Absolutely LOVED my stay at Chula Vista! The house was absolutely beautiful and just a short drive to the river and house pasture. After a day at the frio I loved that I was able to hang out at the house and enjoy the spacious back patio and the pool with a nice view! Also did I mention every room had a bathroom??? Huge bonus!! Will definitely be staying again and highly recommend!

We had our family reunion here and LOVED it. The bedrooms are set up for maximum space for people to sleep and still be comfortable. The pool is very nice and tons of space for food, drinks and anything else you may have. Tags for river access are nice to!

Chula Vista was the perfect house for my wedding weekend! We got married in Concan and had 32 guests from near and far stay in the house with us for a long weekend. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, each room having an adjoining restroom was perfect! We spent most of the weekend relaxing and enjoying the scenery outside on the patio. I would highly recommend Chula Vista, especially for large groups!

The house was unlike anything I’ve seen before. It was perfect for the five other families I went with. The living room looked very grand and every room in the house had everything. There was a ping pong table, corn hole, tether ball, and a pool! It was perfect for having fun. Hiking, and other things were also near the house. Helen, who manages the house, was very kind and helpful, and always picked up the phone whenever I needed something.This house is very recommended!

Chula Vista is absolutely beautiful! It’s very large and has plenty of rooms to accommodate large groups. After a long day of floating the river, it was so nice to hang out around the beautiful pool with friends and enjoy the view. I highly recommend staying here!

The home itself is beautiful!!!! We took a group of kids for a fun getaway and it was perfect. Plenty of room to play games, eat and relax inside. Outside the pool and patio are absolutely amazing! Everything about this property is on point.

We really enjoyed our weekend get away with family and friends!! This beautiful home has so much room for large groups and plenty of activities available to keep the kids busy when you are not floating the river. Will definitely stay here again.

Not a better place to stay on the Frio! Has EVERY amenity one could ever need on vacation! Plus, the location is fantastic, has the perfect balance between being close to the river but still offering enough privacy for you and your family to enjoy time together!!!! If you are looking for a luxury home that offers a pool and every comfort your own home would provide, THIS IS IT!!!!

This place is fabulous! It is just a short drive to the Frio River, or you can sit on the back patio and enjoy the beautiful view from the pool. You can also watch tv, mix drinks at the bar or gather around the fire pit from the patio as well. This house has everything! We will definitely be back.

We LOVED our stay at Chula Vista... plenty of room for our large group and very spacious bedrooms for everyone.. the kids loved having the ping pong table!!!! Made our reservations for 2022 already!!!!!

CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE! With so many choices in Concan, CHULA VISTA continues to be our NUMBER ONE choice. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, so everyone gets their own space. The home is beautifully decorated, amazingly comfortable and exceptionally clean. Hands down, this is the classiest place on the Frio!
