This was our third time staying at Mint House, and as always, the team went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The unit was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, ensuring everything was problem-free.One of the highlights of this visit was being able to watch the New Yearā€™s Eve fireworks right from our roomā€”such a special experience! We truly appreciate the consistency and care Mint House provides, and weā€™re already counting down to our next stay (which is already booked!).Highly recommend Mint House to anyone looking for a stress-free, top-notch experience!

Five-star reviews are hard to come by from me, but the Mint House Dallas absolutely earned all five stars. This is the absolute best kept secret in all of Dallas! This place gives you a taste of living in the top 1% without having to pay the 1% price. Its all a little bit complicated between the parking and the room access, but you will be paid dividends for the effort it takes to get here.I didnt need any concierge service while I was here but I didnt need any because everything was so great.

My husband and I stayed at Mint House Dallas for a weekend getaway, and overall, we had a good experience. The hotel was fairly clean, though there was a bit of dust in some areas, and a few kitchen drawers were broken, which was slightly inconvenient. Despite that, the view from our room was stunning and definitely a highlight of our stay. The location is ideal, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city. While you do need to take three separate elevators to reach the rooms, the elevators are fast, and there are plenty of them, so it didnā€™t feel like a hassle at all. One downside was the couch in the room, which was extremely uncomfortable and not ideal for lounging, but the bed was very comfortable and gave us a good nightā€™s rest. The hotel also has a clean and well-equipped gym in the basement, which was a nice perk. Despite the small issues, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning for another visit. The location and view make it a worthwhile stay in Dallas!

This hotel didnā€™t have much, just a huge room on the 49th floor in downtown Dallas for less than $200 a night lol. The room was well furnished with huge windows, the view went on for miles. If that wasnā€™t enough, the hotel stay included access to The Tower Club. Thereā€™s parking in the towersā€™s garage and room service. They need to provide detailed access and check in instructions, as well as improve after hours access. Not much of an issue though. Overall great place, and I would stay there again.

My husband and I chose to stay here for the first time from Jan 1-4, 2025 and we are impressed by the quality, design and location. We got a complimentary upgrade as well. Definitely a much better option than Airbnb that have the same price.

  • Review 6 (2024-08-17 - Rating: 5)

We enjoyed our stay at the Mint House Hotel. The apartment is spacious, very clean and overall quite quiet. We had a problem with a noisy neighbor, but the hotel staff was able to react immediately. We really liked the quality of the welcome. Thank you to the two young men for their professionalism and their smile.Only one small negative note, the pillows are too soft for us. But otherwise, we highly recommend this hotel!

  • Review 7 (2024-10-23 - Rating: 5)

This was my first stay here and I am absolutely in love, this has definitely made it onto my list of luxe hotels to return to. There are a few things I wanted to note that I donā€™t believe Iā€™ve seen anyone mention in their reviews, that I think would be helpful to those, prior to booking.1.) Get there at 3pm or later. Do not expect to have your room ready for an early arrival. I know so hotels can allow that but not here.I arrived much earlier in the day around 11am and because of how serious they take cleanliness and inspections, it takes them time to ensure everythingā€™s clean and I appreciated that. I did have to wait in the Tower Club lounge from 11am to 3pm until my room was ready but the girls there were so accommodating, ensuring to check on me and even gave me free coffee and water ugh! just super sweet! The Tower Club/Bar/lounge, while not affiliated with Mint House, itā€™s perfect for just enjoying the vibes and mingling, donā€™t miss checking that out when you get here!2.) Iā€™m not sure how this affects the 50th floor but if youā€™re on the 49th floor and have room # 4904, or maybe any room close to that, thereā€™s a club on the 48th floor and they mean business when they party lol my first night I thought there was a party/event outside because my entire apartment was shaking, bouncing and vibrating due to the music and turns out thereā€™s a club right below me. I wasnt aware of this until I called to see what was happening. I think that should be noted because I wasnā€™t able to get any sleep until 1am when they closed everything down for the night. I did, unfortunately, have to complain to guest services but they were more than quick to respond and handle everything via email and the following morning, in person, guest services followed up and confirmed things were taken care of and I truly appreciated that. I think had I known beforehand, there was a club, I wouldnā€™t have been bothered and might have actually participated in the turn up lol3.) Bring food!! While you have the option to purchase a few grocery items, youā€™re gonna need real food. Either have groceries en route immediately after checking in or bring them with you. Thereā€™s no food available for delivery in the building and getting food delivered could take a while since itā€™s in the heart of the city and itā€™s always busy/crowded.4.) For deliveries or Lyft/Uber, always Make sure to input ā€œMint Houseā€ as location so they can find you or find the place, the address alone doesnā€™t help. Also, for deliveries, the delivery person can only come up to the 48th floor to either meet you or you can notify front desk (at the podium) and they will collect your delivery and bring it to your actual room number. I was appreciative of that because my first night I wasnā€™t aware and after getting cleaned up and settled, I definitely didnā€™t want to get dressed and get on an elevator to meet someone for a delivery but i figured out my system and everything was great!Thereā€™s always security in the lobby of the building and they made me feel very secure so even after hours when the building is locked, they usually can see when youā€™re arriving and are happy to open the door for you if you canā€™t get the access code to work or even before you get to the keypad theyā€™re there to assist you.I do wish all the bedrooms had TVs and the lights didnā€™t automatically turn off after some time but no big deal. The skyline and lamps helped when it got too dark in the room for my liking.Overall, everyone I met in this hotel, that worked there, were so helpful and reassuring, I appreciate that and canā€™t wait to come back. This is literally the place to be, it felt like home away from home.

