Lively Beach is one of the best places we have stayed at. The location is amazing! It was like having your own private pool and beach access! Very friendly and safe! The staff was outstanding..from the front desk to maintenance and housekeeping. We upgraded rooms without any hesitation from the staff. Rooms super clean and beautiful! This was our first visit to Corpus Christi and we have found a new favorite get away! Thanks for giving us an excellent experience!

Place was amazing! We were greeted at the front with happy friendly staff offering cookies and candy. There is a walkway to the beach with a feet wash station. The fire pit was nice to warm up too. Close to great places to eat. They have bbq grills for use and a fish cleaning station. The rooms were very clean and cozy. Equipped with a small kitchen and fridge. We loved it here and will be back when the weather is warmer!

My Significant Other surprised me with a weekend over here. We drove from Houston and when we arrived it was beautiful. Safe secure and not too far off the road but far enough for it to be quiet outside. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The restroom was beautiful! The pool is nice and it’s atmosphere was very cool calm and chill. Staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about what to do in the city for fun. I also loved the fact that in the room there’s a page dedicated to nearby activities. I had an asking time!! Thank you Lively I’ve been recommending you to anyone who will listen to me

We had reserved a downstairs room for our anniversary but when we got there, the AC wasn’t working properly so they upgraded us to an upstairs suite. JUST AMAZING is how I would describe our experience! Loved every minute of our time at Lively Beach! Staff was super friendly and also incredibly helpful with any request or issue. Only had two minor issues in our time there. The first was a very squeaky bed. Woke me up multiplie times a night just from turning or adjusting sleep position. Second was that any of the grounds around lively beach were covered with poky stickers.

We stayed for two nights Valentine’s Day weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better place/experience! It’s a gated complex, direct beach access with washing stations, we did the studio room option- perf for a couple & has everything you need! Love that Lively does nightly entertainment & complimentary donuts for checkout. They gave us a sweet rose & card upon arrival.

Lively Beach offers an excellent getaway experience. I enjoyed a wonderful stay with convenient access to the beach and the resort-style pool, along with stunning views from both the balcony and rooftop.We utilized the contactless check-in process, which was seamless, especially since we arrived after 4 PM. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals for our family without any hassle.Also, fire pit and live music was such a great touch this past weekend.I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area!!

What a beautiful location , friendly service that makes you feel at home, and the resort is very modern with great amenities. Family friendly but at the same time great for a couples retreat. We had a great weekend stay, as with any condo just bring plenty of food for the room and you are in for a secluded beach retreat! Rooms were very comfortable, nice options on TV, the boardwalk is amazing. Coffee on the beach beats everything.

This was a wonderful place for a port-A surf getaway. It’s on a secluded part of the island where there’s a lot of peace and quiet and if there’s some swells a good place for surf. They have kitchenettes and it’s a good place where you can chill with your family or some friends and just enjoy some surf for a couple days. But if you want to drive into the portA city and get some nice seafood, that’s close too. The facility has a wood walk deck to the main beach and they had some live music on the beach at the fire pit.

Loved staying here so much will definitely come back! Was able to check in earlier than 4pm. Everything was clean and modern this is very important to me as I’m a germaphobe when it comes to hotels/bibs ect. The only thing I’d say bad is the power was out for the first 3 hours of my visit. They did offer to cancel the reservation but I decided to wait it out. I do think there should have been a discount for myself and the others there who experienced the inconvenience. Other than that the staff was amazing and clean rooms right next to the beach.

This place is awesome and so nice. Didnt even know it existed and in CC of all places. Love how private and secure it is yet in a location that I used to frequent all the time. Their customer service is top tier elite status and I would highly recommend staying here. We had a minor inconvenience and were treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Cant beat the prices as well. Literally cannot wait to visit again!!!

Very clean and nice place to stay right on the beach. Private and gated access to the beach, just steps away. Beautiful grounds with a pool, grills, fire pit and multiple rooftop decks. Would definitely come back again and recommend to friends/family.

My boyfriend and I wanted to spend our summer vacation near a beach and this was the perfect place. The building and room styles are modern and cute. It is very pretty when it is lit up at night. The room was very spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The one thing I’d recommend is having better AC to cool the whole room, but the room was cooler than outside.We chose this place due to the walkability to the beach. I would say to be prepared to get a workout carrying beach items and walking up and down stairs especially with it hot and humid. The beach is very nice compared to others.The pool is very nice. I would recommend having an outdoor shower by the boardwalk instead of inside the pool to rinse stuff off.We never had any issues with mosquitoes. I wore off spray once during our entire trip and didn’t get bit.Staff and maintenance were friendly.Overall we really really enjoyed our stay and even added more days to our trip because we loved it so much! We can’t wait to visit again.p.s I HIGHLY recommend trying out Coffee Waves trailer just down the road!

From the moment you arrive, it feels like youre entering a five-star resort. The design of the property, the amenities, the hospitality and the team on the property make it feel like a luxury stay. It gives Palm Springs meets Tulum vibes. You cant compare it to anything else in the Corpus Christi region, because there simply isnt anything like it. Lively Beach exceeded my expectations, and it is my new go-to hotel destination in South Texas.

We came here for our honeymoon!!! Omar was so accommodating and professional. We walked to the beach to see the sun rise, saw sea turtles swimming off the jettys, sat by the lava rock fire place and just had such a great stay, that we extended our original stay.

Room was just a bit sparse but perfect for a beach resort. Nice big bed, coffee maker, microwave, etcGREAT location a bridge over the Dunes right at the beach! Wanna rent a golf cart? Cool, they got you.The one thing you HAVE to remember - bug spray. Holy moly, never been bitten more times in my life.Of course no reflection on this place. Pretty dang awesome pool too!

