This place is almost HALF the price I was paying at a different facility for the same size unit. I also was blessed to receive a free month of rent! Insurance is very affordable and they give you a free lock! Janice was AMAZING! If you need a storage unit, call them and make sure you speak to Janice. She handled everything over the phone very efficiently and professionally. She is so sweet!

I participated in an auction at this location and Pablo handled everything for me. He also took in consideration that I was cleaning out the units alone, so he was extremely patient and understanding. If I ever need a storage unit, this is definitely where I would go. It is way worth the drive. Great customer service goes a long way!!

Pablo is super friendly and is so helpful in making sure your storage needs are met! The whole application process was so smooth, without me even having to leave my house. The lock is on it and ready for me to move more stuff in. Contact him if you’re needing to get a storage unit!

There was initially an issue with their computer system working and I had to actually sign up about four times to get it to actually work and since the locations are so close together, it was difficult to figure out the right one for me and of course each one has a different price structure. However, their sales associate stuck with me and was extremely accommodating and actually help me figure out everything so overall so far so good

Pablo is available and friendly and eager to help. The unit is much nicer than the unit on Shiloh. It’s a little tighter in layout but if that’s the only issue, I really can’t complain. Thank you Pablo for all your help in making this transition easy.

Im here at Free up and Im so glad I chose this location the Manager Sylvia was very helpful I had chose the wrong size and she didnt give me any problem with transferring to the correct size. She made my hectic day so much brighter. This is a nice place and if your looking to declutter your home etc. I suggest you come to the Freeup storage on hwy155 you will be glad you did.

Great storage rental place and front office ladies are extremely nice and welcoming!! They even gave me a lock when I rented and gave me first month free. When I moved my items out, they said I could keep the lock. Id definitely recommend this place!