  • Review 8 (2024-11-16 - Rating: 5)

Fantastic rooms, very nice staff. My only issue the whole time was my door code stopped working 2 times. But was fixed both times. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.

  • Review 9 (2024-09-18 - Rating: 5)

Awesome apartments on the 50th floor. Ample parking in 6-floor basement garage. There was a concierge on duty on 48th floor until after hours. It would be nice if there was a luggage cart available where guests could find it on their own since there is no front desk. These are apartments in the Santander Tower. Location is excellent and walkable to most everything. Steps from The Majestic Theater and a short drive to Fair Park and American Airlines Center. Nicely furnished apartments.

  • Review 10 (2024-09-09 - Rating: 5)

Stayed here for our 10th wedding anniversary and we loved it. The Mint House is located on the top two floors (49-50) of the Santander building. The views were spectacular. Very quiet and accommodating. We got the king suite with the corner views, definitely recommend. There was a refrigerator and a small kitchen and little living area. Will stay here again in the future.

  • Review 11 (2024-10-18 - Rating: 5)

Excellent experience all around. Incredible place and service! They even accommodated a late checkout when my flight was rescheduled. Iā€™ll definitely be back and highly recommend it! Thank you, is a pleasure to have this experiences when you are traveling!

  • Review 12 (2024-07-30 - Rating: 5)

This will be the place we stay anytime we are visiting downtown Dallas! The view from the room is absolutely amazing, the lay out, the cleanliness, seriously everything was perfect! I had not 1 complaint. We will definitely be back soon!! Please check them out if you havenā€™t yet.

  • Review 13 (2024-08-12 - Rating: 4)

Over all, we enjoyed our stay and liked the hotel, but Mint House in downtown Dallas is definitely a unique stay. This is not what I would call a traditional hotel, so be prepared for some new experiences if thatā€™s what youā€™re used to. Mint House is more like two floors of professionally managed air bnb apartments than a normal hotel. Each room has everything an apartment would have except an oven, and the view from our corner room was great! The pictures generally match what youā€™re getting with the room. The building has a pretty secure parking garage that is confusing. Speaking of the parking, PLEASE complete the online check in, and get your six digit code. This code is what you use to get into and out of the parking garage. This six digit code is also what allows you access to the series of elevators (yes, I said series) you will go on to get to your room and to open your door once you arrive. After you find a parking spot, you go to any of the elevators in the garage and tap 1 on the touch screen and get onto the elevator us assigns you. Once in the buildingā€™s lobby, you go to the elevators that list other floors. Every floor will have a lock symbol except 48, so tap 48. The 48th floor is where Mint House starts. The concierge/check in desk is a podium where we met a very pleasant and helpful guy named Luke. He was great. You will then get onto one of the elevators in this area, type that six digit code in again, and push the floor for your room. Each room starts with either 49 or 50, which matches what floor your room is on. Youā€™ll put in that code to get into your room, and then youā€™re there! Now Iā€™ll bullet point some pros and cons.Pros:The view of the city is nice, especially at night. The bed is actually more comfortable than other hotels Iā€™ve been to.Having couch to relax on is nice.Everything is well thought out with all appliances, silverware, and even bowls and plates you would need. The shower is large. The overall convenience of parking and security.Cons/Weird Stuff:The lighting in our room was flickering in the bedroom and bathroom. The walls are VERY thin, even letting in smells from other apartments. The ceiling fan was loose and clicking. The sink was leaking.Parking and getting into the room was SUCH a hassle the first time. We also ran into two other couples that found it confusing, so we clearly arenā€™t alone.