We enjoyed the view from this hotel. However, there are a few considerations for future visitors.1) This place has a ton of mosquitoes. We suspect this hotel has food or water resources to keep them there. Maybe a mosquito treatment is needed.2) The floor is filthy. My husband wore black color socks, and the white color pet hair stuck to his socks after walking on the floor.3) The door to the beach doesnt work.

This place is awesome and staff was so nice and helpful. I retired from the army and had my wife birthday all in one at this location and they were so helpful with setting up things in the room for my wife birthday and we had a great time. This is our second time staying here and we love the quietness of the resort and love the accessibility to the beach. It’s been full each time we’ve come but you still feel secluded at this resort which is nice! The rooms are clean and comfortable. My only reason for a 4/5 star is that we got a room with an deck and our door handle was broken and weren’t able to use the deck at all.

It was such a beautiful and quiet resort along a beautiful stretch of the beach. We loved having such a big window in our studio and it was very clean. The bed was so comfy and surprisingly the pillows were too! It seems like they put a lot of care into this place.Our own private access to the beach was so awesome and convenient to us.While we didnt interact with employees much, I accidentally touched a venomous creature on the beach and although we had already checked out, the man at the front desk allowed us back into our original room so I could follow the directions poison control gave me.I would recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Things I like about this location:Quiet and secluded.Good size rooms.Plenty of towels.There are social events every evening but we did not partake.Right by the beach locationEverything we need to make a simple meal in the kitchen.GatedConnecting to Wi-Fi is a breeze. No password neededThings to improve on:AC in the living room wasnt strong enough to cool the secondary bedroom so that room is always warm.Mosquitoes were terrible! I got at least 10 bites just from walking from the car to the room. I understand this is the wetlands and mosquitoes are inevitable. But I feel they can be better controlled with outdoor fogging practices.The TV did not work half the time. It didnt bother me too much but I wish it worked as you would expect when you check into a resort.I wish there was an outdoor shower at our block as we drove to the beach and I wish we could rinse off our feet before going into our unit. The only showers are before the beach boardwalk. It would keep sand off the floors and beds.2-ply toilet paper would be nice. We are not savages.

We had our wedding at Lively Beach and all our guests stayed on site. Big shout out to Sarah Perez the sales manager who made sure everything was perfect on our big day. I love that they are pet friendly, and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. I would come back here again and again, we did not want to leave!

Amazing place right off the beach with uniquely structured buildings. Its not too far from the city, but far enough away to be at peace. The pricing is comparable to Port Aransas as well. The staff are all friendly and will give you any information you need. If youre looking to save money, wintertime is best.

Had an amazing two night stay with my family during spring break, the hotel felt like a resort and had extra activities like yoga, s’mores, wine, and live music. Lots of parking right in front of your condo and access gate to enter the property. Everything from arrival to departure and in between were very pleasant and added to our relaxing vacation as a family with two younger kids. There was a good mix of couples and families so no one ever seemed out of place, very friendly guests and staff during our entire stay. Most communications were done via text and you get an access code to the gate and your room before you arrive, we had a one bedroom condo and were able to make breakfast and dinner in the condo each night so was fun and cost effective, when you add in what staying in a hotel then eating every meal out versus renting a condo and making meals at “home” condo is probably cheaper and healthier. The boardwalk with direct access to the beach was a nice perk and the rental golf carts and beach equipment was perfect! The pool was very warm and really big for everyone to spread out in a space of their own. Will definitely come back in the future!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The location is great for a peaceful vacation. The beach access and outdoor amenities are wonderful. The front desk staff was very accommodating to any questions we had.The only cons we found were low water pressure in the bathroom - it was very difficult to get all the sand out of our hair after being at the beach. And, the housekeeping staff barged in at 9:30 AM while we were still preparing to check out by 10 AM.

My husband and I had our wedding here at Lively Beach. We had an amazing experience planning things with Sarah and are so grateful for how thoughtful and detail oriented she is. Sarah was recommended by a good friend and we feel really thankful that we decided to plan with her at Lively Beach. The resort itself is so beautiful with a wonderful location right next to the beach, we had our wedding amongst the sand dunes right near the resort. The day of, Sarah and Marisol did a phenomenal job at coordinating and placing decorations, bringing my husband and I’s vision together in such a beautiful way. We told Sarah our wishes and she really pulled through, leaving us with no worries on that big day. Everyone was so friendly and I would highly recommend to couples wanting to have a beautiful beach wedding with various different venue options on the resort. My husband and I would love to return for a stay here again one day.

My wife and I spent 7 amazing days at Lively Beach from Sept 23-Sept 30 2023. We spend a lot of time at the coast because we fish a lot and have always driven by Lively Beach wanting to check it out and finally did on our little fishing vacation. The fishing was so hot that we spent far more time on property than we had expected and we were not disappointed. Every single staff member that we encountered were awesome (I wish I could remember all of their names for a shout out, I dont want to leave anybody out) Our room was clean and well stocked in the kitchen with everything that we needed to cook with. There were a couple of very minor things that needed attention in our room and they were promptly taken care of within an hour. Our favorite places on the property were the rooftop areas, the amazing pool area, the fire pit, and the Beach Club area that included a covered BBQ area. Super close proximity to some of the best fishing areas that Corpus/ Port A have to offer and easy access (8 minutes) to HEB or Walmart should you need to restock the fridge or other necessities. If I were to find one thing that could be better, the access to the beach would be very difficult for people with mobility issues or older guests. There are a lot of steep steps to get up over the dunes with no ADA access. Great place, I highly recommend!

We had our wedding at Lively Beach Resort. One of the main draws for us was to have a turn-key experience that we just show up and enjoy the day while having minimal stress about all that planning a wedding entails. Sarah was phenomenal with helping direct us in what we needed to do throughout the entire process. The staff was warm, friendly and accommodating! The view of the ocean off the board walk where they staged our wedding was absolutely breath taking! We couldnt be happier or offer higher accolades about our experience.

