First time coming here to join the timeshare presentation. The staffs were pretty nice and got to learn about the new fields that Iāve never known until I came here. Once I am more comfortable with the financial situation, Wyndham timeshare could be a good option. The tour in the condo was pretty nice with spacious rooms and living space for the vacations. For now, will hold on to the thought. Yet, we got to grab our perk which is 5-7 days cruising with quite bargain price so Iām excited. š -

Truly enjoy this resort. Its near awesome bars, great college hang out spots and the Staff went above and beyond to make my stay great. Shout out to Jason, Maria and Jewelz. They really are great staff members. Will most def return for more stays. -

The suites are gorgeous, as is the property. The sales pitch I noticed in so many reviews, for me, was easy to shut down as I flat said its never going to happen. The rest of the visit was super nice, friendly staff, the facility convenient to so many places. I walked around and felt comfortable and safe in the area.I didnt have a car so no worries about the parking fees.Austin is different, and a very cool town to visit. I recommend both the city and this Wyndham. -

I stayed with Wyndham because I was in town for my ClioCon conference. I arrived in Austin by 11am and they were still able to check me in early. My 1 bedroom deluxe room was beautiful, clean and the view from my balcony was stunning. I was able to watch the sunset each evening from my room. Kudos to Bianca and Jason for checking me in early and making my visit amazing. Also the hotel was very quiet. I slept well every night. I will definitely be back with my family. -

Stay away until they finish construction (March or April of 25) or make sure to be two floors way from it. If you like constant banging coming through for the entire day starting super early then it wonāt be a problem. We were so fortunate to be one floor below and heard and smelled everything from the construction. Aside from the construction issues itās a great place. -

Just a few bl9cks from downtown. Beautiful views of the skyline. Great rooms! The whole staff is friendly and ask how do you like your stay. -

My family and I were given an invitation to go to Club Wyndham Austin to check out their facility. Even though we are Club Wyndham owners we did not know that there was a Wyndham facility in the heart of downtown Austin. It was a magnificent facility; full of all of the amenities a club Wyndham owner would ever need. I loved the beautiful downtown view from the 20th floor. I hope that if we ever go back to Austin Texas we can stay at the Club Wyndham Austin Texas and enjoy the view for several days. -

I wanted to do a shout out to a young lady whom worked the zoo. We just got back from our trip. We loved the tour, we loved the young lady who was straight forward with us. She didnt hide a thing. Her name is Jessica from Louisiana they need more like her. Best of luck your lady and we will spread the word of her. Wyndham please keep this young lady she is a 20 star this google doesnt allow more than 5 -

Its a nice hotel no amenities in my opinion. With being over 100 degrees upon arrival. We was greeted and we got check in and all never was offered an bottle of water or ref refreshments. There is no ice stations for the rooms but I do have to say having a full kitchen and a beautiful sunset to watch was a good time and a 10 story up pool on the roof is fun too. -
Review 10 (2024-07-31 - Rating: 5)
This place is conveniently located. You can walk to downtown for some live music. It is walkable to the Capital and even UT.The floor is so clean in the room. You can kick off your shoes and relax. I took the stairs sometime instead of the elevators. The stairs are spotless too. Solute to the cleaning crew.We had a one bedroom suit. I really like the layout of the kitchen and appliance. -

Review 13 (2024-06-12 - Rating: 4)
Staff was super nice! The room was great as well, they did have breakfast pop-ups like a waffles and mimosas or coffee and muffins type of thing but not full breakfast. Overall our stay was awesome the only two drawbacks were parking be prepared to either pay $35+ a night, pay for street parking or risk parking somewhere free and walk a couple of blocks and the pool. It was extremely small for the hotel size. There are 22 floors with a super small pool. Felt a little crowded. -

Great Location where a lot is within walking distance, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, the rooms are spacious, the rooftop pool is small but nice, and the gym is small and basic. They do small activities every weekend which can be fun or provide free food/drinks as an activity if youre lucky. Theres also arcade games in the lobby which my gf and I enjoyed playing -

Thank you for a wonderful weekās stay in Austin ā your staff was extremely friendly, supportive, and hospitable!Your hotel is just beautiful, and also very affordable. As a UT Austin alum (iSchool, ā2012) I loved being within walking distance of both all my favorite old Austin haunts and all the new startups to explore!I was easily able to meet up with old friends and teachers who live all over the Greater Austin Metropolitan Area.I have been having some health issues lately, and I ended up having to call the paramedics one evening after walking too much in the heat, and your night staffās response was superb! And the new Dell Seaton Medical Center up on campus provides truly excellent healthcare. And having a washer/dryer unit and a full kitchen in my suite helped me clean up after all my outdoor adventures!A very classy hotel in one of my favorite cities in the world. IMO, Wyndham has the best corporate culture & is the strongest hospitality brand on the market today! -

