We stayed 5 nights at LBJ Lodge on Williams Lakeshore which is on the Colorado river above the main body of LBJ Lake. This is an amazing house, with a horseshoe shaped pool that surrounds a sunken fire pit. The upper pool has a water slide to the lower level pool which everyone loved using. During the day one side of the pool would be shaded while the other would stay in full sun. The infinity edge of the pool was also very cool for hanging out on. It had easy entry into the lake with concrete steps from the shoreline sidewalk making launching our paddle boards and kayaks very easy. The rope jump off the second level of the dock was also loved by all ages. Kids had great luck at fishing in the morning, catching several big bass. The house itself was also just as amazing, with lots of bedrooms and baths, very well appointed and equipped. The interior courtyard which has AstroTurf was a fun area for various lawn games, etc. Loved the covered parking that allowed us to backup up the cars to get close to the front door for unloading and loading. Tons of parking. Horseshoe Bay Living was very easy to work with and answered all my questions very professionally. Would definitely consider them and this house again. I looked very long and hard for a property for our family retreat and this home just blew away everything else in the Austin lake areas, even for thousands of dollars more.

We spent a great long weekend at our townhouse rental at 104 Horseshoe Bay Unit 12. The unit was one of the most prepared rentals I’ve ever seen. Fully equipped kitchen and complete coffee bar. A grill for cooking out over looking the canal. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The location was great and very quiet. I will definitely stay here in the future.

Our experience couldnt have been better! Yes, the beautiful property we rented was perfect for our large family gathering, but what really stood out was the level of service from Horseshoe Bay Living!We really appreciated the grocery pick-up and having the kitchen stocked when we arrived.Responses to emails were immediate and any questions or requests were handled faster than expected.We will definitely use them again next time!

This house is amazing, and the service is terrific. We had 14 adults - all slept comfortably and had plenty of space. Super convenient to the town. The outdoor area is amazing. Fully stocked kitchen. Worked perfectly for our group and would rent again in a heartbeat.

We rented a lake front house in granite Shoals for a week our family reunion of 15. The house was super well equipped and the beds very comfortable but the best part was the outside area. We spent so much time on the covered boat dock area. We had 2 boats, 2 jet skis and a lily pad. Plus we love family game time. Best part was when our oldest son proposed to his girlfriend! Best vacay ever! Thanks to the owners and to Horseshoe Bay for the great opportunity.

My extended family and I stayed at Highland Haven hosted by Horsehoe Bay Living and it was one of the best stays Ive experienced. The house was absolutely beautiful with a plethora of amenities and most of all, was very comfortable for all 16 of us. Horseshoe Bay Living was very communicative and responsive. I highly recommend this rental!

I LOVED the LBJ Suite. By far the best and coolest place I have stayed. I wish I would have experienced it much sooner. Has a very homey, comfortable feel. And a modern bathroom!! The towels were very soft and fluffy and actually covers the whole body. And the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash they provide is clearly not your standard cheap motel fare.And the huge porch provides the best seat to be front row in a busy area of Main St. So if you are a people-watcher, youll get quite the show, without being in the mix.The only issue, or rather very mild annoyance, is you can hear most steps that the people staying in the suite above take.. Which is a completely understandable occurrence, considering the vintage building and wood floors...The property management company were extremely nice and very personable. You can tell they want the guests to have the best stay ever. I had a very bizarre, confusing, and completely out of my control personal issue and the ladies at HSB Living were nothing but understanding, and I would never have received such a compassionate response from a hotel/motel!! Nor from any airbnb host. I cannot wait to be able to stay again, and next time more than just one night!

Just returned from our weekly rental and everything was wonderful. Communication was fantastic from the beginning. The home was even more beautiful in person and the small issue we had was addressed immediately. I would highly recommend this home and rental agency. Very prompt and friendly service. Had a wonderful stay at the McKenzie House. House was located within walking distance to downtown & a park. Restaurant next door & bar with live music across the street. We were in the Travis suite. The bedroom & bathroom were upstairs. They also have 1st floor suites.

