    Our stay was perfect. The condo was clean and spacious. The ocean view was amazing. The condo is stocked with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed the pools and hot tub. Communication is quick and easy and the owner was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

    He had a great stay in this condo. 2 little girls and their parents were very comfortable during our 5 day stay and had a blast in the multiple pools around the grounds. We always appreciate having a kitchen and this one had all the equipment that we need. On first blush the condo seemed a little small square footage-wise, but it doesnt really feel tight at all. Its well laid out. The cream on top was the nice large deck that we used to eat on almost every night.We will stay here again someday.

    My family and I had an amazing experience renting this condo. the owner was very accommodating, and quickly responsive. Getting to the condo was easy and close to anything we did during our stay. Walking in was very nice, such a cute condo! The view was beautiful, and the resort made vacation so easy. We all loved the pool areas. They have a really cool layout and each spot can be enjoyed by kids and adults. The resort was very pet friendly, our dog enjoyed vacation just as well as the kids did! Even leaving, our deposit was back in the account before we even made it home. I can honestly say no complaints, our vacation was amazing! I cant wait to go back.

    From the initial booking to the checkout, communication was top notch and went incredibly smooth. The condo itself was beautiful, included anything we could have needed and was incredibly clean. The pools, hot tubs and access to the beach were all very accessible and met the needs of all of our family! Refund of the deposit even went very fast! We appreciate all of the work the owners of Galveston Beach Condos put into their condo and the time that was put into great communication with us!

    The condo and property were very beautiful and clean. The floors, kitchen, and bathroom look new and are gorgeous. My kids loved the bunk beds! We stayed in room 131 and had a great view of the pool. The pools and hot tub were also very clean and beautiful. Randy also responds to texts immediately if you need anything. We will definitely be back.

    We stayed in #318 at Maravilla and it was really nice. Great view of the beach, and having the balcony was nice. The condo was really well stocked with pots and pans and every kitchen implement we needed. Potato masher, check. Pizza cutter, check. Coffee filters, check. We didnt use the pool but it looked nice. The bed was comfortable also. The management was really communicative, and their instructions were clear and concise. We will definitely rent from them again.

    We loved staying at Galveston Beach Condos. The interior was nicely decorated. The showers have stone floors that I liked so much, I am going to redo my bathroom at home to copy it. The beds where super comfortable with nice linens. The appliances in the kitchen where top brands. Everything we needed was there in the condo. Oh, and the view cant be beat. I did a time lapse video from the balcony of the stars going by over water. We had such a good time that we are definitely returning. I recommend Galveston Beach Condos if you want a better experience than any hotel can give you. I forgot to mention, the ocean facing unit we stayed in allowed me to bring my little dog with no hassle. It was a blast to vacation with my dog on the beach instead of leaving him at home. We had such a great time in such a nice condo that we plan on returning soon.

    Wonderful stay in Galveston!! We stayed in unit #401. We felt right at home from the moment we stepped inside. And I was pleasantly satisfied that the unit was exceptionally clean!! It had everything we needed and some!! Incredible view of the gulf!! We enjoyed the pool as well!! We have stayed in numerous places in Galveston over the years and this by far was the BEST!! And the customer service from Randy is top notch!! He was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had!! Overall, a very pleasant experience from the beginning to the end!! We will be back again!! Thanks so much!!

    We stayed in Galveston for a little spring break get away with four kids and we had a blast. The room we got at this place accommodated us all and it was beautiful inside! The price was great too! The pool was awesome and the kids LOVED it. We didnt get to go on the balcony but we kept our blinds open so we could see the ocean and it was beautiful scenery. The location was right on the beach. To get to the shops, paradise pier, and beach area was just a short drive with easy FREE parking. There are also some great restaurants too. I would absolutely stay here again.

    Interior of condo was very nice and furnished with all our needs. Randy was very easy to work with. The pet friendly environment made it very nice for a spontaneous get away. No issues with parking and grounds were nice. Luggage and shopping carts for bringing up groceries was a great touch. Worked great for us, but pay attention to size vs planned guests.