Review 21 (2024-02-28 - Rating: 4)
Cub Wyndham Austin is a trendy upscale hotel with amenities galore. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. Loved having the foosball table and spacious balcony. Excellent views of Austin from the 21st floor. Didnāt get a chance to check out the pool but looked inviting along with fire pits. My only negative would be the dining room table chairs looked nice but werenāt size inclusive. This wasnāt an issue for us as we were out for all meals. But this definitely would have been a bummer if we had planned to use the kitchen and eat in the unit. -
Review 22 (2024-02-15 - Rating: 5)
Great place to stay. The rooms are spacious clean up-to-date. The views are amazing, the pool area, the fire pits, the rooftop views are fantastic! Itās convenient and close to everything. Thereās some great little restaurants within walking distance and Lyft got me wherever I needed to go downtown for under $10. I did have to speak with a concierge and hear their pitch for a potential timeshare thing, but other than that is really no big deal, and you can simply pass. He was really enjoyable to speak with, and I learned a lot about his home country so it didnāt affect my stay whatsoever and I really enjoyed my time here and I will certainly come back. š¤© -
Review 23 (2024-02-22 - Rating: 5)
Just a few steps away from 6th street this hotel is close to a variety of bars and restaurants. The hotel is in a nice area and the rooms offer good views of the city and the Capital Building. The rooms are very nice and there are plenty of games and activities to keep you busy if you arenāt in the mood to leave the building. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We had a great stay and would definitely visit again. -
Review 24 (2024-03-28 - Rating: 5)
The rooms in here are great, the service is good or OK, but the location leaves much to be desired. This is OK if you want to avoid the crowds and not be close to all the fun things to do in Austin. I guess you can always drive or walk a lot or use a scooter. -
Review 25 (2024-02-17 - Rating: 5)
I had a great day here. I really enjoyed the rooms. The location was perfect if youāre going out in Austin, the only complaint I would say is the people who are trying to sell us on a timeshare came on very strong and almost like they didnāt want to take note for an answer. We checked in pretty late that night, and we werenāt trying to deal with anything like that, and felt like I had to be aggressive to get the guy to leave me alonethan that we had a great day we probably be back -
Review 26 (2024-02-04 - Rating: 4)
This is a timeshare! Just beware of that. Had no idea when booking, but we werenāt hassled to go to any presentations or anything. They offered. We politely declined and we were on our way up to our room.We had a one bedroom suite on the 21st floor. We never had a long wait for the elevator. Our view was great! We could see the capitol and the hills! Only complaints about the actual room is that the beds were pretty hard. My back is suffering after only a two night stay. But my family of four had ample space in the room.Staff was polite and quick to bring up extra toiletries and blankets when requested. We didnāt use any of the amenities since Austin has a lot to offer already. The parking was $35 a day which kinda sucked, but almost every other downtown hotel thatās worth anything charges for parking also.Thereās no free breakfast which was kind of a bummer, but 24 diner is close by and very good!It was slightly cheaper than other hotels that are about the same caliber. Iād stay again but might have to pack a mattress topper for the hard beds! -
Review 27 (2024-06-01 - Rating: 4)
The check-in process was easy. However, the sales pitch twice was a pain in the rear.We stayed in a presidential suite and the views were amazing. The beds were subpar.Waffles and Mimosa was fun and yummy but in very tight quarters. -

Review 29 (2023-08-30 - Rating: 4)
I didnt realise this was a timeshare place (I had never even heard of this) until after I booked it. I read the reviews about aggressive sales people, and got myself worked up about checking in here. The last thing we needed after a 15 hour flight was sales people at check in.I then understood that you just firmly say no and keep walking. This was my plan! The check in staff were lovely! They then told us to go to our personal concierge I told my partner to just keep walking to the elevators and say no thanks, as this was the timeshare people. This very friendly lady then started following us, as I kept saying no thanks. Another woman who sounded a bit angry said You NEED to come to this desk mam. We ended up at the timeshare desk, and luckily the friendly woman got the vibes I was not interested and did not push her sales pitch. We got room card bracelets that you definitely dont need and a map. I did feel bad for her, as she was just doing her job and Im guessing it was her boss who made us go to the desk.Apart from that, it was a beautiful apartment, well stocked, comfortable, quiet and lovely views. -
Review 30 (2023-04-14 - Rating: 5)
Prime location, when visiting the city you want everything to be relatively close and it is! Staff is very welcoming and so helpful making our stay enjoyable. They suggested great spots to eat and main attractions we should stop by and we went down that list enjoying each suggestion. The rooms are very homey with a clean and modern look to them. Pool and lounge areas were definitely put to use, and we had a great time escaping all the running around for a moment. All in all we dont have anything negative that stands out about this location. Would definitely return!! Love the artwork all over the place too ! -
Review 31 (2023-06-15 - Rating: 5)
Before staying I read many reviews most good and some bad. I always am weary cause of the bad reviews and knowing that this hotel is a timeshare hotel. I was worried I would be hassled with people trying to sell me a timeshare based on reviews. However I decided to go for it and I do not regret it one bit check in was easy the staff was very friendly and not one person hassled me. The room was more than I expected I felt as if I was living in my own apartment but way nicer and we had a balcony which was the best part. I would highly recommend staying here -

