    Absolutely love this place! Reserved parking spot, easy process, nice, clean condo that was nicely decorated and inviting. The only thing is the balcony didnt seem to have been cleaned in a while. I know its outside but at least clean the table and chairs and clear out all the cobwebs sometimes. 2 pools outdoors, 1 indoors, gym, spa, sauna, tennis courts, marina, fishing, boat and jet ski rentals. Off the beaten path but still within 25 or 30 minutes of the city and things to do. Be careful when comparing prices for your rental here because I found the condo I rented for different prices, the cheapest being Airbnb and not sure if the other sites were valid. I cant wait to book another trip here.

    Wonderful place to relax on the lake in a peaceful and quiet setting. Has private beach (rocky but great for swimming in the lake). Charcoal bbq grills facing the lake. Tennis courts and two pools outdoors, plus one indoors. Most units are well equipped with large balconies. You are a bit far from most attractions and parks but you are on the most beautiful part of the lake right across pace bend state park - that means you are looking at nature and not other houses. Its very tranquil at night and in the mornings. Gorgeous sunsets.Saturdays do get busy, so if you get a unit facing one of the pools it will be a bit noisy until 10pm or so.

    My wife, my nine year old and myself stayed for 5 days and 5 nights on the island. I must say this was an amazing place and everyone was very friendly. The money we payed for the condo was very reasonable and much cheaper then staying at a resort. Everything was clean and grounds very well kept. I brought my boat and had to find a storage place, they referred me to Kyle, one of the nicest and most helpful person I have ever met. Since the Island boat ramp was closed and Arkansas park ramp was closed he was gracious enough to help me launch my boat from another private park nearby. With out him things could of been impossible for me cause my wife was scared to death to drive on the hilly roads let alone with a trailer and she is also very nervous driving the boat. I rented a boat slip on the island but the trick was to get the boat to the slip on the island and have someone drive my truck and trailer back to the storage while I drove the boat to the slip about a mile away. Kyle understood my delima and he gladly helped with the logistics involved in getting the boat launched and trailer back in storage. Then the day came were I need to get the boat out of the water and boat and trailer back in storage he also gladly helped that day also. I highly recommend staying at the island and looking up Kyle for any storage needs. The Haven restaurant was decent and had a very friendly staff. Do groceries in advance and get everything you need before you get there. There is a convenience store about 10 minutes away to get beer, ice, gas, milk, etc. and stuff like that. The grocery store about 20 minutes away. I highly recommend J & J bbq about 20 minutes from island. I will defiantly be visiting again!!!

    Private condos with big balconies. It includes 3 outdoor pools with hot tubs, 2 indoor pools with hot tub. Has a spa a fitness center and its away from the city. Views are excellent you see deer all over the place. Great getaway with your partner or small family. Boat rentals are close by.

    My husband surprised me with this getaway for our anniversary and hands downs the best surprise ever. The condo was amazing and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Best weekend getaway.. Will definitely be back

    Stayed at an airbnb studio condo. Picturesque scenery, quite, the deer are friendly 🦌, and good food near by.

    This place is a truly wonderful escape from the city. So peaceful, great view, well kept pools, just great for a wknd getaway or longer. We never left the complex. Needs a little upkeep, cleaning, just a little bit. But overall great to visit. Will definitely be back!