    Loved the condo, grounds and staff. Maravilla Resort made our stay in Galveston great! I will definitely be going back to stay with them again! They had everything you could need in the condo. Very clean and updated! Full kitchen, fully stocked (except food), washer and dryers, vacuum, blow dryers, EVERYTHING! I took way to much not expecting them to have everything that I needed. There was even laundry soap, dish soap, and spices for cooking.

    We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very clean and updated. The pool was great (even though it was quite cold when we were there in Feb), the hot tub even better!Randy was very responsive (especially with my 3 phone calls in a row because why consolidate calls - sorry Randy :-) ), and super helpful.Would stay there again for sure!

    It is worth noting that even though we stayed in the condo shortly after hurricane Harvey went through the Galveston/Houston area, Randy was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. He contacted us several times by text and email to ensure that we were totally satisfied with the condo, and we were! If we had a question or just wanted to let Randy know something, it was as easy as a quick text, and he responded quickly.We are a family of six - two adults, two pre-teens, and two smaller ones. The condo easily accommodated us. A little tight with six people and only one bathroom, but doable for a week on the beach.As a mom, I especially loved all of the new, fancy appliances in the condo! Fantastic washer and dryer! And, unlike some hotels/condos, the bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable.The condo is right across the street from the Gulf. Swimming beaches are just a minute or two drive down the road, and there are many restaurants and attractions within just a few minutes drive. Our favorite, by far, was the huge swimming pool and hot tub at the condo and shopping on historical Strand Street.Randy, thank you so much for a great stay! We will definitely contact you the next time we look to vacation on Galveston!

    We stayed 4 nights in 323 and could not have been happier with the room and the facility. The room was very clean, comfortable, and the miscellaneous accommodations in the condo were great. Restaurants and entertainment are all very close and the condo is conveniently located near the beach. Randy was beyond helpful during our stay and we have full intentions of coming back and staying here in the future.

    This place was very nice and clean. We stayed in condo #401. The kitchen had everything you would need. The condo itself was also very clean and even had a high chair which was nice as I have an infant. We had four adults and four children and there was plenty of room. The bunk beds in the hall were a plus. The pools are clean and plenty of room. Will be staying there again.

    Wonderful stay in Galveston! My husband, two children and our dog stayed in unit 318. The condo was beautiful, modern and very clean. It was so well stocked and had a beautiful view. The grounds are beautiful and the location is outstanding! Randy was very accommodating and made the process easy. We would definitely stay here again!

    I loved everything about the stay! The condo came fully stocked with plush towels, plenty of dishes and utensils so I could cook a good meal, and was an overall comfortable and enjoyable stay. The view was just sublime. I must say for all the stays in hotels and resorts I have done, this resort did not cease to surprise me & in a pleasant way. The condo came with a waffle maker and coffee, not just the coffee maker but coffee. It may be something small, but that was a wonderful surprise. The next time my family and I go to Galveston, Ill be booking with Galveston Beach Condos

    The Condo was excellent! The view was amazing. The kids absolutely loved the pool. We stayed 1 week and wished we could have stayed longer. Talked to Randy, the owner, a few times while we were there and he took care of everything we needed. I would totally recommend this condo over a hotel room if you are coming to Galveston.

    Over the past few years of living in Houston, I have stayed in almost every hotel & condo on the Seawall. I can, without a doubt, say this was the absolute nicest. Not only was the condo beautiful, it had a nicer kitchen than my own, & the bed was extremely comfortable. The grounds are really nice & there are three pools which are incredible. One very large pool, one very nice shallow pool with nice rock fixtures, a heated pool, & also a hottub. We will definitely stay here again!!!

    Overall, very nice condo! A bit small for 4 people as the bunk beds were located in the entry hallway. The pool was fantastic. Very clean. The TV with available Netflix streaming was also great. The condo had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I would stay at this condo again the next time that Im in Galveston.