Overall a great experience to our stay. We got in with a great deal. The rooms on 10th floor are fantastic. Clean modern look in the rooms. The 10th floor has a good lounge and game area. Staff was very friendly. Some of the downstairs games mess up but overall kids still enjoyed.Loved the shuffleboard. Location was great for traveling around Austin and grabbing food.Perfect spot if you are food hopping. -

( Maintenance, Housekeeping, and the Front Desk )We enjoyed the waffles andmimosas & Happy Hoursā¦.lolOur suite had everything that you wouldnt think of.šI always travel with a fan and to my surprise that was included as well. Miranda(? Blue hair front desk clerk) was wonderful. She welcomed us to Austin in a very friendly way and upgraded our room which made our stay all the more wonderful. The wristband hotel keycards were also a huge plus and made life super easy. Would stay here again next time weāre in Austin! -

I visited at the beginning of September and my stay couldnt have been better. My suite was AMAZINGLY beautiful! So clean and spacious, it had absolutely everything I needed. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The pool/deck area was relaxing and has the most spectacular view of the city. The parking was easy and safe. The neighborhood has restaurants within walking distance and the resort is close to everything else Austin has to offer. I loved every second and hope to return very soon. -

The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Keara. She was so kind and accommodating, and we really appreciated her service. -

This is a wonderful timeshare in the Club Wyndham chain. We get upgrades to 2BR Presidential suites as VIP owners. Convenient location. Public parking pricy. Beverages or food a couples almost daily. My favorite is the make-your-own waffles with trimmings & Mimosas on weekends. -
Review 42 (2022-12-27 - Rating: 5)
The service at this hotel was amazing. From the front desk to the concierge the service was above expectation. The hotel is in walking distance to most of downtown and extremely close to the capital building. The room was excellent and had a spectacular view from the balcony. Its in a very quiet area of the city. The city of Austin is very walkable. For those that dont want to they have scooters and motorized bikes all over the place. They can be rented very cheaply. Great way to explore the city. -

First time staying at this location and absolutely LOVED the view? Great pool and outdoor lounging area, family lounge for video games which were free! Ive never paid a daily parking fee but as I understand, parking in downtown Austin is a nightmare. We walked most places from here. Best view: the rotunda at night!!Staff was as usual friendly and accommodating. -

Great location. Easy to walk to many areas. Stayed in a one bedroom with full kitchen. Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the amenities, especially the roof top pool area. There was a Whole Foods Market nearby. If you park a car, be aware there is a $30/day charge. Staff were friendly and helpful. -

