Once again Dripping doesn’t disappoint! This is the 3 time we use this home and it truly enhances our trip we love the property and its location it. 5⭐️’s.We highly recommend this home when considering Dripping. Always clean/ and accommodating. For sleeping several weeks never feel on top of each other. Plenty of room and many games to play with family.

The Shadywood Shangri-La is a must rent! This property is a hidden gem! The house is beautiful with excellent space for friends and family to enjoy. The vibe is beach vacation the minute you walk in the door with the beautiful pool area in view. There is a separate “wing” with living room and kitchen if you want to split off from your group for some quiet time. The living area has a large dining table as well as a game table to enjoy with family. And they’ve thought of everything, including games, puzzles, coffee, bathroom and kitchen amenities. They even provide baby gear such as a high chair if you need it.Don’t miss out on this one. Perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood.Also comes with many deer to watch in the evening! Nature at its best!

Absolutely loved our time at Camp Starlight in Dripping Springs. The home was so warm and inviting with awesome design and great vibes all-around. The outdoor space is a playground for both kids and adults alike, from the hot tub and pool to the pickle ball court and the putting green. This place perfectly captures the essence of Dripping Springs, cant wait to come back.

We had an amazing time at the Dripping Springs Shadywood Shangri-La home and can’t wait to stay there again. The property provides everything one could ever need for a relaxing weekend getaway or family gathering in the Texas Hill Country. The backyard is an absolute oasis, with a great pool, several big umbrellas, endless lounge chairs, and a large covered patio with an outside bar, grill, and couch. Don’t forget to take advantage of the cornhole boards and other fun lawn games (stored in the garage). Although I spent most of my time outside lounging by the pool or watching the endless deer and birds who visit the property daily, the home itself is also a gem. In the home, you’ll find a massive living room with a very large couch and TV, a large dining table and spacious kitchen layout that will allow even the largest families to prepare and enjoy a nice meal together, a mother-in-law suite with an additional living area and patio, a wonderful master bedroom and bathroom with yet another large TV, and several other nice bedrooms for your family or friends to enjoy. While you’re there, don’t forget to check out the endless local restaurants, breweries, wineries, and distilleries located in Dripping Springs and the surrounding cities. This is truly one of the best rentals I’ve ever booked – don’t pass up the opportunity to stay here!

Camp Starlight was wonderful. The house is clean, updated, & fully loaded with all things needed to make our stay easy & comfortable! The backyard is a family funland with tons of options for friendly competition for all ages! Very nice!! Will share this location with anyone heading to Dripping springs!

Camp Starlight is amazing!!!They have everything you need. A perfect place for a family trip.You can see online that they have pickleball, swimming and hot tub, batting cage etc.The stars at night are beautiful and its nice and quite.Beds super comfortable, clean, washer and dryer and the list goes on and on!! I could stay for weeks!!!!!

Fantastic stay with many amenities and beautiful views of Dripping Springs! This was an extended family vacation. The house is beautiful, very accommodating with comfortable beds to sleep in. Management was helpful and responsive. Great location, 11 minutes from HEB and about 25 to Perdenales State Park. The well-designed backyard is a playground for kids and adults! You will not be disappointed! We would love to come back if in the area again. Thank you :)

Beautiful, relaxing and fantastic vacation home at Shadywood Shangri-La! The home is huge and yet cozy! The backyard and pool are a perfect place for a family gathering. The neighborhood is very safe and peaceful. Highly recommend it!

Our group enjoyed an absolutely fantastic “getaway” experience at Hill Country Camp Starlight! All the amenities you could possibly need, and then some, inside and out! Definitely something for everyone of all ages, abilities and interests! Immaculate, comfortable and beautiful…a definite 5 STAR destination spot!

My family of 7 adults and 3 children (under 3) thoroughly enjoyed this first, of hopefully many more, family vacations! Hill Country Camp Starlight could not have been more perfect for my very active family! The pool was resort-worthy with great amenities and was super clean. The pickleball court was amazing for family-friendly competition. The hot tub was perfect for sore muscles afterward, and the inground trampoline was awesome, fun, and safe for even the littlest of our family. Even the golfers of our family had fun with the chipping/putting green! Truly, no one (ages 1-68) had to leave the property to have a great time! Would definitely be interested in a “repeat” vacation at this location!!

Camp Starlight is awesome!! Girls trip to Dripping Springs and stayed at this wonderful place in the hill country. So much to do and such a wonderful vibe that we didn’t even want to leave the house. Very comfortable beds and everything you would ever need. We can’t wait to come back!

We spent an amazing week at Camp Starlight in Dripping Springs! The house is welcoming, spacious & cozy at the same time. The bedrooms are so comfortable. The outdoor amenities have something for everyone! Adults, teens and young kids will never be bored! This would be the ideal location for a family reunion. Directly across the street from Camp Lucy is ideal for the bride’s or groom’s family! Don’t pass up the opportunity for a perfect vacation-swimming, bar b que, shopping, wine tasting, hiking!! 😄😄

Good experience! But the carpet is very stained and looked dirty. Also, it needs hand towels for the bathrooms! Besides that we enjoyed our time here!