    This is our 3rd year staying at Maravilla #401. Its clean, modern, spacious, and the view from the balcony is incredible. The beds are very comfortable, and everything you might need (but forgot to bring) is right there. The covered parking is another bonus. The pools, hot tub, and the security around the resort is great. Im pretty sure Randy never sleeps...because if you have a question any time of the day, his response is immediate. You wont be disappointed...and this is coming from a very hard to please vacationer. =)

    We loved our stay! It was a fantastic and relaxing time. And the big plus... Pet friendly!We were very impressed with the condo and its location!The condo is beautiful and has everything you need. Big screens in every room. 3D in the living area.. the husband loved that!! Well stocked kitchen. Updated bathrooms. Super comfortable beds!! We loved the decor and were happy to have a washer and dryer. The grounds and pool area are beautiful!! Looked like a resort!The location was great! Right on the sea wall, so the views are amazing! It was close to everything! The Strand.. Moody Gardens.. Pleasure Pier.. Great Seafood Restaurants and of course The Beaches! It’s also nice that the condo is just far enough from the main busy areas to be really quiet.This was our first stay with any rental property and it couldn’t have gone any better! The owner, Randy, wants your stay to be amazing. Anything you need... he will see to it and fast!We’d recommend staying at Maravilla for a relaxing get-away for anyone looking to have a fabulous trip to Galveston Island.Randy was wonderful from the beginning to the end of our stay. We would definitely rent from him again!Thanks again for everything!

    The condo itself was great. We had plenty of room and it had all the utensils we needed. Location over the pool was beautiful.. The front office could have a little bit more knowledge on what is going on in the town for people from out of town. They were not real personable. I would definitely stay at this particular condo again.

    Beautiful ViewWe only had a short stay at this condo, but we enjoyed it thoroughly! Everything was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The inside pleasently decorated and had everything we needed. Of course the best part was the view of the Gulf from our balcony. We would have stayed for weeks!

    We stayed two nights in April 2017 for the Galveston Ironman triathlon. We were two adults and two children and loved our stay. The location is excellent and close to Moody Gardens where the triathlon was held. The condo was very updated, clean and complete (kitchen utensils, blender, waffle maker!, etc.)Even though the ocean is right across the street, the beach is a little farther away but still at walking distance.The complex is very nice and includes covered parking, pools, hot tub, and BBQ grills.Randy Juneau was very helpful and precise with the check in and out directions.Everything was good and we would stay again in this place.

    Really enjoyed our time at this condo. Great, full-on ocean views; roomy balcony was excellent for enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. Condo was clean and neat, and owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Would certainly consider staying here again on a future visit!

    We stayed in condo #6309 at the Victorian for our 1 year anniversary weekend and it was really great!!! The condo was beautifully renovated and in a great location! Every time I stay at a hotel, Im always worried about how clean the linens, towels and bed will be, but everything in this condo was VERY clean and very comfortable. The only thing I would have fixed is that there was towel rack missing in the bathroom, but luckily there were hooks on the back of the bathroom door to hang the wet towels on. I would recommend this place to anyone!! And the owner is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns!

    We rented #303 Maravilla and it was perfect. When we walked in the condo and saw the view of the gulf, it was breathtaking. The accommodations superb. Very clean , bath towels plush, comfortable beds a 5 star review. I would highly recommend this unit. Special thanks to Randy who was very helpful, from booking the condo to check out, prompt responses to my queries.

    Great view of the gulfEverything was exactly as advertised and owner was very responsive to our only question. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was a godsend and the condo was well stocked with laundry supplies and other supplies as well. Beds were very comfortable. Balcony was spacious and had a great view. Road noise was a bit loud, but only when on the balcony and couldnt hear it from indoors. Lots of nice TVs and kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses and appliances. Had both a Keurig and regular coffee maker. Lots of carts to move luggage into and out of apartment. Great place. Wed stay there again.

    This was my first time renting a condo for our Spring Break and it was a great experience! The 3D glasses and movies were a great hit with my teenagers. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The volleyball court and pools were great. Thank you Randy for allowing me to rent your condo. I would highly recommend any condos that he has available. I will return!

    This place was absolutely wonderful! It is modern...all remodeled inside. We had a breathtaking view of the sunrise over the ocean. The beds were comfortable....a queen in the 1 bedroom, and 2 built in bunk beds in the foyer. The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable, cook, etc....even those things such as coffee filters you normally have to run out and buy. Beautiful garden and pool area. Great host responses.

