    My husband and I stayed at By the Bay for about two months while we were in the area for work. Initially we stayed in one of the cottages- very clean, well maintained, completely furnished with anything you could need for a long or short term stay. This location is also very safe, has a dog park, and is very quiet. Mr Rodney, Ms Rochelle, and Ms Theresa were always so friendly and helpful with any questions we had, changing reservation dates around our work schedule, and staying in touch about local activities we could enjoy. They also stayed in great contact with the guests regarding storms (we were there for the beginning of Hurricane season) and shared local updates as they came out. When we ended up purchasing a camper, we decided we were absolutely staying in their park. They helped us choose the right spot for our camper, changed our reservation from the cottage to the camper site so we wouldnt lose our place to stay, and even offered advice to us as new camper owners on set up and maintenance. When I tell you this place is EXCELLENT for their customer service, cleanliness, and communication- I mean it!!! We would stay here 100 out of 100 times, hands down. Very very happy with our stay, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

    We intended to stay for only a month but stayed for at least three. We are experienced full-timers that have been in countless RV parks of all shapes and sizes across this great country. Positive reviewers often comment that a particular place feels like home. But I’m going to put it this way: this place IS home. These folks really know how to run an RV park. Come see for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

    This is my third year to come for a 1 month stay at By The Bay. I rent one of the cabins because it’s just perfect for my needs. It’s the ideal location to venture out to spend the day fishing, enjoy the beach, or experience many of the great restaurants in the area. Rochelle and Rodney run the resort. You couldn’t ask for a better management team. They have always been most helpful whenever I’ve had a need. I can’t say enough nice things about those two. I can’t wait to come back for a month or more! I highly recommend this resort!

    We spent an entire week during spring break here with family. I had read prior reviews and was drawn here because of the price, concrete level sites along with 50amp, full hookups.The park was extremely quiet (aside from the State Hwy 35 traffic). Most of the guests where we were staying were snow birds, so there was a much more mature crowd than some of the other places.The park offers on-site laundry, bathhouse, and a community center. Other amenities include cable TV hookup and Wifi, although where we were at in the park, the signal was hit-and-miss, but I came to relax and not be on my electronics, so it didnt bother me. Wifi closer to the center of the park was much more reliable.This is also a pet friendly RV park with its own small dog park, which was nice.By the Bay also has some small cabins and some motel rooms at the front of the park.Staff was extremely friendly and would go out of the way to help. We were driving out to enjoy Rockport, and as we stopped by the dumpster to throw out our trash, the park maintenance guy came over and unloaded it for us.My 16 year old even commented on how he has never seen so many friendly people in one spot!We will definitely be returning.

    We stayed here for a month and it was lovely. The park is very quiet and offers activities. The camp hosts/staff could not have been more accomodating or helpful! The sites vary a bit. Our preference would be one with a concrete patio towards the back of the park. Our site, #73, had no other site behind it so we looked upon green space, which was nice. The laundry facilities were great and fully operational. We normally dont use the bathrooms at parks, but since our water heater went out, we used the showers. They were fabulous! Lots of hot water, good water pressure and they even provided towels, soap, and shampoo!! Bathrooms were very clean, as was the laundry. Close to downtown Rockport and Port Aransas. Good location for checking out the area. We would definintely stay here again when in the area.

    By the Bay RV Resort is a true hidden gem! The park is very close to Port Aransas and Rockport, Texas. Port Aransas is only 15 to 30 minutes via the free ferry service. Rockport is home to the Whooping Crane nesting sites. The RV park offers live music, crafting, community bonfires, and other things to do. Cable is provided and is in high definition. Trash can be set out for pickup, or you can throw it out as you leave the park. Chris does an excellent job at keeping the park in great shape. As for the management, I cant say enough about how friendly and helpful Rochelle and Rodney were. They will absolutely go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend this place for a short - or long-term stay. Stay here and find out for yourself that this place could be your own piece of paradise. And also...the fishing in the area is phenomenal!

    BTB is really a great park, especially for the winter Texans that we have become. Sites are clean and well maintained. The shower and bath house and laundry facility are alsways. Lean and fully functional. Staff is the best and cannot praise them enough. There are plenty of activities to do and the people we have met are great.     Leaving tomorrow after a month. Definitely would return. The park is immaculate. Chris does an amazing job on lawn care. Rodney and Rochelle are fabulous at managing this property. Teresa and Karen are very helpful. Everyone that works here is SO NICE. Trash pick up at site. Packages delivered. Laundry. 6 each washers and dryers. Quarters or app to run them. The location is perfect for Rockport, Aransas and Corpus. Great burger place 2 driveways down called Steerburger. Grab a great pizza at the Speedy Stop gas station. Small, with whatever you want, for $4. Delicious. Great staff too.

    Very clean and neat facility! From the first phone call to the drive out, this place has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced, they went above, and beyond to be sure we were able to be next to friends, the cottage was stocked with everything you need, and they provided us with additional things to accommodate our stay. Great location, the property is full of mature, oak trees for shade and beautiful views. Will definitely reserve this location for next year!

    My family and I have been going to the coast for years and we just found this hidden gem! By far one of the best places I’ve stayed at, Ms Rochel was so kind and attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. Very nice and quite and pet friendly, love that the kitchens had all the essentials and loved the 24 hour laundry room. Ac worked great and loved that the rooms had ceiling fans and couches had pullout beds . I Definitely recommend, my family and I will for sure come back when we vacation in Rockport again.

