We just stayed here the other night because we were in town for a memorial and this is the most amazing cottage. I am very picky and the decorating is perfect. Every little detail is amazing. The beds were so comfortable. I went home and bought the exact same mattress. The hot tub was amazing. They have three bikes we rode around the neighborhood. I will definitely be back to this amazing property. The owner was also extremely helpful and responded to all of my questions within minutes.

Have a larger group you’re traveling with? The Tivy Cottage is perfect for your needs then! This is Dwell Well’s latest property (like, just finished up construction two weeks ago) and it’s their biggest endeavor yet! It can sleep 6 and would be perfect for a family or group of friends that needs a little getaway. It’s got a funky vibe and colorful decor – even a brass rabbit with a mustache and a monocle that we lovingly named Charles while we were visiting.You’ll also see some really unique touches in her properties – like the Tivy Cottage has a guest book that encourages doodling and a record player that is perfect for living room dance parties. This may be her best property yet. And I can’t wait for you to see it in person…

SHORT TERM RENTAL CONSULTING SERVICESI hired Kim Richards of Dwell Well to consult with me as I set up my first vacation rental property. I can’t even imagine trying to wade through all of those details without her by my side. Every step of the way, every question, every concern was met with a quick response and an encouraging word.We opened our vacation rental in November 2020...and have been booked solid ever since thanks to everything we learned from Kim. There are so many 5 star reviews and wonderful descriptions of the Tivy Cottage, it’s hard to think of another way to give it the praise it deserves. We did giggle if we had a nickel for every time we said we wished we lived there, we could have stayed another night! Every single detail of this home has been done with the utmost in comfort and welcoming hospitality included. It was a joy to enter the home and see everything just as described. And yes we played those classic albums! Thank you Dwell Well, you made Kerrville a genuinely wonderful memory.

Lovely stay in Dwell Wells Tivy Cottage! The decor was eye catching and inspiring. The amenities in the living/sleeping areas, kitchen, and baths created a great experience for us. The pups thoroughly enjoyed basking in the fenced backyard!

I cant say enough good things. Stay here! Youll love it! The owner was incredibly accommodating, and every need was predicted and seen to. The property is so beautiful and well cared for, and we cant wait to come back again and again. Thanks to Dwell Well once more for a truly magical weekend in Kerrville! Kim’s place is amazing! The house is beautiful and perfect size for a girls weekend. The beds were comfortable!!! We had a wonderful time cooking and relaxing in the back yard!The Dwell Well is a wonderful place when you visit Kerrville! We will be returning!

My stay at this property was nothing short of AMAZING!! The host, Kim, had all the amenities you could ever want/think of and does everything within her power to ensure the most wonderful stay for all her guests! She truly is the hosts of all hosts, and this property really showcases that! It was in the perfect location, and the home was so cozy I almost didnt even want to leave! I loved the extra touches like the hot tub, the fire pit and the record player with tons of records to choose from! Trust me, you will not be disappointed with your stay here!! Cant wait to return!!!

I have used Dwell Well’s consulting services to help get my own Airbnb up and running. Kim was able to target my needs from decor to uploading the needed info on the platform to decisions on settings. The biggest takeaway was moving forward in confidence. Her experience and willingness to share were of great value. Availability for questions and quick response is also one if Dwell Wells’s fortes. Absolutely recommend DWELL WELL.

Kim was a tremendous help through the entire process of setting up my short term rental, from design, remodel, setup, and listing support. I could have never navigated the city’s permitting process without her guidance and expertise. That was a long, stressful process that would not have been successful without Kim by my side the whole way. She is always available with great suggestions, ideas, and knowledge! I highly recommend calling her if you’re considering or beginning a short term rental project!
