First time we stayed at Cinnamon Shore and were definitely coming back! Loved the condo we stayed and the super cute, fun and vibrant community amenities and set up. Communication was also very efficient. We were sad the advertised Paella Party did not take place, the upscale restaurant was fully booked, and that the other restaurants didnt have many good options for gluten and dairy free eating. Overall, the whole experience was great and we had easy access to the beach!

Absolutely loved our stay at Cinnamon Shore and have already booked our stay for next year. Everything was top notch. They took care of everything for us including delivering and picking up the golf carts, trash being set out for pickup on trash days…and more. The house was clean and good condition with everything we needed. The facilities and activities within the community were very nice with lots of choices! Can’t wait to come back and we are looking at making this a yearly family vacation.

We have stayed at ‘Good Times and Tan lines’ in the north section and recently in ‘Tropic like it’s Hot’ in South.We loved both but it’s hard to beat the view from ‘Tropic like it’s Hot’. Loved the huge family area and kitchen, the kids loved the bunk room, and the master suite could be either of the 3 bedrooms with King beds.Absolutely loved it and highly recommend staying at this house!

Our time at Cinnamon Shores was outstanding! The resort grounds were nicely well kept, there were planned events every evening. Our children loved it and felt safe throughout the area. The beach was within walking distance and even though the weather was a bit chilly, the sands were powder soft and we especially love that we can build a fire pit to warm up and make s’mores. My family and I will definitely be back along with our friends to create more memories at Cinnamon Shores. Oh, I can’t forget the staff there. Everyone was super friendly and helpful from the office staffs to the grounds keepers. Thank you Cinnamon Shores!!

This was a last minute trip, but what a pleasant surprise! The hostess was so great at communicating with us. Check in went better than expected, the team at Cinnamon Shores were friendly and helpful. We walked into a very beautiful home, decorated with luxury yet durable furnishings. The golf cart was fueled and waiting for us parked right out front. Beach access was simple, beach was clean, the water was blue/ teal ( total surprise for this East Texas cost girl)The heated pool was amazing. They didn’t skimp with the heat. It had been cold and windy for 2 days and we went in and it was at least 89degrees and felt fantastic and the views were so enjoyable.Check out was simple and reasonable. WoW!We are always blown away by the intentionality, excellence, thoughtfulness and perfection of Cinnamon Shore...We stayed at See the Sea and it was a Dream Come True! The home is STUNNING and the views are unforgettable! To be able to See The Sea from the back porch is a Game Changer! You can see and hear the ocean waves as you relax on the balconies.This home was perfect in holding 5 couples and we had rooms to spare. Its one home away from the boardwalk to the beach and a 2 minute walk from the awesome pool in the South Neighborhood.Great Job Cinnamon Shore.And Go and Experience See The Sea!

We had the best stay at Cinnamon Shore!The house we stayed in was called the “Beach Barn”. It was beautifully decorated in what I would refer to as “Beachy Cowboy”. It definitely gave off beach house vibes, but also stayed true to its Texas roots. It felt luxurious and inviting all at the same time.We stayed in the downstairs master, but would have been comfortable in any of the rooms. It has the CUTEST kids room with 4 bunk beds and the kids loved it! Our little one is still in a crib, but it also has a play pen you can use. We cooked all our meals at the house and it had everything we needed in the kitchen, as well as a Traeger grill outside.There is a small lake right out the back of house, which can be seen from both the upper and lower porches. They also have rocking chairs on both porches, so this is where we had our morning coffee and evening drinks.There is a pool and park right down the path from the house. This was perfect for entertaining the kids. This pool wasn’t heated, but there is another pool a few block away that is heated. The heated pool also has a bar. There were a couple of cooler days, so the heated pool was a nice option.We didn’t rent a golf cart, but felt comfortable walking everywhere including the beach. The house provided a wagon, so we just used that to haul our stuff around. They also had some beach toys and a boogie board in the garage. As well as beach towels and an outdoor shower to rinse off all after returning from the beach.The house also had a couple beach chairs, but we opted to rent beach chairs and an umbrella through the guest office. It was great to just show up at the beach and already have it set up. That’s was just a personal preference for us.Overall, we felt like the house had everything we needed (plus more) and it seemed like a lot of thought went into making it guest friendly. We’ll definitely be back! 🩵

I love Cinnamon Shore. It’s a dream. We stayed at Amazing Grace and loved it. The feedback I’m giving is simply small things that I feel could take it to the next level. 1. Water pressure at our house was very weak. 2. There are thorns/stickers in the grass in front lawn area so if you are walking barefoot or drag one inside you risk stepping on one and it happened to everyone in the house. 3. Bird poop should be washed from patios and decks before arrival. 4. The golf cart rental policies are a bit odd. They park it outside your home, but you can’t get the code until noon, so ours sat there for 2 hours until we could drive to the beach- for the money you pay for those things it just doesn’t make sense to park it outside and just wait.I would say these are minor compared to all the good and convenience you experience at Cinnamon Shore. You get chairs/umbrella set out for the day for a VERY reasonable price, we loved the C Bar and the customer service was great- Tyler was on top of it and serving everyone with enthusiasm and promptness. The amenities are amazing- loved all the pools, the gym is amazing. If you go to Port A, Cinnamon Shore is a real treat.