Lovely place, would stay again. Room was extremely clean and new. The place is quiet and peaceful. Although there were many other guests I hardly knew they were there. I think if your room happens to around the pool you might hear more people. Boardwalk area with fire pit and grills is cool. I appreciate that the property owners didnt blow up the dunes to built the place. There was a lots of nesting birds around and I am happy they leave them be also. Rooms can be really bright in early morning might want to bring an eye mask for sleep. I dont mind the light window coverings however because heavy ones make a place musty. I like that the property is gated.

Lovely place to stay! Perfect location, staff is so very friendly. Right on the beach, beautiful pool. It was very quiet when we went, school started back so it wasn’t busy at all. Kitchen is well equipped so we never left. We will make this our vacation spot every year!

Stayed over Easter weekend for two nights. The weather was rainy, cold, and I couldn’t have been happier that we had this place and location to stay in since so much time was indoors. The boardwalk to the beach is so nice. The rooms aren’t large, but I don’t need them to be. Everything was clean. My husband found the rooms quite bright for sleeping, but I had no problems. We can usually hear people above us but they were either very quiet or the building is good enough that it’s not an issue. We loved the solitude of the area. Would definitely come back. We had a lovely stay at Lively Beach. The room was clean and very comfortable. The pool was lovely and it was so nice to be just steps away from the beach. We also appreciated that it was dog friendly.However, I really wish we had been warned about the enormous blood sucking mosquitoes. The property seems to have been built on top of a marsh and I’ve never seen bigger or more aggressive mosquitoes in my life - including multiple trips to Africa. As soon as we arrived on the property and exited our car, we were immediately assaulted by a gang of them! The good news is that they really hate DEET but if you’re unprepared, they will go after you and your dogs with a vengeance.

The Lively Beach Resort in Corpus Christi is absolutely amazing. The property is private and secluded with a boardwalk leading right to the beach. They have grills, a fire pit and all the comforts needed. I proposed to my girlfriend there because it was so romantic at night with just the right amount of light and we will be returning. Excellent getaway❤️

👍 PROS: Beautiful place and the amenities are wonderful, like the cornhole, fire pit, and BBQ area, beautiful pool as deep as 4ft (perfect for non-swimmers). The outdoor showers by the fire pit and at the pool were helpful. Ice machine and laundry room on site (free ice, laundry machines not free, FYI). Dishes, cookware, bath and body soaps provided. Gated access to the parking lot and beach. Very quiet location.👎 CONS: The walk to the beach is not a very short one or handicap accessible. Theres a ramp on the beach side but there is no ramp at the hotel side, just steps (unless I missed it?). I appreciated the local business suggestions on the sheet that was in our room but location of the front office and ice/laundry room would be helpful too. **If youre sensitive to mold, like me, bring allergy medicine. I understand beach locations have higher humidity and mold is more likely to form, but I suggest deep cleaning and mold checks be performed regularly.

Beautiful resort very relaxing. We had a wonderful time. Easy access to the beach. Wonderful BBQ location to cook out - we had a little trouble to start the pit but the office lady Paula was really kind to send someone to show us how to light it. Since it was an grill we never used before. Rooms are clean and very spacious - worth the price. It has everything you need to enjoy a peaceful relaxing get-a-way. Pool is beautiful and very relaxing day and night. Even other guests were delightful and respectful with their music volume. No complaints we will definitely be returning. Thank you Paula and all the staff for making our stay a very enjoyable! If you are looking for a place to retreat from daily life this is your place. Worth every cent.

We just returned from a 6 night stay at Lively Beach. One of the biggest attractions was that our fur baby was able to join us. The condo was clean and well stocked with all the necessities for cooking/eating.The property was well manicured and we loved the ability to go from the beach to a pool in a matter of minutes! Sunrise from the beach and sunset from the roof top was the highlights of each day. It does feel like you are very secluded but in fact it is only about 4-7 minute drive from town - there are not food options within walking distance.Our fur baby was provided with some necessary cookies and poo bags from LB. There is a great grassy area to play chuck-it with the pooch and being off season we took full advantage of the open space of the lawn area!Since it was off season, the complex took advantage of having only a few guests and they planted about 20+ new palm trees while we were there - its great to see they are still improving the property - If we ever get back there Ill be interested in seeing how those trees have fared!My one slight complaint was the towels were minimal. When we asked for more they accommodated it but being there 6 days I would have thought we would have been given more than 2 towels, 2 washcloths, and 1 hand towel to begin with. Longer stays will require to you ask for more trash bags, dish soap, paper towels etc.Overall it was a lovely week at Lively Beach!

Mostly good but there could be some improvements and this would be a great place to stay. Great location, good beach access but little things could make it much better; more water stations to wash off after a day at the beach, knobs on the doors, more towels, options to hang wet clothes to dry, More COMMUNICATION. There are no instructions shared, no information about local attractions, no follow up before scheduled stay, no receipt provided for payments made, etc. But overall, a decent choice for a place to stay.

This location was beautiful and the staff were friendly. My only issue with this day was I did call three times in advance to tell them. I needed more bath towels and extra tea and sugar and I never received it until I got to the location and I had to keep on calling them. Also they asked to put an additional $100 hold on your account which that should’ve been asked for in advance not when you arrive at their property or hour prior.

We had a lovely three night stay at Lively Beach. The fact that it was dog friendly made all the difference, as we were able to take our little pup with us. The accommodations were immaculate and complete with everything you could need. The kitchenware and appliances were modern and appeared brand new. Check in and check out was easy and required no direct contact. We had an initial issue with our door code on arrival, but management corrected it remotely right away.Included: Large screen TV, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, heat lamp in the bathroom, comfortable bed, ample storage for such a small space.The grounds were well maintained and extremely quiet. It felt private and far away from the partying of Port A. In fact, the complex is surrounded only by dunes. The pool is spacious and spectacular. There is a boardwalk that leads to the beach that is lit up with lights at night. Walk-time from our unit to the beach was 4 minutes.Our unit was the studio, so it was small and on the first floor, with a view of the parking lot. If you are looking for a room with a view, be sure to check in advance.Very enjoyable stay!