My first time to this location in the Wyndham portfolio; over all, Im extremely impressed!First the location: its in/near downtown Austin. It Is in 5-12 minutes walking distance to breakfast cafƩs, restaurants, and intriguing neighborhoods original to older Austin. Walking is delightful!Amenities: are what Wyndham vacation owners have come to expect. Beautiful rooms, well equipped kitchens, and relaxing living spaces. -
Review 48 (2022-12-16 - Rating: 5)
The hotel is clean, in a decent location, has great city views. There is a pool, rooftop deck, video game area, on-site parking. Its within easy walking distance of several restaurants and bars. The immediate area seems safe. A longer walk gets you to the capital and many places in downtown Austin. The place is clean. The room was large with dishwasher, washer dryer. It was nice. Google rates it as 3 star; Id go higher. Wyndham is a timeshare / hotel operation. If you are not a member you can stay here as an ordinary hotel guest. This location charges $30 night for parking. If you go to their 90 minute presentation (actually almost 2 hours) you can have the parking fees removed, as we did. The presentations and one-on-one sales pitch were tolerable but we had no intentions on buying. Near the end we were given hard numbers which I asked for repeatedly earlier. $1,982 annual dues on top of the $75,200 buy-in. Using the presenters inflated nightly hotel cost ($250 / night), the maintenance fee alone would pay for 8 nights. The presentation focused on credits not dollars. We were given a second buy-in number of $35,000. The buy-in probably is negotiable. For our time, we were given free parking ($90) plus a $25 restaurant gift card. Both totaling $115. For 2 hours, / 2 people attending = $28.75 per hour. -
Review 49 (2023-07-23 - Rating: 4)
When visiting Austin, If your vacation includes the sights and sounds of downtown, then a hotel near central Austin is the place youāll want to be. A good choice if you want a downtown hotel that isnāt excessively priced is the Club Wyndham Austin.Twenty- two stories in height, Club Wyndham Austin is a large hotel/condo resort located just a little west of the central district but still close enough to the action that you can get to most places on foot, or take a short rideshare trip. The Club Wyndham Austin has its own parking garage and, depending on your selected unit, you should have everything you need for a home away from home.I stayed in the one- bedroom unit and my room included a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer, and even a washer and dryer. There is a living room area, too, and two televisions. My 21st story room had a full view of the Austin area. Like I said, you have everything you need here to make it fully functional as a place to live. The rooms at Club Wyndham Austin are clean and check- in is fast and efficient. I misplaced my room key at one point, but they quickly replaced it, no questions asked. This was a relief, because with the excessive heat when I was here, and my walking in and out, trying to find where I dropped my key, I wasnāt in the best of moods. But the staff took care of me and eased my frustrations.Make your way to the tenth floor at Club Wyndham Austin and you will find the outdoor pool area, games, and breakfast, which consists of waffles and toppings. There are no restaurants or other entertainment directly on site, but there are restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.Did I have any issues at Club Wyndham Austin? I can think of exactly two: The price for parking and the slowness of the elevators. Parking is provided on- site, but you do have to pay approx. thirty dollars daily. But the elevators was the greater issue, and I heard other customers say exactly the same thing. A building with 22 floors cannot effectively function with only two elevators, but that is exactly what you get at this resort. Many frustrated guests ended up using the steps instead.Downtown Austin, Texas has much to offer. If you need a place to stay in the downtown area, the Club Wyndham Austin is a good choice. With its kitchens and in- room washer and dryer, it has more to offer than the typical hotel and while it might require a little more walking to get places, the price is right. -
Review 50 (2023-01-08 - Rating: 5)
Absolutely everything you would need inside of a room. This one is not only more reasonable priced than most downtown locations but is a also extremely well furnished. It has a full sized fridge and and stove to cook if youre interested in the kitchen. But best of all, if youre staying for awhile there are full sized washers and dryers in the rooms!Staff is very nice and this location is only 2 blocks from 6th street. What else could you need? -
Review 51 (2023-05-14 - Rating: 5)
We really enjoyed staying here. Quiet, and youāre downtown but not in the middle of things. Still easy to get around (for locals who know where to go). Staff were friendly and when we couldnāt do our reserved time, they were fine with it. The parking garage is tight, so leave the truck home. -
Review 52 (2022-11-13 - Rating: 5)
This was a good price, fantastic location and love that the kitchen and washer and dryer are there to help cut down costs. The roof top is great complete with a bbq. The room was spacious and well equipped and the staff was friendly. The airport has a bus that goes really close to this hotel for only $1.25.We did the timeshare presentation and had a good experience Except for Fernando who became aggressive and gaslighty when we politely said we werenāt interested. I would skip this completely. Make sure to go to fallout theatre which is a short walk away! -
Review 53 (2022-09-30 - Rating: 5)
The staff is excellent. The rooms and common areas are clean and well taken care of. There is a 24hr fitness center and game area. The pool is on a roof top and there is a grill area and a fire table area. So plenty of room to relax and chill both during the day and night. Its only a few blocks away from 6th street and within walking distance of many amazing restaurant and the State Capitol. I would highly recommend staying here when in Austin. -
Review 54 (2022-09-01 - Rating: 5)
This is one of my most favorite Wyndham properties. Firstly, the location is good. Everything is a short scooter ride or drive away. There are so many nice cafes and restaurants close by.The hotel itself is kept very clean and the decor is adorable. Our room was clean and contained all the essentials when we arrived. The rooftop pool was great and a nice place to relax. Thereās also a fitness center which has free weights, treadmills etc. and cooled towels! The main thing at this hotel is the staff. They are incredibly kind and helpful. They will answer every question you have and even make recommendations for places that you should visit in the city. -
Review 55 (2023-03-26 - Rating: 5)
We stayed here this past weekend for a girls trip - we loved the rooftop pool! The rooms were clean and spacious for the 3 of us. Walking distance to great restaurants and bars and a quick Uber to South Congress. -
Review 56 (2021-05-29 - Rating: 4)
Property is in a great location and very walkable around downtown.. Only issue was check in was way too long. We arrived at 4:45pm and were still waiting after one and a half hours. The manager, Joe, inquired after seeing us in the lobby and had us in a room within 10 minutes. He was extremely helpful and even brought us a welcome basket, very much appreciated. The room was very nice and laid out well with a good kitchen area. We did not have any elevator issues even though a busy weekend. And yes the garage is kinda small to navigate. Overall a great stay. -
Review 57 (2018-07-29 - Rating: 4)
We were on floor twelve, which during peak check-in/check out times, was difficult to get in the elevator. Otherwise it was a really nice stay. The room was clean and styled nice. They had a full kitchen with most things you would need to cook in. The room had a washer and dryer which came in handy with two kids. The service was excellent and the people working there friendly. When we requested more laundry soap, they provided it quickly without us having to go downstairs to retrieve it. We had an excellent view of downtown Austin and the pool from our room. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. -
Review 58 (2021-04-01 - Rating: 4)
Nice hotel but we did have a few issues. We arrived on time for check in and our suite was not ready. It wasnāt ready until an hour and a half later. They did accommodate us by extending our check out time which was nice but it was an inconvenience. The suite smelled like smoke. Thankfully I bought bleach and Lysol with me and it helped cover the smell for a while but someone should really deodorize the suite and shampoo the carpets. You are close to bars and hangout spots. It can get a little loud at night especially the music. But the hotel has done a great job with the design because itās not as loud as inside the room. Everything was updated in our suite, nice and clean. The suites are small but quaint. I did encounter a Wyndham representative that I was sent to after check in who ignored me and then pointed to send me to another young lady representative. The young lady was bubbly and so sweet. She then called back to that first guy and told him our names and then his attitude changed. But first impressions are everything!! I do agree with other reviews that $30 a night in parking is ridiculous. We did find out on the weekends including Friday evenings you can park for free. But of course no one told us that. There has to be a better way to incorporate the parking price into the price of the room or for owners onto the price of maintenance fees or points. As a owner I shouldnāt have to pay that much for parking, thatās insane. Overall itās a nice resort but I feel like itās more for business travelers or for folks who like the bars and night scene. My suggestions: Come down on the parking price. Have your Wyndham reps great all customers with a smile instead of a finger pointing to someone else. Double check all rooms are cleaned and smelling good before turning over to other guests. Ensure your suites are ready for check in time so your newcomers do not have to wait. The Wyndham Sales teams werenāt too bad but they do still need to listen to clients instead of continuing to push a sale. If a client starts the conversation telling you they are not interested in buying anything else and I have somewhere to be at a specific time. Donāt take that as a invitation to wait until the end to try to sell them something, jut a thought. -