Cinnamon shores is beautiful and very well kept. We stayed in the Sea La Vie house and it’s gorgeous. Accommodated 12 of us easily. You can see the ocean from the main floor and upper level. Some cons the elevator was out of order, a couple restroom doors would not lock and the railing going from the bottom floor to the main floor was wobbly. However beach access on the golf carts was great. The bonfire was also fun. The pool near Sea La Vie was great. We will return!

Cinnamon shore is the best! Everyone is very kind and attentive. Our cottage was clean, but we did encounter some cockroaches which made the stay a bit uncomfortable. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. It needs to be replaced asap. I ended up sleeping on the floor instead. The upstairs room was a delight and no issues with bugs upstairs. We definitely visit cinnamon shore again but will not be staying at same cottage due to bugs.

We just returned from Cinnamon Shore and it was INCREDIBLE!! I am not shy about posting on good and bad experiences. This community was perfect! The noise was low, beautiful home, very clean and the beach was perfect. Their beach chair system could have used some tweaking as you dont know where youll be day to day. But that wasnt an issue at all! The market and restaurants on property were fantastic. The golf carts are a must and very nice. We have a family of 6 and had a set of grandparents with us. It was spacious and well stocked at the house. I am very picky about cleanliness when we travel (mainly because I am suppose to be on vacation and want to stay somewhere clean, so I can relax), house was spotless! And light and airy. Everything you want in a beach house. Highly recommend this community! You wont want to leave.

What a beautiful place to visit. Heated pools, tons of family friendly activities, beach and beach chairs, pizza ship, ice cream, and more. The beach is a typical Texas beach which isn’t the prettiest but it’s still a beach! We have stayed here multiple times and definitely recommend. The style of houses and shops reminds me of Seaside in Destin, Florida.

Our family LOVES this place! Weve been going for several years now and it keeps getting better with more housing, expansion with the Cinnamon Shore South section and more pools. There is so much to do from games, fishing in the ponds, concerts, movie nights and on-site restaurants. There is housing and units available for any size of family. We recommend booking very early if you want the largest selection to choose from. Every house has always been immaculate and as pictured online. The vibe of this community is amazing! It is nice to be able to have chairs reserved on the beach each day for whenever we want to pop over there. Staff is always friendly and helpful!

This is a quiet and beautiful community. The grounds are well kept and construction was hardly noticeable. The pools are lovely and the kids play areas are perfect for toddlers. We love you can drive a golf cart on the boardwalk to the beach. Dylan’s Pizza Place was great and so was the coffee cafe. September was a perfect time to visit. We will be returning to Cinnamon Shore! PS, we stayed in the Hula Hut and it’s perfect for a little family of 4-5.

This was the perfect bungalow for our family of 4 & our 5yr old Blue Heeler. Sleeping was comfortable, the decor was darling & set the mood for a relaxing & luxurious stay at the beach. Barefoot Bungalow was roomier than expected & well laid out for our grown family to enjoy!! We will definitely book another stay here soon!! Also the CS & Sage golf carts staffs made sure we were well cared for too!

The aesthetic, activities, & grounds at this subdivision of rentals & owned homes is very Florida-like. We had a wonderful time, the beach & pools in the fall were perfect. Would like to go again. A few problems with the house, maintenance team needs to be a bit more attentive. Beautiful place.

We stayed in the Easy Breezy house. It was absolutely beautiful. Every floor was designed and decorated beautifully. I had my grandson with me who is 7 months and we even found a pack n play in one of the closest. The house provided everything we could have asked for and so much more!!!

I cannot rave enough about Cinnamon Shore. This is our second summer renting and each time it gets better. From the moment you drive into the resort, youre surrounded with a clean, friendly and safe environment. The staff at check-in greeted us with a smile and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. The house we rented was clean, filled with everything we needed and provided ample room for us and our guests. We had beach set-ups both days and enjoyed not having to lug a bunch of stuff with us and then spend half the morning setting it up. A golf cart isnt needed, but is helpful if youre traveling with little ones or staying closer to the entrance. Dylans Pizza is great for casual dining or takeout and Lisabellas is so convenient for a fancy dinner. I recommend getting a 6 or 6:30pm reservation so youre dine just in time to catch the live music at 7:30pm. We love Cinnamon Shore and are already looking forward to summer 22!