What a beautiful resort. Stayed 7-25-2023 until 7-28-2023 two nights, and wow, it is lovely! It’s secluded from everything, has a gated entrance a 1/4 mile private entrance paved road lined with palm trees. The rooms are clean, new looking, bright, good sized, comfortable bed, kitchenette with plates, pans, silverware, large wall mounted tv, bathrooms are bright and clean, modern. The grounds are well kept, and the buildings have a unique different look. The pool is amazing though the water was very warm almost hot from the high temperatures, but still a really nice pool. The skydecks were very nice, enjoy a drink watching the sunset and still be able to see the beach and feel the breeze up there, plenty of chairs/tables and small bars, also pretty string lights and canopies overhead. The boardwalk to the beach is direct access just feet from the resort buildings and parking lot. It is for resort guests only and is just beautiful as you walk toward the beach. It has a code gate near the end so that only resort guests are using it and it’s very private feeling. The views from the boardwalk are as pretty as can be. We watched the sunrise our last morning before our departure and it was post card worthy. The resort isn’t all too big with 6 buildings, which makes it feel relaxed and not crowded or loud. It’s hard to hear anyone around, there weren’t loud radios blaring or parties, it was more of a mature clientele but there were some families and that was just fine. It’s about 1.5 miles to shopping/restaurants. Someone mentioned mosquitoes in a review and 99% of the time we had no issues at all with mosquitoes except right after sunrise walking from the freshly sprinkler watered green grass near the firepit/boardwalk staircase access, they attacked us all around our ankles. But 20 yards away on the sidewalk there were none, and never had any that I saw in the parking lots nor our sidewalks in between buildings. There are a couple of outdoor open showers conveniently located at the edge of the boardwalk staircase so after your beach time you can wash off the salt and sand. Overall I loved our stay, it was just so nice, relaxing and beautiful.

We found lively beach on google researching places to vacation at. This place is fairly new and SO BEAUTIFUL. We loved that it was gated and well lit at night so we had fun strolling the outside with our kiddos. Our room had a full kitchen and comfortable king bed, the bathroom was spacious and everything was very clean and new. We would have loved a better view of the beach but appreciated that the sky deck on the roof offered the view instead. This place also has gas grills so we for sure will be bringing some fajitas for our next stay! Definitely try the amazing pool here, it is body temperature and perfect for a night swim (huge opportunity is if they added a night for a movie projector to do a swim & view 😍).They offer a golf cart rental service so you can drive the cart down to the beach, but honestly the walk isn’t bad through the boardwalk on the property, just know the sand dunes are a bit of an incline down. We also loved that they had an ice machine and washing machines for our clothing.I did dock one star as we had issues getting in touch with the property due to having an ant infestation in our unit. Ants came in from under the crown molding and got all over our clothing/luggage, our shoes and sandals. When we called the property they said they would send someone out the next day but we never heard back from them & were not told if they even did anything to stop the problem. However, we did notice the ants stopped coming in, but communication would have been nice.Other than that, this is a place we have decided to add to our returning to list! It is absolutely gorgeous and a must for people with families! Thank you for having us and we can’t wait to be back!

Let me start by saying that this is the most cleanest place I’ve been to. There isn’t even any dirt in the crevices of anything, not a spec of dust, nothing! Cleanliness is one of the most important things when we pick a hotel and the second is customer service. I can’t tell you much about customer service because no one calls us back when we have tried to reach out to the front seat a couple of times for clean towels. I know they got our message because someone came to fix the fridge that was leaking. So they just ignored us asking for towels but sent someone for the fridge. That guy was super nice. It would also be nice to have someone at the front desk call us back. I’d stay here again but it would be nice to have customer service.

Wow! What an absolute joy Lively Beach is….first off, this place smells amazing. I believe it’s due to the beautifully preserved dunes and wildlife at the back of the property (perhaps a type of beach sage?).This is a completely different experience from the unfortunately polluted, grimy, smelly beaches Texans have come to expect at their coastline.Rooms were beautifully and functionally designed with proportionate furniture. Even the studio king room was quite spacious and perfect for two people and a very large dog. We were lucky to be upgraded to a room with a patio which was super spacious and private despite being directly adjacent to the pool.The full kitchen in the room was perfect. Very nice refrigerator and freezer with lots of space and clean dish ware available (including a cheese grater!)Speaking of the pool, it was exquisitely maintained - I even saw someone checking chemical levels each morning of our stay - with no litter on the deck area. The pool is also heated.We discovered the sky deck on our first night, which is attached to the pool. It was breezy up there at the time but would be a perfect place to have a meal or relax. If the pool ever gets crowded it will be a great extra gathering space.Of course, the walkover and beach are the star attraction and did not disappoint. Our favorite feature was the high top tables and bar chairs on the walkover. They were perfect for reading in the morning and evening to watch the sunrise/sunset, just high enough to see over the dunes and some of the ocean while excluding the cars on the beach.Side note - I had never stayed a drivable beach, and was a bit skeptical, but everyone kept to themselves and the mornings were nice to let the dog run the beach with very few cars in sight.We travelled in early May so the weather was perfect (low 80s and party cloudy with a slight breeze) but this stay would truly be enjoyable any time of year.The whole place is strung with lights at night which makes for such a calming, romantic atmosphere. The decorative gas fire pit near the walkover entrance was perfect for our breezy evenings during our stay.We found our new happy place - within driving distance! Hooray! I hope they expand down the beach with similar spaces to enjoy a true beach experience - Rosemary Beach take two?