    Our stay at Maravilla Resort was great for our family. The room was very comfortable and accommodating. It was in a very good location close to the things we wanted to do. Just a short distance from Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, Magic Golf, and not far from the Pier and other things. The resort itself was very quiet and my kids had a wonderful time on grounds in the pools and courtyard area. We enjoyed our stay and Randy made everything very easy for us during our stay there. He was always willing to answer any and all questions in a very quick manner. It never took more than a few minutes or more for him to respond to any question that I had for my booking. I would highly recommend staying or booking with him!! We would be sure to book with him again!

    Maravilla condo 401 was beautiful and spacious. There was plenty of room for 5 adults. Even though you cant currently use the balcony, the large picture window and 2 sliding doors still provide amazing views. We liked that it was at the end of the seawall away from the congestion and crowds yet it was still within walking distance to the beach, entertainment and food.

    We recently spent a couple of days in Mr. Randy Juneaus condo. A positive experience from start to departure. Randy is an excellent communicator during booking\scheduling and throughout our stay. He provided easy to understand instructions about his condo before arrival and was accommodating to our needs (late checkout). When we were unable to unlock the door, he was available by phone to assist. Even though the condo complex is older, Randys condo is beautiful, nicely decorated, with all the kitchenware you would need. The view from the patio, is beach and pool. perhaps the best view in the complex. Highly recommend...

    We loved the view of the pool from this 1 bedroom condo that easily slept our family of four!! The condo itself was updated beautifully with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and modern kitchen and bath fixtures.     Let me start with the owner. Theres a lot to say about an owner that is responsive, and truly cares about their guests accommodations and wants to ensure that their stay is enjoyable. WOW!!!! Thanks Mr. Juneau! Even the office staff was great!Now the condo was beautiful and it was less than 10 minutes to Moody Gardens, where our childrens dance competition was located. It has an awesome view, clean, provides thick bath towels & extra blankets, cold condo temps, nice pools, provides dishware & cookware, some seasonings, ziploc bags, dish soap and dish washer pods, coffee filters and foil. Although we didnt contact them for it, they also provide toilet paper, trash bags & paper towels.It really was a wonderful stay, and we would love to stay again! Thank you so much for everything!

    We enjoyed our stay at Galveston beach condo. It is well secured, well maintained and clean. It has enough stocks for indoor cooking and drinking. it is well stocked beyond our expectation.     We just were there a few weeks ago for a few nights before we went on our cruise and we had an awesome time. Condo was beautiful and beds were so comfy. The heated pool and hot was a nice perk as well. The ocean we across the street, not beach front really but it was a little to chilly to swim. We still walked up and down the beach and enjoyed the fantastic sunsets. Galveston in general is a beautiful place. Owner very easy to work with will absolutely go again.

    Family? Kids between 6 months and 7 years of age? This is the one to book.Excellent in every way.The condo was clean, roomy and well stocked with a great view of the pool.The complex was quiet and family friendly and the location was great (close enough to the action, but far enough from the noise and the riff-raff).The owner was very responsive, helpful and polite and it really made our stay a great one.Next time we go to Galveston, we know where were staying.

    Booked after speaking with Randy over the telephone and took a chance. Was not disappointed at all. Loved the room, it was very clean and updated. The outside of the hotel was misleading, we were not sure what we were walking into. Once we opened the doors, my mind was at ease. It was exactly how the pictures said it would be. Our view was amazing, having access to a crosswalk close was great since the Seawall was a busy road. After spending the weekend there, we are actually looking at some of the properties that are for sale in the same Victorian! If we do not purchase, we will for sure come back to this location.

    My group of six adults stayed in 323 over spring break and it was an absolutely perfect trip! The fact that we were able to make payments made this trip completely doable for us. Beautifully furnished and decorated! The location was perfect as well because we were only 10 minutes from pleasure pier but there was hardly any traffic outside of the complex. Definitely plan on staying here again!

    This is a beautiful condo. Well-maintained and a very responsive owner. The complex was safe and secure and its location is extremely close to the beach. The pools were extremely nice. The area was not crowded. The condo is not large but is a good size for a small family or a couple who want an affordable place to stay in Galveston.