We rented a house for a week long to celebrate a birthday and Thanksgiving. The house was huge, filled with amenities and activities for the family to enjoy together. This house is gorgeous!! We had a lovely view of the lake. We spent a lot of time in the pool. There were plenty of water toys in the garage. We stayed up late playing pool upstairs and ping pong in the garage. There were plenty of beds and space for our group of 15 adults. Well be back for sure

What a delightful retreat this was! An oasis in the backyard, and a beautiful and safe neighborhood to go on morning walks in too. Im an artist, and I found ample spots to set up and paint the Texas landscape within 5 miles. When not painting, I enjoyed the dappled sun coming through the large trees on the property, and the creekside sitting area. Management was very responsive when the hot tub wasnt heating, and got it working within 24 hours. Lastly, the decor in this rental was straight out of a magazine - beautifully done and a treat for the senses. I would definitely stay here again!

This house was extremely clean and well stocked. We loved the downstairs area and pretty much spent our time there, at the dock or on the boat although the inside of the house is lovely and very comfortable. The lift worked perfectly. I look forward to staying again. The location is perfect!

This was the most amazing place I have stayed in. I loved it. The attention to detail was incredible. Absolutely all the extra touches - we were absolutely delighted. It was of course spotless, the indoor, and outdoor spaces were incredible, the decor so tasteful. You have a full kitchen outdoors, a little fireplace, kayaks, a playground, and its right on the water. It was so quiet too! The guest house was adorable - the most amazing decor and sliding door. The main house was incredibly spacious with a full bath in every room. It was only a few minutes from the stores and all the fun in Marble Falls. I also received such lovely communication from the property manager with clear instructions and the best customer service possible.I think its the perfect vacation for anyone wanting to get away from the big city - it was just an hour from Austin. I will never forget this weekend getaway. Thank you Horseshoe Bay Living! If I could give ya all more than five stars I would!!!

We had an amazing vacation with friends at The Creek Villa with Horseshoe Bay Living. The house was beautiful, upgraded, professionally designed. Had a WOW factor when you walked in, to include the amazing backyard. We couldn’t get enough of the hot tub, pool, and kayaking, etc. The management company was super helpful and responsive from beginning to end. Great hospitality and great trip. Little pricey but you get what you pay for and I feel like I got good value with the quality of accommodations and amenities available.

These people have it DOWN!! We stayed at a property off lazy oaks we have 5 couples everybody slept great. This house had queen size Bunk bed which was really cool. Houseshoe bay living killed it they text you updates they fill you in on checkin and check out in an appropriate amount of time. MJ was our manager she went above and beyond. All the info is on the app the hot tube even in the summer was perfect for those cooler nights.

Our family spent a perfect Easter weekend at the 117 Bud Lane house. We all loved the house accommodations as they were as beautiful and spacious as shown in the photos. The kitchen and outdoor grilling space were well-equipped. Our host greeted us warmly and with a lovely welcoming charcuterie board and wine! Horseshoe Bay Living was very responsive to our needs. The kids especially loved the infinity pool, hot tub, game room and kayaking! We would definitely book again!

We spent a memorable Easter weekend with close friends and family (12 adults and 5 kids) at the 115 Blister Gold property. We really loved the house - very spacious, well furnished, comfortable beds, lots of outdoor space backing onto a golf course, and a big clean outdoor pool with grill - and was perfect for our weekend staycation. The kitchen and outdoor grilling space were well-equipped. Our host greeted us warmly with a lovely set of desserts and wine, and gifts for kids ! The kids really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor areas. Horseshoe Bay Living was very responsive to all our queries throughout and even offered us complementary early check-in and late check-out. We would definitely recommend this place and cant wait to spent our next vacation there again.

We rented this home for our annual Sibling and Spouse Retreat. The home was absolutely gorgeous, and the accommodations were great. Horseshoe Bay Living met our every need during our stay. They welcomed us with a beautiful fruit, cheese and cracker tray complete with cookies and a bottle of wine. They even went and got more propane for us for the grill and fire pit and delivered it to the house. They provided top notch service!