We had an amazing stay at Lively Beach. The condo was super extra clean. We rented a one bedroom two bath with a view. The condo is very roomy and open. There is a TV in the living room and in the bedroom. It is private and secluded. Of course it is the off-season so it may be a bit busier in the summer but we found it nice and quiet. The staff you encounter around the property are very friendly and always greet you with a Hello. The outdoor amenities like the grilling area and the fire pit area are very well maintained. All of the grounds are maintained nicely. It’s pricey but I believe it was worth it. We did rent a golf cart, also very pricey, and it required a two day rental. We will not rent a golf cart again because you can’t really take it anywhere other than the beach. Since you can drive on the beach the golf cart was unnecessary for us. If you plan on taking a lot of luggage I would not suggest a third floor unit. I would recommend a lower floor unit. It was difficult getting my suitcase up all of those stairs. If you plan on bringing your own food to cook the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, bowls, plates, cups, etc… however you will need to bring everything including salt and pepper if you plan on cooking. They do have a Keurig machine in the unit and they were happy to let us pick up coffee pods from the office daily. They start you out with two sets of towels in each bathroom but will get you fresh towels if you ask. Water pressure in the shower was great and that’s helpful when you’ve been at the beach all day. But the water pressure in the bathroom sink is not very good. If you are going to the beach, be aware that the beach access has several steps and if you have a full cooler, chairs and other items you’re gonna have to carry it up those stairs. I do wish the beach access had a ramp so that you could load up a wagon and cart all of your stuff to the beach. I would definitely stay here again because of how clean it was. Now I just know a little bit more about what to expect.

Resort staff was super friendly and very helpful and always available.Location was beautiful and was secluded. With easy walking or driving distance to the beach.Boardwalk is not wheel friendly and can be difficult if youre hauling wagon to the beach. Theres a huge drop off from the boardwalk to the beach. It was roughly.10mi from end to end of the boardwalk.Theres no fitness center or food on site except for a few snacks available for purchase. But there are lots of food options within 5-7mins. Mosquitos are huge bring bug spray!The unit was really clean and smelled nice. It was a full kitchen with dishes and cooking ware. My only complaint was there was hair/fibers on the sheets. Even with asking for a new set there were hairs/fibers.

We are impressed with how well they’ve been able to keep it up and it has just everything you need for long weekend - heated pool, fire pit, tables for outdoor dining and nice rooms. Easy checkin, checkout time is a bit early (10 am), but maybe they need the extra time for cleaning to keep it so nice. The adjacent beach is lovely.

I rate this resort 5 out of 5. Great customer service experience from start to finish. Not that you really need to leave the resort but if/when you do, the location is central to any and everything in the area.The property itself is beautiful. The rooms are all featured with these huge glass windows that have fantastic views. We especially enjoyed the fact our room had 2 full restrooms....we didnt expect that.All in all, whether its a couples weekend getaway or a girls/guys trip, I highly recommend Lively Beach Resort! Recently stayed here for a short anniversary getaway. Very impressed of the place. The room was exactly as pictured and very clean when we came. Provided a lot of bath and kitchen towels and they also provided cooking pans/plates/utensils (we brought our own though). Views are amazing from our room. It is a plus we got to bring our pups with us because they enjoyed every bit of the stay like us. Check in and check out online and it was easy and smooth. This place is pricey compared to most resort condominium/hotels in the area but it was well worth of the money! Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Went here for a family vacay during a very busy Father’s Day weekend. At first I didn’t know my brother and his fiancé booked this place. They just gave me the address and off I was. I rolled in at night and it caught me off guard because it was by itself enclosed in gated parking lot.This resort was cool! It had a variety of different rentable spaces they all were laid out on the property. It had great amenities such as the grill that we used ( gas pit all furnished ) and working sink all under a covered patio. They had a beautiful bridge to the beach as well so no need to drive out to the beach.The rooms had all you needed (pillows / blankets and some extra for couch beds) and kitchen and bathroom and the basic necessities.Our stay had a small back yard patio included. Tv worked and AC units were strong enough during the summer heat. I will say the living room Ac is a bit weak because of lack of air flow to the secondary room so if you have a fan bring one and that will solve that minor issue.Plenty of space for 4 in our little space. I also notice the staff is present and working on upkeep so that was nice to see.Overall great stay! You get to see a lot of wildlife as a bonus!

My husband and I stayed here for three nights for a quick getaway. This facility had everything we needed and more. Our room was clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. We were in the studio and it came with an electric stove, fridge, freezer, sink, and small dishwasher. The weekend we picked to travel was a cooler one for Corpus, and the air conditioning unit easily switched over to provide us some warmth. The complex has access to a private boardwalk that takes you straight to the beach. It also has areas for relaxation, a heated pool, a fire pit, and grilling stations. There are great outdoor seating areas of multiple types too. We can’t stop talking about how we are ready to plan our next trip here. Very convenient location as well with easy access to the main island roads. Interactions with the office staff were also extremely pleasant. We will definitely be back. Don’t hesitate. Book here!

My husband, myself and our furbaby took a 3 day vacation for hubbys birthday. I searched everywhere for a nice place to stay that would accommodate our puppy. I kept coming back to the Lively Beach website so I just booked it. We live 4 hours away so when we got to our destination we were so approving of what we saw from the gate. Omg! This place is absolutely amazing. The pictures are beautiful but in person its even better. From the room, the patio, the rooftop, the cleanliness of the pool that had music to accommodate you as you relax, to the great location, the firepit and the bbq pit area. We will definitely be back. I already miss hearing the waves crashing from the patio.