    My boyfriend, my dog, and I stayed in #318 for the past couple of days... all I can say is, Wow. This unit was AMAZING. Beautiful decór, extremely comfortable amenities, and pantry basics were even available. We didnt have to leave for any emergency supplies, as I have had to do on previous vacations at other rentals. My dog had a blast, it was her first vacation with us. The view from the balcony was amazing, the staff at the front desk were wonderful, and the owner of the unit immediately assisted us with any questions we had. 5/5, will gladly stay again in the future.

    My family and I LOVED our stay in condo #131 at the Maravilla Resort during the middle of April, 2017. The views were incredible, the condo what spotless, and the pools were crystal clear! With three pools and a hot tub to choose from, along with the ocean just across the road, my entire family felt like we were in paradise. We cant wait to go back!!!

    Our stay was at the condos was great. From the balcony you can see and feel the ocean all day and all night. Everything was as indicated in the emails. We bought everything we needed to cooked our own food because we like to eat healthy. The free ferry ride to the Bolivar Peninsula was another highlight of our stay. We saw several schools of dolphins swimming along side our ferry. My kids called this vacation, the best vacation ever and I agree!

    The condo was great! We brought our family of seven and my niece down and it fit all of us perfectly! The view is great, close to downtown shopping and anything you would need. Randy, the owner is very attentive and contacts you back within an hour if you need anything. I highly recommend and will recommend to friends and family.

    This is a beautiful condo! Gorgeous part of the island, large rooms, comfortable furniture and perfectly-stocked kitchen. The views of the ocean were the best weve had in Galveston (and weve come annually for or the past 20 years!). Less traffic than further down on the island. Very helpful staff. We will definitely return.

    We recently stayed at the Maravilla Resort for a three day family vacation. The pictures online dont do the room justice - not only was it more than spacious for our large family, it was completely updated throughout! All of the touches reminded us of a luxury hotel suite, with the comforts of home. You absolutely cannot beat the value of this condo. Weve stayed at multiple hotels and condos along the coast and this was by far the best. From the service to the accommodations, this was an unparalleled stay. While it rained for two of the days, there was always a covered parking spot available and an elevator that took us right up to the top. One thing I cant compliment enough is the view...theres a huge balcony with doors from the living room and master suite. It was fantastic! Nothing between you and the seawall except for Seawall Boulevard. You dont notice it at all and feel totally connected to the ocean...the kids even got to see dolphins several times from our cozy balcony! Theres no better compliment to both the owner and the facility other than we will be back next year!!!

    My family and I loved our stay in 401!! This spotlessly clean 2 bedroom, 2 bath was awesome with comfortable beds and linens throughout. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare the food we brought along. Pocket Park #1 beach access is only a mile down the road. The pools and hot tub and the condo grounds were clean and well maintained. Mr. Juneaus customer service with booking, payment and any issues that come up is excellent and prompt. This is the 3rd time weve booked one of Randys condos and each time has been a 5 star stay. We will be back to Galveston and book again!

    This place is great! Excellent location, very comfortable and nice rooms, excellent new appliances, and a wonderful view of the coast in a long balcony. The condo was very clean and modern with all you need to expend a wonderful weekend.Me and my family were very surprised with this place!     Beautiful place. Nice towels and linens. Kitchen has everything. View was amazing. Close enough to all the attractions but far enough to be away from the crowds. Neighbors super friendly. Pools and grounds were truly resort like. This may be our new annual family vacation spot! We also enjoyed watching the rabbit on the grounds.

    Nice, clean place with a decent view. We were unable to use the balcony due to some sort of work that needed to be done on the railings, but the pool area was a great place to lounge.Convenient location without too much traffic close to stores for necessities.     The condo met our expectations and then some. It was fully furnished and clean. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a view of the pool and ocean. The grounds were well groomed with pools and a hot tub. It was also a short walk to grocery stores and other businesses. We usually stay in condos and I would recommend this one.

    We stayed for a long weekend with our 2 teenage kids, the space was great. The condo looked just like the pictures, and was in a great location. The beach across the street is awesome, and there is a trolley stop on the corner, and easy access to restaurants and minutes away from all the action.     We also stayed in #318 and loved it...this was our second time staying there and it wont be our last.the condo is beautiful with granite, stainless, tile, and river rock and tile in the large shower.the view from the balcony is beautiful and relaxing. just a few minutes from anything you want to do.we didnt go to the pool or use the grills like we did last time, but i noticed they did some beautiful renovations to it. definitely worth staying here. we will return!

