It was a very pleasant stay at Jacobs creek cabins. We rented three cabins to be comfortable n we had plenty of room. Donna n her husband were just sweethearts, very friendly gave us a nice welcome!! Will differently stay there again!

We spent the holiday weekend here at Log Cabins and it was a great experience! Our cabin was clean and well appointed. It was surprisingly quiet given how close we were to the water and the public boat ramp. The resort grounds were clean and quaint with plenty of bbq areas for us to relax outdoors with family and friends. The management staff responded quickly to any of our needs with a friendly smile! We will definitely be back in the near future! Thank y’all for being such great hosts!!

My husband and I are planning a trip to Canyon Lake the last weekend of July. We decided to take a day trip to check out places to stay during our trip. We stopped by Log Cabins at Jacobs Creek to check it out. Donna and Nichole met us outside as soon as we drove up. We explained that we were searching for a place to stay. Nichole took us around and let us look at a couple of rooms. The rooms are so cute and clean. We will be staying in the Cozy Cabin when we go. It is on the small side but it is just what we need when we travel. Because the staff is so nice and friendly it makes us want to stay even more.

Its really nice, but a bit pricey. Beds were comfortable...the couch not so much. The downstairs view of the lake was blocked by some trees. It was great to see water conservation at work, and the tap water was tasty. The managers are very nice and helpful. Took care of all our questions and needs. Enjoyed our stay there, just wish prices were more reasonable for large families.

Stayed there and enjoyed our stay. Convenient location to the boat ramp. Staff was helpful and the area was clean. The cabins were as expected. Cozy and the right size for 2 people and my 2 small dogs. Would recommend staying here if you want to be within a 2 min drive to the lake.

My family stayed there during the storm recently and it was wonderful, very warm and no water loss. Donna and Terry are always so helpful and just a phone call away if you need them. The service there is the best i have had any place i have stayed. I recommend not only during times like this but in general if anyone wants to find a place to stay at Canyon Lake. The cabins also look nice and the view of the lake is spectacular.

The cabin was great! We stayed in the 2 bedroom/2 bath cabin the. We had 8 people in our group and everyone liked it. Inside it felt like we had tons of room to move around. We did have a problem with the A/C but they got someone to fix it in a timely manner. Armando went above and beyond trying to accommodate us while the A/C was being fixed. Sound travels from cabin to cabin, so we could hear our neighbors but it wasnt too bad. Great location! Only about 5-6 minutes from places to rent tubes to float the Guadalupe. Also close to a day park where we also went swimming. Inside the cabin we had pots and utensils to cook or gill which was very helpful when we got hungry. Overall we had a great time at the cabin and would definitely recommend and stay again!

Our cottage was the Cozy and it couldnt have been any better. The room was clean and cost just the way its named,our stay was quiet our evening peaceful and the view was outstanding. I called the same day to book my two night stay and the young lady that answers the phone was so professional and helpful, I had a room ready writhing 15 minutes of my call. The cottage was So close to the lake it took 3 min walk to get there. The manager that received us when we got there was very helpful in showing us around and assuring us that if there was anything we needed we could call him at any time, which was great to know. We drove to three different parks around the area and I have to admit they were all a perfect 10. You can find clean restrooms, grills and tables in each park. I will definitely be back with my kiddos next time 💕

Excellent Experience!! I booked the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom family cabin and couldn’t be more pleased. Ciria and Billy have excellent customer service and were very helpful from start to finish. The cabin was adorable and very clean. We were conveniently located very close to tube rentals, parks, grocery stores and restaurants! My family will be back!

My husband and I stayed here in theEfficiency cabin and it was very clean and cozy. I love the view and the location. Manager is very kind and hope to come back soon with the rest of my family and spend more days. Loved it.

We stayed here for 2 nights and thought the cabins were very nice and clean. No problems with service. The person who was working there went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable on multiple occasions. The mattresses were not as comfortable as we are used to but we survived. Will stay here again.

Good location for tubing. Loved that we could get shuttle service to and from. Was relaxing and quiet other than weekend traffic. We stayed in the duplex so we had a nice wrap around porch to hang out on. Grilled steaks and played cards with friends late into the night. Great relaxing weekend away from the city but close to amenities like grocery etc.

This was truly an amazing place to spend our vacation. These cabins had everything we needed including amenities, clean water, clean linen and was very clean. We spent 3 days there and we were so impressed we wanted to stay another 3.

Hoping to get out of Austin for the night during SXSW and Spring Break and planning to go to the outlet malls in San Marcos we stayed at the Log Cabins of Jacobs Creek. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in one of the cozy cottages. Being able to get away from the bustle of the city, drink a glass or two of wine on the front porch watching the lake as it lightened at sunset, and just get away was an appreciated recharge Ill not soon forget. The staff were helpful while staying out of sight, the lodging was everything advertised, and there were enough things nearby to give anyone something to do.

The location was great because it was very close to stores, restaurants, and a lake. The rooms where very comfortable and the workers made me feel welcomed. It was a very nice place and I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to go on a relaxing vacation.

So far so good . Our winter storm has made life difficult for all south Texas. I was THANKFUL for a warm bed and hot water. Very nice here at Log Cabins At Jacobs Creek. Sadly more bad weather is on its way!

With a full kitchen, pick nick tables and grills, and a short walking distance to the lake, this property has everything you need to relax while enjoying the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Great place beautiful view. loved the cabin and cabin set up. only reason why I didnt give 5 starts was because I could hear every step the people upstairs took and was not able to sleep much since they were getting pretty busy and loud at night and we could practically hear everything.

Not sure where the bad vibes exist, but my multiple personal experiences with the owners and staff of Log Cabins at JacobsCreek have been above par. It is .35 +/- miles to a USCE boat ramp, a little over 3 miles to the Baha BBQ Shack-Canyon Lake Marina and a quick 20 +/- mile jog to I-35.....just a few among many. These folks are running business. You must act like an adult when staying. I recommend all my friends, feel comfortable parking my Mastercraft ski boat, their toys with plenty of room. Give proper notice of a late check out and you can use their water to wash your boat.....a dying breed in current day hospitality enterprises. I stay here every chance I get.

Everything from the full kitchen (everything from a ladle to a dough roller), clean, clean, clean bathrooms, enough space to sleep 10 people, a view that is life changing, access to the boat ramps, parking on site for our car and a boat, wonderful customer loyalty, and an affordable price! Very nice cabins at a reasonable price. Close and convenient to the lake and a new Brookshire Brothers grocery store is about a mile away. No complaints, would definitely recommend.

Terry and Donna were so great. Stayed 2 nights in the cozy cabin and its cozy alright. One little suggestion, in the corner where the shelves are by the TV, maybe put in a small closet with drawers at the bottom. But other than that I loved it and will be back soon

Location, location location, now I know why Canyon Lake is the recreation capital of Texas,, its beautiful and the accommodations were more than I expected, cant wait to come back... most beautiful sunset over the lake my wife and I have ever seen,, A definite two thumbs up...