I stayed in S 201. This is an amazing place. I loved almost everything about it. It was new. The appliances and decor were great. I loved the layout of the building/complex. It is a gated community. They have a beautiful boardwalk to brings you directly to the beach. Ample parking. Lots of roof deck space to hang out on. There is also a big propane fire pit close to the boardwalk. I knocked off 1 star due to the mattresses. I was honestly surprised at how horrible they were along with the pull out couch bed. Very uncomfortable mattress. I was totally taken by surprise, considering everything else in the condo is nice. From counter tops made with sea shells to soft closing toilet lids etc... So I was quite disappointed that I woke up in pain every morning I was there.Some tips: S equals sailboat for when you are looking at the signs to that indicate where your building is located. Not many places will door dash out there I found. Im not sure if it is the time of year? The ones that do deliver will charge extra delivery fees due to the location. The place is definitely more secluded but amazing if you love the beach and outdoors. You can also camp and drive on the beach! If I knew the beds were different I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We just left from a 4 night stay with two adults and a baby and had a wonderful visit. Easy access to the beach by car. The boardwalk was not a hard walk, but did require stairs which was hard to do with a stroller. The pool was the perfect temperature and had a little 1ft area that our baby loved. Several local restaurants within 5-10mins and an heb about 10mins away. The room itself had everything we needed and comfortably fit our pack n play for the baby. Despite having several neighbors with kids, we never heard any noise.

We spent our 30th Anniversary(March 2022) at Lively Beach. It is a gated property and we found it really secluded and peaceful. The room was clean and comfortable with an appealing modern decor. We cooked a lot of our breakfasts and lunches in the kitchen which has a full size appliances. We also liked that even though it seemed like you were miles away from everything, we were within 5- 7 minutes from a grocery store and Restaurants. There was access to the beach on the property by the boardwalk. If you wanted to drive to the beach, there is a beach access road right around the corner. ( You can purchase a beach parking pass at any local gas station ). We also enjoyed the roof top decks that are open to all guests. You do have to climb stairs but it is well worth it. There is also a great pool, fire pit and an area to grill. I will definitely try to stay at Lively Beach and have recommended it to family and friends.

Nice getaway resort, love the cleanliness of the rooms, the appliances, all things accessible for a comfort stay. The check-in was nice and smooth, no need to go to the front office, we got a text with the necessary codes to enter the gate and our room. The pool is also nice and relaxing and its nice having 2 bbque pits in the patio as well. Dont get mislead by the access to the beach, its a private access to the beach, not a private beach to the resort and also you dont really get a view to the beach, you see glimpse of the beach (if youre in the second floor as we were), unless youre on the 3rd floor. I do recommend the staff to add a second window blind, its nice looking at the sunrise but after a few minutes you get the full spotlight (sunlight) hitting you right in the face, even with the blinds closed. Overall we loved the place only minor details that may get corrected, and hopefully they will, for future visits.

Great location, really pleasant and modern rooms. If you are into kite thats the place to stay, the beach in front offer good waves and consistent wind. We had a excellent experience, in the morning we just grabbed all our stuff and walked on the beach, stayed there all day, later we used the grills to prepare us a barbecued and ended the day by chilling in heated pool.My advice is to look for a garden view room, unfortunately we stayed with the parking lot view, and although the website showed that the garden view was available for booking the front desk was unable to relocate us.

Everything about this place is absolutely amazing! I travel a lot and am rarely really blown away by a place, but this place did it for me. I love the design of everything in general. Very beautiful and simple and super clean!!! I love the lights on the mirror in the bathroom and the fact that it had a small window in it and a smaller, magnified mirror on it. I love the makeup removal rag, the coffee station, the decor, the colors of everything, that the AC had a remote, the overall quality of everything, the Meyers products in the kitchen, the detail and cleanliness of the pier, friendly staff, and the super cool and easy check in/out process. Burf!! They allow pets! You have to rent a Studio unit and stay on the first floor if you bring your pet.Check in was easy, the pool was amazing and so were the grounds in general. I was also really excited to see that they have everything you could ever want in your room – including a clothes steamer and fully stocked kitchen. I just hate it when you stay in a place that has a kitchen but nothing to actually cook with. The pool is amazing. It’s huge and it’s the perfect place to relax and swim if the beach and sand isn’t necessarily your thing.

This is a Wonderful resort, with great amenities. The pool and outdoor spaces are very well done. The access to the beach is very convenient. Only downside to this hotel is the window coverings are not good. At night time you can see thru them if the lights or TV are on in the room. There is very little privacy. If you like privacy this is not the Hotel for you. I will say for the few issues I did have here the Manger went above and beyond to try and fix the issue and make us feel better about our stay.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here with my family. The beach was a short walk from our room. Our room was amazing. I really enjoyed having a separate bedroom with a tv in it for the kiddo so the adults could stay up without disturbing them. There isnt really a beach view unless youre on the third floor as there is a large dune between the property and the actual beach. This was a good thing because it blocked most of the late night beach noise. The whole property was clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and professional. The property was pretty secluded but not so secluded that it was a long drive from food gas and grocery. The beach was so close you can walk along the lively beach pier to the beach or you could load up your vehicle and literally drive onto the beach. My only complaint on the whole trip was that the shades in the room do not keep any sunlight out or give much privacy from passers by. I like to sleep in the dark and wake up in the dark. In the morning when the sun came out it was like the sun was in the room with us. I took all the pillows from the couch and put them in the windows to block the sun out and it didnt work too well. Next time Ill just bring something to put over the windows. But that isnt a big enough reason to stop me from booking another stay here. I highly recommend this place for a nice getaway.

And I dont know if I would call the resort as there arent really amenities like dining and such. Its clean and new and modern and its very close to the beach.

This is my third stay at Lively Beach. I really love the condo style resort, its closeness to the beach and being able to bring my senior pups.I had a few bumps getting into the resort this time - door keypad not working, nail in my tire (that could have come from anywhere). I wanted to say that Joey, the maintenance lead, took a situation that could have lead to frustration and a bad experience. He made it into a reason to come back. For my doorpad, it died 9p on Sunday. He drove back to work and handled. He, then, made a plan with me to help handle my tire. We met 9am Monday. He installed a spare, gave me tips on buying a tire patch kit. He, then, installed the patch once I returned from the store. He shook my hand and said just come back. His patch got me back home with a working tire.Anyway, bumps happen, but people good at customer relationships are hard to find. Please thank him for me. See you all next time.