    We stayed at Maravilla the first week of October. The five days we were there, both the weather and the condo were perfect.Having two bathrooms to go with the two bedrooms worked very well. The furnishings were nicely decorated with granite countertops and large flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. The kitchen was modern, and the balcony directly across from the ocean wasfantastic. Our dog even had a nice grassy area downstairs.We had no problems, only fun, and since we live just two hours away, we plan on making this condo our getaway location at least twice a year!

If I were going to buy one, I’d buy this little gem.     Perfect little condo. Right opposite the ocean with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Beautiful modern kitchen with appliances and bathroom with a large funky shower with pebbled floor. The condo has a really nice large swimming pool with loungers and trees for shade and a little kids pool and hot tub. There was a coffee pot and hairdryer - so no need to bring your own like I normally do! I think the walls are really thick because I think all of the condos were occupied as the parking spaces were all full but we didnt hear any noise from our neighbors.

    We really enjoyed our stay at the Maravilla Condos! Our party stayed in #303. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips, the beach, the pools, the Magic Carpet Miniature Golf right next door which worked out great for the kiddos and plenty of dining venues. The Condo was clean and modern with 3 TVs and all the necessary kitchen tools needed to make a quick meal and breakfast in the morning. The balcony was huge with plenty of seating. The view was magnificent especially during the full moon when a beam of light lit up the ocean right in front of us!The customer service excels here, Randy responds quickly to any inquiry.I can honestly say that this is highest level of customer service we have ever received while staying at a beach resort! Way to go :)

The King beds were extremely comfortable...All of the appliances were top grade and we wanted for nothing,We called Randy for a minor detail which he was willing to come right over and rectify ..for which we declined... but this tells you what a great owner he is and is mindful of his business.I was super impressed with his attentiveness to his desires to be sure we were happy from beginning to end.If you want a great view from the time you walk out of your patio doors, whether from your bedroom or balcony, you will be awe struck with the closeness that you are to the ocean.     We stayed in #131 at Maravilla Resort and it was amazing! It was so nice and had everything including a 3D tv. Location was great. Right by the main pool. Bed was super comfortable as well as the bunk beds. It was really clean. Nice fluffy towels. The bathroom had the coolest sink and shower. I really cant say enough good things about it. My only regret is that we couldnt stay longer and that Im not there right now:)Randy, the owner, was extremely nice & helpful!Oh and I LOVE the keyless entry. So much more convenient than the card entry that you have to always make sure its not by your cell phone.It really was the best!

    Our stay in this beautiful condo was Epic! There were 6 of us and the two bedroom oceanview condo suited us perfectly. The condo is very well appointed with comfy beds, fluffy towels and beautiful views of the sunrise. It is easy, close driving distance to lots of restaurants, to the beach and you can just walk across the street to walk along the seawall for an early morning or evening stroll. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and Randy is so easy to work with. He answers any questions almost immediately as he wants your stay to be everything you dreamed it could be. My family from Germany were especially impressed with the condo and its location. We could sit on the balcony and listen to the waves crashing into the shore late in the evenings!

    We stayed at Victorian Resort #6309 . 6300 Seawall Blvd, Galveston for a long weekend to celebrate our daughters birthday. There were 4 of us, and we were comfortable in the space, it was clean, nice and had a great view and location. We enjoyed the pool, the beach and downtown Galveston while we were in town. Randy reached out when we arrived, giving us his number and offering help if we needed it. I recommend Victorian Resort and Randy Juneau and will rebook when we return to Galveston in the future.

    Spring Break may be a little early for a trip here as there is a lot of wind that comes off of the ocean and makes it quite chilly. The pool area and condo was in good condition, however pool is not heated so we were unable to use it. We did find a hidden pool at the rear of the property, separate from the other pools that IS HEATED. Had we known about this in advance, we would have been able to utilize it. The workout facility is in poor condition and most of the equipment is barely usable. The unit was very clean and stocked. Would be nice if there were beach towels available to use for the pool/beach. The washer/dryer feature is very nice!