  • Review 14 (2024-05-30 - Rating: 5)

I just checked in yesterday and I am blown away by the room, the service, and the location. The vibe is super chill, and you cant help but relax and feel at home. The service is friendly and accomodating. The location is in the heart of Dallas, with one of the best BBQ joints 1 minute walk away (BBQ DNA).Mint House goes out of their way to add personal touches, adding to the warmth and welcoming ambiance.Ive traveled all over the world. One of the nicest places Ive stayed at. Definitely an amazing value.

  • Review 15 (2024-07-30 - Rating: 5)

This place was a great stay this weekend. We were a block from the Majestic where we were coming to watch a show. Loved the views from the 49th floor and access to the Tower bar. Service was super friendly and they made everything easy - room was super clean and bed was very comfortable.Downsides that are barely worth mentioning: the curtains are super noisy-we could hear them next door when opened or closed but minor minor inconvenience. Also the fold out bed-couch was not particularly comfortable for sitting on to watch tv, we just chilled on the floor or lounged in bed instead. We would definitely stay again or recommend it to anyone in town.

  • Review 16 (2024-03-17 - Rating: 5)

This place is a gem. Well worth the money. The room is clean, and relaxing. It doesnt feel like a hotel, feels more like a nice home. Its cozy, the views are amazing, it has a full refrigerator, and cooking stove. The gym is state of the art (my fav)! Ill definitely be going again in the future. Please call the facility before arriving to figure out the parking or you may end up getting frustrated like I did. However, after I called and addressed my concerns they were super helpful and the rest of my stay was awesome. They still get a 5 review because the pros outweigh this one issue for me. So go take someone with you and enjoy the experience. You wont regret it.

  • Review 17 (2024-04-13 - Rating: 5)

Beautiful high rise rooms with kitchenette and amazing downtown views. It felt like a downtown studio apartment! Loved that! Room was clean and well appointed. Service was excellent. Chase reached out to us and got the room ready for us before check in. He also provided toothpaste since we forgot to pack ours. Finally a hotel that provides vegan shampoos, conditioners, lotions and hand soaps. Areas of improvement could be their pre check in process. Very cumbersome that you have to upload driver license photo before they give you a code to enter room. Hopefully they make that optional since thereā€™s already an in-person check in. Also we saw no recycling bins anywhere.

  • Review 18 (2024-10-03 - Rating: 5)

In terms of the room itself, this was the best hotel Ive ever stayed in. Such an insane view and I was upgraded to an apartment so I had an amazing place. I could easily stay there for months.

  • Review 19 (2024-09-11 - Rating: 5)

Spacious rooms, all the amenities and great views. I enjoy their use of technology to simplify the normal hotel process. Will stay again soon Im sure

  • Review 20 (2024-05-05 - Rating: 5)

I stayed at Mint House for 2 nights whilst on the last leg of our road trip around Texas. The property was excellent, with some minor points to make it impeccable. The location of the property is bang in the centre of Dallas and is excellent. Everything is within walking distance and the area is safe. There are numerous bars and restaurants immediately outside the property. The apartments are within The Santander Tower, and there are dedicated lifts to reach the residences. There is a member of staff at a check-in desk during the day, but the whole concept is for it to be self catering, therefore youā€™re provided a access code to use for entry into the main doors and lift when out of hours and for the apartment door itself. The staff member helped us check-in and took us to our apartment. He was very helpful and polite. The apartment itself was excellent. It was fully contained for self catering and everything was high spec and working. It even has a dishwasher and both a washer and drier for clothes and tablets are included. The only minor issues with the apartment, was the shower door was out of alignment and had to be closed/ opened slowly otherwise the fully glass door would have smashed and the colouring of the showering was peeling away, but all very minor. The views from the apartment were winning views. The bed was large and super comfortable and there was plenty of storage. The only thing the apartment misses is a safe.Excellent stay. Highly recommended.