Lovely new hotel located in a nice spot on mustang island 🏝 The rooms were very clean and super modern, there’s also an incredible burger joint 4 mins away. The beach was clean but the ambience was frankly ruined by the trucks driving on the beach. They provide private beach access via a well built walkway over the dunes.We loved our time here with the unfortunate caveat of corpus being awful to visit during corona, no one was wearing masks or social distancing. So finding a place to eat (yes even pickup) was a nightmare. How does this apply to the hotel you ask? The staff were welcoming, but again not wearing masks, despite having them around their necks.That said, the hotel itself was a lovely spot worth visiting under better circumstances and they seem to be constructing more buildings so I look forward to seeing this place in its true glory.Also, price wise expect to spend upwards of $250 a night here. A little pricey but for the location, view and modern standard of the room it’s not an unreasonable ask.All in all, we enjoyed our stay here.

Beach access road is very close so you can either use Lively Beach access and walk or you can drive your car around the corner on to the beach. Rooftop terraces are lovely. Pool is big, lots of space so you can social distance.

Great stay despite the weather being less than perfect. This place is brand new including all new appliances which were very nice. The sun shades block a lot of sunlight but we’re not blackout. Stay was in the single bed with balcony on first floor (Rincon building). Next time I wouldn’t pay for the balcony as it was small and too hot outside. I’d rather be in the pool. The oven was giving me a hard time but I used the grill station and it had to tongs, spatula, sink, everything you may need.Cons:-No bar or food option on property-Sun shades let in too much sun in the morning-2 night stay (no room service the entire time to make bed, etc)Pros:-quiet and cozy-beautiful compound-secluded-plenty of outdoor area

ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!Only stayed here for 3 nights. I was thinking about quitting my job and running away to Lively Beach for good.The prices are unbelievably generous here. You pay for a resort condo but you get a fully furnished room with modern decorations. Kitchen has oven, stove, microwave, fridge, full sink, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. They also throw a Keurig in for you so you can sooth your cravings. Bathroom is mid-size with typical installations. Loved the large countertops and mirror. The whole room felt brand new. There’s no doubt in my mind that they deep clean the rooms in between guests.Elsewhere on the property you will find a fire pit, numerous grills, a very clean heated pool, boardwalk lounge areas, and the BEACH of course!Lastly, the staff is super friendly. They are superiorly communicative with your reservations. They treat you like a VIP and make you feel like a neighbor instead of a customer.I literally cannot find a single thing to complain about this place. Will be back soon. Highly recommended. You will not be disappointed.

Lively Beach was exactly what we were looking for during our first trip to the Texas coast. They are still in the process of building other parts of the resort - but it is clean, they thought through everything in the rooms, the communication is fantastic, and its just secluded enough. The boardwalk to the beach is incredible and we enjoyed our time on the beach - clean, other people were respectful. We cannot wait to come back!

Great location. Good amenities. Love the hoses for washing sand off. Love the walk to the beach. Dont like having to call so many times to get an answer. Left an oreo pack accidentally, slightly, unsealed on our kitchen counter, and we woke up with ants all over everything. They came and sprayed, but theres a massive gap in weatherstripping on the front door where we could see the ants crawling around. They need to fix that properly--spray isnt going to keep the ants out for long.

What an awesome place to stay. My husband and I spent 4 nights over the Columbus Day Holiday weekend at Lively Beach. The rooms are so nice, all new, very tastefully decorated in warm gray and blues. There are 2 full bathrooms and the views from the 3rd floor were spectacular especially the sunsets and sunrises which were breathtaking. (Worth getting up at 6:30 to see the sunset at 7. This was our very first visit to the Texas Seashore and we loved driving on the sand using one of the Lively Beach Carts. We drove about 4 miles on the beach till we found our spot that was both private and magical. We were traveling with friends who also stayed at Lively, and the guys decided to take a fishing trip in the middle of the night. They caught a bunch of flounder and sheepshead and took it to a nearby place that cleans the fish for you and even cooks it if you want. We cooked the sheepshead on our last night and had a delicious meal with a brown butter caper lime sauce that was to die for.Jessica who works at the front desk was very helpful and answered all our many questions. We were able to easily get extra coffee pods and even got help with our suitcase since we were on the third floor. The resort sits in the middle of an estuary and as you drive towards the resort it reminded me of the wizard of oz, seeing it standing tall in the distance. As you got closer the fields were full of yellow daisy like flowers everywhere. The only sad part was that all the palm tree tops had been damaged in the freeze, thankfully I did hear that the palms are going to be replacing them soon.Overall, this is a great place to visit and have some alone time to relax, write and read, Oh yes I was reading Nicholas Sparks his latest book called “the gift” which takes place in the Outer Banks. Lively reminds me so much of the outer banks in North Carolina where my family went for 30 years. Lively is great for families with small kids, or friends traveling together. I saw surfers, windsurfers, kite surfers and many people enjoying picnics and swimming. Lively has some nice common areas to watch the sunset and sunrises if your room does not get the full view like ours did- We stayed in 311 Maverick. There is a nice place to b-que but I suggest you bring bug spray as the mosquitoes hang out in the estuary, but some good bugs pray does the trick. On a positive note, having skeeters brings hundreds of dragonflys that graced the air and is a rare treat to see so many in one area. I highly recommend a restaurant called Roosevelt’s about 10 miles at the end of Mustang Island. There is a Starbucks with the prettiest water view I have ever seen about 5 minutes away. Looking forward to our return and thanks to Gabbyand Greg for all you did to help us choose Lively Beach. It exceeded our expectations.