    The condo is appointed and a joy to stay. Well decorated, it is comfortable, spacious and has excellent touches such as washer/dryer, new appliances and comfortable beds. There are really three reasons you want to stay here.The first is Randy the owner. He is responsive and genuinely concerned about you and your family enjoying their vacation. Sending along a number of questions before our stay, Randy answered quickly and thoroughly. We experienced an issue when we arrived and Randy responded within minutes and had it handled within an hour.The second is the location. You are close to what is important and away from what is super busy. The gulf is just steps away across Seawall Blvd. Dont want to walk? No problem. Sit on the porch and people watch at the pools or stare into the gulf. The view is excellent. Enjoying the view of the gulf from the patio is delightful and did much to enhance our enjoyment.The third is the atmosphere, which is family based and relaxing. It was never too noisy and everyone was friendly. The elevator is fantastic to have and luggage carts are provided.If you are considering staying here, do it now. Just dont pick the dates well be returning.

    Very nice accommodations. Room was immaculately clean. Full set of cooking utensils and large clean Fridge. Bed was very clean and very comfortable. We had a little trouble figuring out how to activate the shower but when I called they gave us instructions. That is the other nice thing, when you call for help you get it and like right away. When we got there the key code wouldnt work. I was thinking, Oh great, we will be locked out for hours. Maintenance called me back within minutes, remotely let me in and fixed the lock at the same time. Nice! Right across from the beach as advertised. The only thing I didnt like was the old rickety elevator but they have new one in and it was suppose to be up by the next week. Wife and I will definitely visit again.

    My husband and I rented Maravila 323 for a three day getaway for our anniversary. Weve stayed in one of Randys other units previously. His condos never disappoint.     This was our first VRBO experience and it did not disappoint. The condo was just as advertised and more. The view is something out of a travel guide with seagulls circling and the waves rolling in. A beautiful way to start your morning to just sit and sip your coffee. Another way to end your day with a glass of Merlot.The beds have fresh linens and different pillows so you can choose the right level of soft or firm. This small detail really impressed me because we worried about not bringing pillows. The kids bunks are conveniently located and the top has the protective bar. The shower in the bathroom is beautiful with the tile details. It is longer so you have room and isn’t cramped. The kitchen has every convenience of home. There are glass and plastic options for drink-ware which is wonderful when you have kids. It was nice to be able to cook hamburgers the first night since there were also pots and pans. A money saver so you don’t have to eat out. The microwave is just like ours at home. The fridge is a side by side with an ice and water dispenser. The resort does have an ice machine handy and sells bags of ice if you need more. The living room has a comfy couch and we were able to log into our Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon accounts when we were in for the night. The floors are all tile, laminate wood so they are easy to clean spills and sand from the beach. The balcony has four chairs and a table. My daughter ate all of her meals here. We easily dried our towels and swimsuits on the chairs. The wind coming in from the gulf kept the air cooler. You also look over the pool which is nice if you like to people watch....or keep an eye on family. The condo is also very quiet inside. There is a lot of activity going on outside and I could barely hear any of it if at all. Even your condo neighbor, really quiet. I also love the key code access. I don’t have to worry about a key or losing one. We were able to change it to something the kids could remember. The WiFi and key-codes for the gates change monthly and the front office staff are really friendly. They suggested we take a pic of the code card since you are normally never without your phone. There are two pools and a hot tub area. One pool is great for the older kids and adults while the other caters to the younger ones that can’t quite touch 5 feet. The palm trees and umbrellas are great shade as you relax in a lounge chair.A couple of things we learned. Invest is a collapsible wagon. You need to stock your groceries. You are on the third floor and even though there are elevators you won’t have to strain carrying in all of your bags. It also comes in handy for the beach. Walmart is literally next door, it is also super busy. Next time I’ll order groceries and use the pick up service. Saves money and time so you can enjoy beach time faster.We have not taken the car out in a few days because there is so much within walking distance. The gates to the condo have codes, so it feels safer. There is a walk in gate we used to get to the road and a crosswalk right next to the resort to get to the beach. Everyone here have been friendly and courteous. Galveston has been a wonderful experience and having this wonderful condo to come back to made it even better. We will be back!!

