If you are visiting the New Braunfels area, the Garrison in Gruene, managed by iTrip, is a MUST STAY property! We spent our Christmas Holiday at this property while visiting family and friends in NB, I must say this is by far the best property we have stayed at. You have your own privacy but also have the opportunity to meet other families. There is so much history at this property, as well as watching the beautiful deer, and enjoy your morning or evening walks on or off the property...no gym needed!

We have stayed at River Road Retreat previously and loved it so much we went back for a celebration of life and Thanksgiving, gathering family from California, Texas, Alabama and London! We even extended our trip an additional day. The house is cozy and full of things to do (puzzles, games, badminton, cornhole, volleyball, television for those let active). There is wild life in the backyard everyday. It is clean and has a full kitchen. It is also centrally located to Gruene and New Braunfels, but tucked away from the traffic, so nice and quiet. Itrip (Alison) was available to take a call on a Saturday even when she was celebrating Thanksgiving with her family. I cannot say enough about this retreat house and Itrip. We will return, again and again and again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

So pleased to have Alison and Dustin managing my 2 properties in New Braunfels. I live 4 hours away and depend on them to look after the houses and especially to answer questions and help out with all guests. They have always come through for me and have done an awesome job. Thank you both!!!

We stayed 44 nights at Cation on the Guadalupe, Unit 123, and it was was a wonderful Winter Texan experience. Alison & Dustin are caring, attentive, friendly Franchise Owners. We only hope our plans for winter 2023/24 can again include a stay at Cation on the Guadalupe. Our condo was clean, modern, bright, with a well stocked kitchen, and we felt right at home. The River patio is a beautiful area to enjoy your favorite beverage while watching the kayakers. The beautiful grounds, with very clean charcoal grills, are home to birds, squirrels, deer that keep you entertained while sitting on your patio/deck. We are avid walkers and the location is perfect to many parks and Downtown restaurants, shopping. Highly recommend.Carol, Roger

I have my properties listed with iTrip and I could not be happier. Dustin and Alison are incredible manager and make the process easy and profitable. We tried multiple management companies before joining forces with iTrip and we have no regrets.

During our 3 month stay there were very few issues but when there were, these wonderful folks handled them immediately. Cant say enough about them. Definitely keeping them in my back pocket for my next stay.
