Great place for the Family with almost unlimited things to do. The kids played both at the house inside and out as well as down at the river. Some of us took the time to enjoy golf at what I believed was a prestigious course and it was basically right on site. The ladies enjoyed shopping nearby and relaxing by the pool. The house was clean and the owners were very receptive to all questions that we had during our stay. Our family will definitely be back.

Our new yearly Concan getaway! This place is amazing. You can tell it is brand new and the owners put a lot of thought into the layout. Bedrooms were large and beds were comfy. Very close to the golf course and the Frio River. The outside porch and bar area were a great place to hang out and watch football games and the pool provided a nice place to cool down and relax with a beverage.

A beautiful house with so many amenities! The house is very clean, beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need! I can’t wait to come back during the summer and enjoy the pool and horseshoes. So close or the Frio Countey store to get tubes.

Recently had a company team building trip and needed a large house close to the Frio River. This place was on point with the location on the golf course, proximity to the river, and the VERY LARGE house with numerous bedrooms. The cleanliness of the place was outstanding and the pool was an added bonus!

This is such a large, clean and beautiful house!! It’s perfect for large groups and multiple families! The kids had a blast and didn’t want to leave! We cannot wait to go back!!

Clean large house with plenty of room for reunions and parties, nice pool with the beautiful bar and a great view. We will be back next year!
