We absolutely loved this cabin! It was the perfect get away for our family! The views of the lake were incredible, the cabin was spacious, nicely remodeled, and had homely vibes. It was hard to leave! We will certainly be booking again and recommending to all of our friends! You will not be disappointed!

Amazing place and an amazing time! Would go back! We stayed with my best friend and her family of 5. 4 adults, 3 kids ( 2 toddlers and a 1yr old) and it was a good amount of space. We played on the small sandy beach, and used the large flat floating pad that was provided. It was a big win to play in the water with the family. The TV was set up to allow log in to streaming services (or just watch regular TV) which was great for the girls, and a break for the parents. We cooked at home, and the fridge was plenty big for all the groceries. So thankful all the cooking ware was provided. It was summer time so we didnt use the fire pit, but there were adirondack chairs, enough for us all.It was cleaned when we arrived and there were also board games in the chest of drawers in the living room! ♥️ Everyone has such a good time getting away, and it wasnt too far to get to for a family of 5 with little kids to get to, but far enough that it was a vacation.

What a WONDERFUL experience! My family and I visited Clancys Lakehouse for a weekend and it was everything we had longed for and more. A perfect getaway if youre needing time away from the city and want to ground yourself in nature. The Clancys were extremely helpful for any of our needs and we will absolutely be booking again soon.

Definitely coming back to this perfect relaxing getaway. Clancys Chalet is gorgeous and it included everything to make our stay a memorable one. Highly recommend this clean, cozy house.

Clancy’s Canoe is THE lake house with a stunning view of Lake Cypress. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind. With 4 beds, 2 baths, and an open kitchen and living room, its perfect for families. Plus, the easy access to the lake makes it easy to enjoy swimming, kayaking, and jet skiing. Clancy’s Canoe is a great place to spend quality time with friends and family, while enjoying the beautiful scenery. The open kitchen and living room concept is perfect for hosting meals and spending time together. The lake is perfect for water activities, and theres plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sun. Overall, its a great vacation spot for anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We will definitely come back and stay here again!

Had an amazing time staying at the Clancy’s lake house ! Everything was as pictured from the views to the inside of the house . Will definitely be revisiting again sometime!

The cottage was very comfortable, clean, and homey. Quiet and inviting surroundings. Our family enjoys outdoor living. We spent a good portion of our days in the water and on a jet ski. At night we sat around the campfire sipping drinks. All in all, our trip to the lake was enjoyable and restful, a very nice getaway.

The cabin is comfy and beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful time enjoying the water and spending time relaxing on the patio and around the fire pit in the evening. Looking forward to more visits here in the future and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet spot to get away.

Had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful lake cabin. Perfect spot to float on the lake or sit by the fire pit. Close proximity to Winnsboro and Mt. Vernon for restaurants and shopping.

Such a fantastic time here! Perfect protected beach for the kids, and they loved the kayaks and paddle board available for them to use! Even most of the adults in our group managed to stand up (briefly, haha!) on the paddle board! We saw fishing poles to use, but never tried them out. The cabin has an enormous deck, with table seating and plenty of bench seating along the sides. Great island inside and well-stocked kitchen. Super cute welcome baskets! Tv was easy for kids to manage. There was even plenty of firewood by the fire pit while we were there. My 88-year-old grandmother was with us, and she could maneuver inside with her walker just fine. Even an accessible walkway from the driveway onto the deck so she didn’t need to climb any stairs. Perfect! Great, private, gated location — we felt safe and secure. Convenience store nearby for forgotten items (2 minutes up the road from the neighborhood). And Mt. Vernon (10 minutes north) and Winnsboro (10 minutes south) have super cute shopping, restaurants, and ice cream shops. We recommend Barrel House and Chophouse for nice dinners (reservations recommended). Ma’s Cafe was also good (more casual). Thank you for a fantastic week with family!

We had a family of 4 Spring Break getaway to Clancys Canoe and loved it! Very quaint and peacful. Loved the lake views and coffee on the patio! Cant wait to go back!
