The condo itself is very comfortable and always very clean. The kitchen has more than I needed for a vacation but I was impressed! Great amenities including washer and dryer. The grounds look like a park and the condo has a great view of them. Great value for the money and walking distance to the tube shoot! I hope this condo is available the next time I am in town!

A perfect get a way !! We are from San Antonio and love that we don’t have to go too far from home to escape ! Grace Landa Condo is snuggled next to the river - we love to go tubing , kayaking , hanging at the pool and ending the night in the jacuzzi . Plenty of BBQ grills and tables . Large trees to sit under or play yard games . The condo is very spacious and has all the amenities , like home away from home . We love to enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony in the early mornings . And walk to the river during the sunset .The location is convenient to everything!! We love to visit several times a year and each time it is great ! We wouldn’t want any other location !

Ive been coming here every summer for the last few years, its a real highlight of my summer. The condo is close to everything - the water park, the river, everything you need. Facilities are great, multiple pools and grills, and then the condo itself is really nice - well supplied, comfortable, with everything you need for a great weekend or longer. Looking forward to being back again soon.

This place was amazing. Spacious and very well kept. Two pools, a river entrance within walking distance, and plenty of room to spread out on the property. Make your reservation today! Highly recommend!

A really great place for you and your family. . . to get away from the busy life most of us live. . . The river is just 100 yard or so away from your front door. A quarter mile walk to Schlitterbahn Waterpark the number one water park in the USA. Oh, and a private patio for a great view and bar-b-queing!

Amazing. Seriously the location over looking the River is super awesome. So spacious and well-appointed. A cost effective vacation has never been so wonderful.Easy to book, cable on point and chill time fully ready. Thx GraceLanda. Will for sure be back.

Close to the river and downtown New Braunfels. Gruene is close enough for a cheap Uber ride, about 10 minutes away.LOVE Gracelanda!!!!

Love this place. Great location on the river. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of ammenities. Would definately stay here again.
