I have been renting from coastal lifestyles over a decade. They always accommodate my budget no matter what season it is. They advertise 24X7 and they mean it. All of their properties are luxurious in some way. They have great views, amenities, and are easily accessible to the bay or beach. The quality of their company comes from the service they provide. The owners answer the phone at all hours of the day and help with anything you need. Highly recommend!

A beautiful beach house that will make your beach vacation a lifetime of memories for years to come. Large spacious house right on the beach! Relaxing pool and hot tub. My husband and I have stayed here many times and will stay many more! You will not be disappointed!! Coastal lifestyles owners and staff are exceptional and will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is a dream come true!

Great service and a great selection of properties. We ended up at Sapphire, the property was amazing, views were incredible, and the service was great. Everyone had a great time. Can’t wait to come back.

We had the most wonderful time and experience on a last minute getaway at the 3401Gulf house. Our family had the 3 bedroom and we booked the 1 bedroom. The condo was spotless with everything you need and beds were very comfortable. My girls felt right at home especially with the cable tv. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect during the day or evening. It’s a short walk to the beach so it’s an ideal location. And the office and staff were so sweet and professional they made us feel welcomed like family. Big shout out and love goes out to Amber and Arnie for being so awesome and for giving us such a great deal. This company is so understanding and willing to find you the best deal and rate anywhere on the island. We can’t wait to go back!!!

We recently stayed in one of their beachfront property at 3401 Gulf Blvd. This place is awesome with private pool. We were total 15 adults (7 couples + 1 single) and everyone had a great time. The team at Coastal is awesome. We had to call them 3-4 times with small things and they responded promptly with all our needs. We had to change our booking due to weather conditions and they were very kind in accommodating us with our alternate dates. WE have used rental property many times in the past at various beach and lake locations and I can say with full confidence that this was the best experience we had, both with the property and with the team managing it.

Coastal Lifestyles is a great place to find a vacation rental on South Padre Island. I have stayed in a condo, 108 Las Marinas, which was on the bay side. I loved the spaciousness and beautiful decor along with being right on an inlet of the bay. I have also stayed in beautiful house right on the beach with its own pool and direct beach access. Both properties are places I would choose to stay in again. I worked with Arnie throughout our rental process and he made it seamless. I will most certainly use Costal Lifestyles as my go to for finding the perfect place for my future South Padre Island vacations.

I highly recommend renting a condo through Coastal Lifestyles. Very, very pleasant to work with each and every one! Our needs changed and they were able to relocate us to a bigger condo. I will most definitely go through Coastal Lifestyles again the next time!

Best decision of our entire trip was to call Coastal Lifestyles and switch condos. We were out of our old place and into the Sapphire 1901 within 2 hours of placing the call from the beach. They were so accommodating and responsive to each phone call we made: on our last night, we decided to grill bc we loved he condo so much and wanted to spend our last evening enjoying the room and the views. The BBQ pit didnt work. I called and writhin 15 minutes they had a solution for us. We were able to use another BBQ pit on a different balcony and all was well. We will definitely be calling in this place again!! Thank you!! Thank you!!

I rented a beachfront mansion from Arnie for three nights of down time to work in peace at 4816 Gulf Blvd which what does massive place with a private pool and it was definitely more than I needed but it was nice because it was a kitchen right off the pool in a gas grill which I used and Wi-Fi working perfectly at the house the house was impeccably clean and just overall very comfortable I highly recommend the rental agency I even emailed over a suggestion to then..hey..you guys should put some pens in their units and his staff actually ran me over some pens and paper in less than 5 minutes the service was amazing. If youre looking to rent a luxury home on South Padre Island I would definitely recommend Coastal lifestyles
