    We really enjoyed staying at our Lodgewell house in South Austin, TX. It was comfy and clean and the kids had a great time! Getting to do laundry was key for our stay and that was very convenient. The kitchen had all we needed and more and there was enough very good ground coffee provided so we didnt need to go to the store for that until the third day. We will stay here again next time! Great experience!

    This was the cleanest and most accomadting company to work with ! The location was perfect ! Great patio on a very friendly street ! Dog lovers retreat ! It was so nice to have a dog friendly place to stay and the whole area is dog friendly ! Kitchen had everything you could possibly need and Tabitha was so great to work with when we had an unusual situation with check out she was fantastic! We will definitely be booking with Lodgewell in the future !

    First of all , this place is margical ! The setting is beautiful , architecture outstanding and sooo close to downtown yet it feels a world away . When you can impress teenage males with a house that makes you want to never leave and just hang there … in Austin ..you’ve done something amazing . The architectural detail to this place made this a once in a lifetime type experience . The amount of detail and restoration of this place was truly , truly magical .

    I have stayed at two Lodgewell properties - The Heyday & The Bloom House - and both experiences were unparalleled.Not only are the homes beautiful, comfortable and easy to navigate, but the whole experience from booking to checkout is warm, welcoming...and downright magical.They arent just homes - theyre experiences and core memories that will never leave my family and I.As the solo parent of a disabled and blind 4-year-old traveling into Austin from California, I needed all the extra help I can get, and I love that Lodgewell has a complete check-in option that will get all of our essentials and put them in the house before I even arrive. Thats the kind of customer service of another era and I am SO appreciative of it. Thank you Lodgewell for not just renting us two beautiful homes, but for gifting us with two beautiful experiences we will never forget.

    Wow! WeDeepen hosted our inaugural Love Club Immersion at Falling Leaves, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. When I first toured the property, I doubted whether we could afford such an incredible space—it seemed almost too good to be true. But through what felt like divine guidance, it became clear that Falling Leaves was meant to be our venue.The Lodgewells team amazed me with their openness and willingness to accommodate our needs. They believed in our vision so much that we expanded our budget to secure this magnificent venue. While our other option felt more like a house, Falling Leaves offered a complete experience—a true destination.Our guests were delighted and inspired by every detail of luxury. It was the perfect environment to create magic. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found this magical place and team. We’re now exploring their other venues for our next Love Club Immersion.

    Truly beautiful ranch home. We stayed with 3 adult families all with young kids and there was so much space. We never felt cramped. I love that all the bedrooms have large beds and the kids can stack up in the bunk room. Game room, longhorn cattle, and riverfront were big highlights. Communication from the hosts was exceptional, Tabitha made sure we felt welcome and answered any inquiries promptly. Bastrop is such a cute small town with lots of shops and eateries. 30 minute drive to Austin. Highly recommend booking for a budget friendly getaway with proximity to lots of activities.

    Perfection!This place was absolute perfection. Its location was optimal. The patio was lovely for dining outside. The beds were heavenly .. so much so that I located the tag on the sheets and ordered some immediately .. the shower was heavenly .. my only concern was that one cannot have the living room television and the bedroom television on at the same time.. limiting me from watching my shows separate from my folks but that was not a major deal and honestly I needed to spend time with them anyway .. this was a perfect visit and I will book this place again no question !

    What a beautiful slice of paradise this beautiful home is!We spent 4 nights with a sibling get together and it was heaven! The house has everything you can possibly need. The outdoor areas were beautiful. We didn’t want to leave and we are already looking at dates to book this fabulous home again!Communication was great with our hosts!Thank you thank you thank you for allowing us to rent this beautiful home!

    We had a great stay at the Norwalk and the Lodgewell team were great. Their communications were timely and helpful, checked with us to make sure everything was satisfactory after our arrival. Check in and departure couldn’t have been easier. Definitely will be a repeat customer!

    Best Airbnb I have been to! 1.Fantastic location in a very safe, upscale neighborhood that’s five min from SoCo and/or downtown. We walked to a lot of places. 2. Super clean! Spotless, and had everything we needed.3. Fenced yard and covered parking.4. Excellent communication from the proprietor. Very nice, helpful, snd extremely prompt on every matter. But it was so well run that we really had very few questions and had an awesome stay! 10 stars!

