The only thing better than the actual house is Mai and her team. Their immaculate, modern beach home has terrific sunrise views from the living/dining room, master bedroom/bathroom, and balconies. The house is mere steps from the dune walkway and a practically private beach. The home has comfortable beds, couches, and even an elevator that benefitted my elderly mother during our stay. The entire house was spotless upon arrival as well. We cannot recommend The One or Mai and her company enough if you are considering renting a luxury oceanfront home in Galveston. Five stars are not enough!

As advertised - the house was very clean with lovely furniture. All 10 of the ladies enjoyed the beds and great bathrooms ! Only issue was the elevator and Mai and team attended to it immediately. Definitely laid out for a Ladies trip !

This property is amazing. We had actually rented another beach house and we we arrived the house was a total disaster. We had a group of 9 women celebrating birthdays and didnt know what we were going to do. I called Mia, (we had stayed at her house before) and asked her did she have anything available for us that night and weekend. She had us in the house within 30 minutes. This house is big,, beautiful and comfortable. We had plenty of room for all of us and we had a great time. We will be back and will not stay anywhere but where Mia has properties. She is the very Best! Great Place to stay and we look forward to our next trip! Thank you Mia, you are amazing!

Staying at Seaglass was a *complete* dream. Everything about this house is perfect—the beds and linens are so comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need, and the location is excellent. We came for a girls weekend and had the most fun just enjoying ourselves in the house. I would highly recommend booking with Galveston Luxury Vacation Rentals! They are the best.

This is a beautiful beach house with plenty of space. Very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable beds. This was our second time visiting and we plan to return again.Update - we stayed again this year (2021) and our experience was just as great as the previous time. Clean, convenient and comfortable. We have stayed here now twice with our children. Both stays were exactly what we needed in a vacation. The house is great! Very nice, clean, and comfy beds. Wonderful kitchen. Beachtown area is quiet, quaint, and provides access to relatively quiet beaches as well just a short drive away from the main drag in Gavleston. Easy check-in, check-out process.

Amazing, fabulous, phenomenal experience at this lovely home and location! From the moment we booked this place, three months prior to our arrival, the owners Mai and Tom were extremely hospitable! They went out of their way to make our vacation a memorable one. Their lovely home had all the extra perks that every family dreams about. The home is spacious, beautifully decorated and immaculate! They even went so far as to guide us in local attractions and events. Every question was answered within seconds! We want to go back again today! We love this home, area and hosts! We felt like they were family by the time we were all done! We would give them 10 stars if it was available!🐠🏝

Our stay at Seaglass provided by Mai with Galveston Luxury Rentals was an absolute pleasure! From the fist inquiry to final check out, working with Mai was nothing but smooth sailing. Mai was thorough and very prompt to all my questions. House was impeccable and extremely comfortable for my family of 11. Kids loved the indoor toys. The parents appreciated the ample beach supplies!

Was a pleasure to be hosted by Mai at her Wild Dunes property. The house was new with a modern design, well appointed and set up with plenty of ammenities.Wilde Dunes location on the East End is an easy drive from downtown and is a 1st row position with a short walkway onto the beach. Highly recommended.

The house was well appointed and clean. It is very up-to-date compared to other homes we have rented in Galveston. It is a short walk to the beach. The owner of the property is so nice and helpful!

6 adults and 6 children (ages 11 to 12 weeks) all together for 8+ days of delightful weather, beach time, dining, ship watching and sharing. What a wonderful setting for a family reunion with the kids and grandkids. Thank goodness the columns on 734 Ramsar extend 14 feet into the ground! Mai, glad we found your place and we look forward to our return.