The first time to Cinnamon Shore, we were in love. Finally a beach in Texas that is worth visiting and amazing to go to. It matched the style of 30A in Florida.While we had a great trip this time around, the service was lacking. The people in charge of the golf carts argued with people from my party and we were met with a lot of unhappy people to help us out (granted were not high maintenance people), but when we see 12 cockroaches in a $700/night place to stay, we think its okay that we expect some pest control there.I really hope the owners at Cinnamon Shore recognize this, encourage homeowners to maintain their properties, so that Cinnamon Shore will continue to be a desirable place in the future. If it continues on this path though, its not good for anyone owning a home there or anyone wanting to go and stay there.

My husband and I decided to book a weekend getaway to Port A. After researching different places to stay we booked at Cinnamon Shore. This place was amazing. The condo we rented was beautiful and so clean. The bed was so comfortable and the condo was equipped with everything youd need. The resort offers so much from a heated pool to different restaurants to eat at. You literally dont have to leave the grounds! They have everything. We stayed in bunkhouse 10-303. Highly recommend!

We live just down the road in Padre Isles but we needed some time to relax and enjoy the beauty of the island & celebrate my birthday. What an amazing week we had! We stayed at A Shore Thing and it couldn’t have been any better. The home was beautiful & comfortable and had everything we needed. Andrew was helpful on showing us around the home & the amenities the home & Cinnamon Shore offered. We loved the heated pools and the beautiful grounds in Cinnamon Shore.

Perfect place to enjoy a family beach vacation without having to leave Texas. We really enjoyed driving the golf cart to the beach and having the umbrellas and chairs set up for us. All of the restaurants on site were really good too. Our condo rental was very spacious and clean. Grounds were also well kept. We would definitely stay here again.

A couple years ago, my husband and I took our kids to stay in Port Aransas. Neither one of us had been there before, but I found a really cute place in Cinnamon Shore that looked really nice so I booked it. It was one of our favorite vacations to date.While we were there, we were able to entertain the kids with a sand castle competition, ride on a golf cart on the beach, and watch a movie on the lawn in the community area. We left that weekend trip vowing to go back one day just the two of us.And this past week, we were able to do just that. We stayed in a beautiful condo in the same Cinnamon Shore area and it was even better than we remembered. We roasted marshmallows on the fire pit, ate at both on site restaurants, and swam in one of the three pools on the property. It was amazing.So if youre looking to visit the Corpus Christi/Mustang Island/South Padre Island area but are looking for something a little more upscale with all of the amenities you could ever want, Cinnamon Shore is the place to go.

For a spot in Texas, this is not bad at all—restaurants on site, golf cart rental, and comfortable, elegant homes. Now off the area, it is a drive for groceries, but the family had a great time; we will return—nothing like driving onto the beach and setting up camp. Where to begin…Cinammon Shore surpassed all of our expectations. Our family LOVED our beach house rental situated on the lake in South and just a 3 minute golf cart ride to the beach. We had such a magical time and the charm of the beach house with its designer selected interior just added to the charm. We couldn’t tell if we were on the gulf or in Nantucket when we sipped coffee off our balcony. Everyday we received texts of activities we could take part in and reports on the coastal weather for beach set ups. I cannot sing the praises of this place enough. When we checked out our thoughts rotated between “When do we book next?” And “When do we buy?” — bravo to the entire Cinammon Shore community. You have created something truly special and I cannot wait to see how Port A continues to expand and enhance its coastal charm.

We spent 3 nights at Cinnamon Shore with all of our adult children and grand baby. We loved the whole community, and will be returning next year! The only thing we wish is that they had another restaurant that was more evening casual that had a variety of food. We also missed out on eating at Lisabellas because you have to book it at least a month before you arrive. Loved that they take care of your chairs and umbrellas on the beach and golf carts were ready to go, be sure to call ahead to rent them! I highly recommend this place!

Nice condo resort hut extremely high rental prices. The location, amenities, and pools are very nice. Condos are close to the beach. Prices to rent are just a bit too extreme and it’s almost cheaper to do a week in Florida.

Our family’s first visit to Cinnamon Shore after years of vacations on 30A in Florida. In summary, just an outstanding experience that far exceeded expectations. This is an extremely well run resort and we extend kudos to management and all staff. The service level here, across the board, is top notch. Needed a new coffee maker - done in 2 hours. Needed a replacement golf cart - done in 10 minutes. Love being able to drive the golf cart with kids, grandkids and all our gear right on the beach to our beach chairs. Restaurants and pool food and beverage service was outstanding. We have already booked another home for next year!