I showed up to check in today and the front desk told me the booking agent had cancelled my reservation for the week an hour before I got there. No explanation or notes on their system as to why. It took an hour and a half of calls and searching but Valery and Michelle worked so hard, were so kind and calm (while I was freaking out and about to cry) and sorted it out with the booking agent and got me a room. I could not be more thankful to them. The rooms are amazing as well as the service. Iāll be booking here every time Im back. -

Narrowed the smell to the couch and ultimately it came back. šNice pool nice outdoor area. -

Just when I felt itās the best hotel ever Iāve been to in the United States and wanted to recommend this to all my friends, the. It has the Wi-Fi issue. It shouldnāt be big issue, but when the front desk gave the phone number for me to call the Wi-Fi service company solve the problem by myself, I felt weird, itās not like I rent the apartment and I am responsible for my own Wi-Fi connection. Be aware of the Wi-Fi issue and you need to be ok to handle this tech support by yourself as a costumer. -

Location and rooms are exceptional. I got a suite in the 11th floor, through RCI. It is fully equiped to accommodate 4 persons.Check-in was smooth, staff efficient and helpful. There is a special parking area in the building to allow you to unload your travel bags. Definitely a positive experience -

The Club Wyndham is nicely located near 6th street, restaurants and many activities. The rooms are clean, fresh and fully equipped. It has its own parking ramp, pool and gym room. The staff are friendly and helpful. -
Review 68 (2019-03-17 - Rating: 5)
Rooms were beautiful and spacious. Great service. Parking was plentiful and attached to the building. Relatively easy walking distance to downtown. Situated in a gorgeous neighborhood: tree lined with beautiful older homes. The nephews were really disappointed the pool and hot tub were closed during our visit, but they should be open by now. The mini arcade and shuffleboard table were unexpected diversions that clearly took the edge off their sadness. -
Review 69 (2021-12-21 - Rating: 4)
The rooms are excellent, larger than some NYC apartments. I was impressed. For the antisocial, note that the staff will say hello and goodbye too much as you enter and leave this fine establishment. Theres a piece of art in some of the rooms that says WEIRD on it which struck me as CRINGE. Unfortunately the gym is absolute dog water, its a small windowless room with a cable machine, a couple treadmills, and a dumbbell rack that maxes at 50lbs. Overall a really really really nice place particularly for the price. -
Review 70 (2023-05-09 - Rating: 5)
The only bad thing about this place for me was the location. But the room (Studio Deluxe) was awesome!!!!!!! I didnt use any of the amenities besides the room, but the room was extremely comfortable. Yes, I would stay again, but would budget more for Ubers to get around Austin. -

This is a great hotel! We are Retired Armed Forces & stayed here through the Armed Forces Vacation Club. Clean roomy & well stocked with cooking utensils & great kitchen area. There are fun social activities. Smallish but stylish pool area with bbq & plenty of outdoor seating on the 10th floor. At the corner of W. 8th & Nueces it is at the heart of Austin with plenty of restaurants, bars, music, retail stores, & a Whole Foods within walking distance. -