New, modern, beautiful property. Was clean and pet friendly. Has a nice boardwalk for beach access. Room was comfortable. Had 2 bathrooms, fridge, dishwasher, storage, large windows and great balcony. The balcony is a little dangerous for small dogs but since it was my preference to stay on the 2nd floor, they kindly provided me wood to block the gaps at the bottom. They also provided me a keychain to hang my dog’s poopie bags from the leash which I hadn’t thought of. Although it was too cold to get into the pool, we loved it. There are gas grills, chairs to relax, and various spots with tables and chairs to enjoy the outdoor sounds of the ocean waves. I hope to visit again soon.

Love this place. Cleaning modern rooms, very quiet easy going area. Nighttime is great with stars and quietness. Pool, patio, boardwalk to beach, grills and all, its great. We will be back. Very quick walk or drive to the beach and fishing the jetty!Cons: Wish I had seen info on this, but BRING YOUR MOSQUITO SPRAY. Padre is known for these jerks in the area, I just didnt think this would be one. When the wind is strong or the sun is up, they arent really around, but when the sun sets... Bring your spray.

This was my second time staying here. I was a bit disappointed that the pool was not heated and we were not able to enjoy it like last time. Additionally, the bathroom has a barn door which was off the rail when we checked it. It took 2 days and 2 requests to get it fixed. The other thing I do not understand is the $49 cleaning fee. There is no maid service, change of towels or daily freshening of the room. Additionally, you are asked to take your own trash out. Other than that. It was great.

Our trip was 1/29/22- 2/5/22 The weather was fantastic the first half of the week then record lows the second half of the week. The condo was beautiful, just the perfect amount of space and we had everything we needed. We had a great view although not of the beach that was just a very short walk. The location of the condo was very centeral to the town but tucked away from the main street which was perfect. There was plenty of food places close, a BBQ place right near the entrance has great ribs and brisket btw. We enjoyed the heated pool one evening. The kitchen had enough supplys for cooking breakfast and leftover meals. Our condo had plenty of towels and no one bothered us for cleaning or taking out the trash the entire stay, others might want this, I suppose upon request this would be provided but we were content with this. We did day trips each day 2-3 hour drives for we didnt find much to do just in Corpus Christi. We oved San Padre Island, Claytons deck party is a must right on the Gulf with cheap beer and live music. Another must see is the historic town of Gruene, lost of crafty shopping and stay for the live music venue in the evening. We left a day early to stay in Houston overnight due to the bad weather so we informed the staff, they were gracious enough to credit us a day.

We reserved an entire week in advance for our anniversary. We were put in a room right by the parking lot on the bottom floor. When I asked for a transfer I was told there was nothing available because of people coming later in the week. The room was so bright with daylight we cant rest during the day. After spending this much money I was disappointed with the level of customer service. There was also spider webs on the walls. Just very disappointed overall.The manager got in touch with us and tried his best to resolve our issue. While Im still disappointed with our location, the service was much better.

The property and rooms are fantastic. We had a subpar check-in experience, though. We never received our code through email and arrived around 10:30pm and had to call the reservations number 4 times before they gave us our code to get in after 11pm. I think theyre still getting some things worked out, because the reservations people we spoke with gave us a code with letters when the keypad was only numbers. Overall, a little frustrating. The rest of our stay made up for it though, its a great place and I loved the rooftop deck.

We are frequent beach bums around the port A and Corpus Christi area, but this was our first stay at Lively and I was not expecting to be so impressed! Everything from the contactless checkin to the rooftop decks and wow! Clean rooms! Although, they were still under construction you would never know it because even on a weekend everyone works quietly. To top it off- that must be the cleanest part of the beach I have seen yet.There is a con- there always has to be one but this one is probably out of there control. No one delivers breakfast to the property. Not door dash, Postmates, etc. so be sure to make use of the kitchen. 👍👍👍

Lively Beach sits right beyond the dunes from North Packery. There is easy access to the beach via the walkway across the dunes. This new resort is the perfect family getaway for someone who wants to surf, kitesurf, fish or just hang out at the beach! The resort has the feel of being in Baja and almost seems isolated from civilization. However, it is a short drive to several amazing restaurants and less than ten minutes to the closest grocery store. If you get tired of the beach, the resort has a huge pool where you can watch the sunset. We stayed over the 4th of July weekend. Our room had a view from the second floor where it was easy to check the surf in the morning. The beds were super comfortable. I highly recommend this amazing new resort on the beach in North Padre.

We just spent a much needed “quarantine week” at Lively Beach and I couldn’t recommend it more for an accessible beach getaway in Texas. The beautiful room decor and ultra high speed WiFi provided a comfortable work-from-home opportunity that was the gateway to R&R in the evenings and off days. How incredible to watch pelicans and kite surfers fly by as the backdrop to my conference calls. A quick boardwalk stroll to the beach, sunset swims in the 3000 sq. ft. pool, and private, eco-friendly grounds make this a truly special place. Bonus that it’s only a short drive to the best of Port Aransas and Corpus Christi. You won’t be disappointed!

Lively Beach is the newest hottest resort in the area. We just returned from a week vacation and fell in love with it. EXCELLENT during COVID since you keep your distance and there are only 46 condos. It was AMAZING!!! The BEACH was WONDERFUL and felt secluded. Very chick and modern. Kid friendly, huge Resort Pool, pet friendly. Outstanding Service at main office by Paula and Hui. No restaurants on site but condo has everything you need to prepare meals brand new everything! They have grills and outdoor top terraces with amazing views. There is an awesome Burger place down the street (Burger Company). Lively Beach is in the middle of Port Aransas and Corpus. Lots to do. We went to the USS Lexington Military Ship Tour in Corpus it was wonderful and Texas State Aquarium, top 2 attractions. Also Port Aransas (the town) has a beautiful marina and restaurants and all the buildings are cottage style very pretty to see. We had dinner one night at Trout Street Restaurant with outdoor patio great food and upscale ambience! There is a nice local coffee shop Coffee Waves you must check out.. Oh, take a speaker for music at Lively.. We already booked for March 5 so excited to return.