    Our stay at Camp Blanco by Lodgewell was absolutely amazing!This was exactly what we needed! The perfect amount of space to sprawl out, river front to float around in, and games to keep us entertained! They thought of everything. The houses were stocked with every amenity you could possibly need on your vacation and the decor in each place was perfectly done. The entire property was cozy and functional, allowing for large family style meals in the Ranger, or quieter mornings of coffee and reading in the Daisy’s living room, or midday naps in the bunkhouse. Also, the Lodgewell Team was phenomenal, always just a quick text away and made the entire stay as well as process of checking in and checking out seamless. We cannot wait to come back again and make this an annual tradition!

    We loved our stay here. Everything was as described. The house was generously filled with dishes, toilet paper, towels etc….The house was exceptionally cleaned. The highlight of our trip at the SoCo House was the Nespresso coffee maker. It was delicious. Thank you Lodgewell. Blessings in all.

    I’m a personal chef and some friends as I did a private networking event at this gorgeous space downtown on 5th street ! Amazing loft like feeling, dark woods, lots of light, high ceilings. Great space to entertain or relax and sleep with large bedrooms, cute bathrooms , lounge spaces ! Very functional Kitchen and bar area ‘! Would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a great space to walk around downtown , unwind, party or have a chef cook for you and your friends.

    I wanted to make my 44th birthday a special one! I searched on AirBnb for awhile and didnt find any properties that I loved. A friend put me in touch with Lodgewell and they took me around to some amazing properties that were within my budget. We ended up landing on The Haven, which was absolutely *perfect* for my Burning Man-themed party. All night, my friends were asking me how I found such a gem. Would highly recommend the service....they were communicative, transparent, and easy to work with!

    We had a very relaxing stay at The Homestead! The open living area was nice and the beds were comfortable. So nice to see all of the trees outside from the many windows!

    This mid-century style townhouse near downtown Austin is a cozy and clean place to stay. It has enough space for four people, making it great for families or small groups. The furniture gives it a cool, old-fashioned feel, but it still has all the modern comforts and essentials you need, like kitchen supplies, towels, and Wi-Fi. Its also close to downtown, so you can easily explore Austins shops, restaurants, and fun places while still having a quiet place to relax. Its a great spot for a comfortable and stylish stay.

    Weve stayed at multiple Lodgewell properties as we come to visit family in the area often and weve loved our stay each time. The staff is always so thoughtful to leave snacks and drinks which is so helpful after a long drive up from Houston. I also love that they always have a comfy throw blanket, strong wifi, and are quick to reply when I have a question or need something.

    Lodgewell is excellent to work with! We stayed at one of their properties outside of Austin, and it was such a pleasant experience. The property was clean and just as described, and their communication is very prompt - they were quick to answer any questions we had. We would rent through Lodgewell again!

    I love Lodgewell properties! Ive hosted multiple events and retreats at various Lodgewell properties, and the private stays are so nice. La Fortuna is a dream! The decor and furniture is always so well done and every Lodgewell property I have been to is immaculate. They have such an amazing team and always go above and beyond to accommodate. Cannot say enough good things!

    Location, Location, Location!This was a perfect stay in Austin at the Orange Crush. Right in the middle of the action. Walk to South Congress, bike rentals nearby, restaurants, bars, music and all that Austin has to offer.The Lodgewell staff has done this before and it shows. Excellent communication, smooth check-in, quickly answered texts and plenty of messaging in the property to answer questions that cropped up.The property itself was a perfect MCM bungalow with all the amenities you would expect.We would not hesitate to look first at Lodgewell properties in the future when we return to Austin or other cities where they manage properties.

    My spouse and I recently stayed at Good Morning Ranch in Wimberley, Texas with friends and had a wonderful time. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated, a great place to relax and recharge. The kitchen was fully equipped, and also provided coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed cooking dinner and entertaining on the quiet patio, listening to nature and enjoying the stars. The living room had a fireplace, games, and a comfortable couch. The master bedroom had its own half bath, there were two other cute bedrooms- one downstairs beside the master, and one upstairs along with a loft. This place is great for families. The rooms were clean and very cozy. While in town, we visited Cypress Falls swimming hole which was only about a 10-minute drive away. We also enjoyed the great space for hiking and its close proximity to the town of Wimberley and Driftwood. We highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Texas.