Loved the property! Room was spotless and comfortable. Great location, but be aware its downtown so lots of outside noise. Staff was mostly professional and nice (had one guy who was quite short with me). But, otherwise, it was great! -

We spent a couple of days in this hotel. It was very clean and had great service. The location is excellent. The staff is truly amazing. My teenage son had a minor injury, and the manager Desi was great. She and her team helped us in every way possible to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Well definitely visit again and highly recommend this hotel. -

Stayed here for SXSW and it was a great stay. The staff was super friendly, thereās a pool, gym and it was close to the SXSW convention center in downtown Austin. We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite which also had 2 balconies. There was also a washer and dryer which made laundry really convenient. It was an extremely comfortable stay! -

Review 78 (2021-12-09 - Rating: 5)
The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the location is great. Lots of restaurants and clubs surrounding the hotel and places that deliver. My only complaint - the hard sell from the timeshare people. But the room had great amenities and the staff was responsive. I will definitely stay there again. -
Review 79 (2021-11-06 - Rating: 5)
The vibe of this hotel was phenomenal. They put great attention to detail and kept the music theme throughout the lobby, halls, and rooms. Rooftop pool and deck as well as the rooms have stunning views of the city. Staff was friendly and helpful. Couldnt have asked for more. -
Review 80 (2022-09-30 - Rating: 5)
Great location. Great staff. Great room.Did not appreciate the swooping of sales staff immediately after checking in. Spent 40 minutes getting talked into a presentation I had no desire to attend. Cost me $40 by not showing up. My own fault. Should have just bulldozed my way to the elevator but I was tired and caught off guard. -
Review 81 (2021-11-24 - Rating: 4)
Wonderful place for a quick getaway. Friendly staff clean rooms, large full kitchen, nice view of downtown. Near many areas of interest. This is our 2nd time staying here. Only negative is the outrageous price of parking -$30 night. -
Review 82 (2018-02-04 - Rating: 5)
The staff is extremely friendly when upon arrival. The exterior as well as the interior is very austin, and its colorful and vibrant. The hotel seems to have a huge amount of amenities, as well as cleanliness of the rooms and lobby. Its in a decent location, and I appreciate the time everyone took to greet me. I definitely will be back. I think its a good place to stay, with an affordable price. -
Review 83 (2020-03-12 - Rating: 4)
Very nice facility. Great views of the city of Austin. Rooms were great, staff was very professional. Loved the rooftop pool, grills and fireplace seating. Only downside of our stay was parking. $30.00 per day for parking on Wyndham property is outrageous! -

Nice suite, friendly staff at front desk. We could hear a lot in the hall from the bedroom. If you are not a Club Wyndham member, they will really try to sell you on it. Called several times about it and said they were checking if we needed anything, but never sent what we asked for (coffee) when we said we wouldnt go to the hour+ long sales pitch. -

Review 86 (2018-05-20 - Rating: 5)
The location is great! Its just two blocks from the popular sixth street and not far from plenty of bars and nightlife. The rooms are spacious. Enough to have a party for 6-8 people no problem. The only thing that is not that great is 30 bucks a night for parking. Youd think that would be included. -
Review 87 (2018-03-25 - Rating: 5)
Really nice, spacious rooms that have an apartment style layout. Downstairs there are a multitude of games and activities to play while hanging out. The pool was a bit on the small side but had a great view. Plenty of grills to use on the rooftop while at the pool. Close enough to downtown to walk. -
Review 88 (2019-01-14 - Rating: 5)
I stayed here for three days and really enjoyed my time here. My suite was modern, comfortable and efficient. The location is conveniently located to everything in the downtown area and South Congress. The staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. They were able to provide recommendations for restaurants and sites to see. The facilities are clean and well maintained. My only issue is with the $30 a night parking charge, which is above average for the area. I pay about the same at the San Francisco location, which includes valet service. -
Review 89 (2022-05-02 - Rating: 5)
Clean and spacious and great location. Staff were super friendly. Slightly annoying phone call to the room after checkin trying to sell us a time share, but she got the point after the 5th āno.ā For clarity - this was all within one phone call. Unplugged the phone after that so unsure how pushy they are. Incredibly easy to get from the room to the parking garage. All round great stay! -
Review 90 (2023-08-28 - Rating: 5)
Awesome decorations in the lobby- especially the bats made of copper flying out from a murial of Congress bridge. There was an awesome swimming pool outside on the 10th floor, BBQ grill and some games available. Our room had a nice view of the Texas Capitol. The location seemed safe and quiet plus easily accessible to 6th street, etc so much entertainment and interesting restaurants nearby. -

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was spacious and has all the necessities for a weekend get away. The guest accommodation are nice and the pool has a great view. The only reason why its not a five is the parking fees are a bit crazy. -