This was our 2nd time to Port A but first time to Cinnamon Shore and let me just say, it did NOT disappoint. We have found our new favorite family vacation spot. Booking, check-in and check-out was effortless. Given we decided to come for a few days only, we stayed in the Lazy Dunes 2/2 condo. It was perfect for my husband, toddler and baby. My girls loved the common grounds, the pizza at Dylan’s, and of course the beach! The Dunes pool was also amazing! We rented a golf cart to get us around and I would highly recommended doing so! Honestly, I could go on and on about how great it is, but you need to see it for yourself! Can’t wait to go back for years to come. 🤍🐚

Cinnamon shores is a very nice vacation rental company. All homes are beautiful and community is wonderful. There is a variety to choose from between cottages, condos and gulf view homes. Lots of amenities from direct beach access, several restaurants, yoga classes, fitness center and pools.

This was our first stay at Cinnamon Shores. It was an absolute amazing trip. The property is beautiful and we loved all the planned activities. From the paddle board yoga(Donna is amazing🧘🏽‍♀️) to movie and s’mores night. It’s a must for vacationers young and old. While we where there, we hit a few bumps in the road, the management and staff were gracious and courteous. They made sure to take care of our concerns promptly. The restaurants were stellar! The food was impeccable. I even had the pleasure of meeting the on property Sheriff! 🚔My adult friends got lost on the beach late at night, he was there to offer his help! 🤣 The bonfire was a hit with the kids and visiting friends. Our family has visited 5 years in a row and has never been disappointed. We love the convenience of having chairs and umbrellas set out so we can enjoy the beach all day. The Kiera pool is so much fun for all ages. Our son loves playing on the pirate ship and with the other outdoor games. The ice cream truck is a nightly family tradition!!! Every year, we wish we had scheduled another day. We si.ply love and look forward to our annual visits. Great family memories!!!

Facilities were great.It was brutally hot but clearly not the fault of management, nor were the armies of jelly fish (all of us who went into the ocean ended up with numerous stings). These were clearly related to recent storms.HOWEVER, there were issues that could and should have been addressed:There is an inordinate amount of trash on the beach and I think you should hire someone to keep it clean as classy resorts do.Also, and likely storm related, were armies of mosquitoes which made us miserable with their bites. This could easily have been handled with nightly sprays as resorts in mosquito infested do.This would have made out visit must better.These are not expensive fixes.Lastly the pools are very hot already and I’m concerned that by July when we’re back again it will be too hot to swim. Any thoughts of coolers?Gary Gross

Our family stayed at the Summercatch property in Cinnamon Shore South. It was my family of four, my brother-in-laws family of four and the grandparents. The house is absolutely beautiful and a great location for beach access and the green space for kids to run and play. We could sip coffee or wine from the balcony while watching the kids play with their cousins and other children visiting Cinnamon Shore. The new pool is within walking distance and superb. Service was excellent and the Pink Whitneys are our new favorite! We will return again and again!

We stayed in TC 1207 at Cinnamon Shores North. The Condo was in an excellent location. My Husband and 8 year old walked to and from the beach everyday with our their beach stuff in a wagon. Most rent the golf carts, pretty pricey, but we choose not to and there were no regrets. We also brought our own beach chairs and there was more than enough room on the beach.Condo had several days worth of paper towels, TP, dishwashing soap, pods, laundry pods and travel size shampoo/cond/wash. Also had staples like salt,pepper, sugar etc. Kitchen was also well stocked with nice cookware and appliances. AC worked very well.Only things we didnt like was that king bed was very hard and the mattress/pillows didn’t have protectors on them, so they’re kinda grimy. Also, for the kids to go to the bathroom they have to walk thru master bedroom. There’s no communal entrance to the only bathroom.Overall, not a big fan of Port A beaches but we had no choice in this vacation plan. Make sure you bring lots of bug spray as the mosquito swarm is in full effect at dawn and dusk. Jellyfish in the water were plentiful on some days. Multiple kiddos got stung. The sand is also rock hard. If you know what you’re getting into, then it’s fineOverall, probably won’t be back. But not because of the condo or the community. Only because of the beaches, so I wouldn’t hold it against them.

I give 4 stars bc our overall experience was pretty good. We loved the community, amenities and the activities provided as well as golf carts and easy beach access. Pools are awesome too. Cinnamon Shore is super family friendly for our kids’ ages (3-8) and we loved that. We love the restaurants although not fans of Lisabella’s the others are great though. The issues came with the house we stayed in this time (summer 24) and over Christmas (2023-24). Our 1st stay we had multiple dead roaches throughout the house which maintenance had to come put traps out more than once for, gross. The second, larger home had multiple issues, including our bed in the primary being BROKEN! The wood slats under the box spring were broken and the bed was clearly and visibly sunken in the middle, not sure how housekeeping could have missed that making the bed. We moved the bed frame and slept with the box springs and mattress on the floor the first night, in an over $6000/week rental house! They fixed it the next day. Floors were swept but left in a pile at the bottom of the stairs. Batteries in several remotes didn’t work. The breaker was flipped so no outlets worked nor TVs so we had to wait for maintenance to come open the box to flip the breaker back on. A Roku was missing in the tv downstairs. Kitchen missing: no dish towels, no oven mitts, no pizza cutters, no sauté pan, and no spatula/turner. Only dish towels were brought the next day. I would not stay in 158 Bent Grass “Sunny Days” again. We love CS and will give another house a try.