Rented the Hill Country Home in Horseshoe Bay for a company Christmas party in Llano, TX. This house was perfect, it was a 4 bedroom house and 3 of the bedrooms had king size beds which is perfect for couples. The house was stocked with everything needed, everyone in our group loved the recliners in the living room and the back patio is amazing lots of room and the hot tub was amazing. I also like that Robert was available and communicated with me throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place if several couples are going to need a place to stay. I will be booking this place again for the next party our company has in Llano, TX

On the day we arrived Nikola stopped by giving us information about the town and things to do during our stay. The home was beautiful and relaxing. Just what we wanted for our Girls trip. Horseshoe Bay Living has managed our home on Lake LBJ for the past two years. I am very pleased with the decision to go with this company. Their customer service is fantastic and always go above and beyond what is required. The owner has an extensive background in real estate and very deep knowledge of the industry. Nikola is Head of guest relations and absolutely knocks it out of the park for the guests each and every time. I never stress out when I’m away and a situation arises. They are always responsive and go out of their way to ensure they guess have a fantastic experience. If you are considering a new management company I would strongly suggest giving Rob a call.

My husband and I have been out to Horseshoe Bay many times for weekend getaways. We absolutely love it here. Horseshoe Bay Vacation Rentals has always been the most responsive company we have talked to. They truly care about us and wanting to make our experience the best it can be. The owners are great people, super friendly and very helpful with recommendations of things to do.The property was amazing. We came to just get away and be by Lake LBJ. This house have lake views from almost every room and the bathrooms too!!! You can just lay in bed and have incredible views. The location is simply the best. Lighthouse Drive is a street with beautiful homes and a peninsula in the middle of the lake. This townhouse is at the very end so it has a lot of nature views as well. The place was very clean and even better than in the photos. If you want to enjoy, relax and If you want to inspire all your sense, to be alone with your better half or to have an amazing weekend with your friends I would strongly recommend Horseshoe Bay Vacation Rentals and this property.

We have stayed at multiple places over the past 4-5 years on lake Lbj, but this was the first year we have booked with horseshoe bay living. We had 8 adults, 8 children(2-10) this year. The property we rented on Loma Linda was the best place we have ever been to. 2 pools, 2 slides for the kids, ping pong table, great breeze on the back porch for the adults…. Everything we could ask for! But the most impressive part for me, was the level of service that came with renting the property. When we ran out of ice, sent them a text, and within 20 minutes, they delivered multiple bags of ice to us and were happy to do it. We will not book with anyone but this company from now on.

We rented the house through HorseShoe Bay Living for the 4th of July Week. We had a marvelous time and the house was wonderful. We rented this property in 2021 and rebooked for 2022. We will be renting it again in 2023 as it is perfect for our family. We had 14 guests and everyone had their own bedroom other than the other kids. We were very impressed with the service provided by HorseShoe Bay Living. They provided a separate air conditioner that was needed in the third bedroom downstairs and helped us check and even provided the service to send us clothing that was left on the property by accident on the day of check out that avoided us having to go back and pick up those after we were half of the way home to Houston. We very much recommend working and reserving through Horseshoe Bay Living to book your vacation. Very wonderful and positive experience.

Our family of 16 had a marvelous stay. The first thing we saw was the surprise on the island as soon as we walked in - we all enjoyed that. There was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed. We all enjoyed the swimming pool every day and seeing the deer, fox & squirrels. Someone came to make sure we had everything we needed, and they were easy to communicate with.

From opening the front door and being welcomed by a gift of wine, cheese, fresh fruit, etc; we opened the refrigerator door and found a case of flavored seltzer cooling for our enjoyment.The house more than exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully furnished and the staff had set the AC units at 74* which was perfect. The outdoor area is the highlight of this property. Gorgeous pool and water feature, as well as a boat house with boat lift, and two lifts for skidoos. Internet was slow but adequate. We would not hesitate to use this VRBO again.

