My husbands sister-in-law rented a pontoon boat and a jet ski for her husbands 40th birthday. We are local and took the whole family out for about 2.5 hours. It was a beautiful day and we had a great time. All the life jackets were provided and there was a little swim area for the kids. The owner was very hospitable and friendly. Nice lil family owned location.

Fabulous experience staying here with Lake Wave Rentals!They were super communicative prior to my trip, and once we got there, everything was taken care of and perfect. Their phone was on them at all times and anytime we had any questions about anything, they came right to us to help.On the property, there are plenty of hammocks and chairs available for you to lay out on and relax. It has a very beachy feel to it. There is plenty of sand which makes it really easy for you to walk right up to the lake with no problem. They have a really nice pier that you can fish off of, or swim around.We rented their ski boat and that was super easy to use and they showed us how to operate it prior to using. So much fun! They have a # of tubes they also have available for rent. They have fishing rods on site that you can request if you like to fish. They have some bass boats as well available for rent.The hot tub was perfect and the ambiance in their gazebo is perfect! Such a great experience - cant wait to go back!

We ran up on this property after getting rained out of our camping plans, and we are so glad that we did! The cabin is nestled up in the trees and gives it a real tree house feel. It was very clean and had all the comforts of home. The beds were super comfy and it was so peaceful. The owners were amazing and we actually sat and chatted with Ellie for awhile. You can spend the day in the lake, go fishing, play corn hole, rent a jet ski, or relax in the hot tub. This will become our go to spot when traveling to the airport in Dallas!

We came in from out of town and called for a reservation on short notice. We were extremely satisfied with the service, the options, and with the care the hosts showed. We went ahead and rented the cabin and one of the pontoon boats so we could hang by the lake all day.If wed found this before we rented the hotel room, we would have stayed here instead! This place is incredible.

We rented the RV for two weeks and had the time of our life!!! This place is quite and peaceful. The RV is fully furnished and with in 10 ft of the water . Kellee and Clay are the best hosts you could ask for. They really made us feel like family. They also offer jet ski rentals as well as boat rentals and even ax throwing!!! We will definitely be visiting again!!!

Great ski boat rental experience. Friendly and accessible staff. This lake is an undiscovered gem, so it has much fewer boats on the water than others in the area. Boat was powerful enough to even slalom ski. Variety of boat toys to add onto the experience. Highly recommended.

My family and I had a wonderful time renting a boat from Lake Wave Rentals. The owner, Kellee, was very accommodating and informative. We had a small issue (that was caused) and Kellee came to save the day and was VERY understanding. We are discussing coming back and renting one of her places now! Highly recommend renting from Lake Wave!

Such a great place to rent a boat!! We used this boat rental service while in East Texas, the boat was nice and easy to use and we had a great time. The really awesome part was the Amenities and Staff! The owner Kelly is so great she was very accommodating to us during a slight weather delay. They have so many things do! The cabins you can rent are beautiful and it gives you access to the property to enjoy the shoreline. I recommend this place if you are looking to stay somewhere on lake Tawakoni.

We rented the cabin and stayed on the property and it was an awesome stay! Perfect lake access, cozy cabin, and the owners were super helpful. They went out of their way to put personal plans on hold for us to rent jet skis to be able to give kiddos experience on the lake after we had a rude experience with lake tawokoni water sports. This trip was awesome because of their great hospitality. Cannot thank them enough!

The owners were incredibly nice and acommidating. Provided comprehensive and useful tips for our ride so that we could prevent injury to ourselves and the jetski. The property was absolutely gorgeous too.10/10 def recommend and will be going back

This is a great family friendly getaway! The cabin is cozy and has all the amenities you need. The boats, jet skis, and tube rentals are the best value in the city. The land is large and spacious enough to have quality time without feeling too close the other guestsOr residence. The hot tub gazebo is another relaxing feature. The waterfront is beach like and easily accessible and perfect for swimming. Fishing off the pier and campfires cap off a perfect weekend. I did notice there’s an RV right off the waterfront available for rent too, maybe next time! Family friendly and very professional owners. Highly recommend

I rented there tiny cabin and it was so perfect me and my family had a great time, me and my WHOLE family I say that because the people that own it are so cool they let us throw a whole birthday party! They had so many things to do while we were there kayaks, hot tubs, axe throwing, awesome pier to fish on, and so many more. I can not wait to come back and rent there boat before the summer ends!

My wife and I stayed here and we were so happy with everything. They took care of us and made sure everything was ready for us. We rented a pontoon and had so much fun! We are already planning our next trip back. If you haven’t yet, I would definitely book before they are all booked out! 10/10

Even Better than they or anyone could explain. Great property with awesome amenities for all ages. Hot tub, fishing, and horseshoes! Very cozy, quiet, and relaxing. I grew up on this lake and this cove is one of the best for many reasons including less wind than most other parts. Ask about their cool water rentals which are well maintained at great prices. Will definitely be staying at this gem again very soon! Thanks again Kellee.

Had a fantastic labor day weekend! Some of the best hosts Ive had. Even when the day was slammed with other rentals they ensured that their guests are accommodated well. Fantastic property close to the lake and awesome rentals. Cant wait to come back with family.

The hosts for Lake Wave rentals were some of the most hospitable hosts I’ve ever experienced. The space was adequate for our group of 4 and was very clean. We enjoyed fishing on the pier and they even helped us launch our boat at the neighborhood boat ramp. I would recommend Lake Wave rentals to any small group that’s looking to enjoy lake Tawakoni.

We had so much fun! They didnt inflate their prices for the holiday weekend and their prices are fair. They had several options for tubing for us to choose from to pull the kids around on the boat. They were super nice and have a great place for an Airbnb!