We were looking for a family friendly place to have a fun weekend with our grandkids! We were not disappointed. They loved the beach carts, playing on the beach, the great swimming pools and playscape! It was great for my husband and me to get to enjoy ordering poolside, for lunch and adult beverages, as well as the kids menu! I had some technical difficulties for the Condo TV, but the office sent someone right over to get the problem resolved. We will come again with the entire family!

We had a nice family get together at Cinnamon Shore. Very easy to rent golf cart and beach chairs as well as instructions in the house were clear and helpful. One suggestion is for better storage possibilities in Primary Bedroom upstairs as my husband and I could not fit both our suitcases or clothes in what was available. Shelves in the closet like in the first floor bathroom would be nice in the Primary bedroom as well moving the full length mirror to the wall behind the door. Nice place for families and Lisabella’s was delicious!!

We had a fabulous and memorable 5 nights at the spacious and wonderfully equipped home at 226 Grand Central. The 3 king bedrooms, 2 of which are ensuite, offer comfortable beds and all three had well-designed closets. The Master Suite, which my husband and I stayed in, was, like the home, tastefully decorated. We had three families so all the rooms were utilized. The downstairs has one king suite with an ensuite bathroom and the bunk room with 5 beds also has an ensuite bathroom. Especially nice and convenient are the washer and dryer downstairs and another stacked set upstairs. I would rate this home as luxurious and definitely high-end. Its location across from the Dune pool and the nearby walkway to the beach are assets. Being on a boulevard makes parking easy. Forever memories are meant to be created here. We celebrated my husbands 80th birthday and his family reunion. 226 Grand Central was perfect and easily accommodated 34 family members, ages 5 to 80, for 2 meals and lots of family visiting. Kudos to the owners and to the Cinnamon Shores staff for their hospitality and informative texts.The staff members at Cinnamon Shores are personable and helpful. Their smiles set the tone for an unforgettable stay.

We had 6 adults, and 4 kids under the age of eight and a baby and the house was perfect for our three families and could have slept more! The kitchen was well equipped (bring extra garbage bags) and lots of beach towels ready to go downstairs. The Oceanside in 196 Round Rd. in Cinnamon Shores North is a great location to the kids pool, the movies, the treat shack, and the boardwalk. We did rent golf carts which were waiting outside the house when we arrived which made getting around very easy. We also took advantage of renting beach chairs and umbrellas which were all set up for the days at the beach. Dylan’s Coal Oven Pizza was delicious if you are looking to eat out. As you can see, Cinnamon Shores offers more than you could want for a memorable family vacation!

Clean, well maintained, very friendly and informative staff, great beach access, nice pools and wonderful nightly things to do in the center circle.We enjoyed the way they have movies or a band each night in the center circle. It’s a good way to wind down a busy day. There was a ice cream truck nightly. And good vendor pop ups too.The pools are clean and fun but - they were very, very warm. Not hot tub warm but also not what we would call refreshing. However, once you’re in the pool and playing with the kiddos, you forget about that.Overall property outside of the rental unit was very nicely maintained and I even saw a person who was going around cleaning the gas grills.This is our second time visiting Cinnamon Shores and we came back primarily due to the great beach access. Rent a golf cart as the boardwalks over the dunes are long and hauling gear can be tiresome. Plus you can drive up and down the beach a long ways, even all the way up to Port Aransas proper.The beach chairs / umbrellas were OK. They’ve seen better days but worked as they should.

We loved our stay at the Blue Crab! This has been our favorite stay at Cinnamon Shore… The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and a perfect spot to rest and relax! Staying over Easter long weekend, there was an Easter egg hunt for kids and Sunday morning , a sunrise church service on the lawn, which was very special. Retro Retreat is perfect! We couldn’t have asked for a better location…it’s right on Social Circle with Lisabella’s, Dylan’s, Shore Cafe and the Market just across the street. The beds are heavenly and the condo is stocked with everything you can imagine. There is a PAC Man game with 100 games on it to play, and a huge 70 inch TV. We could watch the music at the Social Circle from the swinging chairs on the porch…so cool! We’ll definitely return to Cinnamon Shore and to Retro Retreat!