We stayed in the presidential suite, it was beautiful! Excellent view, super clean! Very comfortable beds! Balcony all around the entire room, we even had our own foosball table in the room! Everyone was so nice and checked on us to make sure everything we needed was taken care of! I cant wait to go back and stay for a week next time! -
Review 94 (2021-11-18 - Rating: 4)
I debated between 3/4 stars for a while. Donāt get me wrong this is a 5-star hotel for accommodations, however the timeshare sales pitch, parking and elevators bring this rating down. The sales pitch upon checking in after a long day of travel when you want to get to your room and relax is a big draw back. Additionally the elevator situation was obnoxious. Waited 20mins to be able to take bags up due to slow elevator and always full. No rooms for carts etc. They need to find a way to utilize the service elevators better. The parking is expensive per night and the garage is practically empty when weāre there on a 98% occupancy weekend. The views and location were perfect for visit Austin with close proximity to major tourist areas. Iād recommend the stay if you can avoid the time share talk and donāt have a lot of bags. -
Review 95 (2022-09-27 - Rating: 5)
The suite was very much like an apartment with a full-sized kitchen and fridge. I also enjoyed the views of downtown from both our personal patio and the pull. Club members get a wristband that gives you 15% off at local bars and restaurants which is another nice touch :) -
Review 96 (2022-09-29 - Rating: 5)
The room was amazing! Beautiful views. Great location. Didnt like paying an additional $60 to park for two days, but I did because it was easier than parking on the street. -
Review 97 (2019-10-17 - Rating: 4)
Arrived late due to flight issues. Check in was easy and the view from the room was great. Issue was batter drip down the front of the cabinet and food on the kitchen floor. One corner of the bathroom cabinet was sticky. Room is nice and functional a bit more closet shelves would be great. -

This place was unbelievably awesome. Itās so close to everything and the view from up top is amazing. The staff is friendly and the people that were staying were also charismatic. Iāve stay here on two separate occasions. Once in the summer and in the winter. Iāve enjoyed the pool view and games in the lobby. Overall itās a great place with great concierge service. -
Review 99 (2018-04-12 - Rating: 5)
Its really awesome. The infinity pool on the roof, A+ Foosball table in the suite was a lot of fun to play, a good chance to put the phones down. Every appliance in the room is smart..the microwave will tell you to put in food of you try to start it without, which we got a little laugh from. The handicap accessible room had a large bathroom and was pretty functional. It had a beautiful view of the city. -
Review 100 (2018-03-26 - Rating: 4)
The hotel is well placed and offers some stunning views of the city of you get an east side room. There is also a nice set of activities on the first floor for entertainment on a night in.While new, the rooms have a certain unfinished feel to them. We also had some issues with the televisions in our room. One had no sound and the other emitted a high pitch whine. There are also only 2 elevators so getting around can be a pain when the hotel is full. -
Review 101 (2023-09-11 - Rating: 5)
I havent actually been here. My friend works here and I drop him off there a few days a week. He did tell me that the place is very nice and one of these days I will get a room for an evening or 2. -
Review 102 (2019-08-18 - Rating: 4)
The rooms are really nice and the staff are all super helpful and polite. The location is wonderful. You are within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants for every meal and the state capitol.I have only 2 complaints. First, parking is $30/night and the garage is pretty freaking small. The spaces are reasonable size but the turns are really tight driving up and down. If you have a larger vehicle you may have backup and adjust at the last turn before the exit because youāll hit the control box at the gate. We had to and we drive a mid-size SUV. Secondly, and most irritating, there are only 2 elevators for the entire hotel. And this isnāt a small place. So, as you can imagine, between the comers and goers on Sunday it is near impossible to get on the elevator. We waited for more than 20 minutes for multiple rounds and every one of them was completely packed full. It was getting really frustrating and one of the employees told us that several of them had reported to the high ups that is the thing they get complaints about the most by far. She told us to take the service elevator which still took a while and required a lot of maneuvering (some up stairs) for me at 7 months pregnant with luggage. So overall the stay was nice. On the day to day, everything was great. But they really should figure out something with that elevator situation. -
Review 103 (2023-06-10 - Rating: 5)
Great staff at check-in. Thanks, Tanner, for the smooth process. To their concierge team, who provided the information about what to do in the ATX, was very professional. Great location to walk, bike, or catch public transportation. West 6th, dirty 6th close by along with many historic venues and properties. And, dont forget about the Biggest Rotunda on top of all Capitols and University of Texas not far away. -
Review 104 (2022-09-11 - Rating: 5)
Everything was great until they try and sell you more points went ahead and signed up for more points after 5 hours passed, it was supposed to be for 45 minutes. Parking not great either choice to park at meter or pay $30.00 day in garage other than that I love Wyndham. -
Review 105 (2018-08-12 - Rating: 5)
Clean rooms, cool view, great staff. The rooms themselves have an interesting aestetic, with the rooms going with a more industrial look. While some people may not like it, I think it looks unique and made my stay feel different than if Id stayed in any other hotel. The rooms also feel spacious and comfortable, with an incredible city view just past your window. As for prices, I cannot comment, as we recieved this for free from someone with a timeshare. -
Review 106 (2021-12-18 - Rating: 4)
Nice resort. Great location. Austin is a growing location, with plenty of parking around, still Wyndham charges $35 per nite to guest to park. Nice looking outdoor swimming pool on the 10th floor .Great view . Plus a little balcony.. Had a room with a view of the Capital building. -
Review 107 (2020-01-09 - Rating: 5)
This hotel was well worth it. I loved our room, it was more of an apartment feel to it which was really nice for being on vacation for my birthday. The location is great. Close to 6th street if youāre wanting to go out to any bars. Close to many different restaurants which were great. The staff here was very helpful and did their best to make sure we were taken care of and gave any recommendations that we asked for. I would recommend and will definitely be back! -

