Top notch!! The attention to detail in this home is amazing. Centered right in the middle of the historic district it was just minutes from the Riverwalk, Market Square and The Alamo.Especially love the spacious living area with pool table- all the family could be together while having a great time.Organizing our stay with homeowner, Derek, was a breeze! He was a pleasure to work with and didn’t even blink twice at all my ups and downs with the amount of people that might be coming. Would definitely stay again!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful, the owners were so quick to deal with any issues or questions we had, and communicated with us the whole time. The beach was so pretty and we loved every minute of it. We had such a relaxing time with my sister before her wedding. Her favorite part was the shower and king size bed! LolWe got to watch sunrises and sunsets, laugh and genuinely enjoy each other’s company. We were lucky enough to see fireworks on the beach. It was definitely an unforgettable trip!My husband says he wants to come next time! Definitely will use this cabin again. Derek and Lauren were awesome!

BEACH LUXURY! This is our 4th property to stay at on crystal beach and this is by far the most beautiful house we stayed at. Close to the beach, small kid toys and games, coziest and luxurious house and decor, comfortable and so much room to spread out!! Comes with the option the rent the golf cart(highly recommend for best beach experience), the outdoor bar and tv, all of it was just incredible. The garage is stuffed with everything you could possibly need for the beach! Chairs, toys, coolers, umbrellas and boogie boards. Communication with the host was fast and professional!! Weve already rebooked for christmas time and cant wait to be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The place was beautiful, spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It smelled amazing as soon as we walked in, and the living area was so cozy and inviting. A perfect place to relax—highly recommended!

The beach house is gorgeous! It has tall doors- high ceiling and the decor is sooo awesome! Comfortable beds- great kitchen- large living room with comfy couches- we will be planning on returning and will tell our friends!Great service- easy to get in touch with too!

Beautiful home! Very comfortable . Little parking which is ok, we parked the extra car at the front. Pool is heated and clean. This is now our getaway home!!!

Me and my family travel a lot! To date, I think this house has been my favorite! The home is gorgeous, super clean and extremely close to the water! Derek and Lauren are great host and are easy to get a hold of and communicate with! I have been impressed with their communication before my stay and during my stay! I rate this stay a 10 out of 10, I definitely recommend!!!!!

We had such a great experience. Derek and Lauren were amazing, when ever we had a question they always responded immediately! If we could give 20 stars we would. Everthing was exactly as the pictures indicated. The house was immaculate when it came to cleanliness. This is definitely family friendly there are board game, pool table and there is so much room! The house is beautifully decorated inside. Thank you Derek and Lauren!

This was a first time experience for me, but definitely not the last!! Derek’s place was amazing and breathtaking. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and flawless . Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property in a gated community in Davenport, Florida. The house was immaculate when we arrived. The host was very responsive to any questions that I had. The process of requesting the property to confirming the reservation was smooth and seamless, especially after another host cancelled our initial reservation without an explanation. If you’re in need of a place to stay while in the Orlando/Davenport area, please consider this property. You will not be disappointed! We are definitely planning to return soon for another vacation.

Rosemary beach brought right here locally to Crystal Beach, TX at Sea La Vie!! Beautiful cabin, quality work, comfy beds and lots of extras for visitors including coffee, games, TV, shampoo/conditioner/soap/toothbrush/toothpaste/hairdryer, beach towels and linens, all those little things that make a difference, even a pack n play for the littles! Theres also a golf cart on premises for a little extra that saves a trip to rent one. And the cabin smells so good... Extra points for responsiveness ⭐️ 5 stars hands down!

This is our second time renting Lakehaven for our family reunion. It’s an amazing space with beautiful views of the lake. The commercial kitchen & multiple eating areas are perfect for large gatherings. The multiple bedrooms & bathrooms plus the outdoor areas are perfect. We are already planning our reunion at Lakehaven for 2025! Thanks for another wonderful weekend.

This is a FABULOUS place!! From the moment you walk in the front door, the aroma of this home makes you feel welcomed and transforms your stressed mind to an “awe moment”. You walk thru this “home” (and that’s exactly how it makes you feel”). The living room, kitchen area and large and spacious. Each bedroom has beautiful rustic furniture. With plenty of room to stretch out. Each bedroom with its own bathroom! Ok… the inside is simply awesome! The back yard is a whole different wonder. Starting with the huge over 500 year old oak tree! The pool/hot tub is very inviting. Outdoor kitchen/bar, huge patio with table and lots of spacious sitting throughout. There is also a beautiful circular fire pit, Adirondack chairs to get cozy around this hand made pit! Volley ball and Corn Hole are also available for one’s entertainment. All in all, this is a true Frio River country gem!! Thank you!!!