This was our second stay at Cinnamon Shore! We absolutely love it. The houses are beautiful, the pools are amazing and the beach is just a short boardwalk away! The atmosphere is so fun and relaxed! It’s a beautiful place with great food and lots of fun, but also lots of memories to be made! The staff is very friendly and willing to help with whatever you may need during your stay! We stayed at the cabin Sea Salt with 4 adults and two children. The cottage is a wonderful for this size family or group. The house is well stocked for cooking and making drinks with good quality cook wear and serving platters of all kinds. The beds are very comfy and the pull out sofa is a good quality, but quite firm! The 4 star is for the poor water pressure upstairs and not enough washer pods for this many people for 3 days. There’s also nothing stocked for cooking basics like salt, pepper, oil, etc. I wish the patio chairs were more comfy for lounging also.I also have feedback for the other aspects to Cinnamon Shore that we’ve learned this year. The pizza restaurant makes great pizza but takes forever, be prepared to wait a while. The main office area is very generous about giving Keurig pods and coffee stuff, which is great for the first day when you’re not prepared. The cafe at the big pool is VERY overpriced and makes VERY weak drinks. $75 for two double top shelf margaritas!? Mango daiquiri did not have any kick to it at all. Live and learn. Also the 10am check out time is just hilarious - I imagine they plan for people running late but it’s just insane to expect people to be out by 10am.

That. Was. Incredible.We loved our stay at the LegaSEA beach house! It is stunning and so comfortable and has everything we could think of. We brought another couple and my in-laws and it was big enough that we had plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed each other’s company without feeling like we were on top of each other. My husband had lots of long talks on the porch with his dad. My daughter had her first root beer float and we listened to live music every night. She made friends with some kids playing soccer and has decided she wants to start playing now. Dylan’s pizza sauce is perfection. Irie’s has my new favorite taco. My daughter made a special reading nook with the bottom bunk of her bed and found a new favorite series in one of the book sets in the kids’ room. The weather was perfect and we went to the beach for two days and enjoyed the pool and pirate ship playground on the last night. The blue porch swings were the perfect place to read a book as the storm rolled in.This was such a wonderful trip and I’m so grateful. 💙💙💙

We stayed at Coast Awhile in Cinnamon Shore and loved it! We had five couples and the five bedroom 5.5 bath luxurious home was perfect and very spacious. It is so close to the beach which is well maintained. The home has everything you need including two dishwashers, two full size ovens, and every kitchen gadget and pan and serving platter/bowl with you will ever need and tons of beach towels!. We put our dinner in the crockpot in the morning after making smoothies in the ninja blender which made it so easy! We made use of both laundry rooms since we were there for a week. The beds are so comfy, and I love all the different books around the house and in the library. We also enjoyed the way the home is decorated. We have stayed at Coast Awhile four times and will be coming back next year for sure!

My family recently stayed 7 nights at See The Sea in Cinnamon Shore South. Before we arrived I was very concerned about the construction in the area. I talked to Amanda Campbell at the Cinnamon Shore office. Amanda could sense my concern and reassured me that it was going to be fine. She even walked the area near the house and checked the noise level. Amanda went out of her way to to answer my questions, assuring me that once we got there it was going to be great! She was absolutely correct. The house was beautiful and very well stocked and appointed. There were 8 adults and 10 grandchildren. The house fit our needs perfectly. It was very quiet ( even with 10 lively children! ) The house is so well thought out for families! The view was fabulous. The wonderful pool was nearby as was the boardwalk. The house is perfectly situated.Amanda and her team made us feel so welcome. They went out of their way to see that we were happy. I will always be so grateful! My 70th birthday will always be the most special ever because I got to spend it with my family in this beautiful house in Cinnamon Shore. Thank you Amanda.We live in Tennessee and have spent vacations for years in Florida, in the 30 A area. Our vacation this year on Mustang Island in Cinnamon Shore South was without a doubt the best we have ever experienced! We are looking forward to spending many more vacations at See the Sea in Cinnamon Shore South.

The beds were unbelievably comfortable and bathrooms were spacious!Constructive Criticism for the Condo:• Not enough non-stick frying pans to cook multiple items at once.• Highly recommend adding Tupperware to the Condo for leftovers cooked at the house.• Not everyone is a Coffee Fan, a Tea Kettle would be an amazing addition.• Unfortunately we had to call maintenance twice, once for the front door lock, it wouldn’t open with the provided code and another for the smoke detector battery that went off.• Not sure if it was user error, but we could not get the air to go under 71 upstairs?Constructive Criticism for CS:• We unfortunately picked a week that CS was a ghost town, no events during our Stay.• The two coffee options in the community were barely if ever open, but never in the mornings.With all that said, we are already talking about when we are coming back!! Cannot wait!

We had a great stay at the Sea Pearl property South Cinnamon Shore. It was our first time to visit and our family of 4 humans and 1 pup had a fun time exploring the beach, visiting North Cinnamon Shore shops and checking out the pools. The only complaint we have is with the golf cart rental which has still not been resolved (we were charged for 2 days although the cart was not provided in the morning as promised but in the late afternoon).

