Blue Door Retreats is fantastic! Austin has been with me every step of the way in getting my Airbnb up and running and then running it for me! This is my first Airbnb so I was nervous about getting started. He gave me check lists, resources and suggestions that saved me a lot of trouble. He even made sure I was prepared for taxes and helped to get me set up so that I’d be ready!I’m a teacher and am involved in a lot in my community. It doesn’t leave me much time to manage things at the Airbnb. Austin takes care of everything! He communicates with guests and he has a full contingent of people in place to cover everything from cleaning, maintenance, and even photography! He prepares and schedules everything for the house and manages the listings on several platforms.If you’re looking for a property manager you can’t find anyone better. I don’t really need to do anything and what he charges is nothing compared to the amount of work he puts in. At the big corporate property management companies you’ll just be a number. With Blue Door Retreats you’ll get personalized service, regular communication, and someone who is personally invested in your Airbnb making money while still providing top service to customers!

Austin and Amber are the best people around, and on top of that, they are great hosts as well! They truly know how to take care of someone’s home and know how to properly manage a home, including increasing revenue while holding 5 star reviews across the board. Not only do I send them all of my clients, they also help me advise on buying rentals throughout Texas. Highly recommend this power couple to anyone looking to make more money while doing less work.