    Lodgewell takes Were here for you seriously beyond belief. Three of us stayed at Mariposa B for 2.5 months and during that time we felt completely at home in this comfortable space and when we needed support from the management team, they responded within 20 min. I couldnt actually believe the speed of response in getting us what we needed. We highly recommend staying here. We loved the apartment: the kitchen is fully equipped, the connected living room is adorable, the bedrooms are spacious and our beds were so comfortable I asked what the brand was. The shower always had hot water and the washer/dryer were great. The loveliest perk was the enclosed back area (an extra living area) and then the huge back yard with lounge chairs and a table that seats 8 comfortably. The home is in a lovely neighborhood where I felt safe taking walks day/night. Its a 20 min. walk to So. Congress and well positioned for driving anywhere in town. I hope to return with my family again to what Ill consider my second home in Austin!

    I have stayed at Lodgewell multiple times, and there’s a reason I keep going back.The team has always been professional and pays great attention to detail. A lot of care goes into preparing the homes. When we arrived, there were complimentary refrigerated water bottles, skinny pop, and chips and salsa waiting for us!Our stay was seamless and we didn’t encounter any issues. The excellent location, comfortable stay, and hardworking and responsive team will bring us back to Lodgewell the next time we visit Austin!

    We had a wonderful visit! Perfect get away for my daughter and myself. The location is great, close to everything but also hidden away in the beautiful Westlake area.     Stayed at the Peachy Dream in Austin Tx and what a delight it was. From easy check in to such a thoughtful welcome basket with all of Austin’s local snacks. The place was very clean, had a white noise radio in the bedroom and an internet radio for listening pleasure. It was detailed enough to make our stay very pleasurable. Will definitely recommend and stay whenever I’m in that area.

    This is a great place for an extended family to visit Austin. Centrally located, this very modern space was relaxing and restorative after many events for a family wedding. My daughter and I played beanbags I the front yard when we arrived and that was a great way to slow down and relax after a long flight. Our only regret is that we did not have time to make a big meal and lounge in the backyard. Thanks for helping our family have a good gathering! Patrick

    I booked this location for a work team retreat/meeting. Thanks to the Graeber houses numerous bedrooms and amenities, my teammates and I not only used the house during the day for presentations and discussions but also strengthened our relationships through some pool time and a few escapades on 6th. The Lodgewell team was incredibly communicative before and after the booking, and they made great effort to be hospitable in every way!

    The Bloomhouse has to be one of the most unique places my wife and I have ever stayed. I would recommend it for anyone wanting to spend some time in Austin, or for those seeking a good home-base for a tour of the Texas hill country.Accommodations were great, location and scenery were fantastic and communication was consistent and clear!I would recommend booking through Lodgewell (and booking The Bloomhouse specifically) to any of my friends and family.

    We love staying in the Littlefield Lofts. You can’t beat the location. Loved walking around downtown and finding great places to eat. The loft was plenty big for our family of 5. The large floor to ceiling windows with an awesome view of downtown was a favorite for our kids. We made a couple meals at the loft too and had everything we needed. We want to try out some of the other Lodgewell locations after staying in the Littlefield Lofts.

    Enjoyed a truly amazing stay at the Bloomhouse in Austin.There are so many uniquely wonderful things about the house that it is difficult to compare it with any other lodging. It is a genuinely immersive experience from the moment the building first enters your field of view until you (reluctantly) climb the winding path back to the everyday world as you depart. Let me just say: in 64 years on planet Earth, I have never slept in a more fully-realized piece of architecture than the Bloomhouse.Profound thanks to the owner for making the investments of time, energy, dollars and vision necessary to keep this unique and essential piece of Austin’s past, present and future alive and well.Likewise, sincere thanks to Lodgewell for their obvious commitment to providing the day-to-day care, oversight, and attention to detail that such a work of visionary art deserves. The house is impeccably maintained, extremely clean, and unusually well-stocked with both essentials and thoughtful conveniences.Lodgewell’s communications and availability are excellent without intruding in any way on their guests’ ability to fully experience the house without distraction.Beautifully done and immensely appreciated!