    Very nice RV park conveniently located just 10 mins from Rockport Beach and lots of restaurants & shopping. Park is neat and well maintained, sites are spacious and most have nice shade tree coverage. Management & staff are great, very friendly, and obviously take pride in their park! They also have a small hotel & Cabins for rent. So its perfect for family gatherings! Well definitely be back.

    Everyone was so friendly and helpful. My parents stayed in their hotel room and cabin, both were so clean and decorated in beach decor. Our campsite was perfect. Concreted and big enough for all our chairs and a picnic table, which the manager made sure to have on put on our site. Of course the beautiful Rockport windswept oaks were amazing. They even had a big enough open area for my son to get some batting practice in. The location was great. Not far from all the things Rockport has to offer and no traffic lights up and down the main road. Only reason I would give it four out of five stars is that the restroom and shower area had no air or ventilation. The amazing breeze can at least be taken advantage of.

    The office staff (Theresa)is terrific, we felt welcomed and the resort is beautiful and relaxing. Very clean and the commute to Aransas Pass or Rockport was easy to get to. I feel well rested. Definitely we are planning our next trip to By The Bay!

    We stay in a premium RV spot long term. The park overall is a clean quiet and friendly place. Rodney and Rochelle do an AMAZING job of making everyone feel welcome. Richard does a wonderful job of keeping the grounds neat and tidy. This park is a great value and feels like a community of friends.Clubhouse is stocked with dishes, movies, books, puzzles and games. It even has a full size stove/oven! And is available to reserve for private events. Currently there are weekly potlucks and other activities to get to know others in the park.Laundry facilities are very clean. Washers/dryers take quarters OR cards which is nice. The laundry room is well lit and always open outside of a few hours on Mondays.We had friends come for a long weekend visit. They stayed in one of the cabins. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with kitchen essentials. Check in was super simple.

    We stayed at By the Bay for 1 month. I cant say enough good things about this place. The staff is awesome. Very friendly and accommodating. By the end of the month they felt like family. We stayed in one of the cottages and loved it .it was exceptionally clean,roomy, and fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots ,pans, dishes,silverware, coffeemaker. Everything we needed.The grounds were well kept. It was quiet..just a very pleasant experience. We will definitely stay there again and I highly recommend it.

    We cannot recommend this park enough! Everything about it is PERFECT! From the impeccably kept grounds, to the very clean facilities and the amazing management! Our entire experience at By the Bay was the BEST of any place we have stayed. Rochelle and Rodney are the perfect hosts and we look forward to visiting them again. They really deserve ten stars!

    We spent 6 months at By the Bay. We enjoyed our time there- our next trip to Rockport will definitely be spent here. The ladies in the office are great and very helpful- Richard and Rodney the grounds keepers are great as well. The park is always clean, mowed and kept up. Miss being here.

    We checked in early May and planned on staying 3 months. We LOVE it here and extended our stay for another 3 months (at least) after only being here for a week. Rochelle and Rodney are great people. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. Grounds are beautiful, park is quiet, people are friendly.

    Great RV park, good location. Almost every site is surrounded by oaks. Exceptionally clean shower room and laundry. Rochelle and Rodney are very friendly and helpful. Guests are quiet and friendly. If you enjoy birdwatching, you can see many species right there. Hope to return.

    The wife and I stayed for a few days over the July 4th weekend. We had a great time, and plan on returning. Lana and Bo Reynolds manage this location and are doing a wonderful job.     We made reservations before left home. On journey there our pickup broke down. We were stuck in Las Cruces 6 days. Called Rochelle, explained situation & she gladly pushed our checkin date off 1 wk. When finally arrived checkin was so easy. We wound up staying 3 weeks. The park is beautiful. Kept very clean. It’s very quiet & bathrooms & laundry are very clean. WiFi is also good. We had some problems with our 5 wheel while there but Rodney & Rochelle were very helpful in getting them taken care of. Can’t say enough about them & this resort.

    Top Notch RV Park! We picked this park because the month rates were reasonable and the location was perfect for us for easy access to Port A, Rockport, and Corpus. Park staff (Rochelle, Rodney, Richard) are extremely helpful, friendly, and always going above and beyond consistently. PROS: They always notified us if we had mail and even brought it to us if they had time, propane service 3+ days a week, trash pickup, activities in the clubhouse several times a week, exceptionally well-maintained grounds. The WIFI is decent and they made several upgrades to improve signal and speed since we were there. Cable TV signal is A+. Verizon signal/data speed was A+. They really do care and well be back again next year. CONS: Honestly, theres only really one I can think of and its something the park cant fix. You have to be careful when having packages shipped. Amazon delivers here via USPS and that was 99% of the time perfect. UPS and Fedex there can be undeliverable issues - just make sure you use the USPS address validator tool (proper format matters) and youll be good to go. :) Thanks again.

    We are still here. It is a very nice, quiet park. A lot of the people here, are here for work and not just vacationing. The office has summer hours and winter hours so getting a hold of someone during the winter is a bit spotty. I would highly recommend this place for those working in the area away from home.

    Lady infront is awesome price is worth it very cute place and perfect for family get away. Beaches are not that great and the only one that is good is like 8 to 10 mins away. As for the room well worth it. 28 miles to Corpus Christi. Love it ty lady in front office your sweet!!! Only reason a 4 is because of lack of beach access and no close attractions.

    Stayed 2 months in an RV site and loved everything about this resort. Managers and the entire staff are very friendly and welcoming. We had a premium backin site that was plenty long enough for our trailer and truck. Most sites have trees for shade. Very nice fenced dog park with grass. Cable TV and fast WiFi suitable for streaming. Entire resort is clean and well maintained. Good location with H‑E‑B and Walmart close by. We will definitely be back.