It was really beautiful and super close to all the night life and outdoor activities, the unit we were in felt like home from home, so comfortable an welcoming, they have a game room downstairs with the Wii connect and arcade games and on the 10th floor there is a patio on one side and the other side where there is a pool and fire pit with seating, and a grill all looking over the city,. So beautiful and worth it as well. -

This place is beautiful, the people were friendly and super helpful. The room was upscale and comfortable. The amenities were great for parents and kids. The only improvement would be the elevators. They need more then 2 for public use. -

This was a great place to visit. The room was very well organized. The place was very well stocked. The feeling of the place was like home away from home . The staff was excellent and I highly recommend this location. Perfect Getaway you would not know by looking at the outside structure. The outside looks kind of industrial but the inside is wonderfully decorated I love it and I would love to revisit. -
Review 111 (2020-11-14 - Rating: 4)
Very nice facilities and a great location in downtown Austin. The staff was friendly, courteous and COVID-sensitive. The rooftop pool was great and very well maintained. The $30/day parking was about the only downer. They should consider including the parking in the room rate. -
Review 112 (2018-08-26 - Rating: 4)
The site & amenities they had were very good: good rooms and a very nice rooftop pool over the lower part of the building. As for the very top floor, the high-pressure salespeople thete are of no help if you have any questions or problems with your existing account (I was even uninvited from the usual attempt to upgrade session.), but at least I was directed to a quality assurance rep with whom I exchanged emails and who made up for their lack of interest. -
Review 113 (2018-04-01 - Rating: 4)
They have just opened this location about 3 weeks ago. Located in walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. Rooms are nice still have the new smell. My only complaint (under their control) as small as may sound is there is no shelf in the shower. I have a bad back and having to bend to get the soap off the floor was an inconvenience.$30 per day also was not expected but out of their control. -
Review 114 (2019-03-25 - Rating: 4)
It was a very nice room. Very nice place. The best thing about our stay was that they did not bother us at all. You could go to your car without being hassled by any Wyndham people. And thats why I give them 4 stars. -
Review 115 (2019-07-21 - Rating: 4)
Its a nice new property with funky contemporary detailing in line with its location in Austin. The room was nice with a view of the Capitol. However, there was no water pressure in the shower. The roof top pool is small but has good city views as well. -

A four year old property that is a block off 6th Street where many restaurants and music venues are located. Our room has a balcony and the furniture is modern and the amenities are great. A workout room is available, a garden area, a okay sized pool on the 10th floor and a nice office services area close by. Staff are very friendly and helpful and our room is immaculate. Only cons are no hot tub by pool and no hot tub in room although we do have a deep soaker tub! -

From the courteous staff to the home feel accommodations. This has been an all around great experience! We loved the atmosphere of a family yet modern style the resort offers. Even with the pandemic a serious concern all staff wore masks and santized every common area thoroughly. Thank you to the Wyndam and their wonderful staff for making this stay a memorable experience! -

Review 124 (2022-06-28 - Rating: 4)
Room was nice, clean, and hotel overall had a lot of nice amenities. My only complaint is that after I checked, I was directed to the concierge who needed to give me more information. The guy gave me a map of Austin and offered me a tour of the facility. He would not take no for an answer and kept going on and on and Im sitting there waiting for whatever info I actually NEED. I happened to be in a hurry to go pick someome up from the airport so thats probably why this bothered me but tip to future guests - if your not looking to buy a timeshare just go straight to you room from the front desk lol. Also parking that was offered was ridiculously expensive ($30 a day) and I got street parking right in front of the hotel and on the street beside it for the 3 days for a total of $25 so Id definitely NOT pay 90$. -
Review 125 (2023-01-29 - Rating: 5)

Review 126 (2018-03-24 - Rating: 4)
Beautiful resort...I loved our suite, it was huge. I think Wyndham properties should look into adding some entertainment events during the owners stay. I really like that at another resort that u owned and remove/reduce the parking fees. You pay all that money monthly & then got parking fees to deal with once you use it for vacation. Over all I would go back
