We had rented a unit at Diamond Resort in Galveston and due to family issues we had to reschedule our stay. We contacted Sean at Connect Coastal Vacation Rentals and he was more than happy to reschedule our stay. Our stay was great! As I read some of the other reviews I was surprised at some of the low reviews for Connect Coastal Vacation Rentals and Sean in particular. We will stay there again. -

We rented a place through Connect Coastal this summer. The condo was as described, the rental and payment process was fast and easy and we received all necessary information on time and as promised.Fortunately no issues arose during our stay so I cannot comment on their problem solving skills.I would definitely rent through them again w/out hesitation. -

Had a great experience with Connect Coastal. We had a couple of minor issues arise, but they were quick to respond and rectify the issue. The issuers were on a weekend and we were expecting them to take a while, but they were handled as quickly as they could. Would definitely use them again! -

We enjoyed our 4 day stay in the condo at ABSeascape. It was a clean and cozy beach condo, just the right size. with views of the beach and gulf. not a long walk to get to the sand. -

This a beautiful beach house RIGHT on the ocean! It is decorated so perfectly and makes you feel right at home with all of the personal touches. The owners have caught just the right color palate throughout the house to pull in the natural beach surroundings. Wish I could stay all winterπ₯° -

We enjoy our stay for Sping Break. The apartment was clean, we had a nice view from our balcony. The security guard was very helpful. My kids sure have at the pool and at the private beach area. It was nice not to have to cross the main street. -

Great condo!!!! Me and my two daughters stayed for 13 days and we loved every bit of it. The community was very friendly and the view of the beach was breath taking. The owner Sean also had the condo with everything you needed from beach equipment to all the fixings in the condo . If you needed anything he was always a phone call away never made you wait. We will definitely be contacting him again next year for our trip. Im defiantly giving this place a 5 star rating will be back next year thanks again for everything! -

We own a condo on Galveston Island and have used Connect Coastal Realty to purchase that condo, purchase land in Galveston and to manage the rental aspects of our condo. We have had the water heater go out on 4th of July weekend and various other problems occur when renter occupied. Sean and his team have always been responsive to whatever the issue is. We bought this condo in June 2021 and had it up and running for rentals by the end of July 2021. Very pleased with the notification process of bookings and also the ease of booking an owners stay. We stay frequently because both of our daughters live on the Island. Before purchasing, we also rented through this company and very pleased with the condo we stayed at. I heartily recommend this company to either purchase real estate or manage vacation rental property. -

Family stay on San Luis Island. Excellent communication, great location, excellent view of the beach, and excellent amenities. We stocked up on food for the weekend and just really enjoyed downtime on the decks, beach and sofas. -