Overall my family enjoyed our stay at Cinnamon Shore. The grounds are kept very nicely, and the pools are nice. I am giving 4 stars for a couple reasons.To rent a golf cart, you have to rent for a minimum of 2 nights (at $140-170 a night). When you arrive late on the first night because of travel (like 8:00pm), there is no need to rent a golf cart for that day. So, we could not rent one for the only other night we would be there. So, not only is that a poor policy, but I am sure this happens a lot, and the golf cart rental place loses out on revenue. They had a ton of available carts because it is off season, so it would be nice for them to change that silly policy. Not only that but $140-$170 a day for a golf cart you are going to drive around the Cinnamon Shore property seems quite high, considering you can rent a car for 2-3 days for that amount. Secondly, we needed more towels and both TVs in our room would not bring “regular” TV up, only streaming services. We wanted to watch football and couldn’t in our room. Is was after hours and we spoke to an answering service who said they would send a message to maintenance. So, essentially we didn’t get towels until the next morning when we were checking out, and the TVs were never fixed. Both TVs had two remotes and we could not get the TV remote to work, so it was kind of a pain. If they have special ways of watching normal TV, they should leave an instruction sheet on how to work the remotes properly.

Cinnamon shore is a gem in the making. The town is small but beautiful with plenty of home/condo options to fit a variety of budgets. The house we were in was designed wonderfully to fit multiple families and had beautiful furnishings with everything you could want. The view was fabulous even though it wasn’t directly in water. The golf car rental that you could drive onto the beach was amazing. With 4 kids and in laws it’s the perfect tool to cart everyone and their stuff around. I loved the convenience. The only couple qualms I have is I thought the town was lacking a little- could definitely use shopping and more food options. The market was well stocked which helped but after a couple days we ate all we could eat and would’ve loved more options. Both were great but one was particularly too expensive. Good food but for those prices it should’ve been the best 5 star meal I’ve ever had and it just wasn’t. Second, I felt like I had some communication errors with staff when I needed things( we had incorrect beach chairs delivered but it was fixed easily and needed a couple home repairs which someone came to the house and we left while he was repairing it, got home, nothing was fixed, and no further communication about it. They were minor issues so we let it go fast).we definitely plan to return soon and hope this community keeps growing. Texas needed something like this! And it seems to be quickly becoming the Texas version of Florida’s 30A!

My husband booked this stay a few months ago and we’ve been excited about it since. This was our first time and we were welcomed by the front desk with open arms. It was the easiest check in we’ve ever had, we had a golf cart waiting for us, lovely music playing in our condo, and it smelled amazing. The spaces have full kitchens, fully stocked with appliances. You have the option to bring your own food to make or you can eat at the delicious restaurants on the grounds. Everything was so convenient, we were able to just walk to everywhere or use the golf cart. Beach access was super easy as well. We got chairs and an umbrella and it was set up for us with our name on it. Every person on staff was courteous and respectful, it seemed like they liked working there. We will definitely be going back.

We recently had our first visit to Cinnamon Shore and fell in love with the community, amenities, beach accessibility and our rental property. There was nothing better than loading up our golf cart each day and driving to the beach to find our chairs and umbrella waiting for us. We were scheduled during Hurricane Nicholas and the management office was wonderful in assisting us throughout. We cannot wait to return!

I had an excellent time on my recent trip to Cinnamon Shore. The village is beautiful, I really enjoyed just walking around and looking at all the different houses and how comforting it all felt. The condo we stayed at was a short walk to the beach, the boardwalk access made it so easy. I purchased the beach package so my chair and umbrella were set up for me and all I had to do was show up to have a fun time at the beach. It was great to be able to have food delivered right to your chair and it was delicious. We didnt order any drinks but the people next to us remarked on how fast they received their order. One other major plus was the quiet hours so you were able to get a good nights sleep. The staff here was extremely friendly and helpful. All in all a great place to visit.

We came for a friend’s wedding and were blown away by the property and all the amenities. Check in was the easiest process. We pulled up the our property and a luggage cart awaited us. To the third floor we went and kids were full of anticipation to see where we were staying for the next several nights. Their eyes were wide and their smiles bright as they say the beautiful accommodations we had. Kids had the top floor and we had the bottom floor. Worked out perfectly. The beach was extremely clean and sand dollars were all over the place. I had never seen so many. Dylan’s pizza place was absolutely delicious. The margarita pizza was my fave. Hands down the best pizza I have ever had. Thank y’all again for allowing us to experience our best family vacation.

