This sweet home is perfection.Marisol’s attention to detail is paramount. We literally had everything we needed to feel completely at home.My best friend and I met there to celebrate her birthday. We were greeted with a happy birthday banner. Marisol also had chips, salsa and a variety of coffees and teas for us. The coffee bar is a coffee and tea drinkers dream with a Keurig, a French drip and a hot kettle.The home is beautifully decorated with what I suspect is Marisol’s own artwork- even the floor is hand painted. The bed and bedding is very comfortable even to two ladies who are used to the best mattresses and bedding.The shower is great with nice products, rain and handheld heads and plenty of hot water.Aldo felt safe and secure in the home which is important to women travelers.All in all we give it a 10/10.Plus, Marisol is a delightful hostess! Very available and accommodating.

Marisol was really communicative and helpful. Check in and check out was easy. The house was adorably decorated, very clean. Location was great, a very walkable area with tons of great restaurants and shops. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

We have stayed with Marisol several times now and each time we have loved it. Each unit is well stocked, she is quick and communicative, and is such a kind host. This will be our go to every time we are in the Dallas area!

My family and I stayed at Marisol’s lovely lake house at Canyon Lake (Wunderschön Vista Haus.) The home was absolutely gorgeous and situated perfectly near the lake. We had everything we needed from linens, to cookware and coffee. The home even had deer food for the family of deer that came by every night and morning (which the kids absolutely loved.) Marisol was extremely quick to reply to questions and even recommended things to do in the area. Overall we had a great experience and can’t wait to go back!

This is the best rental I’ve ever stayed. Marisol took care of EVERY little detail. Everything was extremely clean, like IMMACULATE, which I appreciated a lot.I just moved to Dallas and while searching for an apartment, I stayed in the Valdivian for almost two weeks, and couldn’t love it more. It had everything we needed to stay comfortable, to cook, wash our clothe, besides you have parking in the back of the house, which was a big concern of mine. The location was perfect! Such a nice spot! Whenever family comes over to visit me, they will ABSOLUTELY be staying here.

The SANTIAGO was a perfect place for my husband and me to stay during the holidays. It was spacious and tastefully decorated but not overly so. It was well stocked with everything we needed for preparing meals and bathing. Having extra towels was a plus. Everything was new and the bedding was first class. Comfy bed , too, plus room darkening drapes were useful for guests wishing to sleep in. For t.v. fans, each room had its own. Heating was adjustable and perfect on chilly days. Washer and dryer were handy in the unit. The SANTIAGO was immaculately clean.The SANTIAGO is in a residential neighborhood. It was quiet with no intrusion be local residents. Convenient parking is provided behind the building and property is gated with codes for added security. The owner was super responsive when questions were asked. Check-in and check -out went smoothly. The apartment is on the first floor with only one step up onto the porch.We enjoyed the location close to the Bishop Arts district and our sons home in Winnetka Heights.The SANTIAGO was so pleasing that we have planned a months stay there later in 2024.

The time, energy and love given to the spaces is top notch! Marisol works tirelessly to make sure each guest feels as if they are the first people to walk into the home. Warm hospitality is her first priority and weve loved watching her lovely spaces thrive with each guest! You will not be disappointed in your stay with Marisol!!! Shes a lovely humanbeing to boot!!!!!

Beautiful place has a living room kitchen thats fully supplied every thing you need. 1br w/3 beds & washer & dryer very artistically decorated. Nice windows and sunlight but just one thing the floors squeak. Yes I would stay here again thank you very much-loved it!

We had a great stay! The apartment was stylish and very comfortable! So close to the Bishop Arts District. Very easy walk. We would definitely stay here again!