Beautiful visit on so many levels. Beautiful building, beautiful corner 2 bedroom room, beautiful staff. All the facilities I needed and more.

  • Review 22 (2024-08-11 - Rating: 5)

Top place to stay, we had a 2 bedroom apartment on 49th floor, amazing views day and night time. Plenty of amenities, places to visit for our short stay. Apartment was spotless, beds very comfortable,Staff very helpful and friendly.

  • Review 23 (2023-09-02 - Rating: 5)

When can I move in? :-)More seriously, the location is perfect: close to everything we wanted to see in Dallas, and a walking distance from a lot of restaurants, bars, the district...The apartment is clean, and tastefully furnished and decorated. Ice cubes, toaster, fridge & freezer, washer & dryer... A wider table would be appreciated, though. The view is stunning. Its a bit weird to have to take another elevator for the last floors, however its not a big deal.We didnt get the corner studio that we booked, but they gave us a very nice 1-bedroom anyway. And theyve been very responsive to our messages. We almost regret only staying two nights!

  • Review 24 (2023-08-11 - Rating: 5)

We were very pleasantly surprised with Mint House. The location is incredible and the views from the room are fantastic. We were upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom apartment. It was furnished luxuriously, absolutely spotless and had all the amenities you could need. Check in process was seamless and access to the building was very easy. While you donā€™t have the same service and amenities of a hotel, everything else is at the same level of any big five star hotel.

  • Review 25 (2024-01-05 - Rating: 5)

Mint house was beautiful. Such a great experience. Located perfectly in downtown, the ease and accessibility of places around are good. My only two gripes are the first time I came, I didnā€™t realize I needed 3 elevators to get to the top. Wasnā€™t explained in my trip details, but that could be from a 3rd party app & the number that is given, sometimes is impossible to reach after hours. Not sure about daytime but Iā€™d have issues like forgetting my passkey to the door & Iā€™d need to calm the number & sometimes it took awhile to reach the host. I had room 5001, and it was wonderful.

I really enjoyed my stay here. My room was very clean, comfortable and modern. The views and the staff were so amazing. And I want to thank Jae for being so responsive and accommodating. You were awesome! I will definitely be coming back again.

  • Review 27 (2023-10-25 - Rating: 4)

I was staying for work for approximately 10 days, and this was perfect, it felt much nicer than staying in a hotel for that length of time. One thing I didnt realise was that you have to request house keeping rather than a scheduled service through your stay, but that may be normal for the states (it was my first time)The apartments were enormous, nicely decorated, and so so quiet, parking was easy, and 100% worth paying for it.The key code entries from the car park to the top floor was a challenge the first time, but felt very safe.

  • Review 28 (2024-09-10 - Rating: 5)

The stay was nice and quiet. The room seemed clean, and the views were awesome. Great location in downtown Dallas.

  • Review 29 (2025-02-06 - Rating: 4)

Great room. More flats for a longer stay. Never saw any staff

  • Review 30 (2023-10-02 - Rating: 4)

Fantastic views from the 49th floor over Dallas and beyond for 10 days. Only really annoyance was the lift process. Dont be fooled by booking a parking spot, plenty of spaces and can pay less by just getting a ticket when you pull in and paying when you leave the next day (much less than $30, weekends it was $10). Apartments were well equipped, fridge/freezers and nice kitchen area. They also had good size bathrooms.Didnt use the bar area as they have an outdated dress code, prefer to wear what Im comfortable in, not what Im told to wear.