This past weekend we stayed at cinnamon shores(address: 216 Bent Grass)! We arrived on Friday to the most amazing place we have ever stayed at. It was not only elegant but it was cozy too… The spacious floor plan and the openness of this house made for a very relaxing stay as well. At every turn thru the house the decor amazed me. The owner definitely put a lot of time, thought and heart into this home. The house was also equipped with everything we needed .. from towels to kitchen tools to throws and more. The location was a hop, skip and jump away from the beach. I have to admit though most of our time was spent at the house or at one of cinnamon shores beautiful swimming pools! We stayed here with two other couples (close friends of ours) and had a memorable weekend. We will definitely be back! We love the resort. Booking and check-in is easy and we were provided a link to text for needs. We stayed at the Lazy Dunes, a 2 bedroom which is very nicely decorated and very clean. It was well-stocked with everything you might need, but could use some storage containers for left-overs. We did have a plumbing issue w one of the toilets, which is not a big deal if immediately responsive, but it took 2 calls for that and 3 for the internet which was off the majority of our 6 days—probably for the best since it kept us from working and watching much TV—but is always upsetting to the men-folk. They did give us a credit at check-out which is why I checked responsive, but my husband was frustrated with the repeat calls and there not being a record of prior calls. Overall though, we had a great time! We fished w the kids at the lake, caught our limit with our fishing guide in the bay, and enjoyed the beach tremendously once the weather cooperated! Lisa Bella’s was amazing food and service and Dylan’s Coal Oven Pizza was as well. Didn’t make it to the pool this time around since our one day of good weather was at the beach. Recommend it overall!

We absolutely loved our stay at Cinnamon Shore. Adorable, quiet community, and great staff. Be sure to double check the hours of any of the shops or places to eat during the week, as a few things closed early or weren’t open at all during our stay midweek. Also it’s best to rent your golf cart with Sage, which is right in Cinnamon Shore; makes pickup and drop off very easy! We will be returning for another family trip very soon!

This was our second trip to Cinnamon Shores and had a great time again! We have two little ones so the community is great for that. Easy to get around by walking or in the golf cart. Lots of options from pools to the pirate playground for them. Our favorite pool is Kieras with C Bar drinks and food! The wait staff is amazing there...please send them kudos. Those birds though...a solution to help with that would be great. Our rental Blue Pearl was a great size for our two families to have our own space. We loved overlooking the lake from the second floor balcony and the reading nook looking out onto to the lake. We will be back!

We had a terrific stay at the For the Girls house at Cinnamon Shore. It was an ideal location- close to the beach and both pools, and on the lawn so the kids could run out and start up a game of baseball. I liked having the living spaces on the ground floor. My only suggestion for improvement would be to get a better grill; the one currently there is like a glorified George Foreman and not up to the task. We ended up baking our meat rather than grilling because it couldnt get hot enough. Overall a wonderful experience!

First timers to Cinnamon Shore and it didnt disappoint. The community is adorable, family friendly, walkable, and a perfect family vacation spot. The pros: easy and convenient beach access with the ability to drive the (rented) golf carts directly on the the beach area designated/accessible for CS community. Events are hosted nightly that are free (movie night, smores, karoke, live music). Areas of outdoor yard games and a man made pond for fishing (poles available to rent). Onsite fitness facility (its small, but has free weights, bikes/treads, KB, etc). The condos are decorated coastal chic with updated amenities. The cons: the cell service is terrible in the community and in the condos. Our condo had wi-fi, but it wasnt great. Cell calls would drop and go into SOS mode frequently. Many activities are for an additional cost (paddleboard yoga 1 hr is $40/per person, yoga on the beach $, bike rental, golf cart rental $600/3 days). Very limited onsite restaurants. Dylans Pizza is fantastic, but it has a very small indoor seating area and the inside temperature was 80 degrees and outdoors was 100. The coffee shop with coffee/gelato/treats closes at 2 PM daily. The closest HEB is 25 minutes away, but does deliver to Cinnamon Shores for $20 delivery fee. There is a rule that you cant run the A/C lower than 73 during the day/night. Yall. Its Texas and the humidity in July at the beach is no joke. This made the condo pretty warm during the day and unpleasant at night. We used the ceiling fans and stand up fans to keep comfortable. The property is owned by three different entities (CS management, HOA, and Home Owners) and when theres an issue theres finger pointing at who is responsible for a resolution. Well visit again, but will make sure to ask about who is responsible for the condo, how is the wifi, bring all of our own food, and bring/request additional fans.

The house was beautiful and access to the beach was amazing. However, the service provided by the onsite management company was horrible. We were never notified that the dishwasher was broken until after we cooked a meal and loaded the dishwasher. When we reported it, the management company said oh yea, we know it’s broken and are waiting for parts. The unit we stayed in had a Culligan water purifier which seemed great. The sign posted above it clearly said replace water jug when empty. We arrived to 7 empty jugs in the house. Again when we called, management came and took the 7 empty jugs but never brought a full one. Minor but frustrating when paying over $10k for 5 nights.

We really loved our week at Cinnamon Shore and our boys had the best time at the pools and in the ocean. Our house was the perfect fit and very well appointed. I am, however, disappointed in the condition of the grounds. The flower beds were unkept, the streets a little messy, and the coffee shop/market could have used a good clean. I’m sure some of the landscaping issues are due to the recent freeze, but, mulch/sand/rocks could have been better taken care of. Regardless of some of the issues, me and my family will definitely be back!
