. This made it impossible to stay outside the house except the dock/pier areas by the beach.The house itself was really nice--clean and new, and price was very reasonable so its a pity that mosquitos almost ruined our vacation.

I just stayed in K’s Condo, one of the many rentals offered through k’s rental, it was one of the better vacations our family ha had! The condo was clean, fully stocked, and very well maintained. The staff at Kitty’s rentals were very helpful and accommodating!!! Definitely recommend them!

This is a beautiful home with lots of room...where do I start...its nicely decorated...it has what you need to stay for awhile...it had plenty of detergent to wash clothes, even cosmetic towels in the rest room which I thought was cute...the only down side I would say is the fact that you have to walk up stairs just to get in the house...but it was not that big of a deal for us....it has a queen room down stairs with the master that has a king across the hall and down the hall from that is a restroom and up stairs is a room with a queen then a room with a queen and 2 twins so plenty of room for a big family...they have every cooking utensil you could ever need a fridge with a ice maker in the kitchen...oh another down side was the tvs, there was only 2...I didnt know that..I mean it was not that big of a deal but would of been nice to have a tv in every bedroom...down stairs their is lounge chairs, a BBQ pit and a small dock with the water just right there...we threw the poles but didnt catch nothing...not even 1 bite....it also has a 1,000 watt fishing light which was nice cause even though we didnt catch any fish the kids still got to see some...it has a wrap around porch which was nice and its very well lit at night...overall it was still a 10/10!!!! Thanks Mrs kittys fishing getaways...cant wait to stay again!!!

We stayed at Pelican roost it was in a great location between Port Aransas and Rockport, the house was as advertised. But the parking should be more accessible only 3 cars for a house you advertised for fishing and 16 people. Had to park my truck and boat trailer at the boat ramp all weekend. That is the only issue the house was gorgeous and fun with nice rooms and floor plan.

Had a great time at the happy harbor home. The only issue was there was a strange odor when we arrived. I couldn’t tell if it was cleaning products or what because I know someone had checked out earlier that day and floors were still wet when we arrived. Great space at the bayhouse rental named El Gato Malo! 5 bedrooms with a swimming pool and private fishing pier. Loved the huge kitchen for cooking meals and the nice bay backyard. Beautiful sunsets and just a relaxing place altogether.