    Need a lovely, quiet place to stay? Condo 318 at Maraville Condos along the seawall is the place! Its located a ways down the Seawall from the main drag. We had a great view of the Gulf.     You cant say much but great location and price about this place. From its great location to several restaurants, great pools and facilities my whole family enjoyed the stay. The setup was nice and welcome when we got there. If I had something that could have been improved it would have been the WIFI on the devices. I ended up using my Hotspot to work off my laptop because the signal was little to none throughout our stay.

    Beyond our expectations. After a few hiccups making it to Galveston, it was refreshing opening the door to a beautiful condo eith everything you can possibly need for a vacation. Took my 2 kiddos who had just as a good time in the condo as they did om the beach. I highly recommend staying at any if the condos. If i could give more stars i would!

    Just what we needed! Very comfortable and cozy. Across the street from the beach and still not very close to the loud busy areas of Galveston. We had very relaxing time here. There is also a small arcade place with axe throwing right behind it!

    I loved this condo. I came to Galveston for my nieces wedding. The wedding location was outrageously expensive, with no microwave or refrigerator. The Victorian condo provided my family and I a perfect location with everything and 50% less expensive. I enjoyed my stay.

    We recently rented Maraville 401 in Galveston. We have rented from Randy before and have always found him to be cooperative and prompt in responding to any questions. Condo 401 is beautiful and offers an outstanding view of the Gulf. I recommend renting this condo or any other condo offered by Randy when visiting Galveston. It is a great value for the money and the condo is fully equipped and well decorated.

    If you guys are reading this take note we arrived in Galveston around 3:35 and our place was clean and ready to go it was cold so kids could not swim wasn’t the resorts fault it was way bigger than I expected and our contact he was readily available all weakend long on the spot I like that we travel a lot and that’s truly a blessing Randy J.     Family Get away . Well we stay in Galveston every February this year was the Ice Storm of 2021 was still a good trip got to do thing before the cold. The condo we stayed in had a lot of movie channels and good wifi so the kids had things they could do would stay here again.

I checked, no where in those instructions said that I had an outstanding balance due for a cleaning fee....so that when we arrived the fancy updated door security didnt respond to me.My 4G mobile data died on the property, not sure what the building materials might be but I couldnt get any signal. So after calling him, his emails with the link to pay this fee couldnt drop, and the link he texted to me wasnt connecting. We had to stand out in the heat awhile before I asked him yo just unlock the door so we could get into the A/C, connect to the wifi, and pay the fee. He was accomodating in fixing that.Then after all that to get inside, when we tried to leave, the fancy upgraded door lock wouldnt lock. Turns out he never programmed my code in. He was accomodating in fixing that.I felt very unsatisfied with having to pay the extra $80 cleaning fee on top what was already paid....and then to be told we have to take all the trash out ourselves, and wash the dishes before we leave. Then, on Alarrival we noticed when we took our shoes off the floors were a bit sandy/gritty which turned the bottom of my feet black. I dont know whos getting that cleaning money.Oh...and some of the other tenants...it was...interesting here. A lot of families you could tell, summer vacations....but some of the units on our floor were really shady looking. I felt uncomfortable being outside the unit sometimes.The property office says that every car, even short term visitors have to pay $15 to park and keep their tag visible. Most of the cars were not tagged, and no one was checking....so I really felt like they were just saying that to me to make money. I didnt want to invite anyone...and this was a birthday party.He asks repeatedly in all his emails not to leave less than a 5 star review without talking to him, and yet, HE didnt notify me of the balance...HE didnt program my code in, and HIS cleaning policies/service leaves a bit to be desired. He is quite accomodating, which is nice since all the things that went wrong went back to him.Oh and the location....not close to any of the features of Galveston. Cant rent a bike...cant rent water craft, and when the tides up, theres literally no beach to even sit on, all rock. You have to drive toward all those hotels anyway, to get to any of the fun stuff.I would give the unit 5 stars. Management 2 stars. Be prepared for that. Good luck. For the price I really expected better....Ill stick to booking at the hotels with kitchenettes on future stays I think, and save the money.
