I am very happy with my first home buying experience. Mercedes was professional, knowledgeable and always ready to show me houses. She made this process very easy for me and I truly appreciate that. When I purchased my home I received a housewarming gift. When I hit my one year mark, she personally delivered a one year anniversary gift! She sends out holiday emails which make me feel like a valued customer. She created a lasting relationship with me. What can I say about them? Their level of dedication shows with how responsive and attentive they were to my needs. I saw a house I wanted on October 31st and by December 4th I had the keys in hand. They are relentless in their pursuit to make your dream a reality, always available, and never too busy to answer questions. When its time for me to go to my next home, I will not look anywhere else.