  • Review 31 (2023-11-28 - Rating: 5)

Our 6th return to the property but our first time returning under ā€œThe Mint Houseā€ ownership. We had a wonderful nine night stay, No issues or complaints. We love the experience so much weā€™ve leased an apartment in the building and are moving in a few weeks. Highly recommend booking two bedroom corner room for $1 million dollar views!!

  • Review 32 (2023-12-09 - Rating: 5)

OMG! Parking was a little confusing but not a deal breaker. From the moment we stepped foot in the building until we drove out of the parking garage. Wow! A beautiful location with everything you need for your stay away from home. I highly recommend girls night, weekend getaways, or a reset. Nice high views of downtown Dallas. And lets talk about Prince! He is so friendly, helpful, and not to mention handsome. We will definitely be staying here in the future.

  • Review 33 (2023-08-27 - Rating: 5)

I really enjoy my stay at Mint House Dallas during my one-week conference in Dallas. The location was prime, the view was stunning, and the setting was exceptionally clean and cozy with kitchen facilities. My only feedback is that the bed was a bit too soft for my preference, and I could hear my neighbor adjusting their window blinds. Nonetheless, Ill definitely return to Mint House in the future.

  • Review 34 (2024-09-24 - Rating: 5)

Absolutely, loved it! The apartment was nice and clean. The view was beautiful from the 49th floor.

  • Review 35 (2023-11-05 - Rating: 5)

The bad: the nightclub below was a little noisy one night of our stay, the sofa is a fold out bed so itā€™s not particularly comfortable to relax on.The good: the location, THE VIEWS! the fit out of the rooms, the showers are amazing, the location is very central. Elm St has a lot of good things you would want to do in central Dallas. Would stay again, would recommend lovely place.

  • Review 36 (2024-05-22 - Rating: 5)

I had never heard of Mint House when I booked it, but will forever have an allegiance to this brand now when traveling. The space felt more like home than my own apartment. MH has done a wonderful job of creating a space that is equally functional and relaxing; it truly is a retreat. And the view?! I really did not want to leave! It was nearly perfect, but some of my feedback below:- I reserved through a booking site, so I had issues trying to locate information about my reservation beforehand. When I reached out to MH customer service, they were able to email me the confirmation, but I wish this is something MH did automatically no matter what site someone books through.- Trying to locate the parking was a bit of a headache. The name of the garage listed on the email sent beforehand wasnā€™t the correct one. I had to circle the block twice to find the actual garage, whose entrance is super nondescript (a map with an arrow pointing to the entrance would be so helpful!)- I have never stayed in a more beautiful ā€œhotelā€ or rental but considering the cost, I feel like parking should be included (especially since itā€™s not valet)- Navigating 3 elevators to get to my room was inconvenient, which is why Iā€™m rating the location a 4/5. It wasnā€™t necessarily difficult to figure out, just wasnā€™t fun doing all of that each and every time I came back to my room.- I am so grateful for every MH human I interacted with. All of the staff onsite was incredible and I could tell that they genuinely want to go above and beyond for their guests.- Please add MH Dallas to the ā€œshop your stayā€ website! There were so many things in my room that I wished I could take home with me, lol!!

  • Review 37 (2023-08-23 - Rating: 5)

It should be noted that Im not the type of person to leave many reviews; I typically write them when my experience is terrible or superb. Additionally, I tend to be very picky about my stays. That being said, Mint House Dallas - Downtown is nothing less than what I expected - fabulous. My partner Mark and I stayed at this location, and like each of the Mint House locations we have stayed at in the past, this location was a true gem. It is a modern, high-quality, beautifully furnished oasis in a sea of outdated hotel chains, and comes complete with small thoughtful touches that set Mint House a notch above the rest. It was a luxurious apartment, not your typical hotel room. The fitness center at this location takes the cake; it is one of the best fitness centers Ive ever used at ANY hotel.Thank you to the hospitality team (Jae, Chase, Yoab and Shamina) for being so responsive and accommodating! Such an amazing team! You made a perfect stay even better.

  • Review 38 (2023-03-25 - Rating: 5)

My boyfriend surprised me with a two-night staycation here, and I absolutely loved it! The space was nice and open, but still very cozy. There is tons of natural light, with nice views of the Dallas skyline, and it was so peaceful that we forgot we were even in a hotel. My boyfriend told me that interacting with the staff was very pleasant, so thats a bonus! Were definitely planning to stay here again.