Camp Starlight in Dripping Springs TX was awesome. Beautiful spacious house will all the amenities. Outside a pool, a spa, horse shoe pits, batting cage, pickle ball court and and in ground trampoline. Also an outdoor patio and BBQ area. If you dont want to cook Camp Lucy is right across the street with a fantastic bar & restaurant. Loved our stay here and we will be back!

What a lovely place to stay! The owner of this house thought of everything: comfy beds, clean linens, super clean house, all the dishes you would need for vacation, a high chair, blowup mattresses for extra guests, TWO coffee pots, bbq grill outside, beautiful pool. There are two separate living areas that could accommodate two families. When I walked in, I heard beach music. That, coupled with the decor and the immediate view of the pool, made me feel like I was on a beach. Great location. I will certainly visit this place again!

The house is spectacular and set up perfectly for several guests. The backyard is a dream playground for adults and children alike. There is absolutely no reason to leave the house. If you do, it is located close to every thing you will want to see and do. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!

This house is amazing! We were in town for a wedding and enjoyed everything this home had to offer. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom which was a must for our family. Lots of care was put into stocking the kitchen and pantry for out of town guests and had a giant dining table so we could all dine together. The extra living area was cozy and loaded with family games. The pool is gorgeous with plenty of beach towels for everyone. Home was spotless and beautiful in a quiet, scenic neighborhood with plenty of deer. Loved it. 5 stars!

This is our second amazing experience at Dripping Springs Shadywood Shangri-La 😍 The home is beautifully decorated with a blue/teal color palate, reminiscent of nature hues. Rooms are lovely and beds are comfy. A/C blows cold. Pool is welcoming, clear, and crisp. The kitchen is comfortable for many of us to create our meals together. We love it!!

My whole family stayed in a property managed by I Love Dripping Springs Vacations to celebrate my Grandpas 99th birthday! This house was amazing! Check in and check out was a smooth process, getting detail instructions prior. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The backyard was a dream with something for everyone to enjoy! We made memories at this property that will last a lifetime!

The house was great! 11 Fam members from IN, IL, and CO all stayed here for a wedding that was at Mae’s Ridge (awesome venue). The house was cozy and accommodating. Check out was easy and helpful that we didn’t need to do much except lock up and take garbage out. The water pressure in the showers wasn’t great, but that was the only “issue” and I’d hardly call it an issue.The yard, out door areas, and amenities are what made us book the home and they didn’t disappoint!We loved all the wildlife too!Thanks for having us! Highly recommend!

Lovely large home with lots of space inside and outside. We all enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and putting green. The game room was a big hit with young and not so young! We grilled hotdogs and roasted marshmallow’s in the fire pit, The outdoor area was shady and the large table with plenty of chairs was great. I think the only slightly negative was two of the bedrooms without a full bathroom. I think it would be a fun place for any large family gathering. This place has great, comfortable accommodations. This a lovely home and the hills/view are gorgeous! I would definitely come and stay again- I would just pack some extra kitchen utensils and rags. There were just some little things that we would have loved to see done differently. The biggest issue is that we arrived on Thursday evening for a stay until Tuesday morning, but the pool man came Friday and proceeded to shock the pool and warn us we needed to remain out of it for 24hrs. Given that the pool is the main attraction of this house, it would be really great for maintenance like that to be scheduled outside of our stay so we don’t lose an entire day of our stay.

We had a wonderful week-end at the Shadywood Shangri-La in Dripping Springs.The home was convenient to the places we wanted to visit.It was decorated beautifully and very comfortable.The pool was so inviting. The water was crystal blue and the children enjoy the water as well as the adults! There were lots of chairs by the pool and several umbrella to protect us from the hot afternoon.We had 4 generations to stay in the home. The young and not so young could easily access the home. We had a child in a wheelchair, who could easily maneuver in the home.The beds were comfortable and the linens were very nice.The kitchen was supplied with all the pots and pans and gadgets we needed to cook with.The bathrooms had plenty of towels, shampoo and lotion. Sorry no toothbrushes!! hahaThe mother-in-law suite was great. I had my own entrance LOLso I could come and go without disturbing the late sleepers.There was floor space for blow up mattresses if needed.The neighborhood was peaceful and we felt safe taking walks.I would stay there again.The price was right!

The place was really nice. Well kept. However. Trashcan was full outside. No extra garbage bags and there was not a propane grill as described. Contacted the vacation rental company and they were really nice. Brought us charcoal and lighter fluid. However. The AC broke July 4 morning. We left sadly a day early with no July 4th celebration. Womp womp…

We stay in vacation rentals all over the country….some say they have everything but rarely do….this one does proximity to everything you need in Dripping….distillery options brewery options and 25 mins to some great BBQ….the house is clean has options to entertain inside or outside large living space so when it says can accommodate large groups it means it…I would highly recommend this property and working with Patrick the owner and his management group was very easy and accommodating…..five stars all day we will be back

Very nice house, was close to everything we wanted to do. Gab was a great help on check in, we had a few issues, he was able to remedy them. The only thing the house needs some kind of can opener.
