351 River Springs Drive5-Star Review for *****Mesquite Retreat*****We had an absolutely incredible stay at Mesquite Retreat! The home is spacious, luxurious, and perfect for large groups. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home with the modern amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the house. The outdoor patio was a favorite spot, where we enjoyed coffee each morning and cooked up meals on the grill while soaking in the stunning lake views.The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need—each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials. We loved the fire pit, outdoor kitchen, and the butler pantry. The attention to detail in this property is amazing!The direct access to the lake made for a relaxing and fun-filled trip, and the hosts went above and beyond by providing great recommendations for nearby activities, restaurants, and bars.Checking in was seamless with the keypad entry, and the communication from the hosts was excellent. If you’re looking for a luxurious, modern getaway with all the comforts of home and more, Mesquite Retreat is the perfect choice. We will definitely be coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ -

Lazy H retreats has been an absolute amazing experience. We stayed here as a short term rental while our house was being built and all of the staff has been nothing but the Best!!! They have helped us in anything and everything we have asked and have been able to respond quickly. I am so thankful that they gave us this chance to stay on their property in New Braunfels. It’s been beautiful and they have done a great job keeping the property nice and clean. I absolutely would recommend this property for any future stays for family and friends -

Our family of six had an incredible time at Canyon Lake during our visit to Texas, and Lazy H made our stay unforgettable. Just an amazing management company. Not only have they increased my overall revenue on my short term rental home, the ratings have skyrocketed and they are constantly finding ways to keep the home booked and occupied. The communication has been excellent, and I have used other management companies before where it dies down significantly, but Lazy H Retreats have the whole system and process down. Highly recommend and they will continue to manage the rest of my portfolio as it grows! -

We stayed at the property in Canyon Lake and we loved it. The house was lovely. We used the heated pool. Loved the master bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed except a pizza cutter. Nice view too. -

Our trip was fantastic, the house was beautiful and clean. The AC did not work on the main level when we first got there and it was not resolved until the following day, So the first night was a bit hot but it was quickly resolved the following day. The house had everything we needed. The pool was a bit smaller than we expected but the kids enjoyed having it at the house. We would stay again! -

We loved staying here! We our teens, and they were able to plays lots of games and play basketball on the basket ball court. This is a great place for families to bond and have a fun time.The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook as well.The bed I slept in was super comfy, I almost wanted to take it home with me!Hopefully, we can come back soon. -

Absolutely loved my stay! We had our bachelorette trip here, and it was phenomenal. This was a great place for an all guys trip. There was a little bit of everything for them. We did have some issues getting inside the house and propane not being refilled. But besides that the house was great and the owners responded quickly when we couldnt get inside the house. The house everything we needed for a great weekend -

Our stay at the Lazy H Retreat in New Braunfels, Texas was perfect. The booking, check-in and check-out processes were easy. Communication was crystal clear, making expectations well understood. The house was immaculate and adequately stocked with toiletries and kitchen staples. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating in both the kitchen and living area. The aesthetic was so well thought out and consistent, making it an ideal place to take photos. We had plenty of space to work, which made this an easy choice for a business trip. The house is close enough to local grocery stores and restaurants. Out of town guests will love how close it is to local rivers and tourist attractions, but is still remote enough to offer privacy. The yard is huge and well set up for outdoor activities for all ages. The neighborhood is quiet and morning views of the deer added to the serenity. Overall, we highly recommend this place as a destination for families who are looking for a reasonably priced place to stay that feels high-end and comfortable at the same time. -

Great place, convenient to the river and Schlitterbahn. The host was great, and the rental was exactly as advertised. Other than the house cleaner being there 20 minutes after my alloted check in time, it worked out well. My only problem, and its not too much of a problem, was the constant messages from the host. I just didnt have the time to answer them all. Regardless, would stat again. -