Wonderful hotel best in Downtown Dallas. Very Modern, secure, and comfortable. Amazing views!!!

  • Review 40 (2024-06-01 - Rating: 5)

We stayed on the 50th floor and were quite happy with it! I was leery of staying in a skyscraper and while it is a little unnerving, the whole experience was wonderful. Great staff and everything in walking distance.

  • Review 41 (2023-12-01 - Rating: 5)

This review is more for the bar located in the hotel vs the actual hotel itself. The hotel was great and had all the accommodations in the room a person could ask for! The drink I had at the bar located within the hotel was awesome. I donā€™t know what all went in my drink but it was delicious.

  • Review 42 (2023-08-28 - Rating: 4)

Service and location were great!! A bit difficult getting up to the 48-50th floors. Parking is $30/night which sucks. Room was a not very clean as there was dust and hair in a bit of places. Looks like things could have used a good wipe down and mop.

  • Review 43 (2023-05-07 - Rating: 5)

Considering this was the cheaper of the options directly downtown, it was absolutely phenomenal. Next time I stay downtown, I for sure will stay here again.Amazing view; youll be on the 49-50th floor. Whole building is 51 floors so you are high up. We were in the king suit.More amenities than we needed including stove, convection/microwave oven, large fridge, toaster, etc. Shower was big. Very updated design. Huge king bed. Record player with some discs was a nice touch. The bar/cafe on the main floor was the perfect place to unwind with a couple drinks. The bartender made some of the best looking drinks Ive had and was great to talk to. (Pictures of some drinks attached)Parking was $30. I was able to pre-park and then check in which was nice. You get a card which can be used to exit the parking garage, but you dont need it to enter. We were on the 50th floor, but they had express elevators so it didnt take long to go up/down.Service team was very helpful. They texted before I arrived and were quick to respond to any questions I had over text.

  • Review 44 (2023-03-27 - Rating: 4)

Ill be coming back! It was nice and cozy with beautiful skyline views. Cant beat it. Different types of restaurants within walking distance, including some convenience stores for snacks and a few necessities. Also, there are many things to do in the area or just a short ride away with your choice of transportation. The only thing I didnt really like isnthw checking/out process of returning the keys. You need the key to get into and out of the parking garage. They have 4 parking spaces in front of the building, but they were all occupied before, during, and after my visit. I was able to enter my phone number to enter the garage before checking, but entering it as youre checking out will cause you to incur a parking charge. There is another exit that allows for the room key to be used, but again, there is no parking, so what I did was scanned my key and upon exiting, hurried inside to the front desk to return the key and scurried back out before anther car exited behind me.

  • Review 45 (2023-04-01 - Rating: 5)

Great modern high floors view and secure residential property for staying at the downtown. Our rooms were ready at our arrivals with free secure car parking. The receptionist offered us excellent services and was very friendly and helpful.

  • Review 46 (2023-05-30 - Rating: 4)

The stay was fine and everything was good, but my issue was the $200 hold they had on my credit card. I was supposed to received that but no refund after 10 days. I called the customer service and they told me they already did release the amount. When I asked for proof they sent me an email of a past reservation I had with them dated in 2022. Ive been trying to get my money back but with no luck right now.

I stayed at Mint House Dallas with a friend as we were both running the Dallas half marathon. We arrived on a rainy evening, and the folks working in the building lobby were so kind and helpful in getting us in the building. The apartment was huge, clean and well-appointed with a magnificent view of Downtown Dallas. I highly recommend!

I hate the elevator process. Its actually stupid. Other than the elevators, the rooms a really nice. Just a little small for the money. First time here.

Theres no need to go see the night view in Dallas. The room is already on the 49th floor. You can reserve a corner room at this hotel. It was a little difficult because I didnt receive an email when I entered. The room was clean and nice tooA bagel restaurant right across from the hotelBe sure to try the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel.

Fantastic place, very clean, perfect location. Spacious apartment, all amenities, even a washing machine and dryer. There were no problems with check-in or check-out, excellent contact with the owners. And the view from the 49th floor is priceless!! I recommend it to everyone!!!