Came out for a quick weekend in February. So glad I came here. Everyone said on the reviews the location was great. Totally agree. Its at the end of the peninsula, views of Lake LBJ everywhere. Just love it. The weather was perfect. Two decks with an outdoor kitchen were perfect. The Hill Country sunsets were pretty awesome. Would recommend to anyone looking for a Lake LBJ getaway. Owners were super helpful and so friendly. Loved our trip.

We just returned from a fantastic stay at one of the Horseshoe Bay Living properties and cant say enough great things about our time there. We stayed at a beautiful house on the river and from the very start, it was a great experience. We were met on-site by Nikola who showed us around and gave us a quick tour of the home and the amenities. He gave us his cell phone and made sure we knew that we could contact him if we had any questions or problems. The house was very clean and had all of the amenities that one would want on a trip. The kitchen was well stocked and the pool had plenty of floats to choose from. I had to ask Nikola a couple of questions on check-out and his response was immediate. I would highly recommend staying at one of their properties and we cant wait to return!

Amazing place and very nice owners. Place was super clean and the views and sunsets are breathtaking. Owners accommodated every little thing we wanted and made our stay unforgettable. Beds are more comfortable than anywhere we stayed and we are really picky about where we go. Best house on the whole lake! We never go on the same place twice, but we are definitely talking about coming here every year! Thanks for making our stay so memorable!

A few close friends and I recently stayed at the 533-1 Lighthouse property. We were extremely happy with our vacation rental. We loved having views of LBJ and access to swimming right off the deck! The property was very clean and spacious. We are looking forward to coming back again next year for our summer vacation.

I rented this place for my husband and his friends for a guys golfing weekend and they had nothing but amazing things to say about it! The location right on the water and right across the street from HSBR was perfect. The place was clean, spacious and had everything that they needed. They also had a grill available for use. The owners were kind and reached out to ensure that their stay was going smoothly. If you are looking for a place to stay, this is the place!

We rented at this property through Horseshoe Bay Living for 1.5 years. The move in and application process was very easy and they assisted step by step.We loved this property because it was open and large and close to the neighborhood park. We only had one issue with the Ac, which turned out to just need a refill on free on. The agent was able to get their handyman out to the property very quickly, within the hour, and it was fixed. I would highly recommend Horseshoe Bay Living to help you with finding your forever or rental home. As a former agent, I know the difference between just okay customer service and going beyond customer service! If you looking for an agent or company that truly is invested.. choose Horseshoe Bay Living.

We spent last weekend at the beautiful house on 533 Lighthouse Drive, the most peaceful, serene and calming place ever! House was very well equipped with everything we needed for plenty of BBQ making and FUN times at the lake. There was plenty of room for 5 of us! We often use VRBO to find places to stay when we travel and this was one of the most up to date places we visited. Outdoor kitchen is right on the bottom deck so everything is set up for your full comfort! My kids LOVED fact that they can jump right off the deck in the water and play ..... I think they left water only to eat few times while we were there smile emoticonOwners did everything to make sure we got the best experience!It is wonderful to be able to find such a retreat so close to Austin where you can totally tune out from your every day crazy, busy life. What can I say, the Lighthouse Townhouse 1 was an amazing getaway for a group of friends. The best part? The location right on the water. Many advertise their location is prime, however, this property beats them out. The spacious rooms were more than accommodating and the interior decor was the right touch. Who wants to sleep in a room filled with nautical trinkets and knick knacks? Although we didnt have kids with us, the bunk beds would be of great use for multiple families. The views from every room, every patio, every seating area, are just stunning. When you think of vacation, this truly was a vacation home.

This property is amazing, the pictures just do not do enough justice! We had a great time here, although the weather was not great! Im looking forward to picking some dates in the Summer to bring our boat (yes, they have a boat slip!) and our jet skiis!! I can only imagine days on the lake, come back to the house, relax on the large outdoor deck, cooking out and enjoying cocktails and friends! Why go anywhere else!!

We were skeptical at first about going to the lake during the winter months, but we were sure wrong! The owners couldnt have been more friendly and were well accommodating on all aspects. The house was well furnished (nicer than in the pictures) and very clean. What a relaxing trip!
