We enjoyed our time at Family Tides! Everything from the space in the home and out door decks , the walk to the beautiful beach from the back yard to the friendly host. There wasn’t a moment we didn’t enjoy and we were sad to leave our end of summer weekend getaway.

Amazing views! Great place to be with family and kids. We loved our 2 stays there and will come again. 3 Master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and their own decks. The master bedrooms have sleeper sofas and king beds. The sleeper sofa worked great to keep the younger kids with their parents. The kitchen has almost everything you need. Everything but the brownie mix! Internet is decent and there is a TV in every room.

Absolutely LOVED our stay! The views of the ocean and proximity to the beach was perfect. Loved the fenced in grass back yard. The kids threw the football & played volleyball in the yard. Tons of space on the decks for alfresco eating, sunning, or just hanging out. The home was equipped with everything we needed. Amanda was very easy to reach and answered all of our questions. We loved the 2 private bedroom upstairs and the bunk rooms were perfect for our group. Would recommend, would love to come back, and stay longer!

Family Tides beach house was beautiful. Josh and Amanda made sure everything was perfect and kept us updated on weather conditions. Sabrina the house manager was also very helpful.We had a wonderful weekend for my sons wedding.

Great place for vaca! House is right on the beach, we rented a golf cart but didn’t really need one it is so close.

What an amazing, beautiful home. Right on the beach with stunning views. We had an extended family reunion from ages 6 months to 76 years all stay together there. We cooked and grilled and laughed and danced. The decks off each bedroom are filled with beautiful, wooden furniture where we sat and talked into the night. The grill is a big, charcoal grill big enough for our whole family. There’s a great shower down there too to get the sand and salt off. The outdoor tables were big enough to seat us all. The kitchen! So great! Fully stocked with all utensils and appliances needed. Also, great water pressure in our shower. We definitely hope to match up our family schedules to come back. Wish we could have been there the rest of the week. We even had really fun neighbors. They were hilarious. They danced right along with us. Cannot say enough about our hosts Josh and Amanda. We had a number of questions and they never once seemed annoyed. They answered them all and were available the whole time we were there. We didn’t really have anything go wrong during our stay, everything seems pretty brand new, so everything works. We were very grateful to find such a gem for our family vacation.

This place was awesome! The location was ideal for a great beach vacation. So convenient with easy beach access! We had multiple families and they each have easily said this was the best vacation yet! Already planning our next trip!

Ideal gateway place. Large bunk beds (can accommodate two adults). Living room area and dinning area (10 seats) can be a bit bigger. But it is manageable.
