What a Beautiful, CLEAN and affordable venue!! One of the nicest things about the venue is set up and clean up are included with the fee! All you have to do is show up and have a good time! Kitchen amenities were very nice and clean as well. Let’s not leave out how nice and compassionate the owners are…One of a kind, super nice and loving. Proud of these young entrepreneurs that is handling business and touching a lot of lives.

I park my work truck at Mr Michaels truck parking lot. Hes got to be 1 of the nicest friendliest men Ive ever met. Gate locked at night & truck is safe. If you are local Henderson or passing through & need an overnight parking or every day parking this is where you should be parking!Thanks again Mr Michael!

Nice, safe place to park your truck. Great people and no hassle on anything. Michael is a great person to work with and is straight to the point and honest about anything you would need to know, which is rare nowadays. Highly recommend for easy, safe truck parking without all the hassle and risk or damage that would happen at a normal truck stop.

Really impressed with this venue - first time using it. Hidden gem, between Henderson and Kilgore. Worked perfectly for our family reunion. Lots of parking, several different seating areas, indoor and outdoor activities. Everything you need on site, the staff was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this venue! You won’t be disappointed.

LOVE LOVE LOVE To Come Here! BIG Space , The Owners Are Very Accommodatingand You Can Tell They Care . Also Have No Complaints On The Cleanliness. Me and My Family Love To Come Here To Get Away From The City And Still Have Fun 10/10 Recommended!!

This ranch is very nice and very clean. They also have a building that has indoor bathrooms and it also has good A/C! This is a good place to also have a motorcycle field meet.
